Tower Valley Flats in Colerain. We have doors to the building with codes, but my buildings door broke over a month ago and when maintenance came to fix it they only took off the door knob and code box. We now have to stick our fingers through one of the holes in the door to open it. Very unsafe! The door has been like this for about 3 weeks now!Management will never answer the phone, no matter what the office hours are. Claims she has meetings off site consistently. On top of that less than a year (we are going on 3 years here) after signing our first lease, the company made a management choice for our property and didnt tell us.DMG & Tower Valley Flats is a horrible place to live and I would highly suggest not living here! If we had another option we would not be here! Working hard to find an affordable way out!

There is no real management to reach, Im in the independence location and we couldnt even get our sidewalks salt or the parking lot plowed, it makes it very unsafe I had to take 4 days off of work

God don’t lik Ugly. Yall better start treating yall tenants better. We just wanna live in a quiet and peaceful environment. If there is an issue address that tenant privately but don’t take it out on those who are great tenants and have been loyal to your company. We deserve that. I hope you do better as a brand.

Had a great experience at liberty station. But when it came time to move out. I had to pay a whole month. Then still had to leave. And they charged me for damage that THEY didnt fix when reported. I wouldnt trust them anymore. What a shame.

The whole rental process is a little annoying for the properties they have available. They have you jump through all these obstacles for things they can really look up and find themselves such as rental verification. I had two private owner landlords who no longer had their original numbers from when I rented from them. I also did not know where they lived of course. So I was passed up on a apartment because I could not supply this information. Also I lived with a professional leasing company apartment. The company went out of business as well as the bank who co owned it. Again I could not get this information and was turned down. Hamilton County/ Cincinnati has one of the biggest turn over rates. Sad so many have to be punished for this

I applied for one to one of their complexes. I never heard anything so I left a review and the leasing manager for the complex called and said she heard I left a bad review & that I shouldn’t have been able to apply because there’s nothing available, but she can ask around to see if anyone will put in a 30 day notice. A couple days go by and I call to see if there’s been any notices. There apparently was. We couldn’t tour the property or meet with the leasing agent until “2 weeks before move in day” according to her, & she couldn’t give us any official papers stating why we would be giving them the deposit. Sketchy... so we not to give them to the deposit until they reached out to us (that would’ve made us feel more comfortable about the complex)... they never did. We were supposed to move in Jan. 11th & they never reached out to us.. lol

I lived in a building for 4 years they took ownership of our units and my apartment was going downhill quickly my ceiling caved in my bedroom I called emergency maintenance to come out to help me he told us to just move our bed to a different room. Wasnt helpful at all.

Company with excellent benefitsbut needs to improve on training new employees They have no formal training. I trained during rent week with two managers. There were constant interruptions showing units collecting rents answering the phone. While the entire time they had their own deadlines to meet. Most of the time l was just sitting their watching them do their work. One manager l spent two days with only talked about her family kids her man and her being pregnant. She rushed trained me in about an hour. The Regional Mgr had no training materials for me to train. So l was constantly going back asking her questions. This could have neen avoided if they had taken the time to enhance their training. The Regional was constantly rumning in and out the office smoking. She left me to myself for long periods. When l suggested providing training materials/cheat sheets etc. She told me that the company didnt have the time and it was too time consumimg. The Regional Mgr was constantly accusing me of what other staff were saying about me without verifying with me. She told me that l didnt like or want to get along with maintenance. RM would tell contractors not to listen to me after l showed her their shody work. I had painter tell me that if l wanted a professional paint job then he was going to raise his prices LOL. And his shody work was acceptable to RM.RM didd not foster a team spirit. RM eventually became distant and and was letting me no. She was fast talking and wasnt clear on the instructions for me to follow. She treated me as if l had been at the company for years and that l should have known the stuff. The have no policy and procedure manual to follow. So instead of a verbal or written warning they just fire u tell you your not keeping without any type of warning. RM led me to believe l was doing okay until the day of the firing. I am thankful that lam no longer apart of DMG RENTALS. I have never in my 25 years as a property had my RMs manager undermind my authority and make me look like just a leasing agent. Well l have moved on back HUD/\/SECTION-8/LIHTC where l should have never left. One thing for sure in low income housing they make dam sure your trained properly.

I lived at one of DMG’s apartment communities in NKY for over 2 years. During my 2 years living here we had many issues. One of which I really needed to go above my landlords head on. It was a complete miscommunication, and all I wanted to do was explain my side and speak to someone with some authority. When I asked my landlord for her direct supervisors number I was told “I legally do not have to give that to you.” I looked up DMG and called and left many voicemails. All of which were not returned. Went to their website, and left countless emails. All of which were not returned. After much frustration I decided to go to the address that is listed on the website “a supposed headquarters” of this terrible establishment. Upon arrival we found that it was just another..run down apartment community. When we walked in the marijuana smell took me aback. After all this there was a sign on the door (at 9am) saying that they would return from break at 2pm...Frustrated to say the least I returned home and gave my landlord what she truly wanted and later that month we moved out. Don’t let this company fool you with its pretty landscaping because all of the apartments are poorly ran dumps.

Weve been here 3 years and we love it. We will be moving to a bigger place sooner. If the 3 bedroom townhouse was available than we would stay another 3-5 more years.
