My friend got the chicken bowl and it was very salty and floury also the chicken was rubbery. I got the all American slam and my hash browns were rubbery, my eggs were cold, and my toast was really hard and stale. I will never go here again worst Dennys experience ever.
The waitress had no customer service skills. We sat there for 10 minutes before we got a drink and then the waitress said she would be back in a minute and we was already ready to order our food. But she never returned. Me and my fiancee sat there for 20 minutes untill we walked out. 30 minutes in the restaurant for a pop. I wont go back there.
We ordered 3 different meals to go it took them almost twice as long to prepare our food but that wasnt the problem when I got home one meal was made completely wrong and the second meal the country stake was so burnt my dog wouldnt even eat it and the third meal the mashed potatoes were runny like water and nasty I tried for over an hour to call them and no one ever answered I will never go back.
They were out of a lot of food items, they never have shakes or smoothies and they dont offer the vanilla flavor shot anymore. We never got refills on our drinks and our waitress didnt tell us they were out of wavy cut fries until the food was brought to the table with substitute fries.
We were the only people in the restaurant at 2am still took 50 minutes to get our food tasted poorly food was also cold couldn’t even eat more than 4 bites of our meal it was disgusting we requested the manager it took 10 minutes and multiple request for the actual manager to come to the table the Manager mocked us with a disrespectful tone and talked about them calling the police if we had a problem with how he could help When we made a complaint then if it wasn’t for the nice waitresses all hell would have broke loose with the way this gigantic manchild handled the situation The way he handled the situation his shoes might as well have been tied together because he was straight Trippin
Amazing service, wonderful food!!With everything going on in the world it was nice to sit, relax and kick back. Our waitress was amazing, she not only took our orders but also made the orders herself. The food was cooked to perfection, our waitress service was immaculate. Thank you again we will be back!
Im going to a couple days ago at night because theyre open super late and they only had take out, I was kind of sorry about that but then I got the food and it was super duper good! Milkshakes were slapping, grand-slamwich definitely slap! Hash browns was slap too (they were like a 4.6 out of five on the slap-o-meter!)
The staff was very friendly and was quick to welcome us before the front door even closed. The nice gentleman behind the counter took us to our booth quickly without hesitation and had a huge smile on his face. Our server was 3 seconds behind him to offer us a kind welcome and to take our drink order. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we received our meal was not even 15 minutes it was the fastest and best service I think Ive ever received in any restaurant the food was amazing and the prices were perfect when I come back to the area Ill be more than happy to dine again
Its good but you need more helpalot people just standing around not doing there work and if you want the waitresses to do better or hostess put pop island where we can serve are selfs because they dont ask if we need more drinks one drink and the carpets in dining area are dirty need to be steam cleaned or replaced things in restast rooms need repaired and the guy who waited on us told my older sister there were only 2 people working I think the girl two black females all sudden appear.
My wife and I went their around the 22nd of February and quite a few times previously. We left a pretty good review before, but we have changed our minds, food quality and service has gone downhill, not as good as it use to be. Server was very polite, friendly and tried to be quick about things. But the support from the kitchen was relatively very slow and disorganized. There were people that were seated a while before we came in the door, that werent waited on till after we were. Place is all together slow, you may want to bypass this place now, we are.
Went tonight and order bacon burben burger with seasoned fries. When i got it the bun on the burger was had and the fries were cold and hard. Sent it back got a new burger was fine but the fries was still the same way. Went to go pay took them 20 mins just to cash me out. The lady that was cashing out also got rude with a lady that was in there to pick up a doordash order. Worst experience I have ever had here.
The eggs, spinach, tomatoes were spoiled tasted like rotten fish. It made me nauseated after the first bite. I told the waitress she notified the kitchen and she was very apologetic, she offered something else but I was nauseated so I just ate my English muffin and hash browns. They took off the charge for the fit/slim plate. Well I have had it before it was good but not this time. Not sure ill try it again. The thought whew is bad. But My husbands food was fine. So live and learn
Waitpersons are always a pleasure. The little problem’s I’ve had in past years had been with the inconsistency with the grill cook … sauces thick one time then thin as water the next. Incorrect timing…one persons food is cold while the other can’t eat until it cools.Best boneless wings EVER though!!!!
Last visit was not the greatest. I tried to order something other then my usual. Needless to say I had to send it back. I had asked for an omelet to be made without the mushrooms because I have an allergy. No problem the waitress told me. Glad I actually look at my food before I eat! They took my plate and asked if they could make something else. Never ever do I get anything else let alone have it remade. So they took it off my bill and ended up with Wendys instead. Everyone elses food was good tho.
The office lady is very rude Im without my service animal and have no choice but to stay here because of the cost and Im currently seeking legal advice because the office lady does not like pets my dog is not a pet hes training his service to stay beside me in certain situations which I cant bring them in here because of her opinions thats not law
Weve been to this Dennys a couple times in the past couple months.. normally decent service but today we went and the waitress brought us out drinks and never came back.. I got up to go the bathroom and she was in the back room talking to other employees.. when I came out of the bathroom me and my fiancee left and went to Bob Evans!!Hire better servers!!
Great service, food was what was expected. I dont understand why every other restaurant in area has updated except this one tho. Pulling into the parking lot feels as tho I have been teansported back to 1985. Also the company over breakfast was not the best at all!! But honestly, I have a love and respect to the people who run the place and the food is good! . Consistent quality for years.
This is ridiculous every time I have ordered from this Dennys or its partner the meltdown. They screw my order up every time. This time they said I need to go through door dash. I know better, they can go through door dash and fix the problem. They forgot my 2 shakes and my salad. And then argued with me about it. I have the receipt. And if your receipt doesnt match. Then thats your problem to fix. Not mine.Get it together !!!
Got to Dennys today at 12:50 PM hoping to order our meal so that we can enjoy it before my girlfriend had to go to work by 2 PM. We did not get our meal until 1:40 PM. and had to take a majority of our meal home because they took so long. I had ordered a medium rare T-bone and it came back as well done and my eggs were supposed to be over easy but they were medium I am highly disappointed and dislocation and when I said something no one has offered me something to make it up
Saturday night, we decided to go out to eat at Dennys on West Tusc. Not only was our service AWFUL but my burger had MOLD in it!! After getting through half of the burger, something tasted off - i look down and see this white like substance. At first, i checked my hands to make sure that it was not a piece of napkin that mightve ended up on the burger - it was not. After taking this picture, i started to tear apart the bottom bun to find even MORE MOLD. Called the manager over, proceeded to tellshow her the burger, she then CONFIRMS that this is mold and that i did not have to pay for this as if i was going to. Will be calling the Health Department today as this was foul and disgusting. On our way out, after being told that mine as well as my tables food did not need paid for - one of the cooks proceeded to take pictures of license plates as if we ditched on the tab!! Worst experience and service I have ever experienced. Hopefully this Dennys location gets SHUT DOWN.
They were only taking to go orders and it took forever to get my food. The people that came in after me got their food before I got mine. I asked about my food and the lady said that she didnt have a order for me. But they finally found my order and it took awhile to get it
This Particular Dennys first served me burned toast, then waitress promised to remove the price of the item but failed to give me credit for the item upon check out. This Particular Dennys has no incentive program to bring back guests. Waitress/Cashier claimed to have never seen the Dennys punch card that I presented to her for the 10th visit free meal. I left a 30% tip, but will never return to that particular Dennys in Canton Ohio.
If I could leave a zero star, I would. Ordered online to a sum of over 40 dollars. When I arrived at the location, I stood there for almost ten minutes waiting. Not for the food to hot and fresh, because that is not what this location delivers, but ten minutes to actually have someone take care of me. Multiple employees walked past, but only one even acknowledged me with a “just a few more minutes”. I watched the food I ordered sit on a counter getting cold until someone came over. Apparently, they knew who the order was for because they had it in their hand.I should have checked the order before I went home. The cutlery that was supposed to be there, syrup for French toast and pancakes, the ham, toast. All were as lacking as the service. Thank you for making sure that hungry people at home didn’t get fed.Before posting, I attempted four times to reach the restaurant and talk to a manager. Nothing. I managed hospitality and food service for years. I prided each location each for running an outstanding operation and ensuring customer satisfaction. This was the exact opposite.Take some advice. Go down the road to Bob Evan’s or even McDonald’s. Because 16 year old teenagers can make a better attempt at food service than the people there tonight. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had in restaurants so far. Not worth the visit.Side note for the company. Maybe answer your phones and save these reviews.
I watched a lady make my salad by reaching into the containers with her bare hands. I also watched her eat something out of one of the containers while she was making my salad. When they brought my food out I abruptly asked them to keep the food and refund my money. Dennys on Tusc, you will never see me again. The manager, although he was very nice in not giving me an issue with refunding my money, he said NOTHING to the lady.
Hadnt been there in years. All I wanted was gravy and a biscuit. My server said I had to get a meal with eggs and hash browns. My biscuit was hard as morning wood. I could hardly cut it. My sons boneless wings were hard to a crisp and dry. Any fast food joint would have been just as satisfying. 😝 I did get a 20% discount though. Very disappointing.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.We showed up today(Mothers day) were told that there was a 45 minute wait which was fine and expected. Then after 30 of those minutes we are told that they will not be seating anyone for the next 5 hours. It was completely ridiculous and the servers were rude
It is obvious that this place is running with minimal staff. Nonetheless we were servered quickly. Loved their chicken strips. First time weve been there in more than a year; the menu has certainly gotten smaller since then. The only vegetables are potatoes and corn, which was disappointing. Old favorites like cole slaw and onion rings are missing from the menu. But, all in all, a good meal.
Was waiting to be seated. There was nobody else in line. The hostess just kept passing us up. Eventually other people began to trickle in line behind us. The hostess sat everybody else.Then, when I kindly addressed the situation, and she said she didnt know why we were standing there. But she also never asked if we were waiting to be seated.I let the situation slip by, but, then when we went to pay, she again ignored us. Eventually another couple came up, and the same lady addressed them kindly and cashed them out.When I addressed my concern again, that it again happened...she said she was only one person, what did I expect.I still left her a hefty tip, because I got to think like Jesus and not be reactive. Im not saying its because we were black. But I will say that everyone else that was helped before us, even though we patiently waited, was not black. And then for it to happen again on our way out, really was upsetting.I know it wasnt personal. But we all need to just act like human beings again. Be humanitarian. Be hospitable. Show kindness and consideration. Be compassionate. And show genuine fellow feeling for each other.So I will give the benefit of the doubt that she was just not having the greatest day. Because we have all been there before. And thats why I didnt let my tip reflect my disappointment, because we all can make a choice to do better, than the way we feel we may be getting treated.
2 hours at Dennys...for breakfast! The restaurant was grossly understaffed. The food arrived room temperature after a 1 hour and 30 minute wait. In 2 hours we saw our server 4 times...two of those to say Ill take your order soon. The management was nowhere to be seen! No refills. Our group enjoyed their food, but it was NOT worth the price.
We came in late on a Wednesday night and had Rusty C. For a waiter. He was amazing. He was friendly and helped me find the meal I was looking for and took very good care of us and the food was outstanding thank you rusty for making our late night dinner run experience delightful.
This may be the worst restaurant on Earth. I waited nearly an hour for a regular hamburger. There was no manager on duty and when I asked how much longer I would have to wait: three different employees told they didnt know. The place was almost empty and all three employees had time to just stand around in the back and talk but not to make sure my order was getting done. My advice is eat out of a dumpster before you eat here. Youll have a better experience.
With the pandemic hurting everyone in many different ways, your staff tonight JANUARY 2nd to 3rd, made it seem for a moment we werent even going through it. They were pleasant, firm and took care of my family and I. I was not ultimately rude, but i think I was being a little difficult for the manager but I appreciate her respect and gratitude towards me. I hope all employees are receiving incentives through this time! Thank you ladies
My grandson and I have spent 15 minutes so far just waiting on our drinks alone and there is literally 4 customers sitting in this restaurant. She literally just came back and asked us what we wanted to eat without the drinks. I’m here with a 3 year old who’s hungry!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!
They are not open for 24 hour dine in.They are understaffed, staff is under paid and over worked, though they try their best.Just another case of a bussiness being unwilling to pay staff, or put enough people on the schedule for a custumers dining experience to be a good one.
This place was awful. They were sending customers away because they said they had too many to go orders. I could hear them arguing in the kitchen and when I confronted them about a door dash item that they didnt have she avoided my question and went back into the kitchen. It seems the staff on the night shift either doesnt know what their doing or they just dont care.
This location currently has as of TODAY September 17, 2021 POSITIVE COVID CASES AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING THE EMPLOYEES WITH COVID! I’ve tried to call this location but the Manager is already aware of the POSITIVE COVID EMPLOYEE(s) AND THEY DONT CARE THEY TOLD HER TO TAKE IT EASY MAYBE STAY IN THE OFFICE THIS PLACE needs shut down for this one!
I have to give this visit to Dennys a 5. We had the breakfast with crepes and steak. The food was very good and nicely presented. The steak was cooked per our order and the crepes were delicious. Our waitress made sure we were satisfied and kept our beverages filled.
Food was great and our waiter was so sweet. When we went to check out it was a whole other story. Our waitress was having a hard time getting the credit card machine to work so she asked the manager to help her out. The whole time the manager acted so petty, making it seem she was bugging her and constantly rolling her eyes at the waitress who just needed help. Ive never seen such poor management skills. I work as a manager and I teach managers in my profession. I would NEVER teach a manager to treat their employees this way. She treated her like a dog, and she did it all right there in front of 6 different customers thats so UNPROFESSIONAL!! That waitress did nothing wrong, in fact she stayed professional while this manager treated her this way. I left there furious and seriously feeling sorry for my waitress.
First thing you smell when you walk in is their bathroom. Not a good first impression. This place really needs a overhaul and cleaning.Waitress was friendly but slow. Overall impression of the workers and clientele was not good. Employee was complaining to another about someone coming in and taking over. They need to keep those conversations away from the customers. Prices are reasonable for amount of food you get.
Once seated for several minutes we had to flag someone down to ask for menus they returned with 2 paper menus for a group of 5. Once we got menus she left it was 5 more minutes before we got to place a drink order once we ordered drinks my daughter wanted 3 eggs the waitress said we could only have 2 or 4 like no we want 3 we will pay for them she let us proceed with the order and then back tracked to we could not have 3 eggs at this point we were a soild 20mins into being seated. I cancelled the order an offered to pay for the drinks we wont be back any time soon.
I ordered Chicken Parmesan. When our waitress brought it to me there was no sauce or cheese on it. It was clearly wrong and when my husband asked if we could have the toppings she looked confused like she didnt notice it was plain. Then came back to tell me they were out of the sauce then left. Like why would the kitchen make something they didnt have half the ingredients for??? And why would you give that to someone??? The chicken was also dry. And they should update their menu. My daughter tried ordering like 3 different things and they didnt serve any of it anymore.
I came in today 01/12/2020 , with my family from Detroit , they came up to visit , out waiter Christal was so helpful and nice. Even tho she was so nice , but she was so patience with us . The manager on that shift he was so nice . Everybody that help with a party of 25-30 was so helpful and we are very thankful for y’all ❤️
After a few bad experiences at a Dennys closer to 77, this place came as a welcome surprise. I love Dennys variety and friendly service. This place had it all. The ingredients were fresh and served quickly to ensure they were hot or cold as required. The staff are friendly and make great recommendations to upsell products. The dining room and restrooms were kept clean. It is well worth the extra minute drive to get to this location than the one closer to 77, I promise.
My friend and I have eaten here once a month for more than 20 years. Its food and service has slowly deteriorated. Last week was the worst. We couldnt believe the cook and the waitress would let that food leave the kitchen. Appalling. Never again. They can keep their slop.
My husband and I decided to eat out at the Massillon Denny’s, when we arrived the waitresses were arguing about who was going to take or table, we finally ordered after 25 minutes, sitting for a half hour longer, another waitress comes up to us and asked what we ordered, we told her and here our waitress never put our order in. So as we sat waiting, the waitress crystal, started sweeping the floor with anger, throwing dust and dirt around, she starts arguing with one of the other waitress, acting a fool in front of the customers, we asked for the Gm to come talk to us, she did, but to find out, the waitress who was really trying to get everything done walked out because the gm, obviously didn’t do or say to much to crystal the waitress who had an attitude about seating us and didn’t put our order in, whoever the gm is, needs to rethink on how she handled the situation. SMH.
Overall, It Was Pretty Nice. The Waitress Served My Friend And I Quickly And Nicely. She Helped Recommend The Food That Would Accommodate To What I Could Eat Due To My Medical Diet.She Made Sure Our Food Was What We Ordered And Even Told Me That I Didnt Have To Tip Her For Such A Quick In And Out Visit, But I Did Tip Her Anyways. :-)The Only Negative - It Wouldve Been Nicer Had I Not Heard The Yelling And Cussing From The Staff In Kitchen.
I love Dennys they are caring they make sure everything is ok with our meals they are very nice people. I appreciate of what they have done for me and everyone else that had a problem. Because they make sure we are ok with the meal and all. I rather be here then Bob Evans
I had to give this place a one star to put a review but if I could it would be a negative 10. The burgers were greasy and burnt. The onion rings tasty like nothing but greasy. All 4 of us felt like we are a bucket of grease. It ia sad when Burger King or McDonalds has less greasy burgers and better tasting then this place did . My man drives a rig and we have ate a lot of dennys this is the first time we have every had a bad experience and we eat there a lot. I will never return this one ever again.
I am typically a regular in this place but I am uncertain after tonights visit. I arrived at 11:30 pm, one table was sat and there was a family behind us. The server took almost 30 mins to take our order and now we have waited almost another 30 mins on them to make a chicken tender dinner and a grand slam. I am uncertain if I will return saying as I feel like just leaving at this point. (12:26 am )
Im still sitting here burt appetizers.. 15 mins to be setted so very very unhappy. Havent even been to the meal Im not looking forward to stay tuned there are only two other tables so business is not the concern....ok so the meal was very good made up for the apps and am so very happy.
The food was decent. The service was good. So why the one star? You can easily judge a businesses character when it fails to give basic amenities of consumer comfort. The one stall that they have in the bathroom did not have a latch. In fact it was broken completely. In the course of my use I was greeted by 2 very embarrassed gentlemen whom I did not have a scheduled meeting. As it is customary for an eatery to visit a restroom at least 2 times a day to check cleanliness and since there was no attempt made to temporarily rig the door I cannot in good conscience give more than 1 star.
Ordered Roast with mashed potatoes with no onion or mushroom. Got very little with mushrooms and fries instead of mashed potatoes. A build your own burger with no barbecue sauce. Everything was really cold also. We did a carry out so I know it would cool down but this was barely warm. No way it get that cold in less then a mile drive.
Service was horrible, food wasnt cooked all the way, pancakes were still runny, hashbrowns were just tossed on a plate barely browned, kids chicken was like flavorless rubber, egges were dry all food that took forever to get to us even tho we were literally the only people in there. Waitress kept disappearing and never actually brought what we ask for, and only one refill. Will not be taking my family to this location again.
Definitely my first choice for breakfast! The dining area is lovely and inviting, staff is always genuinely interested in serving top quality meals at prices that cannot be beat! One of my personal favorites, The Grand Slam! Complete with two eggs, two hot cakes, two pieces 🥓, two pieces sausage and toast!
Service and food was horrible. Burnt bacon, over cook eggs almost burnt too. Pancakes was sloppy and not prep right and not once was I ask if I wanted more coffee, plus there was a fly flying around my table. I will not return. I said Ill pay for the coffee but not food, the manger told the waitress go ahead and leave Friday.
We went In yesterday around 11:15amWaited forever for our food. Manager screaming at the staff in the kitchen so loud thats all we could hear. The food was awful. The service was awful. The wait staff was all fighting. Listen to a customer try to talk to the manager and he said he didnt have time for her. We just grabbed our check and left. Wont be going back anytime soon. Bad management and a unhappy staff makes for a really bad time.
I love Dennys. Breakfast all day and night. Open around the clock. Has a nice variety of food. Usually nice servers and the restruant is always clean. I love their coffee. They offer hazelnut creamer and french vanilla. No other restruants have done that around here. I always look forward that!
Food was good, service was good, aside from waiting a while for a refill which isnt a big deal, everything was fine until my husband went up to pay the bill and get change for a 20, the woman cashing him out asked if two fives and a ten would be fine, and he said hed rather have a ten, a five and five ones. The woman laughed and said ok, its not my tip. First of all, Im a waitress and I know that I cant say whatever comes to mind in front of a customer. And for her to assume wed only be leaving a few ones or whatever she thought is ridiculous, its not her business. Our check was $34 and we left $7 as a tip, hence needing the ones. Sorry, should I just have left her a 5? Or 10? No, I left her 20% as it should be. She needs to watch what she says and to who, I probably wouldnt have been as passive as my husband. Learn some customer service skills and a little respect, if I were a waitress there Id be pissed at a host making stupid remarks to my guests, just keep it to yourself
Ate there Thanksgiving day for lunch. Worst meal we ever had! My sandwich was burnt. My wife didnt even get heres till 20 mins after mine! We sat there 30 mins before we got any food with nobody there. If that would have been our Thanksgiving dinner omg! We paid, but I am going to the complaint department asap! Garbage!!!
Breakfast is the only food Ill eat from here from now on. Grandpa took me here for my bday, I know big spender haha. Anyways, I ordered the chicken wraps. That tortilla were hard and of stale.. whichever. By the time we waited 30 mins for our food it was cold. Nobody was happy with their food. Bless Sue our waitress, she was so nice and wasnt her fault I know.
Slowest place ever. My kids and I ordered breakfast for dinner... little did we know it would take an hour & 10 minutes to make... not only that but after that hour & 20 minutes our food still was not done. So we left. The server told me my food was almost ready around 7:30pm.... (we ordered at 7:07pm. Then around 8pm she once again came by and said my food was almost ready!... We waited til 8:15pm, no food so we left. Will never go back. If your short staffed/cooks then admit it, dont lie and act like my food is almost done when all it was is eggs, toast, bacon, and pancakes lol
They (Angela) my server allowed me to stay there for about 4 1/2 hours drinking nothing but soda because I locked myself out of my account due to being EXTREMELY drunk. Luckily, I did have a couple of dollars in cash that I was able to give as a tip. However, she did (does) deserve more.
This trip to Dennys was the saddest in my entire life. We waited for 45 minutes for our drinks, it was not busy at the time. Our server was potentially the only server on the clock so the wait was the fault of the server. The food was inedible. I have pondered for a week on how to phrase my dissatisfaction, I am still at a loss.
The waitress/greeter was tweekin. She was literally methed up. The manager/cook had no idea what was going on. All of the 4 employees were high and had no clue what was going on. I placed an order on the Dennys app. When I went to pick up my food. They had no clue what I was talking about, and said that they had no order for me. When my food was clearly sitting on the counter. Then when i said that i just wanted to cancel my order, the manager told me to go to grubhub and ask them for my money back. Grubhub doesnt even service Dennys, doordash does. Mind you I was picking up my food, not getting delivery. What in the meth is the midnight shift doing here? Oh n they charged my card n put a tip on it. Wow!!!
We showed up as a party of 10, they put us in a room which was very nice. But when youre standing there waiting for the rest of the party to show up and you hear one server say to the other, do you want that? and she says I guess . Not very comforting. Our server never smiled to us,and never said her name, she asked us questions in a snooty manner. We asked for more French vanilla cream and she said, oh geez more? and walked out, came back with the cream and kinda slammed them into the bowl and walked out again. We asked for more chocolate milk and she says you know it aint free right!? Bad service but the food was great!
I was there with a friend and her son. She ordered scrambled eggs for her son. There was a hair in them. Yes they remade them, but didnt comp the bill. Then we ended up almost running out of the place because two tables where yelling and cussing at each other. I will never, never go back in there! I dont take my life in my hands so lightly for a breakfast!
I would recommend this place. We had a fantastic waiter. His name is Tim. I absolutely love him. I will not go to Dennys without Tim working. He is fantastic. Made everything perfect. Trested us so well. And was just so funny. Tim is his name. Everyone go see Tim!!!!
Charged 10 dollars for a breakfast that could be considered a small step up from hospital food. It is filthy inside. If you are not really into good food and eat just to survive or you are falling down drunk and about to starve to death this might be an OK spot. There is no reason to go here when there are much better options in the area with better prices.
The service is generous and care deeply about their customers. The food tastes good and is served at the table in a timely manor. They all clean and make sure that everyone is happy, enjoying their stay. This place is a great selection during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Only gave a star to leave a comment. Called in 5 times over half hr to order out.. and never got an answer. Went in and told them, ordered my food, and waited nearly 45 mins for my food to be made for carry out. Already paid for it or I wouldnt even have waited. Got home, all my food was cold. While there, the person at counter was doing everything else except running register. Very unhappy and will be calling Corp.
My waitress Jesse was on it, and very polite! BUT They need a new a NEW COOK, food was cold, my cheese wasnt melted on my omelette, and to top it off there was a hair in it! My sausage gravy was watery, which made my everything hash browns, & again cheese wasnt melted nasty! I gave 3 stars because I use to love eating my breakfast there, and they did give us a discount, but it still didnt make up for the hair that made me loose my appetite. Appetite. This was on Wednesday January 13th about 11:30, They definitely need a new cook! Not sure if ill go back.....
Honestly I wouldnt come here at night, my sister, her bf, and I both waited to be seated around 10 minutes, then we basically had to ask the waitress if we could sit down and she acted extremely annoyed by the fact we were even there. She had us sit on the other side of the dinner where there was 2 other customers sitting down. We waited and waited. 10-15 mins went by and the other 2 customers left and so we waited alittle longer, got some menus for ourselves. Then we noticed another lady walked in and she got to place her to go order before we even got a hi or hello? 😅 She basically ignored us and wanted us to leave so we did and we went to IHOP, which was exactly what I needed!
Service wasnt that good. The food was worse. At some point some guy in grungy looking plan clothes came by and asked if everything with our meal was ok and I wasnt sure if it was a cook, one of the servers boyfriends, or just some stranger so I said yes. We finished paid the bill and left.

We got seated at a dirty table with a sign that said it was disinfected clearly it wasn’t had to ask for a cloth to clean it ourselves we placed a orderFor biscuits and gravy and eggs and a bourbon hamburger with french fries We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food but our food did arrive fries were cold my bourbon sandwich was not on a bun it was on garlic toast and my husband’s biscuits and gravy was cold along with his eggs cold and rubbery nobody apologized nobody asked if we wanted to change our order so we left food on the table I’ve never had more of a horrible experience
Spent 11.19 on a chicken strip dinner, got 5 boneless chicken wings instead, they never called to tell me they were out of chicken strips and wont answer phone when I called 15 times. Very poor service, overpriced for what you get. Not worth the visit, they need to bring back the north Canton Dennys they had great service
The experience from beginning to end was at its worse.tell u the truth it was a freak show with customers. Not sure if the guy that sat us was supposed to be the host but he had raggedy jeans on a cap as he wore it like a want to be thug.the bathroom was out of order. And smelled terrible.

2021-07-21Our server Britney was great. She was nice and very funny. She gave us a very pleasant experience. She was very attentive and if anything went wrong she quickly fixed the issue. The food was very good and everyone in our group enjoyed our food. It was an overall great experience.

2022-05-13This place really needs a deep clean. Since you enter it stinks like and old person but definitely has to be the carpet. We stay because we quickly get seated but me and my wife look ourself immediately as we enter and we notice the bad smell. When I went to the restroom to wash my hands… OMG! It was worst. Absolutely the service was really good but the experience on the higiene it was really bad and we are not coming back.

2022-03-06My sister in law called 2 weeks before our dine in for my wifes mothers birthday party. They said its no prob we can accommodate you but call the day of instead. So she did 5 hrs before the event and they said same thing. We all started ordering about 545... We waited for almost 2/1/2 hrs to start getting food. Food should have been piping hot and delicious for that long of a wait. It wasnt! Some of guests that did get food, food was horrible, cold. The remainder of us they didnt get our food or still had to wait almost 3 hrs just decided to cut our loss and leave. When asked to speak to manager, manager ducked us off and when he did show up he was rude and didnt want to really help us. We still waited to get a bill or asked for items taken off or anything and we was told by staff he was hiding and he still tried to get our guest to pay for poor uncooked food or food we didnt receive. Most guests had not eaten since earlier in day and was starving. Some of Little guests didnt get food and some of our teens guests food was with wrong, cold etc. My wife, my wifes uncle, and and some of kids and a few older adults was their from 545 to almost 730 didnt even get served only drinks like water or something... Horrible horrible!!!! They excuse was under staff in experience cooks? Then they should have told us they couldnt accommodate us yesterday 5 hrs before we wasted our time. Most guests ordered simple items like breakfast food and such we could have cooked at home in 20 mins or less!! Dennys keeps this up and they will be out of business!!!

2022-06-28The Hollandaise sauce was a little old so it had a peculiar flavor...but my server Sebastian was amazing... very friendly and made my visit very exciting. Rusty, the manager, was friendly, fun, and also made my visit great! Nice to see good people in there again! 👍The mens room smells horrible again... ugh!

2022-07-03Every time I do a pick up order or even doordash they always forget the sauce that I ask for. This is the third time of them doing so and I cant call them to make a complaint. The food is great just wish that with to go orders that dont forget. Ive been going since I was little and the food has always been good along with service.

2022-07-20We were dining in Dennys and it took forever for our order to come out. We only had 4 people. We heard the workers cussing in the kitchen area at each other. The manager and 2 waitresses were too busy talking to a table they knew to even pay attention to getting our order ready. A few delivery people waited a long time as well. While we got our food the manager was being rude to the delivery lady. The lady tried to tell her the order wasnt correct and was missing part of the order. So we wont be going to this Dennys any longer.

2022-02-21Went to Dennys 2 nights ago. I ordered the t bone, medium well, and eggs. The steak looked like a piece of leather, over well done. I wanted to complain, but I have heard what they do to your food when you complain. It was absolutely horrible, and my family and I come here often, its usually good

2022-03-17This location was busier than Id expected yet i was still seated quickly, my order was taken and delivered with lightening speed and my server was keen to keep my drink full and make sure I had everything I wanted. Also, the parts of the restaurant I encountered were very clean and maintained.

2022-06-25Absolutely the worst dining experience ive had this year for what should have been a simple mid morning breakfast. No refills, no toast for 20 minutes after serving our sunny side up eggs, server was noticeablely bothered with each and any request we had, and this was all despite them being only 1/3 full. NEVER returning!

2022-06-10If i could give a o star or a negative star i would.Got there at 9:30p when i was told the order would be done at 9:25p. Well ended up waiting till 10pm. Was originally told it would be 10 to 15 more minutes.When i got my order i told the one worker that my order was wrong. She started to grab the containers out and open then without a care in the world. (So my husbands food went for a ride). She tried to talk over me when i was trying to explain what was wrong. When i was able to get them to understand what was wrong. Had to wait to get it.Then when i got home to eat my food found several things missing from add ons to sauces to condiments. The sampler appetizer the onion rings were cold and mushy and the fries where over salted. My husbands steak was inedible, it had a taste like a set in a dirty fridge and defrosted. Not rare, like it sat there and lost the blood and then cooked. We barely ate our dinner and we are afraid to finish eating it once he tasted his steak.I said something to the manager about the wait and he acted like he didnt care and was oh well.Had to share my meal with my husband so he ate something besides mashed potatoes and broccoli.
