Another summer, another issue. Our A/C has been out and theyre dragging their feet to fix it. No answers from anyone, just well contact our team. They told us they were repairing it today, but ended up doing an estimate instead and said it could be 4 to 6 WEEKS before repairs could be made. My fiancee and his son have severe asthma and his son cant even stay in our house because its so hot. And the lease says we cant put in window A/C units, so were basically SOL this summer I guess!

I filled out a maintenance ticket for my kitchen sink being back up and the dishwasher was leaking all over the floor until it got up under the flooring and it’s been 2 weeks and still no one has showed up or even called to let me know when they will be here. But they did remind me that rent was due…. I’ll probably have to put my money in escrow until the problem is resolved

Have rented from this company for 3 years. Ive never seen a maintenance request completed in a timely matter. Currently on week 3 of no A/C in a house advertised and leased as with A/C. I have severe asthma so its a medical emergency, their response was, well contact our team abut this matter, but theres nothing we can do. Ill be contacting the local housing authorities and begin process of putting my rent into escrow.

They locked us out of our house and we still and 2 days left on our lease. Lease over 12/31/20 date lock out 12/29/20. We go down to finish cleaning and get trash out. And that’s what we run into
