Today, I was completely misled and not ethically treated by the facility. When it came to a procedure I needed, I was told my insurance didn’t cover it. After speaking with a family member that works for a dental office, providing a range of services, I was informed it could be by medical, not dental. I called my medical insurance and was informed the procedure is absolutely covered with pre authorization. When I contacted the DentalWorks office back, I was then informed they do not accept my medical coverage but failed to tell me that before the procedure. Now, I have a bill over $6,000.00 and they expect me to pay it when they lied to me. They should’ve told me medical would cover it and they just didn’t accept my Medical Mutual. I could’ve went somewhere else that did and came back for the surgery I also need. Instead, they were only concerned about taking advantage of me and not following any medically ethical process. I demanded someone call me back to handle this, immediately. I’m still waiting.
This was my first time here for an appointment, front desk Staff was friendly and my Hygenist Sarah did her job very well, I would like for her to be there again when I come back. The Dentist showed kindness and concern, along with good information for me moving forward.
Have had a series of procedures over past 4 months to correct dental problems. Drs. Solooki and Krajekian, along with their staff, have corrected those issues in an effective, efficient, and highly professional manner. Both dentists/surgeons provide detailed, understandable explanations of what procedures will be undertaken and what results they expect. Their staff -- without exception -- exhibit the same level of competent, professional care. Equally impressive is the personable, empathetic nature of the principals and their staff. They have made me feel at ease and clearly want to make these experiences as pleasant as possible for their patients. THIS is how all businesses should be run!
This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I was booked within days of calling in as a new patient and everyone was above and beyond kind and friendly! I’ve read countless positive reviews and can confirm the outstanding experiences. I hope this practice sets a new standard, a new norm - not just for dentist offices, but ALL medical practices and businesses!! Words cannot express my gratitude, nor how encouraged I am on all things the human spirit.
I am beyond grateful to the dentist and the staff. I’ve been having multiple problems with my teeth recently. I haven’t been able to establish a dentist that I trust and is able to work with me and my medical issues. These guys were able to get me in at the last minute for an extraction. The dentist made sure that I was comfortable the entire time of the procedure. He spent a very long time going over different options for long term care. I’ve never felt more comfortable and cared about at any other office. I will most definitely be returning for follow up care.
Very nice practice. Have been a patient since I moved in the area last year. Have seen Dr. Solooki twice, and he has been great. He explained everything, and is honest in his assessments. Robin did an excellent job on cleanings for both my wife and I. The staff are professional. They have earned my business and I highly recommend DentalWorks Fairlawn.
The staff got me an appointment as soon as possible for infected molar. Dr. Solooki took great care explaining the options and performed extraction at the time of my appointment. He has been my dentist for several years and always has performed excellent services. Highly recommend Dr. Solooki !! Paula has also always done an excellent job cleaning my teeth.
Chipped a tooth over the weekend and walked in the following Monday. The staff helped me out and took x-rays. Within 30 min I saw the doctor and discussed treatment. Within 90 minutes my tooth was fixed and I was out the door. John Solooki was the dentist name. I highly recommend him and his team at this location!
Dental works is very efficient and the staff are friendly and knowledgable. Dr Salooki is thorough and explains procedures well. Our family has been going here for over 10 years. They always give an estimate before they do any work on my teeth including just a 6 month cleaning.
Amazing place! Dr. Sooloki always takes the time to genuinely explain and answer questions… he is the best! Also the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They never disappointed in my 7 years since I go there, and I recommend them every time I have the occasion. Clean place as well!
My family and I have been coming here for a few years now, for dental and orthodontic work. Both of my teens are finished with braces now. The results are fantastic, and the follow up care is excellent. Dr. Solooki, the hygienists and staff are all very friendly and attentive. The office is very well run, fast and organized.
Best dentist in the business. I have been 3-4 times and they have taken me on time every time. In and out quick and very thorough. You are treated like a real person and they are very friendly and informative. I found out I need a mouth guard within 3 minutes of talking to him. Something my previous 3 dentists didnt tell me. Very Happy highly recommended. I wish my MD practice treated me the same way. I feel like this is how a doctor/dentist should treat their patients. If you are still reading this review and havent scheduled an appointment you are crazy. BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!
Got my wisdom teeth out this morning and everything went very smoothly. Dr. Krajekian is very wonderful at what he does. He helped talk to me to calm me down after being very nervous, the IV barely hurt at all, and I just casually fell asleep and didn’t feel anything afterwards. All the staff was very nice and helpful and I would recommend this place, especially Dr. Krajekian himself.
I have been a patient for 5+years and have always received exceptional care and service. Every staff member has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I am always confident I am in good hands and never feel pressured even when additional services are recommended. I am not always the best with my home care routine (flossing, etc) so I appreciate the reminders to get me back on track. I recommend this practice!
A doctor friend recommended Dr Solooki at dental works, saying he had magic in his hands! for which I was so grateful, being that I had just received a report that my teeth were decaying because ofdry mouth..it was devastating! And very depressing....Am so relieved!!Dr solooki has worked on and saved my teeth plus is s a joy to be around. Staff is wonderful too.Would recommend dental works in fairlawn to anyone!!!
I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. They took xrays and determined the tooth in question did not have a cavity, (likely cold sensitivity), I was good to go. I appreciated their professionalism. I will be using their services in the future. UPDATE: I have returned to DentaWorks and had them perform 2 additional items and so far they perform excellent service. So professional as well as their communications with me and they practice quality safety protocols.
Upon my wisdom teeth removal, I was cared for by the oral surgeon, medical technician and the office RN. The med tech was extremely sweet and so kind in responding to my anxiousness regarding the procedure. However, the RN was a little rough in inserting my IV and caring for me. I also was advised to arrive up to 20 minutes early, as they would be able to bring me back earlier which I did. But I was not actually brought back until 20 minutes after my scheduled procedure which was a bit unfortunate because I was very anxious and nervous so the delay made my bp rise. When the RN was putting my IV in he stated they changed needles and they were smaller and harder to attach the IV tube, which I totally understand but as someone who is extremely fearful of needles it was horrible and there was blood all down my arm. He also was making small chat as we waited for the oral surgeon and he began telling me about all of the needle pinches I would feel from the numbing and it made me even more nervous, as I just told him I do not like needles. Overall, everything went well and it was quick but I just wish medical professionals could respond a little better to concerns and anxiety and be a little gentler with their work.
Dr Krajekian is a blessing! Needing two implants to replace front caps that broke off from another dentist, I did my research on Dr. Krajekian. His reviews were excellent in all areas. He is so knowledgeable, I had complete trust in him. He really listens to his patients and is extremely kind. I would give him 10 stars if there was the option. The whole staff was kind. I’m so grateful to have found this practice.
I called Dentalworks for an appointment after breaking the crown on my front left tooth while biting a piece of chocolate. They returned my call and was able to fit me in on the following Monday, which meant I only had to live with the broken tooth over the weekend. I was seen promptly upon arrival and getting checked in. Dr. Solaki examined the damaged crown and the assisting dental hygienist explained the procedure and costs. Everything was done professionally and expediently. I believe I was only in the dental chair for about an hour and left with a temporary crown and with the assurance that my replacement crown would be ready in 3 weeks. I was well pleased with the service.
Paula Hartzell is always wonderful and Dr. Solooki is the very best dentist I have ever had. I hate going to the dentist but these folks make it easy. Theyve helped me after years of negligence and put me on the right path. Thanks to the folks at Dental Works Fairlawn!
So this facility is very poor in taking care of patients. Dr. Krajekian and the staff make the office look good; but, they have a complete lack of regard for your health, safety, or well being. And pay close attention the bill your insurance company for services they dont even preform. And for patients like me who are on strict pre dental protocols because of medical conditions, the office cares more for their coffee preference.
Another great visit at Dental Works with Dr Solooki and his staff. My husband had some unexpected work done and Dr Solooki was great with him. He was very nervous and the staff made him feel comfortable. Everything worked out nicely and my husband had to admit that his experience was better than expected. I got my teeth cleaned and she did a great job! Thanks Dr Solooki and staff for making our experience a great one!!!
I have been a patient here for 10+ years and the service that I received today was unlike ever before. Previously, the office manager, Jodi, did everything in her power to ensure the patient’s experience was the absolute best. Unfortunately, I could not say say this about my visit today. The front office staff, Megan specifically, had contacted me yesterday stating that my appointment had been canceled but could not justify as to why and I had nothing but trouble with rescheduling. After updating my file with my phone number for scheduling purposes, they proceeded to contact my mother four times during her work day. Upon arriving to my appointment today, they service I received was horrible. The front office staff was rude and unhelpful. I will be switching to a new dentist after going here since I was a child. Highly do not recommend with all of the staff and management changes they have experienced.
My experience at the Fairlawn DentalWorks was exceptional. Everyone I came in contact with from the front desk, to Susan the hygienist and finally to the dentist , Dr. Solooki, were very kind and caring. Their bedside manner was one that provided dignity and compassion. I highly recommend DentalWorks at Fairlawn. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one. I will definitely be back.
Dr. Solooki and his entire staff are an incredibly competent, efficient, and friendly group. They pay very close attention to detail, making absolutely certain that their work is of the highest quality. It is clear that they take pride in their work. Dr. Solooki and the other dental professionals explain the whys and hows of the procedures they perform, whether simple or more complex. Different alternatives are discussed. For the first time in my life, the dental work I faced was not uncomfortable! The business side of this office is also exceptionally competent, as all costs (out-of-pocket and insurance covered) are reviewed right up front. How refreshing it was to watch a well organized group of professionals at work! Well done DentalWorks Fairlawn!
I absolutely love this dental office. From start to finish, the staff was extremely helpful, professional and well explanatory. I really love the professionalism this office provides. The hygienist Susan is awesome, she is very gentile and thorough at the same time. Dr. Solooki is the best dentist ever, I have been going there for 4 years now, and will always enjoy being a patient there. I would highly recommend this office.
The office staff and dentist are very nice and welcoming. My only issue relates to my visit in February. I came for a new patient exam. I had xrays in hand upon arrival. I let the staff know I only had a certain amount to use for dental. The dentist said he would do the x rays at no charge. I have been trying to get the charges reversed since. I have spoken with the office manager. She told me it was something corporate has to do. I called last week and asked for her to call me back. I still havent heard back from them.
Dr.Solooki did a outstanding job with me making sure I was ok with the work I was getting done and the staff work well together and they go over everything before any work is done if you want the work done right go to dental work no long wait and nice and clean thank so much for all the hard work that y’all do
I went here for the first time in November of 2020. I waited 20 minutes before I was seen. No one was in the waiting room and no one else was back there when I went back. The dental hygienist was nice but then proceeded to scrap my teeth until they were clean. My jaw hurt by the end. Then when dentist saw me he told me I needed 9 fillings. Every time I have gone to the dentist in the past they have commented I had nice teeth. This dentist found 9 cavities though. The nine fillings would cost $2500 even though I have insurance. In addition to this the dentist saw my son. They said he had an abscess and that he needed to see a pediatric dentist. I took him the next day and no abscess was found..DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE TRYING TO SQUEEZE YOU FOR MONEY!!!Update: December of 2020 I went for a second opinion at Aspen Dental. The dentist found 6 small cavities. After insurance it is only going to cost me $470.DO NOT GO HERE!!
I have been a patient of Doctor Solookis for many many years. He is an amazing dentist with the best staff that always makes me feel welcome. Their professionalism and knowledge of how to make my smile perfect is remarkable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like a positive experience at the dentist!!!
So far I am very happy and excited to be able to smile again! Everyone is so friendly and excited for me. The doctor is awesome and concerned for my comfort in the whole process! So glad I chose Dental Works!Going thru the different stages of healing and adjustment, they are so kind!
Be careful, folks! They will pretend they don’t have your contact info and ruin your credit. Got a letter from debt collection saying I owe them money. Called the office to find out they have sold a small balance for something insurance didn’t pay 4 years ago to debt collection. I was surprised. Checking my old emails I remember hearing from their office saying all insurance issues were solved and I even emailed to ask whether there was any outstanding balance 4 years ago. And now I need to deal with debt collection for something insurance would absolutely have covered 4 years ago. This is so unprofessional and so duplicitous.
Not Greenbook friendly. My experience with one dental technician was not good. She is rude and assumes people dont understand the subtext of her comments. Also, if you want the best overall dental experience, this isnt the place. One bad apple can taint a practice. This was a true Fox News experience. Thanks for the experience. Ive wanted to change my dentist for a while now and finally did.
Everyone at dental works was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me find other options as far as insurance to reduce my cost. Dr. Solooki is excellent at what he does, very friendly and likeable. I recommend this office to anyone. I was seen almost immediately every time I went, the pain of procedures was minimal. I was comfortable the whole time. A very pleasant experience
It was great. I had a couple of procedures so it took a long time. And it got a little confusing about cost along the way as I added and subtracted procedures but they presented each item with computerized quotes that I authorized. The dentist and all of the assistants are great. Very competent and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable with my Humana Dental insurance.
Able to get next morning appointment online for a new patient. Friendly and efficient staff. Only a short wait time despite multiple patients in office. Dentist listened to concerns, discussed treatment options, and took care of my broken tooth quickly and painlessly.
Ive always gone to private practice and seen the same dentist for 20+years. Since Ive moved I was reluctant to go someplace new. My boyfriend goes here and has lots of anxiety about the dentist. He assured me this was the place to go. They even signed him up for dental insurance since he is self employed. They were so kind and so friendly I didnt feel like a number. I felt like I was the only one there. I cannot rave about it enough. They are so comforting and super gentle on my sensitive teeth. If youre on the fence I assure you that they will make you feel at home and comfortable.
I have been going to this dental office for about 3 years with no complaints, HOWEVER, this visit was the worst visit I have ever experienced, so much so that I will not be returning! First of all they were slightly late getting me in. No big deal. When I refused the X-rays the technician who seemed sweet and chatty at first became very rude and short with me. I then proceeded to wait another half hour to be seen (making my wait a little over 45 minutes from my appointment time). What should have been a 30 minute cleaning (which is what it had been in the past) took the hygienist 12 minutes. She was so rough, kept scraping my gums, and caused them to bleed more than I had ever experienced. My mouth was left throbbing and raw. She then stated that she would walk me to the front desk since I had refused the X-rays, that I obviously refused a full exam. At this point I should have demanded to see a dentist but my mouth hurt so bad and I was so near tears and upset that I left.I was so disappointed. I understand that even though my appointment was at 9:30 and the office opened at 9 that they might be behind but to be so rudely treated and rushed was highly disappointing considering the previous services I had received there had been pleasant ones. I don’t know if there was a change in employees or what or if those I encountered were just having that bad of a day but I will not be going back. Just so disappointed.
All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate every step of the way. The facility is clean and inviting with entertainment options such as magazines and tv to keep guests occupied if any waiting is involved and comfortable seating. Service is fast and efficient. Dr. Solooki is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is always very kind, honest, and helpful. Fairlawn isn’t the closest DentalWorks facility to my residence but Dr. Solooki and his team do excellent work. Highly recommend!
This was my first time back to a dentist in over ten years. As a child I was taken to a clinic and a painful mistake was made which terrified me even to this day! I let them know up front before I came to my appointment. The staff was all extremely nice and polite about my fear! They made sure to explain every single thing they did to help keep me calm. Even after battling with my insurance for 45 minutes not one single employee was rude to me! I will happily be returning for all my dental needs and referring anyone I can to this office!
Dr. Salooki and his staff are so sweet and accommodating. Sometimes they run behind due to emergencies but I dont mind waiting when someone else is in pain so dont plan on always being in and out quickly though theyll work hard at making you comfortable, keep you updated and do top notch work. You will be happy when they finish. I recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Solooki is the best there ever was and so is his staff! After several poor dental experiences in Cleveland, a friend recommended Dr. Solooki to me and I’ve been going ever since. He is kind, gentle and he knows what he’s doing. His staff is always courteous, they remember me and ask how I’ve been and ask about my family which I really appreciate. Without hesitation, I would recommend them!
The staff are is excellent! Dr Salooki has always been very friendly, kind, and works to ensure the procedures are as painless as possible. I’ve been a patient there for about 6 years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Definitely the best dentist office I have ever been to!!!
Most people are hesitant to go a dentist. My husband and I go to Dental Works and just made a visit recently. The personnel greet you and make sure you are comfortable. They are very professional but they treat you like family. The dentist and other personnel tell you what they are going to do before they do it, so you have no surprises. We are very happy with our experiences at Dental Works with Dr. Solooki and his staff.
Dr.Solooki and his staff are amazing. So very carrying, professional and very gentle. When I was young I had a very bad experience at the dentist and have always been afraid to go. I will definitely go back to Dr Solooki and his staff as they made me feel safe and like family! Thank you!
I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get in for an emergency visit especially since my dentist wanted me to wait over a week. Everyone in the office was friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood the cost for everything before proceeding with procedure. I highly recommend!
I love Dr Solooki. He is very thorough and kind. The girls who work with him are great and the front office ladies are fantastic. There is absolutely no negative vibs in the office and I always enjoy the visit. Yes, its the dreaded dentist visit, but it is well worth while to visit this office.
After trying a family dentist when I first had children, we didnt feel like family. My family has now been a loyal patient of DentalWorks since kids were toddlers. We feel like family every. Is it with happy smiles and warm dental staff. They are 18 now and they still look forward to their apots, mine too! We have only received great care, honest feedback and its been worth it!! Our smiles show it!
The experience of getting my braces on and off was great but my real gripe is the end process. After my braces had been removed it seemed as if they were done with me and if I had any problems with my retainer I was pretty much screwed until the orthodontist came back. The orthodontists schedule is also a little inconvenient to because hes only there every other Friday to my knowledge so if you want something serious done fast youre out of luck.
My son knocked a tooth out jumping on a trampoline. I called Dentalworks and they squeezed him in at the end of the day when there were others waiting. They did a great job and kept him comfortable! I really appreciate Dr Solooki and all the staff at the Fairlawn Dentalworks!!
Dr. Salooki was AMAZING!!! His staff Mrs. Susan and Mrs. Kate as well were equally AMAZING!!! I was coming from a terrible experience with the dentist and to be honest I believe I had PTSD from it. Dr. Salooki and his team are restoring my faith in having a good Dentist. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a new Dentist Office. I promise you wont be disappointed.
I had the worst experience ever at this clinic. I required a tooth cavity to be fixed and after they took an x-ray, they told me I have ten cavities, and bone decay and what not just to scare me. Every step of the way, they kept handing me bills telling me how much it will cost. The nurses were rude and the doctor only spends a few minutes with you while they perform most of the procedures. The nurse who filled my teeth didnt level and I had to come back to get it fixed. 2 months later there was pain and I checked with another doctor who told me it wasnt done properly. They just want to extract money. Dont go to them.
My name is Breanna and i went to Dental works in fairlawn. They are really nice people and makes sure they ask ask you everything. I was examined by John Solooki, he was really helpful and he shows he cares. His workers are sweet and considerate. Even though you are around professionals, you never feel like its just strictly business. They give you a welcome feeling, its the best way I can describe it. I would definitely recommend going out of your way to see these dentists, they actually show that theyre not there for the money. Thank you.
This was my first visit to the office and I have to say it left a great first impression! I came in for a procedure that was new to me(chipped tooth) and I came in they saw me and had me out of the office relatively quickly. The staff is very friendly and professional as well as the doctors and I will absolutely be a repeat customer!
I am happy to recommend DentalWorks in Fairlawn because Dr. Solooki and the staff are thoughtful, competent and professional. I have been going DentalWorks for many years without complaint. Keep up the good work team! The entire staff is friendly and courteous–I like that. Thanks!
Very friendly, expert care. They explain every procedure in detail. You know exactly what to expect. They make sure you are pain free as possible. Ive been in pain before my appointments and each of these tims they have me pain free by the time I leave. They are the best for making you relax and be comfortable. They explain also prices before any procedure and exactly what insurance covers and what you owe. Very nice to deal with. They work with you, not against you. Barb Dawson
Dr. Salooki and his staff are a delight. Im in process of having full dentures put in. The tops are done and I couldnt be happier. I was given a real and heart felt approach not a businesslike one. The girls are very kind and have great attitudes. I will send anyone who asks there.
When I go to Dental Works the Dr. makes me feelComfortable and very safe. He has a greatbed side manner that cannot be taught . The employees in the fairlawn office are very wellTrained and you can tell they work in a great culture.I work in the hospitality industry and it can be tough.I highly recommend this dentist and office .
Been going there since back in the 80s when they were affiliated with Sears. Excellent care, skilled dentists and techs. Im 65, still have my own teeth even though I was cursed with soft enamel. Dr Solooki made a cap for 1 tooth so perfect even I forget its fake. The office staff have been so very kind to me.
I am more than very happy with DentalWorks. I first came to DentalWorks because of an insurance plan change a few years ago, and really hated to leave my previous dentist & hygienist of many years. However, I have found things to be even better here. I expected things to be different from PPO to DMO, but I just see no difference in the delivery. Everything seems to be new, clean, up to date or better. I am thankful that I seem to always get the same hygienist, Paula. She runs a great balance of communication, thoroughness, and I think I am getting the best cleanings I have ever had. And I feel like I have been able to keep my teeth cleaner between visits better than ever before. Dr. John Solooki is very easy to talk to (like youve know him for years), very pleasant, very clear telling you what he going to do, and apparently very skilled. Dr. Solooki had to do a filling and another procedure for me. I can tell you that I am probably horrible to work on because I am hypersensitive to oral pain because of experience with my first dentist. Dr. Solooki and his staff are the best Ive ever had at avoiding pain because I dont remember having any. Everything is so easy and frictionless from scheduling until the time you are done. The staff is very friendly, do helpful to each other, they seem to be very happy at work and with each other.
My hygienist was phenomenal. She went above and beyond. I had some stains on the back of my front teeth. Theyve been there about a year. The other hygienists didnt bother. I thought I was just stuck with the stains. Although no one else could see them I knew they were there. I really appreciated that
Went for 1st visit on an emergency basis. Had a crown that needed recementing. Although it wasnt possible and a bridge was necessary the staff was very compassionate and professional. Took the time to do the unexpected without having to make another appointment. It was a front tooth so they understood the urgency. The Dr. was amazing and kind, made sure I felt no discomfort. The only problem is that now the laws make it hard for them to prescribe the pain meds you need so motrin is the only thing they send you home with. I will definitely be returning for all my dental needs.
I have been going to Dr Solooki ( I am very sure I spelled his name wrong) for a long time now. Everytime I am always treated with complete respect. The staff is very professional. They always go over the cost up front to minimize any mistakes and there are never any surprises. My teeth are in really good shape and I look forward to my next appointment.
DentalWorks in Fairlawn always provides 5-star service. I am one whos never liked the dentist; however, my anxiety is at a low due to the professionalism of all the staff. From the time you walk in its an enjoyable experience. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Kudos to the receptionist, dental assistants, orthodontists, etc. at DentalWorks in Fairlawn!!
Even though there’s a pandemic 😷 this office still did a great job with sanitizing and keeping things safe and on time. The only thing I did not like nor appreciate was the $10.00 extra each visit for their PPE gear. I also work in Healthcare and we don’t charge our patients extra for this it’s not right. Maybe you can figure something else out, that’s a bit much.
What an amazing, professional staff!! Front and back office work together seamlessly, They bill my insurance, make sure I know how much my part is, and they are rarely off more than a dollar or two. I referred someone to them Tuesday for a lost filling. They saw her same day and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.
Dr. Solooski and his staff at DentalWork in Fairlawn are awesome! They are very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Solooski has been taking care of my family dental health for 20 years now. I brought my 88 years old mom in for him to do her bridges and mom is very happy with her bridges. Before she had her bridges, she had 7 teeth removed and she had no issues or much swelling after the surgery. The surgeon who removed her teeth, Dr. K did an excellent job. Highly recommend Dr. Solooski!! :)
Absolutely horrendous. We waited for 2 1/2 hours the receptionist didn’t tell us the orthodontist was running over. After my daughters appointment we got home to find out they missed putting 3 rubber bands on her teeth. I tried calling the office 4 times to get her back in and could not get through it was busy each time. I will have to wait til Monday to call and reschedule her again
No one likes to have dental work done...but if you do...this is the place to go where they give you what it will cost up front, and they are painless to your wallet as well as your mouth! They are professional & friendly! I was referred here by a friend...and I have referred 3 different people...who all feel the same way as I do!
Please do not trust all the reviews, dental works staff writes them! Notice how they are all accounts with 1 review? This dentist office is the absolute worst scam Ive ever encountered. I went here to get fillings done, and boy did I make a huge mistake. They were awful every step of the way. For starters, they never discussed which teeth needed fillings, they just handed me an estimate for a bill that I was only allowed to look at for about 10 seconds. When I asked for a copy they said they dont give copies of the estimates. Yet, they make you pay for the whole estimate up front. So you are totally in the dark about what work you actually need done.During the procedure, the dentist, Dr. Salooki lied straight to my face after applying the Novocaine shot, he said ill be back in 10 minutes. No exaggeration, I sat there for 45 minutes with a fat lip before he returned. The dentist drilled, then had his hygienists do the filling. They didnt file down the fillings and I had to come back 4 separate times to get them filed down because I was in intense pain whenever I would eat anything cold or hard from my teeth not fitting properly. I got the last filing down done at a different dentist office, and lo and behold the pain went away right after. I dont think its a coincidence.I needed a couple other fillings done on the other side of my mouth for which I learned my lesson and went to a different dentist. They were done exceptionally well and I had no issues with them unlike the constant issues I had with my fillings from DentalWorks.Unfortunately, it gets worse. The billing department is a total scam just trying to pad the month/quarter end books of their corporate overlords. Remember how I said they make you pay for the whole estimate of work up front? Well, they are still holding onto the funds for the work they never did, which is about $600 after insurance worth work. Theyve made me jump through hoops to get this credited back. Heres a breakdown of whats happened:1.) I called them about 1.5 months ago to ask for the refund. They said they did not receive payment from the insurance company for the work that was done, so they would have to hold onto the funds for what wasnt done yet. I told them that was ridiculous, but called the insurance company and asked what the hold up was. The Insurance company said there was no hold up and that the balance was paid and they gave me a check number as proof that Dental Works cashed it. I gave them the check # and they gave me some lame excuse then said that they would need a week to process the credit.2.) I called them back 2 weeks later as I still hadnt received credit. They then told me that they couldnt send credit because the funds dont tie out. I called the insurance company who said they are wrong, and then they called them and straightened it out as they said. I have no doubt dental works just told them they would take care of it, like they did to me before, because I still did not receive credit from them.3.) I called again a week later and they then said that they are waiting for their corporate office to approve the credit, and that it should be in the next few business days.4.) Here I am 1.5 months from the initial phone call with the billing and still no credit. They are liars and I know exactly what they are doing: They are trying to hold the funds until quarter end to pad their books.Disgusting company with no ethics. Please do not make the same mistake I did, go to a local dentist office, not this corporate assembly line unmitigated disaster.
I dont know if there are two Susans working at this office, but she was the hygienist for the most painful dental checkup and cleaning I have ever had. I came back a few weeks later for a filling, and after the dentist drilled the tooth they left me sitting for at least 10 minutes with a gaping hole before a hygienist came back and added the filling. Definitely not going back.
I know there are quite a few dental works in the area but I travel ~25 minutes to the fair lawn location because the hygenists are fantastic. Paula, in particular, genuinely cares about your dental health. Dr. Solooki is a great dentist and makes you feel comfortable during dental visits.
I dont know what kind of shady practice they are striving for here. I was told that I would have to pay a lot out of pocket for the procedure I needed. Something definitely didnt seem right to me about them. So, I decided I just needed to get out of there. Then I went to a real dentist and was told that the same procedure was covered 100% under my insurance. I would recommend that you NEVER go here unless you like to throw your money away. I just dont understand how shady dentist facilities can do this to people.
Love Dental Works Fairlawn. I can’t give 5 stars because it’s a dentist, lol! I hate the dentist but the staff and Dr. Salooki do a great job of reassuring you and making sure you’re comfortable. I’ve never had a bad experience and will continue to visit Dental Works for future dental needs.
I have been with Dental Works for years, the staff their is the best. Dental Works is one of the cleanest, sophisticated places l have been. The Hygienist and Ortho is the too of the line in their field. If you are ever in need of real Dental care, please choose Dental Works you will not regret it.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. However, This is my 2nd time being put in braces by Dr. Omerza. My mouth wasnt fixed correctly the first time, now only my right back molars make contact when I close my mouth. My right molar brackets keep breaking off, Im not eating any of the forbidden foods. I know the mastication process is a very powerful one, but Im very angry that everytime I have my mouth adjusted, I end up with more cuts on my cheeks and lips. My mouth is being torn up by my brace wire gauge. Im not satisfied. Its now a year later on 8/3/18 I was scheduled for an orthodontic apt, Dr Omerza was on vacation. So the staff decided that instead of calling me and letting me know that I should reschedule, they just canceled my apt last minute, without telling me. When I showed up I was treated poorly by the receptionist and told to reschedule my apt which ended up being two months out because they couldnt fit me in. I was also told that I was one of the multiple people this happened to.
Paula is the best dental hygienists I have ever experienced in my lifetime..Not only was she caring she was very educative to my procedure.. I don’t want to see anyone in Fairlawn but her..Dr Soolaki was amazing he came in with a great bedside manner and made me smile...Thanks Guys
I was my first time getting any kind of mouth surgery. All 4 wisdom teeth at once. They made sure I was so numb I couldnt feel my lip at all. 2 teeth came out fine the other two were stuck in good and one had to be drilled to be removed. They kept asking me if I was ok. When I was not ok they would stop immediately .
Very efficient office, modern equipment. Its a bit of an assembly-line, but efficiency drives cost savings. It seemed that the dental hygienist was running behind because my tooth polishing took about 90 seconds. That actually isnt bad, since I hate that part of the process.
Worst experience ever! I went here after getting and very good review from a friend. I went to get a tooth extracted, now I explained to them numerous times that I did not have insurance and would be paying out of pocket in full that day. I had no problems with the office staff but the the dentist was horrible, he kept trying to give me a root canal and I kept telling him I couldnt afford, it now if this had been one of my front teeth then I would have got it done but since it was a tooth in the back I just wanted it gone. he just kept going on and on about a root canal for about 20 minutes until I just finnaly had to say look sir I dont have insurance Im paying for my services out of pocket today and I can not afford a $1,500 dollar procedure I just want to pay the $340 to get the tooth pulled and be on my way...well I guess he didnt take that to well because after he was done and I took my papers to the front the Secretary realized he didnt prescribe me any pain meds...none! So she sent a girl to ask him was this a mistake and when she came back she told us both that he said oh shell be fine she can just take Tylenol.. Like what who does that! keep in mind he had the hardest time getting my tooth out it took him over an hour of digging, tugging and drilling! and on top of that he ripped my gums and had to give me stiches! The Secretary seemed to be more in shock and upset then me, now Im not gonna say what she did but all I have to say is god bless that women! I will never go here again
This is what you want in a dental office. They are professional, competent and dont try to get you with $1000s in unnecessary charges. I went in they sat me down quickly, theres a tv for me to watch. They took a bunch of x-rays and the cleaning began. they were really good and cared about when things hurt and made the typical suggestion to floss but in a kind motherly way. they took measurments of my gums 3s are good. Then she water picked my gums and polished me up. Was there blood and some pain sure but they made sure i was ok. they noticed a cavity and i came in the next day and within 20 min i was out of there no need for any animistic. The Dr is very nice great bedside. 3 things you should know about they do free whitening if you keep coming back, the floride treatment is like a film they put on your teeth and you walk around with it for a couple hours(cost me like $20) and they offer a cancer screening with this blue light ($10). The screening is jus the DR looking around with a blue light. I was good but i dont smoke or chew. All in all the best denist exp I have ever had.
In the past, I have had a couple of Dentist in my time, it started probably in the 4th grade. Bad ,bad visit which I thought scared me for life tell I met Dr Solooki. He is the best in my book, and everyone that works there is as well. I cant tell you how that makes me feel.I LIKE GOING TO MY DENTIST! !!
Definitely not a hometown atmosphere. Feels like assembly line process. Long waits either in the lobby or in the chair itself. They upsell everything and have costs printed out before they check your teeth. Would give one star but they treat kids pleasantly at least.
Really nice experience , I had 2 teeth pulled and a prep for a bridge done , the dentist was supper polite and concerned with my comfort he did a great job numbing me up , and the staff was very friendly , the office was clean and the music was pleasant , I m looking forward to my next trip whenehe seats my crown

2022-04-28It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Everyone was super friendly and personable. They made me feel very well taken care of and kept me informed though the whole process. The dentist went patient to patient doing his absolute best and never skipped a beat nor did he make me feel unattended to. I had a crown procedure done and they had me in and out very quickly with very little pain and discomfort. They took the extra time to make sure my molds and crown fit perfectly. They have fantastic quality and the customer service exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this location if they want to feel apart of a great team, atmosphere and quality work done to their teeth. Oh and my favorite part about my visit was the fact the dentist shook my hand!!! As simple as the gesture it showed he genuinely cared and wanted to help.

2022-03-24This past visit was the best experience I’ve had when coming in for a cleaning. I had a new hygienist, Sarah, who cleaned my teeth and she did a fantastic job. She was extremely friendly and very thorough. I also had a filling that was giving me some pain and the dentist adjusted my bite during the same visit. If the adjustment doesn’t fix the issue, I was told the filling will be redone at no charge. The staff at the front desk was courteous and helpful as always. It really shows that they care about their clients/patients here and they want you to come back. Everything was great!

2022-04-11Super friendly staff and very clean. Very knowledgeable. My hygienist is amazing and very patient with me. She knows I don’t like going. The doctor is nice and professional. You know what it’s gonna cost before they do anything and the staff knows how to process through any insurance. Would recommend. Scheduling is easy and your given information on any procedure being done.

2022-09-13The entire staff here was friendly and helped me feel comfortable. The dentist himself is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner! I can tell you that I get anxiety before going to a dentist, but when I got there today they helped me feel at ease and let me know that if I was in any discomfort they would do everything they could to help me!

2022-05-23I have had bad experiences with having dental work done. The staff here is absolutely amazing with a patient first focus. I have had pretty serious procedures done and the staff gave me great comfort and an ease of mind. I would definitely recommend Dental Works Fairlawn.

2022-08-09I’m so glad I found this place. They scheduled me the same week for wisdom tooth removal. I was so nervous but it was fast and painless. The only thing I felt was the numbing shots. The staff is also so friendly and comforting. I would 10 out of 10 recommend. ♡︎

2022-06-30My dental hygienist was awesome! It was my first time with her and she took her time to do a good job, provide necessary patient education that was customized to my individual case, educate me on the necessity of flossing, water piks, and best toothe brushes available. The front of the house was excellent, by finding my insurance and helping me get in last minute for mouth guard impressions and scheduling my follow up in 3 weeks! Last but not least Love Dr. Salooki! And I have remained cavity free in my adult life! Thanks Dental Works!
