Worst ever! I don’t know how to prescribe it. Well i wanted to sent an envelope with docs across the sea and the told me it’s $149 and i was in a hurry and when i asked them why $149. Because I’ve sent it before with DHL and they charge between $50-$60 the lady told me this is how much DHL charge. After i left my package there and left because it was something urgent I called DHL and ask them how much would you charge for this package to this destination (the same info i gave to the SHIPEZ lady) they told me $57 and when i told them how much she charge me they told me that is nothing that DHL can do because that’s a third party. Anyway DHL fault is that they need to control this guys. And this’ll guys won $90 and lost a client. I’m pretty sure they dot mind that’s how they do business. I would give you -100 stars but I cannot so be happy with 1star.

The worst place ever to do business. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant, the poorest customer service I have ever seen. She calls the cops on the customer with a fake allegation and she treats your packages with absolute recklessness and negligence. Not a licensed representative of DHL (Just an account holder like every tom and harry)and you will learn this in a hard way when something goes wrong with your parcel. Score 0.0%

The property management are VERY disrespectful to the American flag. Took them 2 months to change their flag that was is shreds. Even after many people stopped in or called and asked to at least take the old one down. I will NEVER conduct business there and I will NOT recommend them !!!!

If I Could Give Your Company A 0 Rating I Would!!! WORST Company On The Planet!! Does NOT Deliver Packages...Especially If It Rains Or Snows!! My Son Has 7 SEVERE Autoimmune Diseases And We Get His Medical Things Shipped By The Company We Order From...By DHL. I Am Now Going To Look For A Company That Ships Packages By UPS Ground Or USPS. DHL You Are The Worst Company On Planet Earth!!! I Will Be Reporting You To The Attorney General For Package Theft, And To The Local Police Dept. And To The BBB!!!
