BEWARE!!The car salesman Scott Mast !!! Who will do anything or say anything to sale a car .The mechanics will lie and say whatever to make it look like a easy fix an either fake fix it so u can pull off an problem comes back asap!Ive witnessed them sale a SUV with blown motor an when car was returned Scott tells buyer it was something else an holds the car for over a month to have motor redone .So whoever that was is on road with a car with a different motor That they dont even know about! Wow shouldnt that go on Car Fax???Shouldnt He know you changed motor on his vehicle ???Scott kisses your ass the entire time your there until you mention a repair after the fact he blows you off.He says call service garage I dont do repairs.haha but you had no problem selling the vehicle.They sale these cars that need repairs an he will not fix unless you notice an say something.His other trick that I witnessed numerous time was acting like he couldnt get an approval for loan when he really has the ok an he string you along like hes working on phone with bank manager blah blah blah.an when you hang up he laughs because hes really baiting you in .so when he says they will do it you rush an sign thepaperwork.lol.What a joke.Or can you come up with more money is his famous trick those cars really fishy on that lot.An people giving five stars are friends of owner Trust me.I watched it go on for to long an has had it done to me.Take my advice on this Please save your time and money!!!!!These are all facts if you ever did business there you would know this is true .Ive never wrote a review but people need to know an tax time coming up.Dont be fooled.

Horrible experience. I got told a price then had to wait 3 days for it to get detailed then when it was finally ready the price changed without no heads up. I don’t think that’s fair
Really terrible customer service. Called to let them know I couldn’t make it in time before they closed to make a payment and I’d be there for sure the next day. Got a “well, we gotta pay bills too” as a response. Just a very rude and unprofessional experience.

This company has helped me and my family out alot. They have worked with us to get us a suitable vehicle. They even paid my first months insurance, but of course we have to pay them back but how many companys can you say would do that? My car does have an issue with brakes but it does come with a warranty. So far Im a happy customer.
Do not go to this car dealership, you will be ripped off! Their cars are not what they seem when you first take a look, you will hear rattling the next day that mysteriously was not there the day before. They ripped off my 18 year old son who did not know better and they are charging him hundreds of dollars for having the car one day. This place should be off your list of places to look, save your time and go somewhere else!
Worst dealership ever. Spoke to someone at 9am to purchase a vehicle. Went to bank to pull out cash. Arranged a trailer and truck to tow vehicle call back at 2:30 and was told truck was sold 15 min prior. No communication what so ever. I offered a deposit earlier in day and agent told me it was not needed and the truck will be there as they dont have any one interested in it. Thanks for wasting my day and wasting my money on a truck and trailer rental. Very unprofessional.
Paid $3000.00 for A car,just paid it off,the people here work with you,always A call back,any thing wrong will help to fix it cheep or send you to someone that you can afford,made low payments $250.00 A month,always A smile,on there face when I went in to make payment, I would call in my payment would be two weeks late,always said ok thank you Barbara for calling to let us know,never A late fee,To me thy were like family,I would go there again,the car lot on Fulton,thy were Great would do business with them again I thank them for their support the whole time that I had my vehicle may they be blessed abundantly thank you Delta,God Bless,Barbara A Wittenberg

Very reasonable pricing, Scott was very helpful at getting us approved with a decent monthly payment.
They sale junk cars and cars are being repaired. Few days later it starts too show warnings. Im totally unsatisfied, it kind of fraudment.

2021-03-16I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality used car. The folks at the dealership are so friendly and don’t treat you like just another customer, they really try to work with everyone and make the car buying process so easy. When I went to look at cars, I was greeted in a super friendly manner, and after I checked my vehicle out and took her for a test drive, I was told that I’m able to take it to my personal mechanic to make sure that it’s a quality vehicle. And it was! They also worked to bring the car, tax and title in under my budget, which is more than I could say for any other used car dealership I went to in my search, and they adjusted the price for some minor work that needed to be done according to my mechanic. Definitely check these guys out when you’re looking for a used car! Wasem is wonderful and they definitely deserve the business!

2021-08-01Buyer Beware!!! My Uncle purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz, in cash. Aprox 20 days later, the suspension failed , vehicle dash said do not drive. So obviously wouldnt pass E Check. Called dealer tells me the vehicle was sold as is and they have nothing to do with it. I called BBB and they said Delta Auto Wholesale has 12 complaints they have not responded too, and a D Minus grade. So if you have alot of money to just throw away, shop here🤣. Ohio Attorney General were also called.

2019-06-22While searching for a reliable SUV for my wife my brother mentioned seeing Delta Auto countless times on his drive home. We decided to take a drive through pouring rain to checkout the lot. Upon our arrival Scott greeted us as if the sun were shining. He took the time to hear our list of purchase criterion and showed us around. We returned later in the day and met Scotts staff, in the pouring rain.At this time we test drove an SUV, inspected the vehicle from top to bottom, stepped into the office out of the rain and the deal was done. My wife was completely satisfied with the organizations attention to details. Scotts mechanic worked through the night to give an extra once over to prepare the SUV for my wife. Awesome job guys!We loved the no sale sale!

2019-12-02I’ve been very hesitant too write a review because on one hand Scott did go out of his way too get me a car and approved under no credit it was my first vehicle as well as not much too put down l. I didint know much about how all the finance stuff works howeverWith this being all said from the time i purchased my vehicle it’s always made a rattling sound which there “meche Said it’s due too it being an “old”car 2006 Ford Escape now any time I accelerate this over 50 mph it would shake slightly but noticeable. It’s been 6 or so months later he got me hooked threw the worst financing company that dosent even report back too the credit bureaus which he told they would and my credit would be up by after 6-12 months. The engine blew about a month ago and the mechanic I went too take it too said this car should have never been sold with out work done.I then resort back too Scott too see what he can do he claims too try and help and I give him the info he needs this time went I visit the lot I bring somebody well experienced with cars and his attitude complete switched and suggested we take our business too Facebook market or let go. All because my friend was asking about car facts accidents miles simple questions that I wouldn’t think too ask and he completely did A 360I truly believe he sold me a bad car hooked me with a horrible finance company and then tried too sell another bad car and turned me away when he realized this time was different with my friend.I’ve had two oil changes since getting the car and he laughs while saying it’s my fault the engine blewI will never come back too this lot and I suggest you don’t either I will be telling all my Instagram fb twitter followers to NOT shop at delta auto because it’s a hit or a miss with this place and I didint have time or money too MIss and I did

2019-08-15Went with my son to purchase his car while at the dealership Scott the sales man is so nice but after we leave my son has to jump through hoops to get everyrhing wanted for financing. Last minute he gets a call they need something else and my son is out of town and cant get it to them till rhe weeeknd he call scott and states this and he say ok make sure your here by Saturday that was on Tuesday her comess Thursday morning the owner sends a repo truck for his car. Now they are gonna make my son pay for the repo since they dont communicate. Now Scott wont say anything. This company is so bad ripping people off. Prior to this the check engine light came on 24 hours after he purchased the car and they told my son to by the part and they will fix it.

2018-07-03Make sure you take the car you are considering to buy to a mechanic, the car we paid $2600 for, the sub frame is so decayed that its not safe to drive, that kind of decay didn’t happen in the 2 months we owned the car! We wouldn’t sell this car to anyone in that condition, basically, its a parts car. Our stupid fault for trusting the salesman and not having someone look at it. Do your homework! We feel like a business of integrity would have refunded some of the cash when we showed them the pictures but they just implied it was our own fault. We contacted them several times to make it right before posting this review. Buyer beware!

2021-06-01My experience here has been horrible. They’re unreliable & have bad communication skills. For this to be a business it’s ran very unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone getting a car from here. & their mechanic doesn’t respond as well it’s just a big mess.

2017-12-04BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE !!!!This dealership does bad business. I drove from cleveland ohio to riverview Michigan. After agreeing on a deal over the phone with salesman. Only to get there and be told completely different story by owner. Who couldnt even be there to evelauate my trade in. Which was worth 4k. He offered $1500 without seeing it. 2 weeks later he has the vehicle for sale for $7000. I bought the most expensive vehicle he had $16k cash only to drive home and check engine light comes on. And now they wont return my calls to address the issues. I would not recommend doing business with this dealer. Or any salesman there. Period. Too many options out there to get the run around. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. Horrible way to treat a customer after traveling so far and paying cash. Worst experience buying a vehicle. And the carfax showed no accidents. But it has clearly been in an accident. Body work and new paint. Worst dealer ever!!!
