Th office that creates smiles certainly provided very warm and caring smiles to me today. Every single employee made me feel like we were all family! Dr. Isam Ibrahim was very polite and informative and answered every question or explanation that I requested. Each thing that was done to me was explained in great detail so that I knew exactly what they were doing and why. Major kuddos to everyone at DentalWorks!!!! You made my first visit feel like I had been going there for years!! My visit was awesome!!!
Me and my daughters experience was Amazing. This facility was sooooooo clean and professional. My hygienist Rachael was so kind and my new Dentist Dr. Jane was absolutely wonderful. We were new patients and I am so happy to have found them. They do not try to run up your pockets. They didnt pressure me into forcefully getting things done to my teeth like other offices have in the past. They just made us feel comfortable. Thank you all so much to the while staff ❤
Dr. Krajekian and his staff were wonderful with my son. They were collectively timely, explained everything completely to him and answered all of his questions before beginning. I was given thorough instructions on his care and even received a phone call from the staff checking on my son’s recovery later that evening. I highly recommend this caring and skilled team.
Been there three years ago for exams only. Nothing special, give all insurance. But three years later received a statement! Excuses me! Why not statement same year if not received payment? Call three time try to deal the case. No body call back, call again today. Give me a bad attitude. Do you think you will pay off at the same situations!?
While visiting Niles, Ohio I needed a root canal due to a cracked tooth. I was very nervous going to just any dentist, but, it couldnt wait till I returned home. I chose DentalWorks at the Eastwood Mall and I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Jain was amazing! She put me at ease and was gentle and considerate. The dental assistants were awesome as was the office staff. There is a really good vibe there. If I lived there, this would definitely be my new dentists office.
This was my first time at Dental Works, and even though I was there for an extraction 😳, the staff put my mind at ease the minute I walked in! They treated me as if we were friends for years! I had a very nice experience considering the circumstances, and would gladly recommend Dental Works to all my friends and family! Thank you!
One of my friends recommended me to Dr. Ibrahim, who is a top dentist from the Pittsburgh area. My treatment was disrupted and delayed due to COVID-19. But Dr. Ibrahim was rather patient about it, and was professional and finished my teeth perfectly. Strongly recommend Dr. Ibrahim!
I had a wonderful experience!! The office was very clean and the staff were so welcoming and kind! The dental hygienist was great, she walked me through everything as she was going and very gentle! The dentist wonderful as well, I felt very comfortable!!!! I already set up my second appointment and made one for my teenage daughter!!! Im so grateful that I found a family dentist who offers all services!!
My mother had a badly abscessed tooth and was in alot of pain. They were able to get us in very quickly to get it taken care very quickly even tho they were busy that week. She said the assistants were very personable and compassionate, and the doctor himself is highly skiled and has a very good bedside manner. He made her feel at ease and even got her to laugh despite the fact that she was very nervous. A huge thank you to the whole team there.. thank you for taking care of my mom.
The dentist was very rough. Thought he was gonna break my jaw. Never had a dentist pull up on my jaw with one hand while pushing down with the other. I could not understand the dentist.i was self pay and they are over priced and pulled my tooth the most expensive way they could knowing I had to pay all of it right then since they dont do payments enless u get care credit. I am still having problems with the tooth because the stitches are dissolving and he didnt stitch it correctly and my gum didnt heal together so there is still a big hole. Worse experience ever at a dentist. It was very clean but thats the only positive thing I could say.
I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a kind word! They were so professional and made me feel at ease. I actually had left Dental Works for a year to go to another dentist, and was unhappy. When I returned to Dental Works I felt like I was home again!
Had dental work done here last month, staff was amazing and very helpful, dentist was great one of the best I have been had working in mouth. Healing is great, was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time and the dentist made sure I was in no pain what so ever. Highly recommend this office and staff.
Staff was very friendly. Very clean office with up to date technology all in 1 location. I was treated with respect and the doctor, hygienist and other staff was very informative and created a relaxing environment. My procedure was done very efficiently. I also thought it a very kind gesture that they gave me 3 tickets to see the scrappers baseball game. Keep up the good work.
Everyone was very friendly, the visit didnt last long, and they were informative and helpful. I also liked that I saw everyone disinfecting between patients and their PPE was great. You do pay $10 that goes towards their PPE but that just makes sense to me since theyre using a lot of it and in peoples mouths all day 🤣
First time going here. I just went to wherever my insurance would take so I could get a wisdom tooth out. Was in pain for weeks. So was at the point of didn’t care where I went, just needed it out. The lady at the desk was very nice and helped me with any questions I had. She said I was just there for a consultation and we will go from there. I get in the back, took a little while to be seen. Finally the dentist came back and introduced himself. He was very busy and was rushing. I had x-rays sent to them from my dentist. He said “you want that out today?” I said “sure I’m in a lot of pain.” Than without any warning or explaining what he was going to do (I have never had any kind of dental work done before so I had no clue what the steps were to get the tooth out) he just says “open” so I open my mouth and he sticks a long needle in there which I now know is for the numbing, he did it three times. Being off guard yes it hurt but I got over it fast since my mouth was all numbed up. Well times goes by, no one checks on me. A whole hour and a half later the numbing is pretty much gone. He comes back and says “how’s your lips?” I go to tell him I’m no longer numb but he didn’t even give me a chance, he opens my mouth and shoves tools in there and starts pulling. I start screaming and crying, he says “you can feel that?” I scream “yes!” He says oh I’m sorry I was busy with another patient, I guess the numbing wore off. I’m sitting there with tears running down my cheeks. He says open. I look at him like he’s crazy! He says “I’m going to numb you again”. So I open. He does 3 more shots. Half hour goes by, finally can’t feel anything. He comes back and pulls it. Didn’t even feel it. He than says, “I’m sorry that was supposed to be a fast an easy procedure. I just got busy with another patient. Hope you come back.” Yeah...no thanks! Worse experience of my life!
I had the best dental experience provided by Dr Jain at Niles DentalWorks. I would give her 10 stars! I had an upper cracked molar tooth. Fixed, pain free during the procedure and still no pain, such a relief! I am 100% satisfied and so thankful to Dr. Jain and the DentalWorks staff
Absolutely fantastic! I had a wisdom tooth pulled there a few hours ago as a new patient. Extremely friendly staff, saw a doc within 15 min, total appointment time less than an hour. Prices are extremely reasonable, so if you think you cant afford what you need done, call them! I didnt feel a single thing, either! Thought I might have to call off work tonight, but nope! Would recommend 1,000 times over!
Ran a hour behind with no patients in office. After going back sat in chair for another hour waiting on doctor to look and instead of a normal cleaning was forced to have a deep cleaning. They wanted 500 that day and 200 3 months from then for a secondary check up (which took another 20 min for them to tell me after doctor finally made it back) since my insurance wouldnt cover that I elected to just get the routine cleaning and they pushed back saying its recommended to do this I said thats okay just the routine and they said they cant do routine and told me I was done for the day. So 2.5 hours later I didnt get what I came for.The old staff was nice and the problem with the place is its constantly getting new staff and always pushing treatments but now they are literally forcing them.
My experience w dental works was a good 1. Everyone was really nice. N helpful. Only thing was they said they put a. Dr excuse in blue bag but wasnt in there. But I think Im doin pretty good for getting 4 teeth pulled and being at work today. Thanks. To all of. U at. Niles. Dental. Works. 🤗😁
Ive been with Dental Work for a long time. I started coming under Sears Dental. My dentist is a warm caring person that has made my mouth look beautiful for decades. Due to Covid- 19 didnt like the conclusion of my last visit somehow with Gods help the outcome will be great!.
Myself just like other people have a fear of the dentist. This was honestly probably the best experience I have ever had going to see a dentist. I was not rushed at all and not forced to come up with some ridiculous plan treatment. The Dr could tell I was having anxiety issues and sat down with me and talked to me and made me feel more at ease. For my first visit I was highly impressed with the whole experience. I will be going back for a cleaning and extraction next month. I finally think I found the right dentist to finally get my smile back.
Treatment blackmail. They told me I needed a deep cleaning at almost $400 patient cost rather than a routine cleaning. They refused to do the routine cleaning no matter what I wanted. I think they should have given me the choice of signing off the more expensive process and electing the routine cleaning. This is the only place our insurance covers so we are changing insurance to get more choices.
Can I just say the staff is beyond friendly and helpful! Im not from the area but was in town visiting family and friends when I started experiencing pain in my jaw. It was a weekend and I couldnt get in anywhere! Dental Works was the only place willing to squeeze me to get checked out. The pain was caused because of impacted wisdom teeth and they made quick arrangements to meet with their oral surgeon. Unfortunately since Im not from the area and had limited availability to successfully schedule a surgical consult, I had to go elsewhere. They went out of their way to find a date that could work and if I wasnt in such a time crunch (moving out of state soon) I would have stayed with them! They truly are great!
Unfortunately I can only give three stars at this time. I went in because I’m having issues with my wisdom teeth. I went it almost two weeks ago to be told their oral surgeon comes in Tuesday’s and I wouldn’t be able to get them removed til June 4th 😖. So, I ask for pain medication because Ibuprofen wasn’t working and they turn around and send a ibuprofen script to the pharmacy. Everyday has been hell!!! I called a shared my pain for them to ignore it then I called for a second time to only be asked to come in the be seen. I have shared cost with my insurance so coming in multiple times isn’t ideal since I’ve already been seen and told it’s urgent to remove these teeth. Smh ugh Monday just not getting here fast enough. If I didn’t have share cost I would of went somewhere else. Also, this is the most expensive dental place I pray the cost is worth the work. Stay tuned for a update...
Everyone very nice. But disappointed with the 10.00 covid fee for the doctors PPE. We werent told about it until we left. Iam disappointed due to the fact the hard wood floors inside the room where they cleaned my teeth there was 3 dead worms in rooms and food crumbs on the floor.. very disappointed this time. We are all paying for PPE we shouldnt have to pay for the doctors.
My husband had his wisdom teeth pulled here. Nice and flexible staff, definitely recommend the niles office over the boardman office. Only critique I can give is they forgot to give us the scripts for his pain medicine/antibiotic and I had to drive back to get them... Which wouldnt have been a big deal if we didnt live almost 30 minutes away. They were very apologetic though.
All I wanted to say is I asked the Dental staff to make sure that my insurance well cover when the doctor examines my teeth and she said it does cover it and then about a month later I got a bill saying that I owe over $150 so I had to call my insurance and it was kind of their fault too for give me a book that was out of date. The dental staff what they should have done is look in their computer to make sure the doctor was in network but he wasnt in network he was out of network so that was their kind of fault so now I got to pay over $150.
My experience with DentalWorks Eastwood Niles has been wonderful. I have been completely satisfied with work that was done - from cleaning to crowning. The dentist who has attended me is professional and personable. I would recommend DentalWorks to any family member or friend.
Had to get surgery done on my mouth and was referred here. Well a family emergency came up and I had to cancel, get the surgery while I was out of town. They had me pay $500 upfront which I have been trying to get back for almost 2 months now!! Will never go back or reccomend this facility to anyone after how they are holding MY money for services that I did not receive!!
I wouldnt even give them one star very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment they made the mistake of writing my daughter for the appointment instead of me so I had to reschedule because of their mistake. Today my daughter and I both had appointments to get our teeth cleaned. I was 5 mins late and the hygienist refused to see us and was with another patient anyway but used the excuse that it was because I was five mins late. Most dr offices allow 10-15 mins before they reschedule you but there were no signs up about it.
The absolute WORST. Do not even think about getting ortho treatment here. Charged us $2000 for two visits for my son after we decided to switch to another ortho because they were so incompetent. He never even had the braces put on yet!! The office manager and Dental Works corporate do not care that they rip people off for shoddy work. His new orthodontist has to start from scratch as this place did NOTHING for him for $2000.
Everybody was really nice except for the dentist. She wasn’t willing to do anything that day to try and get rid of my pain. All she wanted to do was tell me I needed a crown. Very rude and unprofessional. You shouldn’t be open on Saturday if she doesn’t want to be there.
Very high bill after I told them that I couldnt afford a deep cleaning. They told me a price after insurance and I said ok. Now I am stuck with a large bill. They lied to me. They should have checked honestly with the insurance I had and truthfully tell me the bill amountI paid the bill and I will never go back
This was the worst experience I ever had. I had a problem with a tooth that wasnt fixed and they scheduled me for a laser cleaning for 300 that I never agreed on. When I asked for a regular cleaning the employee acted like there wasnt one. I waited over a 1/2 hr to even get in this was the last time I will go there

2022-03-16I had my wisdom teeth removed in November, and while the procedure was fine, it has been a nightmare getting my bill sorted out since then. First, the first mention of my bill didn’t happen until I was already hooked up to the IV in the chair, and a woman came in and told me “ this is how much you owe, sign here and how will you be paying?” I found it very strange that they didn’t think to go over billing during the hour plus I was sitting in the waiting room, but okay. I told her I needed to talk to my husband about it because the bill was more than I expected ( I had done my research with my insurance company) but they didn’t give me an itemized bill to look at, just a paper saying how much it was and how much the insurance would cover. Because I was in need of getting the teeth removed immediately, I paid the bill and figured I would sort it out later. This was my first mistake- after receiving the itemized bill in the mail, I noticed there were a lot of discrepancies, so I contacted my insurance company, who verified that I had been charged incorrectly. So I called DentalWorks back and was told the lady who handled billing was not in the office that day and that they would have her contact me. After no contact, I called back the next week and got the same response. I had my insurance contact them to see if they could get any further but they received the same response. Next week, same response. In fact, I called every 2 weeks for a couple months, and every time was told the lady wasn’t in, they could send her an email. Does she not have a phone?? How does someone work for your company and you have no way of contacting her?? After several calls to my insurance company they sent out a certified letter stating that DentalWorks had severely overcharged me and that they needed to correct my bill. Meanwhile, I am still receiving bills from DentalWorks stating I still owe them money! It has been almost 4 months now and somehow any time I call they have no idea what I’m talking about, what is going on or apparently who works for the company. I am owed money and will probably never see it at this point. My insurance company has suggested I file a fraud claim and possibly look into further action.

2022-06-28Very helpful and informative. Kind people all around, gave me a lot of options to help with more than just teeth. I have migraines and he tried to help me but my insurance wasnt going to help. Truly recommend to anyone.

2022-06-17I was there for a tooth extraction. Staff of Dental Works were all pleasant and professional.Dr. Krajekian, Oral Surgeon did a great job on all aspects of the extraction as evidenced that it has been 4 days since surgery and I’ve experienced 0 complications. His assistant Raeanne was helpful both pre and post op. Would encourage use of general anesthetic.Highly recommend Dental Works Niles

2021-10-28I take both of my children (13 and 14) here, and they are truly good with kids. Clean, top of the line facility with a phenomenal staff. They really try to make services for the patient affordable and have alot of payment options. I also like that my kids have both the orthodontist and dentist in one location.

2021-10-12They were fantastic! Im hyper-petrified of dentists and after the initial crying session, Ive been super comfy there. Everyone is welcoming. They make the dental work seem fast, they talk you through every aspect, and they make sure you understand each step both the day you plan, and the day you come in for the work.

2021-08-25For months I experienced headaches, eye twitching, neck pain and ice cold nose with no explanation. I had extensive testing and no relief. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Ibrahim, for a crack on my front tooth. He discovered a severe infection. Thanks to Dr Ibrahim, I feel amazing. I’m grateful to his attentiveness and experience. He’s an amazing dentist. The entire office staff is wonderful. Thank you Dr Ibrahim and Brittney.
