Very customer oriented place! Came in unexpectedly with a huge nail in my tire, although they were busy , they squeezed me in since I was in a pinch! Nice to see a business who still cares for their customers! Thank you, Dempster tire, Ill continue to be a loyal customer !
Dempster Tire Pros rotated and rebalanced my tires when my car started vibrating whenever I drove at high speeds. The service was quick, the crew did a great job and the staff members were very friendly. I would definitely return to Dempster! My car drove much more smoothly after they fixed it.
The team at Dempster Tire Pros have always provided me honest input on which tire & auto repair was best for my fleet. I know that when I go to Dempster my truck will be fixed right the first time & I wont have to have unnecessary work done. I like that they are family owned & operated & that my money is staying in our community.
Dempster Tire has been our dealer for many years and we regularly depend on their advice and recommendations--and theyve never let us down. Unlike many tire stores around the area these guys are true tire professionals and service tires from the very smallest to the very largest (yep, they have the 15 ton cranes to do it). At first blush, you might think a shop like this would be pricey, but youd be wrong--they are extremely competitive. In additional to tire sales and service, they also provide complete auto and small truck service for everything under the vehicle, too. Steve, the service manager, is one of the top guys in the field and knows the tire business inside and out--whatever your question, he *will* have the right answer. DTSI has my full endorsement and strongest positive recommendation.
Darren was very helpful and got me in and out in about an hour with my emergency walk-in visit with a blowout. I love that they are open until 5pm six days a week! Ended up replacing the other 3 tires so they matched and had equal tred ....
Absolutely the best place around to buy tires. Steve is very courteous and helpful. If you need a service call very fast, affordable and precise. Will never go to another dealer for tires, tire repairs and service.

2022-04-05Had a nail in a trailer tire in route to a job. They swapped out my spare, checked tire pressures and had me rolling in minutes. Really impressed. Wish more people were that ready to to offer excellent service.

2018-06-28Have lived within ten miles of this place going on forty years and have never been there. So I wanted a specific tire for my camper. The chain guys near me didnt have them. Dempster did. I tell ya. They were quick, courteous, and the same price as the big chain tire stores. If you want good old home town service, this is the place.

2019-09-26Called and scheduled a front end alignment...they got me in the next day. Once i arrived there was a very short wait until they pulled my car on the alignment rack. Staff at the counter was polite friendly and funny..they didnt try to up sell me on anything. I actually heard them give another customer there the option to check out other shops if he was concerned about the work needing done or the estimate. The guys in the garage stayed busy while I was there and appeared experienced... Not the typical fast oil change staffing. Prices are the going rate as most shops.I do all my own work...so I know a thing or two about cars and garages...i just dont have an alignment rack.I would recommend this place from what Ive seen

2019-08-02Scheduled an appointment for alignment on my Charger. Got in quickly, that was the positive. Talked with Jim when I made the appointment and explained that I had just replaced the steering rack and the bolt on the steering connection may need to be removed and replaced correctly. Jim responded like I didnt know what I was talking about, but reassured me that they would take care of it. Sure enough it did need that done, but Jim told me sorry, we dont have time for that now and by the way your car pulls to the right...i drove it and it drives correctly. I told Jim how disappointed I was that he did not take care of this after I had waited 2.5 hours... I had the car there 15 minutes prior my appointment. I have been going here for tires for the last few years. I bought 8 tires for 2 different campers and recommended friends to go there. I will no longer refer others or go there myself. It takes 10 minutes to do what I needed done. Jim said it was not his fault, he was out of time due to waiting on tech to return to lunch.

2013-10-17Every time I go to Dempster Tire I get really great service. The staff really has a ton of knowledge on tires and fixing cars. I can trust them there and know that they are giving me the best deal. I have had my tires for 4 years and I love them! I also got free roadside assistance and coupons in the mail!!! Great job to all of the employees and thanks for being an honest auto repair shop!
