My daughter-in-law saw the car online that she wanted. Filled out the online credit app. My husband and I rode with her and my son on a Friday evening. Drove the car home that same night. My son is self employed and had a limited down payment. Time flew by because we were all having such a good time with the staff. Our salesman name was Jason. Had a blast! Irene is one of the best and most professional finance manager I had ever met! We feel like we have met some life long friends. Thanks Guys!! Holly loves her new car!
We will definitely be coming back to Destiny’s for future purchases! Everyone was so friendly, professional and took the time out to make us feel like we weren’t just a “sale”! Gary even offered to run to Wendy’s to get us food while we waited to finish up paper work! Very happy with the service we received.
Worst customer service Ive EVER experienced!!!!! These people are unethnical and very shady.I tried to get a car for my family and myself through this business and they claimed that we were liars and frauds and took the car back after we were already approved then tried to make us pay for the car tags after taking it from us. Irene was the rudest girl Ive ever met. Very unprofessional and mean. She is classless. I dont understand how she is still in business. We tried to negotiate a deal with her like adults and she told my family and myself that we should part ways and that we didnt own her anything in a very rude tone. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dont recommend doing business with this place at all.
Very friendly place, Gary Mahone and Tony Stewart worked with me to get me the best price and the right car for me and my family. This will not be the last vehicle I get from them. You really have to appreciate a place that takes the time and makes sure no stone is Unturned when it comes to getting you in the right car that fits YOUR budget.
Ray was wonderful at helping me and my aunt both find cars. We didnt have much to offer but he tried his best and got us both really nice new cars. He was very genuine while working with us, along with the rest of the workers at Destiny Auto Sales. Will come back for my future cars!

I had great experience thanks to Gary and Irene. Didn’t feel rushed or pushed into a vehicle I didn’t want and drove off the lot with a good car that I’m very happy with. Glad I made the decision to come to Destiny to purchase my vehicle, definitely recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!
Worst Customer Service ever. You cant get noone to call you back. Or talk to the finance person, I need a car but I cant get any one to talk to me. When I did talk to someone what Im looking at they want to push off a car your NOT wanting. They DONT want to work with you or listen to want your looking at. They NEED people who care.
Spent 6 hours here trying to work out something with one of the salemens but he continuously tried selling me cars he knew I couldnt afford. I asked for something in the low 400 a month with 5 to 600 down and everything he wanted me to test drive was at the least 600 a month plus full coverage insurance and 1k down. When I would say no he wanted to argue and tell me based on my paystubs I could afford that as if he had any idea what my other bills were. Clearly they just want to be paid their commissions and dont truly care about their customers.
Upon coming here I was a little doubtful that I would get financed for a new car. My sales person Lisa reassured me that they could get me to drive out of the lot that same day. She got the ball rolling and she went through all of the chains of command and I’m very glad to say, it happened! Very professional and I’m very happy with my car. It was a great experience! They were patient and worked with me, they went above and beyond for me. Great customer service. They even delivered vehicle to me. Ask for Shon he was very professional and friendly, He went out of his way to make sure my experience was perfect.
DO NOT GO HERE! this place is such a scam. I bought a 2016 Ford Escape from them and noticed problems with the transmission THE SAME NIGHT. $10,000 in rental and attorney fees, plus another $3277 for a used transmission later... i finally can drive a car i bought last september! I didnt notice anything wrong with it during my 5 minute test drive, HOWEVER, when i got home that evening there was a loud clanking noise coming from the hood. i called Destinys when they opened that monday and told them about the noise and scheduled a time for them to look at it. I couldnt get out of work at the scheduled time so i ended up going around 4pm. Veronica acted very sketchy and said that her mechanics wouldnt have time to look at it now, and to come back another day. At this point i didnt really trust them and i hadnt heard the noise again so i kind of let it go. The next week the clanking noise was back and my boyfriend noticed a puddle of fluid underneath the vehicle. When he looked under the vehicle, he seen that the inspection window for the flywheel had been patched with a piece of metal RTV to keep the fluid from leaking out! This is 2 WEEKS after i had bought it! I ended up taking it to Ricart for an inspection, where they told me the torque converter was leaking and coming apart internally, and that someone covered the vent hole to hide the leak, that it should not be covered. It was going to cost me $9000 for the new transmission. At this point i got an attorney involved to get the money from Destinys to get it fixed. This drug out for 6 MONTHS. The whole time im waiting on Destinys to make it right, i was paying out of pocket for a rental plus my attorney fees. I couldnt afford to keep throwing money away and hoping to get it back, so i ended up taking my car to AAMCO for a used transmission and paying that $3277 out of my own pocket as well. He said there was failure to the drum and torque converter and the fluid was burnt. It was an internal failure that the dealership had to have known about. Bottom line is, read the bad reviews, you can see many people have pulled their car off that lot and almost instantly had issues that the dealership was probably aware of when they sold it. They even go so far as to cover up a $9000 leak just to get it gone. They had no problem selling this car to me, when i came in with my infant and two young kids, they will have no problem doing it to you too! I work at a body shop and i know many people in the car industry. No one wants to lose money, but there is also i time when you know you should make something right! I tell everyone I know to stay FARRRRRR away from this place!
We’ve had our truck less then 3 and a half months. The brake line went out on the truck when my husband was on the way to work due to the brake line being wore down from previous work done (then they ‘fixed it’ and didn’t replace the brake line. The fuel pump needs replaced. The check engine light has been on with the same codes showing since day 1 - they said they’d diagnose and fix all those issues then they slipped it into the writing of the contract they would only diagnose it but Tony Stewart the salesman told us both on more than one occasion now that they would DIAGNOSE AND FIX the issues.I don’t care that it’s a used truck and has miles on it. This is not preventative maintenance issues as Irene, the manager, says!! Preventative maintenance includes regular oil changes, tire rotations etc. These are major repairs and replacements that need completed!!Now they say their service garage caught fire and it’ll be about 2-3 weeks before they can even look at the truck again and that we are welcome to take the truck elsewhere. Why? So someone else can fix their truck and then them say ‘oh we didn’t get the chance to fix it?’ Destinys Auto needs to stand by the things they say and be fair to their customers because they sure as hell aren’t doing that right now. Before we left on the day of purchase they asked us to give their Facebook page 5 stars and recommend them on social media - that’s a joke!
When I first test drove my car it was fine, the next day I went and bought it. For weeks my car didnt start. I reported it to them and all they kept saying is thats weird as opposed to saying, what can we do to help. They also say they mail out Titles, my didnt come to me. So not only do I have to pay for hard plates I have to pay for a title that should have been given to me. I just left they just keep telling me theres nothing they can do. I will never go back or recommend anyone to them, not even my worst enemy. The service and cars suck...
I bought a 08 GMC Sierra from this car lot. During the test drive the check engine light come on. When we got back to the dealership my wife and I was told they would get the codes looked at and fixed by car salesman (Tony). When we did the paper work on the truck they put would diagnose the issues. I took the truck to have the codes pulled my self the next day and it had 7 codes. I returned to the car lot with the truck and codes. Was told some of the codes was not active but the ones that was would cost me almost 2 grand to have fixed. After a lil hell was raised it was talked down to 400. Not 2 months later I’m driving to work and I lost all brakes to the truck. I made it to work and started looking come to find out the truck had aftermarket air bags put under the rear of the truck for pulling a trailer and the brake line had been rubbing the bracket and cut the line. I had the truck towed to the car lot. When arriving at the car lot the mechanic I had been dealing with on the issues quit. They fixed they truck at my expense which was 500. The check engine light is still on and with even more codes and as of today the ABS light is on and I’ve lost my traction control on the truck. I’ve had another mechanic and was told to fix everything wrong with the truck I’m looking at almost 8 grand. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
At 1st I wouldve told you to come here in a heartbeat, Ive even referenced family to purchase cars here. After the drama I went through and am STILL dealing with due to the negligence of Destiny , Id avoid this place.I owned my 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee not even 6 months when I was involved in a hit and skip. Id purchased an extended warranty (pro-rated) and GAP coverage. BMI credit Union (lien holders) and Destiny had me running as the middle man between them. So I had to cancel my extended warranty quickly which was its own nightmare, but they asked where I wanted the check sent to, I told them BMI. They sent it to Destiny. Destiny then kept the check thinking it was theres on behalf of the Jeep. A month goes by and BMI is looking for the check so we can get the GAP coverage completed so Im not being charged for the Jeep. I received grief from Destiny about why my car wasnt paid off and that theyd sendthe check to BMI(not allowing me to hand deliver it to Shawn @ BMI). Another month goes by and they forgot to send the check.This caused me a car note as well as fees due to the negligence of Destiny. I received a call from Michelle stating theyd call Shawn at BMI to handle the fees and such I collected, but per usual Destiny nothing happened.Long Story short...Dont Go.
The truck is very nice on the outside. But we havent had it for a year yet and its already had to have work done on it TWICE. They were nice enough to fix it but it took a whole MONTH to fix the second time and we still had to pay the payments without driving it for a whole MONTH LITERALLY! During the month they gave us a loaner car but that only lasted for a week. He kept telling us that it would be fixed within a week but guess what that week kept being pushed back every week. SMH. Theyve had the truck since April 13th and now it is May 20th and we have yet to see the truck really. This really sucks bad.
The experience started out great. I had to take the car back two days later engine light came on and no breaks or rotors. I’ve asked to test drive other cars Tony Stewart will not return my calls my text or emails. I’m sad I did the video and I’m upset that my 25 yr old son who is paying his own way through college paid the down payment and I have not had the car a week can’t get my money back. Now I have to seek Legal counsel. DeDra D. ErvineAs an update. Destiny Auto Sales fixed all of the issues with the car. It’s driving very well. I’m grateful I’m not on the bus. Let me tell you that this is THE place to go. Andrea and Veronica are not only mad cool but they really took their time, listened to me, did their thing and went the EXXXTRA mile to get me mobile and rolling again. They deserve every single star and I will send everyone I can their way .
Review for Destinys Auto Service Department.I was hearing a knocking and grinding noise from the rear of my 07 Tucson, I took it to a local and I was referred to Destiny’s Service department on South High, this was the best decision I had made, Mr. Whiteside test drove the vehicle, crawled under it and located the issue, I was in in fear it was the rear differential going out and ended up being something simple. My Evap canister dropped on to the tailpipe and rear driveshaft. Mr. Whiteside fixed the issue. A month later I had a new no related issue and took it back to Destiny’s. Mr. Whiteside (David) located the problem (broken motor mount). Again fixed what was wrong and I was on my way. I can honestly say I have a “GUY”! If and when any issues occur with our family’s vehicles I take it to Destiny’s Service and let David (Mr. Whiteside) take care it.Thanks again for taking care of me, I will return and have told everyone I know who don’t have a “GUY”!
Okay. People were nice when we were buying a car but when we went back to pick up an owners manual they told us you can get one on line That would have cost us $35.00 OR we could have printed our own, except we dont have a printer. They still would not get a manual for us. Dont ALL cars come with a manual?
I had one question how much trade in value they would give me for my car that has some damage to it white guy there: sure will give u something not sure how much but Ill find out come inside and lets do some paperwork...........30min later basically laught in my face saying no no no we would never give any thing for something like that omg I about flipped he could of said 100 bucks and I wouldnt of been so mad any way Ill never even think about that place o ya keep telling me I was wrong about what my ins. Company is going to do when theyve already done there part wow. 👎👎
If I could give more than 5 stars I would I went there today and the car I initially wanted was out of my range however Gary and Veronica still got me in a beautiful car OMG I LOVE IT drove it to Williamsport to see my grandma and its such a great ride they went above and beyond and made us feel like family love love loved my car buying experience the last one was horrible this one was great
They had a SUV online i liked....when i went in to see it all the sudden the SUV was sold the night before....but they just posted a pic of the same SUV on facebook that morning...so they showed me another SUV....the next day i texted GARY to let him know i want that SUV...now they needed more or i had to look at something else AGAIN!!!!!...so i told him i will just take my business else where because theres something shady going on and they are false advertising and he hung up on me....very unprofessional...

2022-05-12Can’t believe how much hoops you have to jump through to get approved for a used car. I’ve never had to give so much information to a dealership. Irene wasn’t in when the car was bought and Gary didn’t know what he was doing. We have made multiple trips to the dealership and gave them everything they need and more! We also basically gave them a car to scrap and they refused to give us the tags off that car. I would NEVER recommend buying a car from this lot.

2022-04-16My husband and I went to buy a car. We were approved, and was to pick it t up in a couple of days. We found out that his surgery was finally going to be done after waiting over a year. He would not be able to work or do anything for 6 to 8 months. We called and ended up not getting the car. The people at Destinys are good, honest people. If anyone needs a vehicle with bad or good credit Destinys is the place to go.

2017-06-22Customer Service experience was AMAZING!!! I was able to get approved and get all the paperwork started over the phone and via the internet. I purchased a 2010 FULLY LOADED SUBURBAN for my significant other for Fathers Day. We own our own business right down the street from Destinys. This has been an amazing experience! I will be going back to Destinys for more used cars AND I will be referring ALL of my customers to Destinys. Thanks so much for the AWESOME experience . . . 2021-07-08I have never met such nice honest people we bought our car today knowing there was a crack in the windshield and signed papers for as is except our warranty threw the bank and the lady Irene still is having a company come to our home to fix it.
