Male employee (not the cashier) interrupted two customers of color’s transaction to interrogate their motives for purchasing shoes. The customers stated they would donate these shoes to their home church in Malawi and the male employee asked for a “letterhead or proof”. Unprovoked and unnecessary racist accusation over shoes collecting dust.
Clean for an outlet store. However, to rent their wheelchair I was required to leave my drivers license/Identification and Major Credit card at the cash register nearest the entrance/exit we used. When it was time to leave, they had lost my cards. Even worse, after admitting he didnt know where they were the cashier phoned someone else who supposedly told him they had them at another register. (That meant someone moved them from one register to another.) That individual was going to bring them across the store to the register we were waiting at to check out and leave. Meanwhile a line is building behind us. As we wait.. and wait and wait, even the cashier becomes restless and starts fidgeting. He then says, I thought they might be there. as he opens the register and pulls them out from under the cash drawer! Just then his phone rings and he says, I found them. So not only did they lose my cards, the cashier choreographed a lie right in front of us.
Went there in the past with a good experience and today was horrible, prices were way to high to have prom dress that had broken zippers, rips, runs, etc. The cashier was smerky and said that the dress I brought to the register was not clearanced and the price is wrong. She said that random customers always come in and change tags all the time. 😆 I ended up paying over the price it was online and they wont return the dress now.
Its extremely dirty. Nothing is hanging on racks correctly. If you wear a 12 or larger dont bother they do not carry your size. Incorrect signs in the store for the changing room. Walked around the entire store twice before realizing its tucked back behind the juniors dresses. This place is a DISASTER
Actually one of the best selection of styles and colors in current trends. Good service too. I wish they would update their site to see what is available in store.
This place is the best for formal dresses. My 10th grader looked gorgeous at her first formal dance!
Awful experience here. Needed to return an item from Dillards, had to find a check out location with a cashier, once I did waited in a line for 15 lines while one cashier works and other employees stood and around doing nothing only to get to a cashier who said “we don’t do returns at the Clearance Center.” The cashier didn’t say sorry did have any empathy. When I asked if there was a sign (because mind you the sign in the building just says Dillards” she said there is a sign (note the sign about how much I’d save and the last thing it said was no returns at the bottom) would have preferred a more obvious sign or at least for the cashier to point out when I entered the line carrying a bag that I was at the wrong place
Its a good place to finde elegant dresses and suits etc for a discounted price. Check the hours before you go as it is closed whenever I think to go there. I think they close at 6-7pm
Good deals, only one dressing room, friendly staff and good finds. The closeout store isnt always correctly organized by the listed size, so go when you have extra time. Check all of the clothing for rips, or imperfections before you buy. (no return policy)
I get 90% of my clothes here things that were 100s of $ I can get for like $10. All good quality.
Big thanks to the people that work here! I’m amazed that it’s as organized as it is. Totally hit or miss as to what’s available. When I went there were racks and racks of little girl’s clothes and maybe half a sad rack of little boys shorts.
Feels like a ross, tj max , Marshalls type of store. If you like digging for treasures and saving money, this place is for you. Not a huge selection on luggage but what they DO have is excellent!
I buy all of my shirts here. I only like to wear 100% linen or 100% cotton or linen/cotton blends, and I can get them here for $17.59. You cant beat it. Im going to start buying other clothing items here, too, now that I think about it.

My wife and I went to this location to find her an evening gown...she had a great selection to chose from and a nearby changing room to boot. She concluded her day with four dresses for under $100 dollars. Then we went over to the Big&Tall mens section and I wound up purchasing 2 dress shirts 2 sweater vests and 3 swimsuits. I too was under $100 doors. Very pleased with the selection, the quality and definitely the price.I, well definitely return in the future for our clothing needs.
Has lots of cloths in clearance. Majority is ladies wear. The cost of some of the cloths are as less as 3 dollars. You will need to careful when choosing because few clothes are damaged and they still keep them on hanger for sale. Probably because it’s huge store and mostly everything is clearance sales. The trial rooms are available but mostly queued up for ladies. They allow only 10 cloths for trial at a time and you go back queue for next trial. And there is no return in this store so make sure what you finalize to buy.
This is Dillards Outlet Center. Large variety of mainly clothing items...includes designer.Dont expect any frills like a regular Dillards store. This once was a shiney department store that is now a place you will find their clearance, out of season and more at a lower price. All items are as is - ALL SALES FINAL-NO RETURNS 👠👔👜👗👚👢👞 Make sure you have extra time to look.Located at the back side of Eastgate Mall they have limited hours. Sundays open till 5 pm and 7pm other days.
Massive amount of clothes that no one wanted to buy. Organized pretty well, once you understand the layout. 98% junk, but you might find a treasure if you want to invest your time going through all the dreck.

This is our first stop anytime we need formal wear! The prices are amazing. Just be sure to really check what you are buying for damages before paying. They do not accept returns.
Tip...call them to hear the extra discounts for the week since they are always changing. Lots of merchandise. You have to look will be rewarded with some great finds. I especially like the designer section.
This place is great if you’re looking to find some decent clothes for a great price. However, the men’s selection is astronomically smaller than the women’s. With that being said, every time I take my girlfriend here she will walk out of the store with 4+ dresses, and a couple pairs of shoes for under $100. If you’re looking for a good price this is the place!
They were very conscience of cleaning and keeping distance. Last week it was half off everything. Today another sale 60 and 30 % off lowest price. I was very impressed with the quality of the clothing. Ive been there three times since last Thursday

I love this store, I go mostly during the week when its not crowded. I call it my therapy store. I love just looking through the racks, trying thinks on. Never walked in with out buying something. This is a big store, & well organized but the deals were lacking. I didn’t find much I couldn’t live without, and the prices were not that great.
Employees friendly and helpful. Got a lot of great deals and nice layout of store. Had all sizes even plus size womens and big mens with a big selection of name brands . We were shopping for teenagers mostly for back to school.
OK, everything in the store is on clearance. That doesnt mean damaged. I got a great, well-constructed $129 jacket suitable for business wear for $28 (including tax!). And absolutely nothing was wrong with it! I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Good selection always great prices. Now if they would only hang items correctly by sizes. A pain to sort thru a size only to find 4 different sizes that you have to check sizes takes so much more time.
Found a mom of bride dress, not a great plus size selection, so ended up with a shorter dress, wish there was Westside location again.
Found 3 amazing dresses for my daughter and was SHOCKED when I checked out. They were less than$30 and gorgeous dance dresses! The dressing room situation is kind of crazy, there is only one and it was about a 45 minute wait! Other than that, it was great!

Its really hit or miss. You have to pay attention to the final price and inspect the clothes fto see if the clothes are truly a good value.
Awesome deals, but near impossible to find your specific pant size when it comes to dress pants. Shirts are much easier to shop for, but pants are tough. I would still definitely go back, and I will soon.

Fitting room attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. Our cashier told us about the great 2 for one price on ladies formals...we got three stunning dresses, one being a stunning Calvin Klein for under 90.00! Great experience all the way around!

The shoe area for women is WAY larger than the shoe area for Men and kids. I saw shoes with additional savings on sale as low as $4.99! Women will definitely find the most options but there is still something for everyone. You really need a lot of patience to search for cloths you like. There were good deals on jackets and comforter sets too. Eat before you start to search all the racks and find something for a great price.Cons: checkout line moves really slow here.

Awful!! So many clothes on the racks you cant even hardly look through them. I was needing a dress for my daughter for a special occasion...theyre were literally 40 people in fitting room line and only 1 fitting room 😱Very Aggravating! We were in a time crunch and didnt have time to wait.

I used to come here all the time!! I drove 1.5 hours to go there yesterday and was truly DISAPPOINTED!!!! Seems like management change, the clothes are real expensive now, you can tell some clothes have been seating there forever, and even smell like mold!! I bought cheaper shoes in the regular store in Lexington than here!! For an outlet store the prices should be wayyy more reasonable so inventory rotates and they have newer styles. I will probably never come back! Hopefully they find a smart manager that can make sells more attractive and get rid of all these ugly clothes and shoes they have there now and bring fresh style.
The place is intimidating as it is racks upon racks of clothes. You can sometimes find great deals, especially when they offer an extra percentage off. Just be careful and pay attention to signs and exclusions. Staff is helpful but somewhat sparse.

This place is loaded with items. I have found lots of quality clothes for very discounted pricing. Hours are limited, but the product makes it worthwhile. Just make sure you have plenty of time to browse.
So much to choose from! Great pricing. Each week they have a different sale, lower the prices on specific items even more. You HAVE to try on as there are NO returns or exchanges. Make sure you make some time in your day, tons of inventory.
Its a little tricky at first, like when to go (closed on Mondays) and catching the sale that fits your family best, but boy oh boy when you get that figured out its a WIN!!!! As always, great deals! Not only is everything 65% off retail, they are giving an additional 50% off lowest marked price in womens, and additional 70% in juniors! There are limited sizes but usually can find clothes that are less than thrift stores for brand new name brand clothes! There is this week additional 50% off outerwear ( coats).
You can find awesome deals here! You just need time to sort through the items and have some patience when its busy. I think they do a decent job of signage for sales and it also seems pretty clean for a clearance center.
Love dillards for their deals. A lot of large selection of various brand named items.Turning of selections to look through while youre trying to find that just right outfit. Good place to take the kids pretty thing from play clothes to school close to 👗 dresses n more. The lady whos there where the dressing rooms are very helpful. they do have a chair two or three first to sit on in different areas for those who have trouble with their knees and backs.Weve been there I think three times in the past year then each time was a pretty pleasant experience. So I would recommend it anyone interested in a lot of pretty clothing at reasonable prices.
There is a lot of quality material, priced right. But, you need a few more service people. I am disabled and cannot roam the store at random. Asked 2 employees for guidiance and received little assistance if any. One response was just go around the corner and you will find it.
First time that I went had 50% everything. It was great! I got some great dresses. Second time there was discount. I didnt realize it changes. Still a fun place to go.
I love this place. This is my go to place for formal gowns. I always find beautiful gowns for low prices. They never fail me in that area. The Eastgate location is the BEST! Although its a bit far from my house its worth the drive.
Make sure you check the item first to make sure it’s the correct size and that there’s nothing wrong with it- ESPECIALLY shoes. The no returns or exchanges policy is kinda sketchy. I once bought a pair of Nike gym shoes from there, paid $50. The “pair” of shoes ended up being 2 completely different sizes.

This store has so many options its always hard to find exactly what your looking for. But if you give yourself a little time to browse you will always find something you want. The prices are incredible.
They no longer list the weekly deals on their website. They used to record them on their phone answering system so you could call in for them, and now theyve stopped doing that. Eastgate is a long haul to drive out on a gamble. Hard pass until this laziness from management is fixed.

Great brands, great deals, friendly staff, huge selection! This was my first visit; came with extended family while I was visiting town. This place was great. Each section of items is well sectioned and organized (there are huge organized sections of dresses, of shoes, of pants, etc). They have things well organized by size and color (youll find some sizes misplaced, however for the huge volume, its maintained quite well). I had limited time and only made it through looking for dresses...huge area. Everything is out and there may or may not have more than one or different sizes out on the rack. Tip I was given: go through the racks, if you like it, grab it...get a bundle of items to try on and then decide. They have a good system for try ons (they allow you to place your excess items on a rack and try on a few at a time). Things are already marked down and then there are additional markoffs (eg, well known brand dresses, originally over $100, marked down to $41, additional 40% off). Signs indicate how much additional will be marked off and they appear to have additional specials. All sales are final. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only concern I had...I wish they had carts, as it was hard to carry everything... they have mesh bags that work for some things, however not for an arm full of dresses on hangers, lol. I imagine, however, carts might make the area a bit crowded and hard to maneuver through. Overall, we had a great experience and if Im in town, Id love to visit again. Id recommend others to visit. Reserve a bit of time, as theres alot of inventory.
I was there to use a gift card , took almost 2 hrs to find something , exhausting !!!!! I know that its after Christmas but all I saw was honestly a lot o cheap looking clothes. I ended up with 2 pairs of jeans that were over priced !!! I didnt know that the Kenwood Town Center was a. Regular store . I WILL go to Kenwood next time , its a drive but I think I would be a lot less stressed in spending my money !!! I REALLY REALLY MISS THE OLD OLD MC ALPINS !!!! Yes Im in my late 60s but I still like to dress like Im in my 40s !!! Your employees are still great and helpful !!!! Liz C.
I love this place. I highly recommend going they have Amazing prices and so much clothes and styles to chose from.
Items are too crowded so you can not take a look on them well. But the most bad thing there is the restroom. It is smells horrible and very dirty. I imagin if people from such dirty bathroom are touching the cloths outside and make it dirty. It is like a huge source of infections.

Tons of merchandise. You can get great bargains. Biggest negative is that they typically have only one fitting room area open for women and the line can get pretty long which results in a long wait.
This place is great if you have a couple hours to kill. I bought three Calvin Klein dresses for the price of one. Granted the deals are wonderful but there is so much stuff crammed into this store its insane. This used to be a regular 2-floor dillards and now there down to one floor. The escalators are blocked off and that whole top floor is going to waste, its a shame.
They have an amazing selection here for extremely reasonable prices. Clothing is organized well but youll still need to search a bit. The only area where the selection is poor is mens shoes.
We stood in line forever to pay for one thing while one cashier told his life story to customers and the other cashier, who was super slow, stopped to clean up stuff that wasnt affecting her work while she was ringing up a customer and 3 more were waiting. A lady behind me commented on how she mustve forgot what she was doing. 😂 Dont go here unless you have time to kill. NEVER go here for childrens shoes unless you feel lucky, horrible selection.
Loved merchandise and pricing not long lines need to have many registers open so the line can move quickly. You are missing business.
Gotta go often to catch some of the really good deals. Buying clothes online is ok but sometimes the sizes arent as avertised. Going into a store like Dillards one can try the item before buying. Make sure you have an hour or two. Have a list for clothes and household items.

Huge selection! Set up like a regular Dillards, but prices are slashed. Not as cheap as the one they closed on the West side, but STILL WORTH IT! I got $185 Vince Camuto leather pumps for $12.50! HALSTON boots originally $245 for $29.99!! I will DEFINITELY go back!! 😍 💄👠👢

First off, make sure you have plenty of time, no kids with you, and some patience. The prices are good if you absolutely love the item, I find myself buying so many things that Im on the fence about JUST because they are cheap!!! Only realizing there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!!

Inexpensive quality clothing. Mens and womens. Difficulty shopping with the GF and her trying to find womens clothing. Definitely tricky to find items. Overwhelming, yet with the deals most clearance places are.
Omg my girlfriend took me here for my bday one weekend and I have been loving shopping here every since. For Christmas it made shopping for quality gifts much easier than going to other places. A must see for yourself for the whole family.
Great deals to be had but you must see the flyer for the day to find out the actual clearance prices. Signs in store will state the initial savings but the prices at the register after often much lower.

Smells stale in the store, and as I was walking in one of the workers jumped behind the counter so she didnt have to help. Horrible service even when checking out the staff was having a conversation and acted like I wasent even there, then they took there time to clean the counter before I could check out.
Love shopping here for great items at great prices. Some shirts I buy for special occasions and will only wear once or twice so the low prices make it worth the drive.

Store is a mess. Not enough staff for the size of the store. Clothing is disorganized and more expensive than you would expect for a flea market style layout. I walk through there only for the extra steps when Im at the mall.

You can find a great deal as long as you have time to search through the close and keep an eye on the signs describing the sales/deals. You might see it as an additional % off but its the final price on the tags.
I think its ridiculous that its December...right before Christmas..and they have no cashiers available to cash people out...and the lady that did ...was so rude ..she just tossed my stuff in the bag in a ball...if you dont want to work then go home!!!

Not really happy that you cannot return it if its wrong size or if the person didnt like it. Tj Maxx and Burlington are the better choice for me.
Junkie, confusing, prices all over the place, sales people rude. They got so much stuff that is price way too high. They need to sell a bunch of that stuff for $3 just to make room clear the clutter.
Awesome place to shop for quality brands at an extremely reasonable price.
Trying to find mens jeans and was surprised they had one half rack. All the other areas had rows and rows of options.
Found some great dresses extremely discounted, but less selection in mens wear.

This place had nothing. Everything there is for 60+ people the one on the Westside was much better than this.

You can find great bargains here the only downfall is trying to get clothes tried on. Its very difficult and theres usually only one place to do it.

Only one fitting room for the whole store. When womens clothing in marked down, you could wait 1/2 hour to try things on.
Plan to spend a lot of time looking for what you want. There is too much stuff and a lot of what you would never wear. My head spins and I personally find it overwhelming.
This is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes they have a great selection, but this time I was very disappointed in the selection of boys 8-20 clothing.

2022-06-13Got a really nice suit for a good price. Good meaning a lot cheaper than retail and probably would have had a hard time finding it elsewhere at that price on sale. Store shows a few signs of wear but clean otherwise.

2022-07-03You need a lot of time and even more patience! And now, unfortunately, more money. The entire store is disjointed and not easy to maneuver. And, sadly, they no longer have sales, and the prices marked don’t leave you feeling like you just shopped at an outlet store. A large majority of their stock is previously worn and then returned items, and the price is not reflective of that. There are great finds, no doubt. Just prepare to spend time finding them. Additionally, parts of the store haven’t seen a dusting cloth this century. The store needs some TLC.

2022-06-02A bit creepy in here to be honest - dimly lit and rather quiet with few employees. Hundreds upon hundreds of racks with thousands of clothing items and other rejected clearance items. However its a bit hard to find anything of actual worth in here without spending a large amount of time searching. But the again there is probably a reason why most of these items ended up in a discount outlet.

2022-03-15Always the first stop for formal wear for our highschoolers. Plan to spend time waiting for fitting room (the fitting room staff is top notch and keep things so organized) Its a clearance center, there will be snags, missing sequins and busted zippers. Save yourself time and inspect seams and zippers before taking to fitting room. If you dont mind investing a little extra time to score awesome savings, this is the place to go! They have so much more than formal wear and Im always impressed with how the staff can keep it all so organized.

2022-07-10Took a trip to the Dillard’s Eastgate Outlet on 7/9 and was sadly disappointed. Things are dramatically different. The rack are no longer maintained by size. Meaning, although there are size markers on the racks, they literally contain all sizes, making shopping very difficult. Second, apparently the days of deals are gone. I overheard the single cashier tell a customer that there were no more sales? And that items get marked down to either $7.99 or $14.99. This must be their final and semi-final pricing because I picked up mens shirts priced at $30-60. Not much special about that. Generally, the dressing rooms were a mess. I didn’t see any hooks to hang anything. Looked like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Sorry I didn’t take any pix.

2022-06-06Good selection, a big messy and that makes it hard to find things in the area you’re looking for so don’t be surprised to find your size in a different spot; however, they are starting renovations in the women’s side and in that particular area it is much nicer and the lady who is helping with the checkout and fitting room are very professional and nice - so if the store continues to improve in this way it’ll become a 5 star place for sure!

2022-02-151st the store is filthy. The carpet hasnt been cleaned in years. Its nastier than the worst motel you can think of. 2nd there is no mall entrance which is obviously for low staffing reasons. 3rd they have nothing but mainly dresses and mens polos. I would not walk in there for anything else. Wear closed toe shoes and dont touch that carpet!

2022-04-26LarderRoom...When you have a teenage daughter in High School, you need to know about Dillards Clearance Center. You may not always find what you need but when you do...the price is right! The store is huge, almost overwhelming. I just stay in the car and let the ladies shop. This system works for everyone! They find what they want and I just pay for it. Happy hunting my friends!
