One of my lower back right teeth broke while eating a partially popped kernel of popcorn. Thankfully the nerve was not exposed, so it wasnt painful. I knew that I needed to get it fixed as quickly as possible before it got worse and potentially became very painful. I called and left messages for 3 central Ohio Dental Works locations. Tiffany from Dental Works at the Easton location called me back fairly quickly, and was able to schedule me for the following day. All of the staff were great. I met with the Dentist, who was the most polite, and accommodating Dentist that Ive ever interacted with. He said that he needed about 1.5 hours to work on the tooth, to put a crown on it, and asked me when did I have the time? I said, how about right now? I was expecting him to tell me that I would have to come back since it was already about 3 p.m. Instead, he said lets do it, and got to work right away. I was a little sore that night, but overall given the circumstances the procedure went very smoothly, and I was very pleased with the way everything turned out. The bill was also less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend the (Easton) location of Dental Works. The Grove City location never called me back, and the Dublin location called back later that night to say that they would not be able to schedule me as quickly as the Easton location was able to.
Starting from the from staff who checked us in to our dentist Dr. Tamimi was excellent and personable. He spent lots of time examining, accessing the situation thoroughly and gave us great recommendations. Very considerate, sweet and caring and great manners .Excellent service on the whole
This was my 1st visit and I must say there is still good Dentist out there , my previous Dentist was so nice but he would only do temporary fixes and it started costing a lot , This dentist took his time with me , he discussed 3 options with me , he made me feel comfortable, the staff was Awesome 👏🏼I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DENTALWORKS EASTON.
As with the others who wish they could give 0 stars, I also wish it were an option. Absolutely terrible experience as my first time going there. My appointment was at 8am, but I called before 8 and was told theyd call back in a few minutes because they were still in the process of opening. After the paperwork saying theyre charging an extra $10 fee due to covid, they did x-rays.Once the cleaning was supposed to begin, I was handed some kind of dark sunglasses which had extremely dirty lenses that I had to wear. During the cleaning she was extremely rough on my teeth and gums, she didnt do a good job of getting the spit out of my mouth because I felt like I was drowning. They seemed confused about how many teeth I had, so I mentioned that I didnt have my wisdom teeth anymore. So the main guy asked what happened to them as if it wasnt done by dental surgeon like they normally would be removed.Since I was there I figured Id have them look at my mouth guard I have to wear every night. He took it and rinsed it off and told me to put it in so he could watch how it moves around and fits. Afterwards I noticed the sink which was absolutely disgusting. The faucet looked like it had dirty slimey goo hanging from it and the soap dispenser had greenish buildup on it. Definitely have to wash it with fire now because ew.This is the summed up version. Sorry for the blurry picture, I was in a hurry to leave. I also want to mention that I feel like they should wear a face shield as well as a mask because of covid.
Everyone has their own comfort zone and though it may be a far fetched thought to others to find a comfort zone at a dental clinic;Well at Dental Works Easton, I sure do fine one of mineThe professionalism, friendliness, kindness and utmost efficiency of the entire staff makes it one of the most comfortable places to go to for me for the last 37 yearsI wish every single one of Dr. Tamimi staff the best and yo continue with their natural amazing contributions to humanity in every cordial way they get that accomplishedAll the best team, my sincere blessings and RegardsRami Tobeileh
Having a dental crown and filling here, Dr Tamimi always the most professional and caring dentist I have ever met. He kept asking if I feel pain during the treatment and at the end the outcome looks great, the dental hygienist and clerk at front desk are very nice as well, highly recommended
Dental works Easton location is above the rest when it comes to professionalism and service. Dr. Tamiami is very good at explaining step by step what his plans are in regards to your dental work and gives you options to help reach your desired results. I highly recommend this location and dentist for your oral services .
Due to an insurance filing mistake I could not go to my regular dentist and so I made an appointment with Dental Works; overall a professional and friendly experience that started on time and ended well. I appreciated that, but even with me explaining that I was only there for a one-time cleanup I was still given a 3D X-ray on top of maybe 15 to 18 regular X-ray photos taken; I found that to be unnecessary. I had no issues with the Doctor or the hygenist, just to be clear.
My first time going to Dental Works Easton.I was a little hesitance at first but they brought me right in at my appointment time. They were about the business of taking care of Dental needs they answered all my questions the service was great going back for second visit they treat you like family.
PAST REVIEW: Good service, thorough, fast, and great working hours.CURRENT REVIEW: Unfortunately I have to change my rating. I have been a regular customer for years as the staff addressed all my dental concerns and in addition to me receiving two dental cleanings a year. Back in April of this year (2020), I was informed that my appointment was cancelled due to unavailibility of a hygenist. I was told that someone would contact me to reschedule. Today I followed up and was told that I would have to accept an appointment in January 2023, so not only did I not receive a call to reschedule, I was also told that I would have to wait until January of 2023. Time to find another dentist which is unfortunate because I really liked the staff and especially Dr Tamimi. Need to get the scheduling fixed
I had 2 broken molars and 2 crooked teeth slightly out of the gum in the back removed surgerically . I was pretty scared as I’ve always felt some pain during dental work, that said I didn’t feel a thing and the staff took great care of me. I’m going to them first for follow up work and am heavily considering them for the implant work depending only on cost
I love this place! Excellent service and a great experience. I live in Virginia and fly back for my appointments because I refuse to switch dentist because of the experience. Ten years ago my teeth were in bad shape and the dentist never once embarrassed or made me feel bad, but instead offered different options to get my teeth back without pulling any or root canals (which were options). They fought with the insurance company for over a year to get the bill paid and not once hounded me to pay it. I will never leave this dentist practice, even if I have fly back from the moon every 6 months for a cleaning.
Best dentist ever and Im old so Ive seen more than a few. Dr. Tamimi is kind, articulate and exacting. My sister was passing through town and had a dental emergency. Shes paralyzed so cant fully open her mouth. Dr. Tamimi saw her on short notice and gave her what he said was a temporary fix until she could see her regular dentist. When she got home, her regular dentist said nothing further needed to be done. Wish I could give him MORE stars.
I had a nice experience there. Dental hygienist was friendly and considerate, dentist was professional and experienced, able to figure out my problems at once, that really helps. I had 3 teeth extraction there, after that there was someone called to follow up your situation. Thank you for all the hard work, highly recommended!
Dr. T has truly done an exceptional job selecting his staff, Tiffany, Kim, Kay, & Whitney who are true professionals. AndDr. T is down to earth, thoughtful & caring. A visit to the dentist is usually a dreadful experience but I was very impressed with their bedside manners. Job well done!
I’ve had some pretty scary dental experiences but Dr Tamami and his staff are great. Everyone is very nice and professional they have always treated their patients kindly. I had my husband set up an appointment and have recommended their services because of my experience. I’ve had some pretty lengthy and costly procedures done and they have done really well with finding out the exact cost and explained procedures to me, it made me feel even more comfortable with my time there! I’d recommend them 100%
Receptionist was very helpful and professional, and called to make aware my insurance faxed over eligibility and we scheduled my appointment. The doctor was very informative. He provided guides of my dental plan. He was comforting during my procedure. He made sure was okay and to let him know if I was experiencing any discomfort. I had no pain throughout the entire procedure. Didn’t have to go to another room for X-rays the machine was in the same room as the procedure. Great facility!
I went to Dental works to get dentures. They used my insurance and gave me an amount not covered by my ins. Some time after that, they sent me a bill for a few hundred dollars more. I was told that when I paid them my share of dentures, over $1,000, that I was paid in full. If I had paid in full, how could I owe so much more? I feel I owe nothing now, but now they have involved a collection demanding $572.80! I can’t, and won’t pay anymore!!! I feel I was lied to.
I suffer from PTSD so going to the dentist feels like a nightmare but at DentalWorks Easton, I had the best experience by far. Dr. Tamimi and his entire staff were warm, welcoming and had amazing bedside manners. For the first time, I set up a follow up appointment with a dentist that I know I will come back to. Thank you so much!!
I have always received excellent care at DentalWorks Easton. Dr. Tamimi has helped me with a some uncommon dental issues and he truly cares about his patients. This review extends to the entire staff. They are all very friendly, gentle and I highly recommend them for your dental care.
From the time I stepped into their very comfortable offices they were all smiles and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the customers who came in. The offices were clean, organized and gave an overall pleasant feel to the visit. They were very professional in every area of dentistry and when the Dentist arrived, he was well spoken, explained everything and generally put you at ease with an understanding of what would take place and how he would like to see you next. I would recommend everyone who doesnt already have a dentist to visit Dental Works and you will leave with one.
I would have given negative feedback if i had a choice. Very unprofessional. They are not here to serve but to loot you. They say different thing before service and after you had service you get a long bill. Totally unethical.Dental work do you have a humanity. Have some honesty.
I’ve gone to Dr. Tamimi for quite a few years now. For the most part, I’ve had great experiences. But then I’ve had some experiences where my time is not respected at all. I’ve always arrived for the most part at my appointments for cleanings at least 10 to 15 mins early from the scheduled time. But I’ve found myself waiting in the waiting area for 25 to 35 minutes at times after my scheduled appointment. I also had an issue with a bill when I paid the bill upfront out of pocket, and was double charged basically with a bill I received in the mail for the same amount I paid out of pocket. I got myinsurance company involved, and they assisted me with the bill I was getting. I don’t like wasting time, and I don’t like it when the provider’s office isn’t integral at times. Just be mindful of other peoples time and communicate if the wait time is going to be longer than ten minutes so that the patient can plan accordingly verses no communication making the patient wait a long amount of time and time is not respected of the patient.
Warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was hesitant to seek dental care after years of avoiding the dentist. Dr Tomimi (spelling) was compassionate and graceful with educating me on proper oral care and supportive with creating a health plan within my comfort zone. In addition his staff including (but not limited to) Za Za and Kim were respectful and kind.
This place was awful. I will not be returning. For my first appointment, they had me wait in the lobby over 45 minutes past my scheduled time. Since it was my first appointment, I had arrived early to fill out any necessary paperwork. In whole, I sat in their lobby for over an hour. I understand that often times circumstances arrive and they may become backed up. BUT, not a single person apologized for the excessive wait and how late past my appointment time they finally called me back. A simple apology would have canceled out my frustration. Once I finally got back to a chair, more and more waiting. After the Xrays and waiting for the hygienist, she informed me that it would cost around $40-$60 (deep clean with a medicated rinse to take home) and would take roughly another hour. PLUS waiting on the dentist after that. I respectfully told them I needed to get back to the office and could not spend any more time out of my work day sitting in their office when I had already been there over 2 hours. So I left, with no teeth cleaning. When I called to reschedule the cleaning, the woman was very nice. However, they told me it would cost $173!! When asked why the dramatic increase in estimated cost, they were not able to provide any explanation. Just a sorry, we dont know why. Very frustrating experience. Having my records released to a better office.
So my experience at dental works was terrible I wish I could give 0 stars!!! The lady who did my deep cleaning was extremely rude. She didn’t even greet me she just instructed me to sit down and lay back so she could start the cleaning. Overall she did an okay job cleaning my teeth she was very rough and when I felt like I was choking on my spit she didn’t seem to care. I also noticed at the end that she chipped my front tooth, the doctor came in and looked but told me he didn’t believe that their instruments did it. He offered me a filling which he eventually said they disagreed to do and to take my x-rays else where to get it done. I’ve never experienced inconsiderate health care workers until Wednesday, they will never get any business from me ever again.
Everyone at the DentalWorks at Easton was really nice. I just think it’s really expensive for someone who doesn’t have insurance. I thought the $99 for the exam and the X-ray was including a cleaning. The appointment seemed rushed. I was like in and out. I got asked a few questions, they took X-rays of my mouth, the doctor came in asked me a few questions and put some tools in my mouth and recommended me to an orthodontist which I knew I would need anyways. You have to pay separate for a cleaning. You pay half at the time you schedule and the rest when you come in for the appointment. I payed $200 something for half the appointment and I regret it. I want my money back for the scheduled cleaning and I’m going to cancel the cleaning. I’ve never been to a dentist where you have to pay two different payments for a cleaning and X-rays. That’s a stretch.
Very unorganized. They have tons of scheduling issues. I was asked to reschedule my appointment three times due to doctor unavailability. I booked the appointment for Cleaning and the basic check-up. They did x-rays for one appointment irrespective of the condition would recommend a deep cleaning to everyone for the next session. The next appointment is for the actual cleaning. This is very inconvenient. I know from personal experience that x-rays and a simple cleaning can be done in one appointment. I would not recommend going here or to any of the Dental Works. The staff is rude and doesnt even understand what is going on.
Several years ago, I had a health issue come up that required all my teeth to needing to be pulled. Dr. Wilson did a wonderful job of it. The whole staff was very supportive. I was not able to get dentures tight away. I have recently started the process to get my dentures. Once again Dr. T and his staff are very supportive and helpful. I would recommend them with an A+ or a 10. The office is very clean and modern.
Staff was very friendly, patient, & helpful with settling matters with my insurance. Listened to me and took what I wanted into consideration. I didnt feel pressured to do things I didnt feel comfortable with. Empathetic during procedures. Explained eveything to me during my visit. Seem to offer honest recommendations. Great first experience.
I went in for a consultation and everybody was very nice. The doctor seemed awesome. I have huge fears of getting dental work and they do not offer nitrous. Its a deal breaker when it comes to choosing my general dentist. I will get the work I need done there still because it is urgent but I most likely wont be comfortable.
The absolute best dentist office I have ever been to. I went in with a lot of anxiety and Dr. Tamimi and his staff were very comforting. If you are thinking about getting crowns for cosmetic or any other reason I highly recommend this office, they are very professional and informative and I LOVE MY TEETH!
Im very nervous about going to the dentist. Dentalworks in Easton the staff was very warm and kind. They made me feel very comfortable and not be embarrassed about my teeth. The dentist was very straightforward and eager to take care me. Unfortunately with the extensive treatment I need done exhausted my insurance coverage. I was not able to get any work done at this time. But once I get better coverage. I will return.
UPDATE. I went back (only because it is more conveniently located than other dentist offices on my insurance plan) and had a perfectly fine experience. I was seen on time and everything was done quickly. However, I could have done without the people working the front desk whispering and staring at me for 5 minutes (Im assuming they saw my initial review and recognized my name). This is the absolute worst dentist I’ve ever been to. First off, they cancelled my appointment the day before. When I rescheduled, I was told it would only take an hour. They didn’t even get me out of the waiting room until 30 minutes after my appointment. It then took them 45 minutes to do x rays and have the doctor look at me for 30 seconds. Then they didn’t have anyone who could do my cleaning. So I spent 1 1/2 hours there, when I was told it would only take an hour, and they didn’t even do the cleaning so now I have to go back!! The staff was rude about the entire situation, despite it being their fault. Instead of apologizing, they made excuses and blamed me for not having a schedule that allows me to go the dentist in the middle of my work day. I most definitely will be going to another dentist. Do not go here!!
Won’t go back. They charged my insurance for a cleaning that wasn’t done on my son teeth. Con-artist dental practice. Then they over book. Waste of time. Want to wait long hours go there. Then they sent me a bill. Why Because they didn’t bill my insurance right. Staff was really nice. Dentist thought because I was laughing I didn’t take my teeth seriously no the numbers he was saying I knew it was going to be pricey. You want over price dentist go there. I’m looking elsewhere.
I have seen dr. Tamini for years. I have stayed going here even though it’s now a 35 minute drive because I trust him and am comfortable going here. There are too many dentists out there just trying to get in to your pocket with unneeded treatment. This is a great place.
Outstanding people, kind and polite, I had major work done, from extractions to cleanings Dr T is awesome, He gives great care and lets you know whats best for you, In the past I had bad experiences with the Dentist but DentalWorks Easton eased my worrying and Dr T took great care of me.
I had my wisdom tooth pulled today, and it’s now 9 hours later and I’m in zero pain! Dr. T is amazing at what he does, extremely nice & tales excellent care of his patients. I will definitely never go anywhere else! I highly recommend him! Also the girls there are very nice as well! It’s an amazing place overall! 😊❤️
They are very unorganized. They have tons of scheduling issues. I personally was asked to reschedule my appointment two times due to so called system issues. Instead of doing x-rays and cleaning in one sitting. They do x-rays for one appointment to tell you what kind of cleaning you will need. The next appointment is for the actual cleaning. This is very inconvenient. I know from personal experience that x-rays and a simple cleaning can be done in one appointment. I would not recommend going here or to any of the Dental Works.
I have always been afraid of dentists. Fear of them not really putting care in there line of work and ACTUAL fear of the whole thing drill noise name it. First time in my life I trust a dentist he goes past the extra mile. He is a good man and wants to see you personally happy with his work. Also goes above the bar for your trust. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you for that mister Tamimi.
I am so grateful with how patient and helpful everyone there has been with me. Being that grown adult terrified of the dentist is embarrassing on its own but Dr Tamimi was incredibly patient and kind with me. I will always recommend and continue to go to this office and dentist for all my dental needs. They get an A+++!
The staff who work at the DentalWorks at Easton are warm and friendly while continuing to be very professional. Lets face it. Going to the dentist even if it is just to have your teeth cleaned is not a lets celebrate! moment but I genuinely enjoy interacting with this group of people. I feel very comfortable trusting Dr Tamimis recommendation of procedures needed for the best care of my teeth. I highly recommend this dental office.
Went in this evening for an exam knowing I need my wisdom teeth pulled. I was terrified. Its been a while since my last dental visit. The dental assistant Aisia (?I believe) was very nice. She made me feel less anxious which is not an easy job to do. Dr. Tamimi was also very nice. Very straight forward but I feel like Im in good hands. My procedure is Monday so Ill come back here then.Overall very clean office and very friendly staff.10/23/17I went back in for my treatment yesterday. I cant say enough about this Dr and his staff. My dental fear is incredibly high and this dental office made me so comfortable that Im still in awe. From the bottom of my heart, thank you❤
I went to dental works to have extractions and dentures made. Dr. Tamimi did my dental work ,he made me feel at ease. My 82 year old mother needed dental work and I knew he was the Dr. I wanted for her. His staff was excellent in making her feel at ease, she had to have 6 teeth extracted and new dentures made. The process went very well for her, Dr. Tamimi showed professionalism, he was personable to her and she felt comfortable threw the process. Great office staff and I would recommend them to everyone.
I dont understand these 4 star reviews. If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. Dr. Tamimi and his staff told me that I was having bone loss and needed certain procedures to reverse the bone loss (I do not have bone loss). This after having visited my family dentist 9 months prior with a clean bill of health (Im 48 years old and have never had a cavity). They recommended a $213 out-of-pocket treatment that I did not need and insisted that if I did not make a second appointment for the treatment they would just do it at my next appointment. I was then sent an invoice for $143 for x-rays and items that, when I called my Dental Insurance provider, was told were covered and that my balance with DentalWorks should be $0. It looks like they are trying to charge me for the the difference between what my insurance company covered and what DentalWorks Easton charges. I have filed grievances with the Ohio State Dental Board - who told me that they have heard similar complaints about this practice - and with my Dental Insurance company. Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable Dentist who will not try to rip you off.
I was called 20 mins later than when my appointment was scheduled. they need to X-ray every new patient which is a pure torture because they shove the device into the mouth irrespective of how painful it is. I read reviews that patient was made to feel very comfortable which definitely wasn’t the case.
I was at the office for over 2 hours for a 6 month check up with xrays. This shouldn’t take this long! My daughter warned me she had the same experience. The hygienist was very good and thorough.Came to DentalWorks for the Whitening for Life program a number of years ago from the Akron area and now DentalWorks does not want to honor the program because manufacturer does not make syringes anymore. DDS said he would check into this. We shall see??!!! I probably won’t recommend my husband attend here because it takes too long.
I would give a zero star if I could. The staffs are rude and not responsible. They overcharge the dental service much higher than the estimated amount. They also try to hide from you the out of pocket amount you need to pay. (They did not show you the exact breakout for each visit , they only tell u about how much you owe when your teeth is done). They hide the out of pocket amounts in tiny words with technical words in a sheet and aim at not let u see them. And when u ask about the price, all they do is show you your initials and signature while paying no attention about if you have been notified about the price. They also make it seem very serious about your teeth and recommend the most expensive plan. I would file a complain and get my money back if they have a corporation. It is the worst dental service I have ever had. All they want is to trick your hard earned money !!
I had a great experience. I had to have major work done. I had to come into the office several times.to complete this work and each time I had a great experience. I cannot say enough nice things about this office. The dentist and staff was nice. I will always come back here.
Having recently moved to Columbus, I did not have a dentist when I started experiencing a terrible pain. I made a couple calls, but Dental Works was the only office that answered or returned my call. I was so grateful that they were able to work me in immediately and diagnose my absess. I have never had this issue before and was extremely nervous, but the staff was wondeful. A technician performed x-rays and took pictures and the dentist did an examination all in under 30 minutes. Dr. Tamili referred me to a specialist for a root canal and got me an appointment the same day. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I was so appreciative that they were willing to help me, a new patient, and on such short notice. The office wasnt the newest or most updated, but it was clean and organized. The staff made the experience as they were so accomodating, sincere, and helpful. They were also great about working with my insurance and explaining any costs. Overall, I had a great visit and would recommend this office.
I would recommend anyone to come here. They are such a great staff and a great dentist. I needed them and they got me in and took care of me. I cannot see myself going anywhere else...if you need a great dentist with a staff to make you feel comfortable as they can..then come here.....THERE AWESOME! NUMBER #1 IN MY BOOK.
I have been a patient for 9 months and would recommend Dr.Tamimi and his staff to anyone. They are ALL very kind and compassionate. Dr. Tamimi makes an effort to be quick and efficient. I have had a few scheduling/billing issues, but they were quickly rectified. I had a tooth pulled today and never was I uncomfortable or in pain. I would give them more than 5 stars❤❤❤❤
UPDATE:After leaving a review I was contacted by the corporate office to help make this right. The person at corporate was very kind and patient. She kept me up to date on the status and was my only point of contact. This was such a relief since I no longer had to have the back and forth with the physical office. After asking for a resolution for a little over a year, the person at the corporate office was finally able to get me a resolution! What I appreciate most, is that although the billing resolution was not favorable, the office did right by me and took care of the balance. I like companies that make it right!I am very happy with the resolution! Had I been in touch with corporate sooner, I may have continued to visit this office. Unfortunately my relationship with that particular office is broken beyond repair and I still will not return. If i could rate the resolution, I would rate it a 5 star. My initial experience was a 1 star. Therefore I am settling in the middle for 3 star - average.ORIGINAL:DON’T DO IT!!!!I wish I would’ve read the reviews on google and yelp before selecting this terrible provider.Honestly, I loved this office to begin with. The dentist speaks Arabic which was a plus for me. I felt like he was so knowledgeable and caring. This was at the time I only needed cleanings, before the root canal and crown. The work is very mediocre, don’t expect long term. Expect to continue to return for them to fix their work. And don’t expect them to get billing right either. Now, I am willing to deal with all of this if they would make it right, but they don’t. They look for excuses in everything. There’s an issue I have been dealing with Kim about for 6 months and she always has an excuse as to why she doesn’t follow up or she lies and says she did but insurance can confirm otherwise. When I spoke to Dr. Tamimi about it, it was as if he had no interest in a resolution.Find somewhere else to go, save yourself the headache.
I needed a root canal and was in a ton of pain. Dr. Tamimi came in early to take care of me before normal working hours. I’m so grateful. Also, as unpleasant as a root canal is, Dr. T told me jokes to take my mind off of things. It’s been two days and I feel so much better!!
Ok the road to having a healthier, cleaner, and brighter smile coming here was phase 1. After being well examined and X Ray I was giving a road map on what needs to be done. I was even referred to a surgical DR for my wisdom teeth. Very professional and can’t wait to continue to go there
Follow up review: (04/19/19);It’s very common when people have an awful experience they right a review. I wanted to me sure I wrote an honest, tell all review so everyone can walk into this with their eyes open. I had ALOT of dental work that needed to be done, when I say ALOT I mean ALOT. For many years I wasn’t able to afford good dental care but after years of putting myself through nursing school I’m able to afford to care for my body the way I want too. I went to my first exam and was given a in-depth exam, a quote and asked who soon I want this work done. I was unsure because with insurance it was 1500. I don’t know about you (who’s reading this review) but even as a nurse I don’t have that money just laying around. So it took me a week. In order to set an appointment you MUST put down a deposit. You can’t make an appointment without putting down half the cost of what you need done. You will pay the other half at your appointment. I get to my appointment and God was it painful, nothing the doctor did but it had to be done. Health is pain, right? Well I guess, I wanted to be put under completely but he didn’t do that and it would’ve cost me an arm and a leg. Welp I still paid a leg when I left there. After hours of dental work, they removed 15 teeth instead of the 18 that was quoted to me. Here’s where they lose one stars. It ended up costing the same thing. I’m not only a nurse, I’m a nurse that deal with insurance and a business major. Remember it’s a business. So the made 15 teeth (broken and all) cost the same amount 18 teeth would’ve cost in order to get the money they wanted. I will be honest, because of this I won’t be getting my cleaning and partial here but I can’t lie, the work was well. It was hard to do good stitching because of my gums and how bad my teeth was so I’m not upset about that part. The beautiful part about being a nurse is, these things is understood without being explained. So my advice, if you want good dental work, this is a nice place to go. But plan to spend your kids college fund on it without breaks. Good luck!(Old review)I can’t say enough about how great my experience was when visiting this location. The front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. The dental assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. And the dentist was detailed, caring and comforting. I have ALOT of work that need to be done, but he made me comfortable in getting it done and getting it done right. Some say they are expensive, I’ll say you get what you pay for so I don’t mind spending a little extra. The office is very clean. I can’t wait to get started on my dental work!
The staffs are rude and not welcoming. The sign on the counter says copay is due after service so they ask me to pay in advance. Until then, I had to wait for almost 30 minutes to process payment and this never happened to me before in my last 15 years that I have visited different dental offices. They overcharged the dental service much higher than the estimated amount. They also tried to hide from you the out of pocket amount you need to pay. And, also they included the rinse amount with my copay when I ask for break out for each side cleaning then they separated the amount.I’ll not visit again and will not refer to my colleagues, friends or family.
After being in pain for several days, with no luck finding an opening, Dental Works, Easton , was able to get me in within an hour and half. The staff was very helpful with working out a plan to get everything done, that I need, and even help with discount and financing options. I signed up for a discount program thru Dental Care Advantage, since I dont have dental insurance, which ultimately saved me an additional nearly $500, so I suggest looking into that first. Although it still costs more than Id like, can you really put a price on the the fact they were able to get me in, and relieve my pain as fast as they did??
If there was an option, Id give a No Star rating.Overbooked (they were @15mins late calling me back, then stated that my appt time had run out, so they couldnt do my cleaning); One dentist (which I never saw because he was too busy); highly overpriced (even with insurance); no privacy (no doors, just open for all to see); dirty chairs and walls; no follow through (they were supposed to send my xrays so I could take them to a different dentist, but still have not received them to date).
I was going to need a deep cleaning and that meant I had to pay part of it. Ive had them before. I was unable to and was told they cant do a regular cleaning of my teeth. Then they said they had to do deep cleaning in four sessions! Ive never had to do it that way and that means paying over $100 four times to get it done. Total waste of my time.
People are very friendly and I have been there only twice. First time was in early March to have a couple teeth filled and second time in late April to get my wisdom teeth removed. Both times they were very kind and no matter how many times I felt pain they were very quick to give me more numbing meds. The only down side I felt very ill informed both times about the steps in both procedures that were going to happen. You could say that was my fault for not asking but when you are a nervous reck you don’t exactly think clearly, and if youre like me, your mind draws a blank on what to ask. I suggest they start giving some form of paperwork that tells you what’s going to happen, how to prepare for whatever procedure you’re going to get, and how to take care of your teeth afterword. If I need anything else done I’ll consider coming back only because now I know a little what to expect based on my past experiences, but if anything new done I might go somewhere else that will help walk me through it or at least do more reach on my own.
I will never return to this office. They will cancel your appt and not even call you to let you know but you still get emails to confirm your appointment. After not receiving a call back from the office manager Kim to remedy the situation. Its so unprofessional and they will continue to lose patients. Not to mention the constant turnover with the front desk staff. Do not go to this location.
This office made a error when billing my insurance company and over charged me by $347. I would’ve never known about the mistake until they sent a additional bill to my house for $224. When I went back to the office to inquire about this bill they then noticed billing error. After several phone calls, a credit was finally posted to my credit card weeks later. To all consumers, please save yourself a huge headache and do not go to this place. They are only focused on getting patients in and out to generate more revenue.
Dr. Tamimi takes pride in his work. He possess a very professional bedside manner. The office staff if very patient friendly and professional. I get an abundance of compliments on my smile. I made a post stating that Dr. Tamami is really trying to get a million dollars for my smile. He is actually trying to give me that smile as affordable as possible. It cost to have my smile but I was afforded the opportunity to fiance what my insurance didnt cover. I felt like a valued customer. Dr. Tamamini considers the most economical way to resolve your issues. He will give his best. He do like quality products when it comes to your appearance. The office seeks measures to get a budget and a plan that fits your needs. Ive been a patient for over 5 yrs.Mz. JaShaun
I always have a great experience at Dental Works. I trust the information I’m told and the care I’m receving. The staff care about my life and ask me about life events and things I may have mentioned in my last visit. I highly recommend this location of dental works.
For-profit clinic, they wasted an hour and a half of my time tried to scare me into hundreds of dollars worth of unnecessary dental care and didnt even clean my teeth, which was the reason for my visit. Not sure why this is a participating provider with my dental insurance but my advice is to look for a real dentist instead of getting ripped off.
I spent a lot of time in different dentist clinic in entire my life and this one was the worst experience of dentist Ive ever had. The doctor was so unprofessional and was trying to force me to do the expensive way to do . He offered me the same way I was told but more expensive to make more money from my packet , so rude and disrespectful. Dont recommend this clinic to anybody ...
Terrible service, the dentist overbooked that day and due to that, would not do my filling ( kept me waiting for 2 hours). Even further he said its not required ( because he was overbooked) , even though I was schedule to come in for my filling ( I had an appointment a few weeks back and they SCHEDULED me for a filling ). Absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude. Dont go here.
Nice People, but Dr. FADI EL TAMIMI was very unprofessional and hard to talk to. I went in for a filling. He refused to do the filling. So he told me I needed a Root Canal. I told him I did not want a root canal, so he recommended having my tooth pulled and getting a implant. After I told him I did not want a implant and I decided to do the root canal, he then refused to do the root canal or the filling, insisting on the implant ONLY! I felt like I was in a store with sales associates on commission trying up sell more expensive procedures. I ended up getting a Crown at another Dentist in which FADI EL TAMIMI never recommended. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DENTIST. Whatever he tells you, get a SECOND OPINION!! I will not be returning.....
My 1st time visiting this office and my experience was awful! I waited 45mins in the lobby, really segregated, white women comes in waited 1/2 time I did and was called first, then another addtl 35 mins to be seen by the doc & tech were nice, wouldnt recommend this place to no one?

2022-03-04I went in for a bonding yesterday and it fell off. I had some issues with the front desk, and the dentist called me personally and offer to fix my bonding that day. Him and his assistant did an excellent job. I appreciate the customer service! And my bonding looks great!

2022-05-16All of the staff is professional and kind. I really appreciate a dentist who explains what’s going on before it happens and what to expect afterwards. The dentist paid excellent attention to detail, took his time and had great bedside manner. I think I found my new dental care home.

2022-06-10The doctor is great, but the front desk needs to do a better job scheduling. They asked me to call to confirm my appointment the day before, I left a VM at 3pm but obviously nobody even cared to check, they still cancelled my appointment because there was demand on that day. They were so eager to cancel mine even though I made the appointment 6 months ago. Not the best way to treat your patients.

2022-08-04Great personal care. Doctor and nurse took time to explain the procedure and the pre and post steps. Doctor even gave me his personal cell number to reach out in case of any issues. Minimal pain during and after my Tooth extraction. My wife incidentally also had her tooth extraction the same day with the same doctor and she was happy as well!

2022-07-20They actually care about my health, and are first dentist office Ive ever been to where I felt cared about. I recommend them to everybody. I have had painful dental experiences at other dental practices, and here Dr Tamimi patiently waited with me until I was calm (and fully numbed) before he started the procedure. Wish I could give more than five stars
