Dentist made sure first and for most I was comfortable and pain free before we made a plan to go forward with fixing my issue. He was kind and easy to talk to and tooth was pulled with in seconds of opening my mouth. He was a pro would recommend to anyone
I cannot express how grateful I am for this practice. Dr. Jack went above and beyond for my care and ended up having a tooth removed that needed out for a long time. Fast forward a few days and I ended up having issues with healing and called. They got me in immediately, even helping me with my 1 and 4 yr olds due to it being so sudden. They are SO KIND. That in itself goes a long way in this world. Thank you to the assistants loving on my babies while I was being taken care of by Dr. Massa.

I absolutely cannot even begin to explain how amazing the staff members, Dr. Jack, Morgan, Christy, Denise are! (Just to name from my experiences. There are so many other staff that are just as amazing!) I suffered a traumatic experience from another dental office causing me to have PTSD and severe anxieties which ultimately lead me to putting off my oral health for years… I took the plunge and reached out to Delaware Smile Center and from walking through the door, I knew I was in good hands. Dr Jack is such a great person and an even greater dentist. There is ZERO judgment and after crying in the dental chair from explaining the trauma I’ve gone through not once, but twice… the staff gave me all the options and tools to help my get my health back on track. I cannot thank these angels enough and I am a patient for life!Thank you DSC. ❤️

I have a fear of the dentist which is embarrassing but I felt comfortable from the first second I walked into the office everyone was kind and friendly nobody was judgmental and no one made me feel embarrassed for my lack of dental health I am actually excited to go back for my next visit.
After several years of being traumatized by another dentist office I finally got the courage to give Delaware Smile center a chance. They welcomed me with open arms, calmed my fears and gave me lots of options to care for my dental needs. The day of my very first filling ever I was given several options to calm my nerves and make me comfortable. I will forever recommend their office to anyone like me who gets anxious about medical procedures.

Dr. Pap is Great! Im So Happy I found this place. Its a very nice place with Great people running it. Everyone there are Really Good at what they do. They have helped me out allot. I would definitely recommend them for sure. 😁👍:Update a year or so later: still feel the same way. I really like the Delaware Smile Center. Everyone there is so nice and they really know what theyre doing. Even the assistants seem like they could be Dentists. I went in with a problem my old Dentist gave up on. I had Surgery and had all my top Teeth removed and had a Floating Denture for a while. Once that was all healed I had Implants placed and had that same Denture modified (removed alot of what was covering the top of my mouth) so it attaches to the Implants. That saved me alot of money. Its locked in great. Feels very secure and looks great. Also have a partial of bottom teeth. So I now have a mouth full of brand new Teeth. Its Amazing. It took a bit to get here but Im so glad I did it. They replaced 2 teeth my Wife lost with Implants. They look and work great. Like I said, they really know what theyre doing. A level above most Dentists. Dr. Papp was my Dentist. Hes Great! 🙂👍💯
I lost a crown while eating dinner.I called the Smile Center and they made time for me.I spent next to zero time in the waiting room. I was prepped for my new crown, helped with a payment plan, and was treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. Dr Jack Minillo and his staff were terrific. My experience was painless and quick. I actually nodded off in the chair.No one likes going to the dentist.But, Dr. Jack Minillo and his staff made me comfortable and relaxed.If you gotta go to the dentist, go to the Smile Center.
The Staff is very kind, friendly, and do there utmost to make you feel comfortable in an environment that you may otherwise not, considering it’s a dentist. The actual dentist was kind, and verbally communicated well.
Ive been a patient of Delaware smile since theyre beginning. Ive always received excellent care and in fact on my latest visit Dr Papp took the time to explain everything he was doing in my procedure. He also takes the time to talk to you like a person and not just a patient. I can tell he has a true passion for what he does. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. The Delaware Smile Center team is amazing!! Neely is always so friendly and helpful when I call to get scheduled. She really tries to be accommodating!! The team in the clinic are so kind and patient with me through my severe dental anxiety. My daughter is also anxious and has been given the same grace. Dr. Papp is a great doctor! I didn’t feel rushed or unheard by him. He did a great job getting my tooth fixed, and getting my pain under control during the craziness of Covid when they were limited on what they could do. 10 out 10 highly recommend!!!
The whole team is great! Carrie is always like sunshine in the room, smiling, friendly and professional every time . I always know I’m in good hands, like today, while getting a crown. Dr Jack talks so you understand what the plan is and what happens next. I wouldn’t consider dental treatment anywhere else.
I decided to give my mother (Carrie Loehn(s)) new job a try because she highly recommended it (she’ says this when I’m in trouble😂and knows it needs done), and the dentists were all fantastic-(in her words). It didn’t disappoint and the work was quick and my hygienist Lauren really took great care cleaning my teeth. It was a task since it’d been awhile but she did so as gently that could be done. Dr. Jack thank you for going through things and being easy on me with my poor excuse for it being so long between cleanings😂, and for going over everything that needed done, what you saw and if I had questions. Thank you all for being amazing at your crafts, I can see why my mom loves her job and her coworkers so much.
Dr. Jack is the most caring and professional dentist I have ever seen. I needed extensive work done on my front teeth that I continued to put off due to money and time. I was finally convinced by the team of assistants to let them crown my structurally failing top six front teeth. Delaware Smile Center has found a team that is so kind and reassuring, youll never find a better place. The process was a little painful but my teeth are not just solid and healthy, they are also absolutely beautiful now! Thank you Dr. Jack, Carrie, Katie and the whole team who continued to shower me with excellent care throughout the process.

This was my first visit today. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. I let them know that ahead of time and everyone was absolutely amazing. Zoe and Kylee were very kind in making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Jack was so sweet making sure that I was ok and explaining everything he was going to do. I am self pay so when Neelie came to discuss my treatment/ payment plan she was very good about explaining everything and how it would work. Going back next week for my fillings! It was nice to see that so many people actually cared. Thank you everyone ❤️

I don’t like going to the dentist. When I do, I go to the Delaware Smile Center. My hygienist, Debra, was a reassuring and calming presence. Front start to finish, I was impressed with the high quality of customer service. I still have an irrational fear of dentists but the kind folks at Delaware Smile Center help me get over it.
Everybody is very kind and gentle. I feel very comfortable there, absolutely incredible people work there from Dr. Jack to the brilliant assistants to the superb office staff. I truly needed help with my broken front tooth. They helped me immeasurably.

Our experience at Delaware Smile Center has always been positive. The hygienists do a great job with cleanings and explaining everything they are doing. Our kids actually like going there and feel really comfortable. Ive worked with all three dentists there and they are very knowledgeable and patient. The office is very efficient and the staff is very friendly. Im very happy we found a place for all of our familys dental needs.
Delaware smile center is the best! I hated going to the dentist before but Morgan makes it so relaxing and easy that I like to go! She’s always so sweet and tells me what she is going to do before she does it. Plus they always discuss pricing and my options before. As well as what my insurance will cover and what it won’t. I never feel pressured that I have to do something if I don’t want to. Can’t recommend them enough!
This is the most organized dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly and professional. They remembered me from a previous visit, which is nice when your a new patient. Scheduling is spot on, so no waiting pass your appointment time.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Going to the smile center takes all that fear away. They genuinely care about their patients and do everything they can to make you feel at ease. They go over prices and plans before they do anything which i love. Going there makes the dentist not so bad.

I am not sure my anxiety reaches the level of odontophobia, but for a mature adult over the last 60 years a few adolescent barriers remain. I grew up in a rural area who’s family dentist explained to me was also a large animal veterinarian. A good man, providing good care under the most basic conditions. From braces, teeth whitening and final step vaneers the process was exceptional and left us all in tears in the examine room. Dr Papp and staff did a wonderful job with my daughter today. She had a traumatic experience with our last dentist and so we made the switch to Delaware Smile Center, and we are so happy we did! This morning she had to have a dental procedure done and was extremely nervous and scared. Everyone did a great job to make her feel heard, safe, and calm. They were caring and gentle and kind. She left with a new outlook and a greater level of comfort while at the dentist. Five stars time two!

The Delaware Smile Center went above and beyond yesterday. I was at work and my crown came off. I called them. They got me in within 30 minutes. It was able to cement back on! They were very good at getting me in for the emergency!!! Dr. Jack was so great!!

I had my first step of implants last week. Dr. Papp and Dr. Jack did amazing. I had minimal pain and was comfortable the whole time. Christy absolutely rocked my composite teeth and I’m finally starting to fall in love with my smile again.
Normally great service. Today I had to wait 1.5 hours to get a service that took 10 minutes. They had a dental emergency walk in which I understand, but businesses need a contingency plan for this circumstance. A business without a plan B is a business without a plan. Still great place to go though.

Filled out an online request for a cleaning as a new patient, not really expecting to get an appointment within the next 90 days. I received a phone call the next day from the smile center stating that there had been a cancellation and would I be available the next day? Very friendly staff looking forward to many more visits here in the years to come.

I had reservations after the changing of the staff, but the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The hygienist was a little rough with the cleaning but overall was a pleasant experience. The staff were helpful in getting me taken care of after my appointment for a fitting for a much needed guard. Overall good experience.
I love Delaware Smile Center. You are always greeted with a smile. The office staff is awesome. I am a big chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr Sheth took great care in helping me through that. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. My daughter had her braces done there too and she has a gorgeous smile.

I was always the biggest chicken when it came to getting anything done at other dentist offices. ...To the point I would get up and leave and make my escape.This office made me feel welcome and at ease. I had major work done At the Delaware Smile Center and I could not be happier! The office is state of the art, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.I am on my way to a brand new smile, so happy that I walked in that door. You feel comfortable, welcome and safe. They care about your comfort. They care about making sure you are happy, every time you walk in and out. Like most people, I dont especially like going to the dentist. However, I after staying away from the dentist for nearly 10 years, I knew that it was time- even if I dreaded going.From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Throughout taking x-rays and then sitting down in the hygienists chair, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process.They never once made me feel ashamed of the state of my teeth and were always willing to answer any questions. My hygienist Donnie was especially friendly and made the experience as pain free and pleasurable as could be for a dental appointment.Overall, I would recommend this dental office to anyone that is looking for a new dentist. The practice takes great care to explain treatment options and what they are doing in your mouth every step of the way. My wife is also a patient now and we both honestly dont fear going to our dental appointments anymore- which is probably the highest praise I can give a dental practice.

The office never made me feel less-than for having neglected my dental care for several years, due to dental insurance issues. It seems strange to direct this thought toward a Dental office but I enjoy going, and I look forward to having them care for my dental needs. I recently moved to Delaware and needed to find a new dentist. I happened to meet one of the office staff in a local restaurant and she gave me their business card. I dont like going to the dentist, but finally bit the bullet and called and made an appointment. I love this office, everyone is so kind and understanding. Just today I finished up with two dental implants. Over all the experience was great. Its definitely not a quick procedure. It takes months to finish all the steps involved, thats only because Dr. Sheth and his staff will only move forward if everything is just right.
I have never felt more at home at any dentist office than Delaware Smile. Usually other offices just go through the motions and dont take the time to get to know their patients. Delaware Smile is a friendly and fun environment. The staff is so nice. Its always a good feeling to want to go to your dentist appointments instead of dreading them. After not going to the dentist for a couple of years, I found Dr. Raj but then also found I had quite a few cavities. The staff made me feel comfortable and helped me through all 4 of my appointments. Beth at the front desk always remembers me by name and always has a smile on her face. This is by far the best dentist Ive ever had, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for one! The staff makes you feel at ease, and Dr. Raj is a pro! When I walk into the office, the staff is very friendly. I immediately feel at home. There is very little waiting time before I am called to see either the dentist or the dental hygienist. Doni usually cleans my teeth and she does a terrific job. Everyone at Delaware Smile Center is very professional and makes my visits a pleasant experience.
This dentist office is all around amazing. They have a great staff who are all very attentive and genuinely nice. My husband had to get his wisdom teeth removed and he was the dentist only patient they had at that time, to make sure he had all of there attention. My 3 year old son went there today and did not cry once because they were so genital and nice.I would not go to another dentist office after being at this one.
From the moment I walked in the door until the end they all made me feel welcome and comfortable. My family has been going to Delaware Smile Center for a few years now and we are very happy with all of the staff and the Dentists. They have done many things to make it better for the patients and staff as well. Even during their current expansion they still continue to provide outstanding care. I really appreciate the care i personally get from Doni and if she moves to the new office I will have to think very hard about possibly moving to that office!
I have always had a pleasant experience at Delaware Smile Center. My entire family loves going to the dentist. They are always kind and caring and willing to answer any of a zillion questions you might ask. Not only do they care and make sure you have the best dental health, they also work with you to get a care plan that meets the patients requirements. Both dental health and cost are factored in, and I have NEVER been made to feel horrible for spacing out my treatment.Weve been there for almost 4 years I think, and have never had a problem. My kids, including a young one with anxiety, have had some work done and have no issue or fear going back. Both kids fight over Doni, yet Jackie is equally awesome. Dr. Sheth is kind and caring and above all really really good at his job. I can also raver about the office staff- everyone actually cares. They ask questions and want you to feel at home. The staff at the Delaware Smile Center makes you feel at home throughout your entire visit. My dental hygienist is Becca and she creates a very relaxed and comfortable environment, utilizing state of the art technology to ensure the best exams and cleanings. The entire team is very friendly and professional, and they use an internal communication system which increases quality and reduces idle time. This is one of the few centers I’ve seen that provide so many services ranging from preventative care to implant and cosmetic dentistry. They provide you with the cost of any recommended procedures in advance so you can make an educated decision on your own time without any pressure. Delaware Smile Center is a great office. All of the staff is outstanding & my favorite is Dr. Sheth. He is very gentle & really knows his stuff. I appreciate that this practice has the state of the art equipment to treat me with. They also have a financial department that tells you the cost before anything is done so you have no surprises. Several months back I had a tooth that had put me in excruciating pain. To the point of no sleep. I called early that morning and they got my in an hour later for an extraction. It went super smooth! Dr. Sheth is an awesome guy as well as the rest of his staff. I couldnt believe how quickly he had me in and out of the door while still making me feel comfortable. Today was my 3rd time back to the office. I went in for a deep cleaning as Ive put going to the dentist off for quite a few years. It went really smooth. Becca made me feel very comfortable and we chatted while she worked. I really like that they sit down with you before starting to let you know what insurance might not cover so there are no surprises. Im actually looking forward to coming back to get some other things taken care of. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment at Delaware Smile Center. They are fantastic!
Delaware Smile Center is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I dont like going to the dentist but I actually look forward to my appointments. The staff is amazing. Doni (sorry if I didnt spell your name correctly) does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to get to know you. Christy has done a wonderful job helping me get my teeth back in order. Shes a very caring and loving woman who I adore. Dr. Sheth and Dr. Parks are amazing as well. What I really like about them is they dont make you feel bad about your dental problems. Theyre caring and very understandable about your situations. I feel no pressure from them if Im not able to have the dental work done at that time. Actually, everyone who works there is very warm and inviting. I LOVE going to Delaware Smile Center and I highly recommend them to everyone.
Our family switched dentists after 15 years. We were nervous until we walked through the door! Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way! I especially enjoyed getting to know Becca, she made my experience enjoyable! I highly recommend Delaware Smile Center.

Great dentist and staff. They have taught my family about prevention and good dental care. My daughter loves it here. I can get simultaneous appointments for her and I so we get in and out quickly. Dr. Sheth is very kind and gentle. He explains everything so that we understand. I appreciate the financial department here: they are very knowledgeable and flexible with my insurance and payments.
I always have a positive experience at Delaware Smile Center. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and truly care about their patients. My hygienist does a great job of making sure that I am comfortable and shows concern about how I am doing! Both doctors are very kind and the entire office runs very efficiently. I came here to update my once 5 star review for this practice. I debated even writing a review but I don’t think it’s fair to others when researching dentists to not have the chance to see updated reviews. What once was top not service has turned sub par. I went from being a patient they cared about to a number on their billing records. I had a cleaning scheduled for 7/10/20. During the cleaning, the light they use to see inside my mouth never worked and their powered hand tools stopped working when they were only 50-60% done cleaning my teeth so they didn’t finish (apparently it was a sub but a person well seasoned in their career). I even said, please don’t rush just make sure you have the tools you need. When Dr. Papp (practice owner) came in to do my exam, he only looked at my front teeth where I asked if I had a chip from being intubated recently. He didn’t preform the oral cancer screen, or look at my back molars where the previous dentist said they needed to keep a close eye on a couple “staining spots”. This is minor but I also asked for bleach (store bought isn’t as safe) and non sensitive toothpaste. No bleach, sensitive toothpaste, of course when I looked in my bag at home. It was just the cherry on top that made me feel like just another number or cash opportunity and not like they cared about me as a patient. I had planned on telling the billing person at the end of my appointment about my issues/concerns during the appointment in the private office but I was escorted to the main lobby where other patients were waiting. I didn’t feel it was appropriate to address the situation there because I wanted to give them an opportunity to amend the situation. I waited until the end of the day to contact them via their website’s contact form so I wasn’t unnecessarily harsh from my annoyance.I waited until Wednesday for them to contact me. Nothing. I then called the office, the office manager was out of the office and I was promised a phone call back the next day. Never happened. I called my insurance company and sure enough they had submitted a claim for the services they did not complete several days prior (almost immediately). I will be paying out of pocket for the services to be completed again while my insurance handles the dispute for total payment of services not rendered. I will be finding a new permanent dentist after being at this practice almost my entire adult life. I’m very disappointed and sad in how one of my favorite practices is now being managed.
Everybody at Delaware Smile Center is the BEST!!!! It is always a pleasure to go out and visit everybody. The conversation is welcoming and always fun. And of course the dental experience is always good. I have a very odd work schedule and they will always accommodate whatever I have going on.

It is a rare medical office that is motivated by an ethic of care, and Delaware Smile Center truly cares.While they tell you what it is that you need to hear (my own vices, more flossing), they also provide education on how it is that one keeps a clean mouth - offering clear and individualized technique on the art of brushing. If you shift your jaw, Ethan, youll be able to get into those deep grooves a little better - Jackie and all her colleagues are the best. Dr. Shep is always friendly and willing to work with me on my dental care. He waves when you walk into the office (Hows it going, bud?) A fiscally careful student like myself is able to negotiate an affordable implant option for a tooth I had removed years ago, offering suggestions on how to manage the cost and teaching me about why it is that this is a necessary procedure.Truly, Delaware Smile Center is the model place to go, if you want excellent dental care. But real talk, they arent paying me for this - Delaware Smile Center certainly earned this 5 star review.
Great experience had by the whole family! As someone who has always dreaded trips to the dentist, I have to say that this was the most enjoyable trip to date! The staff was amazingly friendly and made you feel right at home. They fill you in on everything that is going on step by step, making sure you understand what is going on in your mouth. This staff as a whole really seem to care about the well being and heath of the patient. My six year old (this was her first visit to the dentist) was even giggling through her whole cleaning. I would definitely recommend the Delaware Smile Center to anyone that is looking for a dentist!
Best dentist Ive ever had! I actually love going to the dentist. Everyone is so friendly. For any procedure that is needed you are given a consultation with the dentist and then with billing. No hidden costs. I have the best dental hygienist ever. They made my smile BEAUTIFUL!!

My first experience with Dr. Sheth and the Delaware smile Center was when I needed an implant. I went to another office in Powell for a consultation and it just didn’t feel right. I then went for a consultation with Dr. Sheth and within minutes of entering the office I knew that his office was the right choice. Everyone from the receptionists, treatment coordinators, hygienists, assistants and doctors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very clean and the doctors are using the newest technology in their office. After my successful implant, my whole family switched to this practice for all of our dental needs, and have been very happy for the past 3 years. I can honestly say that I disliked going to the dentist BUT from day one of coming to this office I Dont mind going anymore. From the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave everyone is smiling and making you feel welcomed. I absolutely love my DH Jackie....She has such a wonderful personality and is always making me laugh. I recently had to get some cavities taken care of and had to come back in on 2 separate occasions. Christy was absolutely amazing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Sheth is such a wonderful doctor and took his time explaining what was going on with my teeth and made sure I understood what they were going to do. After my longtime dentist moved out west, I tried a couple others for a few years before a friend recommended the Delaware Smile Center. From the very first phone call, to my initial cleaning with Becca, and recently getting two crowns with Dr Park, they have all been fantastic and honestly, some of the best experiences Ive had with any dental office.
I called office at 7 am I was in chair by 9, toothache so Dr Jack and Kathy pulled it, Morgan was my referral and she was awesome!! They all were awesome I was back home and logged onto work at 11 am. Can’t say enough about these guys!! Thank you thank you!!

I first tried the Delaware Smile Center about five years ago when I saw they offered free whitening for life. I just hadnt been that excited about the other dentists I had been to and just needed a little nudge to try something different and free whitening for life provided it! I was so impressed with Dr. Sheth and the crew that I started talking about them to my co-workers and friends, and the next thing you know, I had a bunch of friends going there! So let me list the things that make this the best place to get your dental needs met:* They are friendly and make an effort to get to know you.* They are professional and extremely efficient.* Their first concern is patient comfort. Dr. Sheth mentioned this one time and it really struck me. They regularly attend workshops and clinics to learn all the newest dental technology and procedures.* When working on your teeth, the only questions they ask you are simple yes or no Qs that are easy to answer with someones hands in your mouth! legit! haha! check it out and see for yourself!* They changed my life in terms of dental habits and check-ups. In my 20s and 30s, I really let my dental visits slide. I was loath to go to a dentist because I didnt want to get scolded and I was afraid of what I would find out! Over the past five years, I have gotten a kick out of becoming one of DSCs best patients, changing my brushing and flossing techniques and scheduling my check-ups 6 months in advance! Ive become a real dental geek!! lol. This year, I even got all the kids Oral B toothbrushes for Christmas after changing over myself at their recommendation. No kidding! Its weird, I admit, but I look forward to brushing and flossing. Not only do I find it enjoyable and relaxing, but it also earns me those great comments from Kami, Doni, Jackie, Becca and the crew!Lol... I know this sounds like a paid review, but its not. I just got my teeth cleaned yesterday and last night was talking to another friend about how much I enjoyed this place. Shes going to be next to switch over. She said the same thing: she didnt look forward to going to her dentist and couldnt believe she met someone who did!
Super Happy with Delaware Smile Center!! Dr. Sheth is very nice and informative. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have and makes sure your experience is a good one. The whole experience from walking into the office to leaving is a pleasant one! The office is very nicely decorated and there is a very cool play area for the kids. The TVs in every room is so nice, especially to distract the kids while they are having their teeth cleaned. Every staff member...Cami, Jackie, Doni, Beth (and ones I cant remember their names) are so nice and personable. The boys actually dont mind coming to the dentist. My whole family are patients here and we would highly recommend that you are too!

Everything about my first visit here was awesome! The receptionists were kind and really worked around my busy schedule to find an appointment for me. I barely sat in the waiting room before Donnie called me back and treated me like family. She educated me on what was going on with my teeth, explained all of the x-rays/photos and answered alllll of my questions :) Im actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment, who else can say that? Everyone in this office is amazing! I always feel at home when Im here. Everyone is always very friendly and my children and I are always comfortable, no matter the situation (xrays, fillings, etc.)Doni always takes care of my cleanings. She does an amazing job with knowing where the sensitive areas are. She goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and we always find something to laugh about. Everyone I come into contact with remembers something from previous visits and will follow up (example being my sons Lacrosse season and how it went).I would highly recommend that anyone who needs dental services try Delaware Smile Center! I always love my experience at Delaware Smile. The TVs on the ceiling are great, the dental hygienists are both professional and fun, and I really appreciate how clearly they communicate the bill. There are never any surprises. Its also nice that they have Saturday hours (which Google somehow does not currently recognize).

I had a regular cleaning scheduled for today but wasnt feeling well so I called to cancel. The receptionist politely said they normally ask for 24 hours notice and since it was only a few hours I said never mind and that I would be there. After mentioning I was recovering from a migraine I was assured I would be made very comfortable. When I arrived all of the staff was very sympathetic, even talking to me in quiet voices and asking if there was anything I needed. In the exam room the lights and TV had been turned off and I was even asked if I wanted a neck pillow or a blanket! Im sure I would have survived a normal exam, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I love Delaware Smile Center for more than how I was treated today. I always feel cared for. I dont mind going to the dentist, but if I was nervous, Doni, my hygienist would be who I would ask for. She could put anyone at ease. Her and all the other staff get five stars in my book.

Honestly, this is The Place for your dental care!! Dr Sheth is so compassionate, detailed and takes his time explaining whats happening. He never tries to over do care by encouraging care that is not necessary. Reassuring, welcoming staff at every moment in your visit. Becca is so fabulous! She helped me by reassuring me during my drats and cleaning. She helped me relax and laugh while she did and awesome thorough cleaning! Then, they even offer a way for people without dental coverage to get discounts on their care budgeting.

I havent been to the dentist in a very long time, mostly because of a fear of pain, a bad experience, and the costs involved. However, after needing an emergency visit for a serious toothache, my thoughts have changed drastically. The staff was the friendliest group of people I have ever met and the doctor was amazing. I didnt feel a thing at all and it was over in no time. After years of avoiding the dentist, I was confident booking another series of appointments thanks to this visit. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need.
The smile center in Delaware, Ohio is the most comforting and friendly dental practice I have ever been to. It had been four years since my last cleaning and I was terrified to go. Jackie was there on my first day and was extremely nice and understanding. She didnt make me feel like I failed myself for being scared to go to the dentist. I ended up having to go back a few times for fillings this summer and the entire staff was so incredible through that process. I was always numbed completely and didnt feel any pain or discomfort through this experience. I got to know the staff and they got to know me and I truly feel like they care about their patients in a way that I have never experienced with other dentists and hygienists.

This is THE best dental office my husband and I have ever been to. The entire staff is on point. My family and I go have gone to see Dr. Sheth for several years. A few years back we moved and started to see another dentist closer to our new house, but we realized warmth and level of care we received wasn’t what we had experienced at Delaware Smile Center. So we decided the extra drive time was worth it. At Delaware Smile Center, they know my name even if I’m not the one with the appointment, they make sure they get answers to questions and follow up when needed.

He and his dental assistant made me feel at ease from the minute I sat in the dental chair. I felt no pain whatsoever and was in and out in no time. They do a great job with kids making them feel very at ease sitting in the chair. My favorite experience is getting a stubborn tooth extracted and finally after it came out.. out of no where Doc says Boom goes the dynamite I was laughing so hard, numbed mouth and all. Hes such a great guy! And I would like to say that after 2 or 3 years of dental work, Dr. Sheth has finally made my mouth cavity free and helped me so much a long the way! Was looking for a dental office for my family in Delaware and found Dr. Sheth. The entire experience was better than a trip to the dentist office should be. From the time we walked in and were personally greeted and treated to the time we left with clean teeth and goody bags, I felt like our entire family was truly cared for. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
My wife, kids and I have been going to Delaware Smile for three years now and have never had a bad experience. For my last visit, I was stuck in traffic, therefore making me 20 minutes late for my appointment. Doni and Dr. Sheth were able to expedite my appointment, to get me in and out, hopefully allowing for timely appointments after mine. Bottom line... We love their team-they make me smile!
A great experience! I dont enjoy cleanings and checkups but Delaware Smile Center actually gave me a good time! Theyre polite, friendly, and fun, but above all professional and VERY good at what they do. I highly recommend.
Dr Sheth and his staff are awesome. I have had several root canals done. During these procedures I was so relaxed I fell asleep and only woke up after the procedure was completed. The front staff was also great. They allowed me several time to reschedule a procedure that I was not real motivated to have. Lastly, his hygienist staff doesnt make you feel guilty for not brushing every day. The hygienist just give you a gentle reminder of how to perform the brushing correct.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, also a very clean establishment. Only dentist office Ive ever been to where there is a tv on the wall and one mounted on the ceilings in all their rooms. Jackie Drenning has taken care of me since my very first visit and is fantastic with her patients. Highly recommend choosing the Delaware Smile Center if youre looking for a dentist.

Hands down the best Dentist office I have been to! Im always greeted by name when I walk in the door (unlike the places where you have to tell them your name). There has never been a wait to start my appointment, all of the staff is extremely courteous and friendly and to top it off, the office always smells amazing!! I would highly recommend this office.
I recently was diagnosed with sleep apnea and with the help of my dentist we worked to get me fitted with a device and it was amazing. This team is amazing I just love them to bits

My daughter who is 4 went here for her 1st dental visit. She talked about going back for over a week! They let her cuddle a stuffed animal & pick from the prize box when she was finished. She also watched cartoons while in the chair. The staff is so friendly & informative. The dentist was great too!
Service so great that you would think there is a tip line on the bill :-) All joking aside, from the moment I first walked in the door of the Smile Center I noticed that they have mastered customer service. I have been to 4 dentist in the past 6 years and I finally have found one that I will look forward to my appointments. Having been to the dentist at so many places I can tell you that they are not all the same, and they have not only mastered service but they certainly know how to use a needle, I was numb with only feeling a small pinch.
This is by far the best dental practice in the Columbus metropolitan area. Very friendly staff and Dr. Sheth is amazing! All five of our kids get their teeth treated here along with myself and my husband. Highly recommended for all ages!
For people that only see me twice a year, its nice that they greet me by name as I walk in the door. Theyre always on time getting me back into a chair for my appointments, incredibly friendly, and their system for communicating with each other is super impressive and efficient. Theyre prompt, up front about how your teeth are and what you need to do for them, and despite happily answering any question to whatever length you need, it feels like they waste absolutely no time at all. Above all, theyre the most relaxing and disarming dental office Ive been to in my life. I would have never in a million years thought Id be ok to have a drill in my mouth without being completely unconscious but they got me through it without any problems.
Staff is friendly, professional, they listen to youand treat you like a person not just another patient. I highly recommend Delaware Smile Center !

Best dentist and staff ever. After 10 years of tooth pain, multiple root canals, an onlay and two crowns on the same tooth I am pain free. The fix? A bite adjustment. Thats a dentist who knows what theyre doing.

I would give more stars if I could. From the minute you walk into the door, it feels like home. You are greeted by name and always with a smile. I feel like I am part of the family. I most often get the pleasure of working with Doni when I come in. She is always extremely friendly and talks to me like we have been friends for years. It always shocks me with how much she remembers about the last time I was there (usually 6 months prior!) Dr. Sheth is truly the most caring and genuine doctor I have ever experienced. I couldnt imaging the feeling of being able to work for him. I met Dr. Park for the first time today as well, and she is just as great. I can honestly say that I wish that dental cleanings happened more than every 6 months, I would be overjoyed to have the opportunity to visit the office and staff as often as I could. I truly enjoy going in, it always makes my day and I leave with a smile on my face every time!
Delaware Smile Center is the best. Dr. Sheth is very knowledgeable and makes you feel completely comfortable. So far 6 in our family (ranging from grandkids, children, my husband & I and my mom) have become patients and are thrilled. The office is very state of the art. The entire staff is wonderful... Is it weird to say visiting the dentist is actually enjoyable? Lovely office, lovely people and it doesnt hurt the Dr. Sheth is lovely too! In the process of getting an implant that Id put off forever because it sounded scary. Its been unbelievably easy. Cant believe I waited so long!
Completely deserves all the good vibe. The doc and his staff are all very personable and professional. I actually get so relaxed when I go for my appointments that I could fall asleep in the chair! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a dentist.

They strive to exceed your expectations, SO unlike many other businesses in this day and age of impersonal interactions.
I first went to them in September 2017 and I love this place. Every single member that works there is super nice respectful know you by name, no your familys members name and very professional. I just took my 3 year old there for his first dental appointment and they were so good with him. Have to try them out.

My friend who was visiting from France had a painful toothache on the day she was leaving for home. They got her in immediately, found the problem and gave her a prescription to help keep her comfortable on her flight to France. They went out of their way to help her the best they could in a short time period. Everyone was so nice!

2022-05-26I switched to Delaware Smile Center last year after I had my braces removed. I needed to have a bridge & crown put in and wanted a dentist I could trust. My daughter cleaned my teeth & recommended Dr. Jack. I was very impressed with Morgan’s professionalism and the care she took on my teeth. Dr. Jack came in & recommended a bridge & crown. I went through with the procedure & went back today for another teeth cleaning. I can say after 35yrs, I can smile and feel good about myself. Thank you for taking good care of me. Very professional & a Job well done!!!

2022-01-04VERY HAPPY with my first experience at the Delaware Smile Center. As a brand new resident to the state, they did a fantastic job of making me feel right at home! I called, looking to address a very painful toothache, knowing Id never get in, same-day. Not only did they get me in, same-day, but they took care of everything, all in that same-day visit! Im already on the mend! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. It definitely didnt take long at all to find my new dentist! I highly recommend visiting this office with all of your dentistry needs! 2022-04-17I wanted to come on here not only to leave a great review but to say thank you! I came from Aspen Dental across the street due to multiple bad experiences. I walked in and it was immediately refreshing. Beautiful lobby, easy to find, and if you’re like me and don’t necessarily like going to the dentist, it doesn’t FEEL like a medical room. Super calming, and both ladies at the desk were fabulous! Once going in and talking with the doctor (almost no wait!) she wanted to take new x-rays instead of the ones my old dentist sent, she found MULTIPLE things that they missed!! She showed me everything on a camera and kept me super informed the whole time. They filled a few cavities I had and didn’t make me feel ashamed like places I’ve been before. She was amazing. AND they have a little TV on the ceiling above your chair that you can watch while they work on your teeth! It starts with a little aquarium of fish, but the nurse informed me that they even have Netflix 😂 I’ll be coming back for years to come, glad to have found such a great place.

2021-12-11I filled out an appointment request online at about 8:30am and within 10 minutes the office called me. I had a bad tooth that has been causing me a great deal of pain. They got me in at 10am. They were amazing. My tech was phenomenal and I absolutely loved her! The Dr was so amazing as well! She decided to pull the tooth and literally did such a good job! They both made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed and addressed any questions or concerns I had! Thank you guys so much! I’ll see you again soon!

2022-01-06We brought my daughter in for her first check up (she’s 2) and the hygienist Lauren was amazing! She was so patient and went at a pace that my daughter was comfortable with. In the end they were able to do her full exam because they were so considerate of her needs. They were great!
