Noticed it needed new tire ,they took it right away and got new tire on it. Helped me out more ways then one. Shady. Buyer beware. Looked at a car that appeared to be nice and was selling for under blue book value. However, car was wrecked and dealer was claiming it wasnt. Wouldnt trust these guys with my money, you shouldnt either. Manager very rude and short tempered. Go somewhere else. Red flags all over the place. Look at the carfax which these guys wont offer you, cause they are trying to rip you off. I usually dont leave bad reviews but these guys were a special kind of terds, had to do my part to warn the public. Words of Wisdom: Do Not Buy From Them. You Will Be Sorry.

My wife and I was in the market for a car and we came across direct sales and leasing on Google search. The website of the dealership was easy to search through and very informational, made looking for a vehicle easy, quick and stress free. When my wife and I went to see the cars we where interested in the sales team where very welcoming and didnt crowd over allowing us to look around and make a decision. Great people and friendly. They are honest, and this day in age I believe thats a scarce quality to find. They will do their best to work with you. Most importantly, in my experience, they were kind, nondiscriminatory, caring. All of these things matter to me almost more than getting a car. Ill be honest, you might not get what you go in there to get, but I ended up getting something reliable and well maintained and for a good price. My wife will be getting a car next, and we will not go anywhere else because we trust them ... And in my opinion thats what matters the most.
Just bought a 2014 Subaru Forester from them and it was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Drove 2 hours to get to this place and it was well worth it. Unlike most car dealers I felt they were very honest, kind, and ordinary people. At no point did I feel pushed to buy and they were honest with all their answers. My dealer was a young man named Mike, and he was great! Also they owner, Dick Frost was extremely helpful and kind. Worth the 2 hour drive and I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a used car!
I recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Tahoe LT and was very pleased with the service. I dealt with Mike, who was very professional and made arrangements to pick me up from the car rental location since I was driving to pick up my vehicle from out of state at a long distance.I bought the tahoe at a fair price. There were a couple of minor issues with the vehicle when I arrived that Mike addressed immediately. Great place, with an amazing selection of cars. My sisters boyfriend could not stop going on about how a used car lot has such a great selection of good affordable cars. Dick was an amazing salesman and helped us get into the car we liked. He even stayed later to make sure we were able to leave with the car since we drove from almost 3 hours away. 100% would recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. We had a mechanical issue with a car we bought from this lot the day before and were told to bring it in that someone would be there. We drove an hour and no one was there. We called the next day and let them know there was an issue with the car. We were told we bought it as is but someone would get back to us. They didn’t. We called again the next day and were told by the son the father had to speak with us and would call us back. Never happened. Obviously got the runaround with no intention of even trying to help us out or make it right.
Awesome place. Was out driving and saw the dealership. Left with 11 Tahoe and we love it. Austin was the best, and all employees were very helpful to. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car, truck, or suv.

I went to Direct Sales and Leasing after I read a listing online for a van. As soon as I arrived, Austin, a salesman, greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. We were looking at a 2008 Honda Accord. When our schedule didnt permit us to go to the lot, our salesman brought the car to us. The brakes were worn and they replaced them without hesitation. Financing was easy and they got us a great rate. We are ecstatic with our decision to purchase from them and will be going back to this lot for future purchases. I just bought a Lexus Lx470 from these guys. I have to say this is probably one of the most honest and friendly used lots I have ever been too. Mike and Austin both were totally boss. I asked if there were any trouble codes stored in the pcm they werent afraid at all to plug there scan tool in to show me no codes were present or pending. I started it up and noticed it has a exhaust leak Mike said no problem we will fix it for you and go over it again. They did and even offered a free steak lunch at a local bar/Restaurant down the road while I waited. Definitely would recommend these guys to anybody

Bought car here and within the year I have put almost $3000 in repairs. The car has given me so many issues and I still need more repairs. I’m a single mom struggling so bad and this car has drained me and my money.I Still owe so much on the car. It has been a nightmare. If the car breaks down again I’ll lose my job and everything else.....
True Story: I saw a dodge nitro that was for sale and i was immediately interested in the vehicle. Its a beautiful SUV. The only problem was that is was a stick shift and i never drove one before. The gentlemen at Direct Sales taught me how to drive it. They let me drive around in a lot until i got comfortable. I was ready i bought the car, paid in full, got my temp plate and hit the road. I blew the clutch witin 15 minutes of leaving. (My error, rookie mistake)I down shifted at 50 mph and held on the clutch. I panicked. I immediately called Direct Sales and told them the situation. I didnt have AAA, but the gentlemen at Direct Sales got me towed back to thier lot. The next day i went back to the lot and they worked out some really good deals and a few options for me. I was worried about paying for the tow and damage i did to the Nitro. I left the lot with a beautiful 04 Nissan Xterra that runs beautifully and looks great. I payed no additional money for what happened and even had the option of keeping the Nitro. It was fixed the following day. I didnt want to keep buying clutches so i went with the Nissan lol. I thank you gentlemen at Direct Sales. Ill be back soon for another vehicle.

Austin didnt seem to care that I was even there to look at 3 cars. He couldnt care less. Seemed irritated that I wanted to test drive the 2nd car. I didnt buy any because of his attitude.

I call first, and let them know I am showing up a little after 5. The sales person said he would be there to show me cars on the lot. I get there right after 5 and have a look at the back of the lot. I decided I was going to grab someone to show me what they were talking about. I find out the sales person had left at 5 and the older gentleman didnt want to show me the lot like was said on the phone. I left, and I wont be back. Disappointing experience to say the least.
Drove over 800 miles to buy a motorcycle they advertised as 2005 Harley-Davidson Street Glide just to find out the bike was only a 1200 Sportster. Great job guys. Maybe you should learn a little about what youre selling so you dont upset people.
Drove hour and half to see vehicle. Hid damage on vehicle in listing and when I arrived the listing had been deleted and posted for 1000$ more. Refused to negotiate. Lost 10k sale over the sales tax. Terrible experience. Would avoid like plague.
Waste of time to go there. Drove there from Pittsburgh to look at a car. Text the sales man before i left, car was still available. Drove for 1 hour, test drove the car, was ready to make a deal when I was told the car was held for someone. Wasted 3 hours of my time. Thats why you cant trust a used car salesman!
The guy there was really helpful and you can tell they are honest people and dont try to rip you off I recommend this place 5 plus stars and I didnt even buy a car from there better then some of the other places around here
Well I went here to buy a car, but couldnt even get in the parking lot because there were so many cars parked out front. Finally got through and looked around to find many of the vehicles had flat tires and unable to even go for a test drive. I never have seen so many cars with flat tires anywhere.

The owner is a real piece of work. Went in to buy a van, he sent the vehicle to another location and when we asked him to bring it back and that we had cash in hand. He brings it back to his local lot and sold it to someone else. It was a handicap accessible van. Will never recommend him to anyone. Worst cast lot ever

They were completely transparent with every one and went into great detail with every issue and what was was working perfectly fine. 2022-07-19Found this business, and the F-350 I’d been searching for, through a used car magazine at a local store by our farm. Immediately called them and spoke with Mike.Helpful, Knowledgeable, and already familiar with history and information relating to the truck. Came in the following day, looked it over, took a test drive, purchased, and drove off the lot in under two hours (and this included Mike taking it to a local gas station).Great experience, easy to access, no hassle.Also worth mentioning, they had a really good selection of vehicles, from everyday drivers to more exotic sports cars.Well worth checking out if you’re in the market.

2022-02-01Absolutely BEWARE !!!!!!! Austin and his father are absolute crooks , bought a car sight unseen labeled as FLAWLESS , the only thing that was flawless is how easily it was them to steal 8000 dollars from us , We paid to have the car shipped that went off easy enough and then the nightmare begins , guy starts up the car and gave us the keys , I look under the front end and a puddle of oil , then try the heat , NO HEAT all vacuum lines deteriorated , I call Austin immediately who then begins lie after lie after lie , we now have a car that requires 2500 dollars worth of parts and ;labor and is basically useless to us, we discussed this with Austins Dad and no help , there is a certain place in hell for crooked used car salesman, PLEASE READ THIS before you give these two any of your hard earned money , remember were all judged at the end . Remember that Austin , your day will come

2021-08-18Bought a 2011 f150 here. Runs great and very clean. They’re very honest and they really do care about their customers, they’re not just trying to make a sale. I definitely recommend stopping by and looking at their inventory if you’re looking for a good car at a reasonable price. They have foreign and domestic and probably anything specific you’re looking for. I’d for sure go back.

2020-12-17Im not one to leave reviews unless its deserved and honestly this one is. 5 stars doesnt do them justice. Every aspect of the transaction was top notch. Ive bought quite a few cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience Ive ever had. Mike and Austin are great at there jobs. Zero pressure to buy. The pictures on the website didnt do the car justice which is usually the opposite. Extremely fair prices on all there cars. Trade in and financing was a breeze. If your looking for a great car , at a fair price , then go see them. You will be glad you did. Thanks again Mike and Austin for everything. LOVE the Yukon Denali.
