Hello! The nail salon I typically go to has been booked for the past couple weeks. So, I looked everywhere and was able to get an appt here at 3pm. Billy did my nails. He was so nice and actually had a conversation with me. I got an acrylic fill and gel polish...they look so good! Im too lazy to post a picture but theyre just short ,square and dark grey. Their prices are great, they have a whole crew of employees and the salon itself looks so classy! Im definitely going here from now on!!!!!
If I could give zero I would. Made appointments for myself and another. Arrived on time. Waited 15 mins and then finally someone spoke to us to pick a nail color. Then we were ushered to the pedicure space to sit in chairs. The bowls were clearly dirty and mine even had a dirty nail file in it. Waited another 20 mins with no service. Gave up and left.
Went in for a pedi and dip. Nails looked great when I left but literally not even a week later, my nail chipped. The polish on my toes is separating from the nail! Never ever had this happen before. I called to try and resolve the issue and kindly asked for a refund because I live 50 minutes away, and she took my name and number to call me back. (I was only here Bc of a bridal party, so I wasn’t going to drive 50 minutes one way to get my nails fixed and risking them to be messed up again). I got a call back later on in the day and the manager put the nail tech on who did my nails which was super unprofessional. I was basically told she can comp me $10 for a polish change and that’s it and that karma comes around. I tried to resolve the issue in a professional matter but instead was told to be nice and give the polish change to someone else and refused any source of refund. Never leave reviews coming but this was just awful! $100 out the window with messed up nails after a week! 😬
First time trying this salon, I went here on saturday 5/30 for a gel manicure, everything went smoothly until the check out process. The women who did my nails, she had long blonde hair had the audacity to demand tip when I handed her back the sign receipt. I was going to tip her in cash and so I just signed the receipt and reach in my purse for cash but when I handed her back the receipt w/o tip written on there she didnt even took it and told me you forgot tips like excuse me? tips is based on the service you provided me and it is up to me to give you. you cannot demand like this. I thought this salon was a classy, high-end salon. I did not think theyre this unprofessional. will not come back again!
I went today. The lady that did my nails was nice but the acrylic was horrible. I even told her before she layed the acrylic, 3 of the nails were crooked. She said that they would look even once she put the acrylic on. They didn’t one is extremely noticeable crooked. Then, I usually wear my nails VERY long. She said she didn’t want to do them long because I have short nails beds and they would break. I’ve been wearing VERY long nails since I was 14 I’m 32 now. I know they’re use to a certain type of nail (dip and gel polish natural nail) so when i come in it’s like ok woooow. SMH. She cut them very shOrt. I came home and cried.I have very bad anxiety and usually don’t even leave the house. Not to mention I work hard for the Lil money I do get smh. This was supposed to be something I did nice for myself before my birthday. I’m very upset. Never again now I’m stuck with these for 2 weeks.Edit: i went back they said they would fix them a whole week out 🙄 so 1 of my fingers will be grown out on that hand (4 we’re crocked) with a fresh set on my other hand would be grown out. Then when I want fill in else we’re my hands wouldn’t be evenly grown out. Then I said I got charged for shape. There was no shape so instead of saying I’ll give you your $5 back they lied end said oh it $5-$10 for length. No you said is just $5 for length. Anything to not give money back. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DONT GO it’s plenty of other places that do way better. I’ve never had my nails done so horrible
Went and got a pedicure here for the first time because the reviews seemed great. The gel polish was put on very sloppy (even covered my cuticles and side skin on my toes) and lasted about a week. It was an expensive pedicure to have lasted one week. Very disappointed
I made appointments for my boyfriend and I. We were there at 1030 so it wasn’t overly busy amd felt safe in a private area. It was his first pedicure and he Loved it. We both got the 67 dollar one. We were both impressed with the massages and the attention to detail. It was so clean amd professional. It came with aParaffin wax and it felt so good especially since your skin can get so dry with these Ohio winters. The massage chairs were wonderful amd the rosemary and lemon grass scrub was much needed and smelled so Great!!! Thanks! It was a heavenly hour. Will definitely be back
I went to have dip nails removed 5 days ago. The nail technician was using a nail drill and accidentally took off the skin next to my nail (to the left of pointer finger as shown in picture). It was bleeding the whole service. I figured it was an accident and let her continue until happened a second time. At that point I asked that she stop using the drill and only use acetone. I was still charged for dip removal despite this situation. I’ve never had this happen before and would not go back.
This place is SO amazing! All of the techs are amazing at nail art, and as soon as you walk in they offer you water or even a soda! The techs have so many cute options for nails and nail art. They are all so amazing at what they do. They are also very clean, and sanitary too. My nail tech is Cindy, and she’s so sweet, and does phenomenal nail art! She talks to her clients, and is the sweetest! I 100/10 recommend if you want a good, high quality mani or pedi!!
To the owner.. Thank you for responding. I changed my rating based on your kindness. I dont think I can make it in this week, but if you can suggest who I Can request next time that would be great. Le is who did my pedicure.I made an appointment ahead of time on Saturday for a pedicure with shellac. I got there, signed in and again put in the deluxe pedicure and gel for an extra 18.00. The lady came over to start my pedicure and went on and on about how bad my old polish was. Not just once but for a good 20 minutes. I had requested white polish with nail art (rhinestones) on one toe. I was told no, she was too busy. She then told me I couldnt have white polish either, that I had to pick a new color. She started to put dividers in my toes and I said I requested gel. She mumbled yes gel and proceeded to paint my toes with regular polish.Funny, after I tipped her 20.00 for a 48.00 pedicure she was all about customer service telling me next time if I ask for her she will take care of me. The pedicure itself was good and I always tip well because doing pedicures all day isnt fun, but come on, refusing the service I paid for?? I will give this place another try but will be requesting someone else.
I stopped in for a pedicure. The environment was new, inviting, and relaxing. The electronic check-in system was nifty, I was taken back right away to a chair, offered a drink, and the rest of my experience was equally as relaxing. Kay Lee was thorough but gentle, kind, and very professional. Overall a great experience!
Dione Nail Spa has set the bar high. I noticed the diversity right away.. The service A+++ any lady ready for a time of relaxation feel like a queen for the moment this is your place. Private rooms for parties and plenty of space. I was so happy to see Ms Angie again. Doing great things Congrats on this move greater to come..God bless.
I went to get a gel mani I scheduled with an appointment. First of all, it was unorganized I was waiting for almost an hour. Second of all, this was the worst mani I’ve ever gotten. She missed spots on my nails, part of it chipped after two days, and overall they were filed horribly. I’m very disappointed.
Great place I love it! Got dip for the first time there last week unfortunately it early chipped and one of my nails feels like it is pulling up. No clue what is going on since I don’t do much! But love this place! Everyone’s super nice and willing to make sure you like what you are getting!
I made an appointment the day before for a gel pedicure and manicure during my lunch hour at 11:30. I arrived at 11:25, greeted and then sat until 11:45 without anyone acknowledging me. I have limited time (the reason why I made an appointment in the first place). Without any hope of them taking me back for my services I left and will not be returning. It’s inconsiderate and unprofessional to take appointments and then have customer sit and wait-especially when time is limited. I was hoping to make this my new salon after moving back to the area but unfortunately this will be my last visit.
I went to this place 1 weeks ago and got a full set of acrylic with in the first few days my nails started to pop off so I finally came back today to get them fixed I explained what was going on they said they will fix them for me no problem by the end my nails look all lop sided uneven I didnt notice until I got home how bad they really looked and on top of that they still charged me $48 I will never be going back for any services except to get them soaked off and for a refund . THEY LOOK TERRIBLE I do not recommend this nail spa at all . Do yourself a favor and dont waist your money at this place.
Nothing was done properly. Some of my nails don’t fit to my finger. She went straight and started to glue the nails on. No cutting cuticles trimming of my nails. So after she glued them I waited 10 minutes and a new technician did my nails kinda fixed her mess and was noticing things wrong. Her shaping is really bad and they’re too short. Not worth $58. Never again.
Have been to countless nail places but this is bar far the best place! They do an impeccable job and this past time angie ( one of the managers) did an AMAZING JOB on my nails. Everyone’s super friendly and it’s a clean environment with so many nail color options. Highly recommend!
The place itself was very inviting apon walking in. The young girl at the desk was very helpful. All the workers smiled and greeted you. The young lady did a wonderful job on my pedicure and wasing. Thanks even tho i live far when im in town i will be back to get more services done. Thank you
My wife went in this morning got her nails painted a lime green color the lady was rushing nail polish on the side of her nails still and nails still need to be filed still on the side there scratching things when I try to pick things up it seem like she was rushing like she didn’t want to even do her nails just kind of sucks I think She just going to find a new nail salon to go to it’s sad cause she really liked going here very close to home

2022-08-25Great salon! I was very unhappy with my regular salon and was in dire need of a nail repair. They were able to accommodate me immediately and I was happy with the result. I decided to get my next full set of acrylics there and I was very pleased with them! They take the extra time to soak off the original ones (instead of dremeling down and peeling off the old nail) which had previously caused tremendous damage to my nails! Ive been back 2 more times and I have been very happy with my nails. No lifting, chipping or nails falling off!

2022-07-21This was my 3rd time to this nail salon. The first 2 experiences were nice enough for me to return, usually $47 for a nail dip. This time I saw the new person who recommended by the previous person seen. Granted the dip powder I selected had a heavier glitter but in all honesty, this dip looks terrible. Inconsistent, built up around my cuticles and this time it was $58, why the change in price? Especially for such a poor application. The dip applied to the cuticles is jagged and will most def be problematic as the nail grows out and the dip lifts. I will likely go to another salon to have this dip removed once my cuticles aren’t sore from the removal and application from Dione. Review updated from 2 stars to 1 due to lack of response from business.

2022-06-10My daughter and I were shopping across the street and called hoping for an appointment. They accommodated both of us and we were able to have a manicure and pedicure. Our ladies were very kind. We laughed and had great conversation! I had kelli. She’s great and I’ll be back to see her frequently. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the woman with my daughter but she was lovely! Thank you! See you soon!

2022-05-21I needed to get a quick pedicure and was in the area where the salon is located. I was across the street and called to see if they had an opening on a Thursday late morning. They said I could come so about 5 minutes later I’m in the chair ready for the pedicure. The salon is decorated well to give you the sense you are somewhere more luxurious with marble look floors and upscale glam crystal lighting. I wish my pedicure experience matched. When selecting my color, I noticed most of the bottles seemed to be old. They had the telltale signs of separation between the color and the orange-tinted oil that settles on the top in the bottle. I found an iridescent pink color that didn’t seem to be separated and chose that as my color. They send me back to the pedicure area and it has the typical massage chairs with bowls that are iridescent and give off a luxurious vibe. My technician sits down, doesn’t introduce herself, and starts adjusting the water and my chair. I accidentally turned the massage chair off when she was trying to adjust it forward toward the bowl because she didn’t communicate to me that was what she was doing, so when she turned on the power and the massage part started digging into my back (I have a condition that makes me very sensitive to touch), I turned it off. Communication was minimal throughout and it would be a stretch to call it friendly since I don’t think she ever smiled the entire session. She did check with me on water temperature while filling the bowl. She was efficient in the process having all tools on hand in a carryall next to her. She trimmed my nails but never asked what length I desired which has usually been the case with past technicians. While doing my cuticles, she was moving so fast that she cut into my toe and drew blood! It hurt so much that I cried out and other patrons and technicians glanced over our way. She apologized but did have to stop her work to stop the bleeding. I have never in my life of pedicures ever had this happen. The rest of the pedicure was without event since that was plenty for one sitting. The pedicure includes a leg massage with both lotion and oil. Being sensitive to touch, this part can be excruciating for me, but her gentle pressure and the layer of lotion and oil allowed for it to be pleasant versus torture. No warm towel wrap after the massage and others didn’t seem to have this as part of their pedicure packages either while I was there. Working in a rushed manner led her to not file straight on several of my toes. When I pointed that out, she did say something but I couldn’t understand what she was saying unfortunately due to the heavy accent (not a criticism, just stating why the breakdown in communication). She did refile the nails that I indicated were crooked and did also comment that sometimes my perspective from my angle versus hers looks different so that sometimes causes the nails to be cut or filed crooked. I agreed and then there was a smile.:). After polish was applied, she indicated I should “go over there” and pointed toward the front part of the salon. Having never been there before, I was uncertain where “there” was but walked toward the front only to be confused as to where the drying station was located. Usually it is located toward the front, but here it sits between the manicure and pedicure parts of the salon. My experience has always been that the technician walks you to the station and gets you settled or at the very least walks you toward it to make sure you know where it is located. She returned to cash me out while I was still drying and was friendly at that point and did smile. Overall, I was appreciative that they had a walk in appointment for me. I like my color and there’s no chipping or bubbling two days out now. I may return if in the area again but definitely will request a different technician. I will update my rating if I return and have a better experience.

2022-03-19Do not go here. The worst pedicure I have ever seen. The person that did the pedicure was so rough and continued to be rough when asked to be more careful. The person in charge was dismissive and too busy to deal with the situation. They offered to fix it but wanted to get out of there after such a bad experience. Stay away.

2021-08-13I went in here for the first time today and it is how she did my nails. Will never go back again, so waste of money. I wanted to share how she did my nails before removing them. Horrible job and very unprofessional!
