Wonderful experience in purchasing a used vehicle. We have been searching for over 2 months & due to lack of selection with “Chip” shortages, it’s been a challenge. We ended up traveling 4 hours from Cincinnati.All of the staff, including Jeremaine, Brian & Mike we’re professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I called Brian at diversified Auto sales on Saturday to ensure a car we were looking to purchase was still available and it would be by next business day in the morning. We had already negotiated price and I had cash in hand since we were coming from Illinois and it is a 6-hour drive. I was told that it was still available and that it would be put to the side for me when I come in Monday. I told him I would come in first thing in the morning and he told me to come in at 10:00 a.m instead. I assume Brian told me this because that would be the time he would come, in order for him to get the commission. We left Illinois on Sunday, bought a hotel and called Brian at 10:14 am Monday morning. He was confused on which Jeep after I are multiple conversations and even after that he began looking for the car . He then told us another potential buyer was driving the car around and to just hold on. 4 hours later I call him and he says that unfortunately it sold. I called the day off of work, I bought a hotel , drove in horrible weather, just to hear oh thats too bad. Obviously I was irate, and began to tell Brian why in the world did he waste my time and lie to me about putting the car to the side, he then just tried to pass the blame on to me the customer and ultimately hung up the phone.In short DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!*Update* in the reply below they still do not address the fact that I was told the vehicle would be put to the side for me before I started my 6+ hour drive from Chicago. The reply below perfectly exemplifies how they avoid any responsibility and pass all blame to the customer.This is how they do business.* Also before this entire mess I would have glady given a full deposit, if given the option. However after experiencing this situation, I definitely would no longer have done that nor would recommend anyone to so.
I just purchased my 2012 Passat from DAS and if there was a 6th star I would give six stars. These guys were great and went above and beyond to help me out. I never once felt uneasy or that they were untrustworthy. In fact they went above and beyond, I feel, too get me in the car I wanted. Brian was my sales guy and he was very nice and answered all my questions. Brian in finance really took care of me and was my main point of contact through the finance process and was patient. Frank was great in giving me a lot of info on my car I was buying which I really appreciated! Thanks again guys! Let me know when we are going fishing!!

Brian and the staff were very helpful in selecting my car. They showed me the Carfax and went over ther car with me before test driving.I am so happy to have found them during a car shortage from the computer chips that are in the car’s.I bought my car with confidence that it would be reliable for me in years ahead. Salesman Jeremaine took good care of me. I looked at a Cadillac ATS, I asked for the price and told him where I wanted to be in terms of my payments. He made sure to make it happen. We then took the car for a test drive and he immediately noticed what I did upon braking that there was a slight vibration. He mentioned that it could be brake build up, but to drive at least 30 miles, and if it continues to give him a call. Well, it did and I called him and he scheduled me in to have it looked at. I will definitely recommend more people to DAS Cleveland. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Thanks again Jeremaine!

After placing a true review on google, the owner/worker replied with my personal true identity and lied about the encounters. They had also mentioned that i had verbally abused them, also untrue. I had choice words that they did not like because it was true.... i never cursed at them nor shot profanity. Nor did I say anything that was untrue. They replied to my google review stating they only knew about t he nail in my tire 3 days after i purchased this car, yet i have recorded proof i called early the next morning..... the ammount of lies are unfathomable..... you guys really want to keep this goin? It hasnt been 30 days yet but im having engine problems..... im well aware you dont like me, but dont cast lies about me. I keep documentation.

Thanks a ton guysUPDATE: About 7 months after purchasing car, I had to replace the timing chains, if you do not know that is an expensive job. I paid $1,900. A couple months later this car is sitting in my lot with possible bad cam heads and looking at another couple thousand to repair. Reuben is THEE BEST! I came in and partially skeptical that I wouldnt be leaving with a vehicle. I came prepared with what was needed and even had vehicles in mind. When I got there everyone was friendly and attentive. When speaking with Reuben I picked out 3 of the 6 that I was interested in. When he spoke to Sam about the 3 vehicles, what would be down payment for them, Sam had brought to Reubens attention another vehicle (which was 1 of the other vehicles I liked). We took it for a test drive and I instantly fell in love with SUV. Needless to say I got the SUV. Reuben is the greatest, he was so pleasant and funny. He made me feel comfortable from the start. Bought used car from here. Couldnt have been any easier. Test drove the car with my wife and the sales guy didnt talk my ear off or pressure me in any way. They helped me try to get financing but wound up going to my credit union for a little better rate. Came back with my old car and they appraised it and gave me a good amount for trade in - $500 more than the CarMax offer. Traded keys, signed some paperwork and drove off in my new (used) car. Oh and the car came with a limited 3 month warranty. Kind of a nice peace of mind perk so you know the car isnt going to blow up on the drive home. Would buy another car from them for sure.

The owner may need assistance due to lack of people skills. 😕 he has a im right and youre wrong mentality. But his attitude alone could cause the downfall of diversified auto sales. Im not saying im a saint. But the rude and condescending message left on my phone shows his inability to speak with customers on a professional level. Let your sales associates speak instead friend. Stick to paperwork. I rejected his $50 handout to preserve his company because he tried way to hard to not assist my situation. Im just assuming that this company does not have a lot of money left because ive never seen such penny pinching antics. I wish you the best in your slowly growing lot.

I would not trust this place! Their sales manager was previously convicted of money laundering doing the same work he is doing now. Really makes you wonder what he is up to in that place. I would not trust someone like that to help me get an honest deal on a vehicle. Always look up your sales reps!
I had been trying to get a car for YEARS but due to me already co-signing on a car for someone else it became hard find a place that would finance me. Literally no other place would put me in a car even though I had never owned my own car. I just so happen to ride past here and reached out. I was Put in contact with Reuben and he got me alllll the way together. After 4 years of trying I am finally driving MY OWN CAR AND ITS THE CAR I WANTED, plus insurance, thanks to Reuben! Not a good place to do business with at all and would not reccomend. Well me and my fiance first came across this dealership thru word of mouth from a coworker. Went online applied, got the loan and a 2016 Malibu with only 39,600 miles. Ran decently until 3 days later after driving off lot. The check engine light came on. I Was told check the gas cap by dealership. Didnt go out until next day. Still came on 3 different times since in 6 days. Took the car to car lot repair shop. Was told to bring it back next week to be diagnosed. Thats not the bad part. Today August 13, 2020 ready the leave for work. Low oil pressure light came on and told me to shut off engine. Call dealership who gave me a rehearsed sorry/not sorry for your trouble sales pitch line. Dealership was no help after they sold car. Referred me to warranty company who so far has been the only beneficial service to us so far. Waiting for car to get picked up and taken to a Chevy dealership.
Just came from DAS Cleveland Auto. Reuben was an excellent salesman. Very patient, helpful and courteous. I was undecided between two different cars. Reuben had to maneuver both vehicles out from behind other vehicles. We test drove both vehicles. He was patient throughout the whole thing. Reuben then waited patiently while I deliberated and compared my two choices. He calmly gave objective info about both cars and put zero pressure on me. Reuben then went further in his outstanding customer service by working within the perimeters of my personal situation. Definitely do not hesitate to do business with DAS. Kudos to everyone there.

I got the car I wanted with a payment I could afford! After being denied at so many other places Vega and Sam came all the way thru for me!! I did however find out that right before the purchase of the vehicle that someone has just turned off the check engine light because there was clearly something wrong with the car after having it for a few days! After 2 weeks of trying to resolve the issue I decided to have the car fixed myself. Decent dealer but please be aware and have the car checked out before committing to a deal.

I had spoken to Jimi about the car I was interested, and they told me it was a 1 owner vehicle with no accidents. I drove 3 hours to look at the car to find obvious collision damage on the front bumper and rear quarter panel. When I asked about it, all they would say is that it has a clean car fax. When the manager/owner saw I was skeptical about the car, he insisted that I would never find another one like this anywhere, if you dont like the car, just leave! I work at a reputable dealership, and that is definitely not how you handle business! Avoid this p[lace at all costs if you dont want to get scammed!!!!

I fell in love with my car online went to check it out in person and then took it on a test drive with no problems. I was worried about financing but Jimi was so helpful throughout the whole process I felt no pressure buying. I got financed and they even fixed what was wrong with the car before I picked it up. I was on facebook and was looking at 3 cars. I went in to look at them and Vega was the go to man. He made the process from viewing and test driving the vehicles smooth. The whole experience overall was what I was expecting from a car lot. Their vehicles are safety inspected and came with a carfax. Vega also made the purchasing process smooth. I drove out of there with a 2015 Chevy Impala with a low interest rate. I recommend this car lot if you are looking for a professional and laid back place to purchase your vehicle.
I called this dealership last week to talk about purchasing a car using dealer financing. I was told the dealership does buy here, pay here.Today I was ready to head out there to buy a car (over an hour drive), I called ahead and spoke to the rudest young man I have ever experienced. He explains in order to qualify for dealer financing, you must put down 80% in cash. I was very confused after my phone call last week when this was not mentioned to me at all. I could also not hear him properly due to lots of noise of other young people in the background and he kept talking to other people that were there.I asked him to confirm that if I was coming in today to purchase a $14,000 car, that I would need to pay $11,200 in cash and set up a payment plan for $2,000, at which he made an impolite remark and hung up the phone. We won’t be coming to this dealership. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.

Amazing experience when buying my truck at DAS. Even though Im from Wisconsin I test drove a F150 when I was in Cleveland visiting the in-laws. I went home and test drove 10 F150s here and was compelled to go back to Cleveland. Not only was the truck the better of all my test drives but I kept thinking of the service I received when dealing with Rueben. He is great dedicated and personable guy. Most salesman would have had enough of me after my numerous texts and calls but not Rueben. Once I decided to buy from DAS they made a deal from phone calls and emails very smooth. They picked me up from the airport brought me back for paperwork and had me on my way within an hour all thanks to Sam having everything in order. I love my truck. Thank you DAS.

I purchased a 2010 Mercury Mariner, very clean inside/out 12/18. I was unsure if I would qualify for financing due to lack of established credit but Sam did an awesome job by getting me financed and getting me the monthly payments I budgeted for, including the 3 year service warranty. I asked only one question does the AC work, I was assured that the car went through a service and everything worked fine. I didnt expect Everything to work fine but I did expect the only thing i inquired about to work. I was wrong. The people are nice the Tahoe is in nice shape but now I get to rebuild the AC SERIOUSLY not happy. Well the air-conditioning is going to cost $700 to fix and the doors all now have rust. I would advise anyone to stay the hell away from here unless u like being screwed over.

We found DAS Cleveland thru Carguru, because of a vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We contacted them by email and phone and got an immediate response from Mike. We got excellent customer service from beginning to end from him. Within a week the car was checked and approved by or mechanic and purchased. This was an awesome experience. We bought a 2012 Dodge Durango from here. The deal was easy and it is a solid SUV. My Problem is with the Salesman Jimi and his Boss. When we test drove the SUV they had to air up one tire which is not uncommon if they have set in cold temperatures for awhile. The next day I noticed the tire was low again and took it to a tire company to fix. The Rim is bent and cracked. We called Jimi and was told by him that they would be more than happy to find one and replace it at no cost. A few days later we called and He (Jimi) told us that because of the cost of the rim ($200) they would not replace it and wished us the best. We have contacted the Attorney General and are now waiting on DAS to Respond.... More to follow.. DO NOT DEAL WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!Update: As you can see from their reply that they did not address the dishonesty of the staff which was the whole point of this review. Once again Do NOT deal with a dishonest place like this when there are so many honest and trustworthy companies out there. If you do decide to deal with them all I can suggest is to have witnesses to everything that is said or ask them to put it in writing.

I found it online and drove 380 miles to pick it up, a risk but they came through with the car I wanted. they could not been more helpful and professional group. If I could put zero stars for this company. They are one of the worse places to get a car. I went in for a car and put money down to hold it for 11 days. I go in to get the car 7 days later and it was sold. They then tried to put me in another car. It was a nice car but th he heated seat function didnt work on the drivers side, they expected me to pay to fix it.

Only have good ratings because they give you a B.S 3 month power train warranty if you give them 5 star rating. Bought a 2010 Audi A5 Convertible, told the sales guy up front it was jerking. A month later found out it was the transmission that was going bad. When I test drove the car it had floor mats, when they took it to clean it they were gone for 50 minuets with my car and was still dirty when they delivered it with no floor mats. I called up there to get them but they acted like there was nothing they could do. Worst EXPERIENCE!!! They are rude and strick for no reason and don’t care for the customer at all. They don’t stand behind there products and don’t service their cars. DONT BUY THERE!!!!! Please Trust Me!!!

They sold me a truck and within days something was wrong with the breaks, the engine light came on, obviously they dont do A thorough check on their vehicles. And Reuben just try to shrug me off on both issues, I even inquired on the engine light and he said well take care of it and he didnt.

Purchased a nice Mercedes paid well over $7k+ happen to find out the check engine light was switched off purposefully because the estimated cost to fix the problem was $3500 minimum. The engine light came right on after 3 days of purchase. Terrible experience. . Just terrible.
The buying process with Reuben was fun, he was energetic and positive. Ultimately, DAS Cleveland was not fully transparent about the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle I purchased has power-deployable running boards, and the drivers side was stuck out. The entire sales team repeated numerous times, oh, it just needs greased! These things always do that, they just need greased. I asked Reuben if their team could grease it while I finished up paperwork inside. When the vehicle came out, the running board was still in the stuck-out position - and Reuben said directly, you just need to give it time for the grease to settle in. Nevertheless, me & my wife trusted what he said. Come to find out, the motor is in a weakened state - and the part alone for that one side is on a national back-order and is $1,500.00, not-to-mention the labor cost to install. DAS Cleveland will not fix the problem, and I paid their full asking price for the vehicle + tax, fees. Lesson learned - I will not be getting another vehicle without a full inspection by a third party, as I didn’t do with this vehicle in particular, and wont be returning to the un-helpful DAS Cleveland dealership. It also doesn’t surprise me to see such distasteful responses, made by what seem like eleven-year-olds to negative reviews. The full story is what I shared above. They said one thing, and sold another. End of story.

I purchased a Chevy equinox that was so badly rusted out I could not drive and had to return back to the bank. I took it in the shop to have the wheel bearings fixed he advised me that it wasnt worth fixing because the car looks like it sat in a flood for days the complete underbody of the vehicle was completely rusted out and falling apart. I took it for a second opinion they advised me of the same thing the car isnt safe to drive. I live in Ohio the vehicle under my car was never in a flood. They sold me this lemon after I put $2000.00 down on this vehicle that I had for only 12 months now I cant even drive. I have driven my 4 year old twins numbers times out of state putting our life in danger with this piece of junk. I spoke to the manger all he offered to do is fix the wheel bearings. The car isnt safe to drive the wheel bearings is the least of my problems. Now Im just screwed all the way around.

Purchased a $14k car. Sold me a car where the audio turns off randomly (ie, every time I get in the car after a few minutes), and never bothered to tell me about it. Put paperwork over a giant gash in the leather in the back seat to hide it. Didnt notice until after buying. I feel tricked.Be prepared for typical car salesman price negotiating techniques. The back of envelope calculations, the misleading on price reductions, initial refusal to pay for defects found by the mechanic, trying to use warranties as a bargaining chip, acting visibly upset over a reasonable price based on data from used car pricing websites, the act that my boss will be angry if I reduce the price! These games are old and boring, and just make people angry, so dont do them.

Cheap cars, owner is a business man, understand what he does, and gets price knocked a few $$$ to get to a middle ground. Bottom line, I got the car I wanted. The price was not exactly what I was prepared for, but I paid it anyways because it was still cheaper than if I had got it from another dealership.

Amazing staff!! They were the only ones who were able to get me into a car & they treated me like a human being instead of their paycheck!! They were honest, they let me know exactly what was what and got me in something cheaper than what I was going to go with. They could have got more money out of me but they wanted me to be comfortable with my choice and I have never received that kind of service anywhere else.

Very easy to work with, good communication, and they made Christmas the best one ever for one in particular girl!I didn’t even give them the sob story or my plan and right up front they worked with me and helped me out! 2022-06-30They are a piece of shyt auto sales.I went to buy a car they wanted to finance me I said no I would use my Bank and they ran my credit through them anyway because I didn’t end up getting the car ! They will pay for tht 🤬🤬 they are missing with my lifestyle and it’s unacceptable!!!!!
