Dump people steal off renters but the managers seem on the ball some of the renters are trash and make the others look bad ok if you watch your back and dont try to make friends

This place is not a place to stay the manger is rude and will not give you towels are tolit paper he will call you names to your face put you down cant have no one there after 7 he keeps the laundry room locked up for just a month you pay 800 dollers are more and he puts money in his pocket rude dude for sure
Never went inside a room. Parking lot was clean and the manager was nice. The town in which it is located is a cute little town
Dirtiness and run down.Same nothing has been updated it is old and needs to be considered health inspection
Very reasonable rates, quiet place to stay a night or longer. A super nice guy runs the place. I would totally recommend!

If you could give 0 stars this would be the it ..The Bates hotel would be a better stay than this place... unless you absolutely cannot sleep on your motorcycle do not stop here

2022-02-15Very nice people here helped me when my truck broke down and I needed to park there until I could fix it. Its nice to meet kind people these days.

2021-11-02Management was very prompt, informative, and available. He makes you feel right at home. Aside from a few messes, its a great place to stay, in an emergency, on a budget.

2021-03-26This is the ONLY MOTEL THAT states they have free wifibutbthey refuse to give out the password, no ice machine, no complimentary coffee, no room service if you live there like I did prepare yourself to be maintaining light fixtures and plumbing. We went without hot water for 8 days in everyroom, most rooms dont have working heat, we also went a week And a half without a microwave so we had to walk up to our neighbors to heat up meals for out 3 yr old. The owner tries to bully ppl telling us no one is allowed in the rooms after 11, he told us no tattooing, cant let out friends drive our vehicles. Tells us were being evicted if we get into a petty disagreement.

2021-06-19This place was DISCUSSING the bathroom was really DISCUSSING the beds are not maid the way they have to be main they are not cleaned the window of the bathroom was open with no way to close it to take a bath the tv doesnt work and the rooms smell like a house from 1876 and hasnt been clean since then please dont go here.... I pay 120 for two room and only stayed for 4 hours because the smell was DISCUSSING

2020-09-21It Id out in the middle of no where. And its around 3 or 4 miles to the nearest store. I got room 5 right up front. Its okay. But the husband and wife managers here now are pretty cool. They work with ya. Shawn is always there to help. I did get tired of asking for TP so I I got my own at WalMart. Towels are hard to get also. But up and up they let me have my PBMonroe with me for a pet deposit. That was way cool. I wasnt planning on staying as long as I have, but finding a place near Eaton is very difficult. Eventually it will work out.

2021-03-07Has a mouse problem and it needs better management and handyman because i had to fix my own door to make my salf safe and i think the owner needs to hire better people that dont have a record and thay through us out a day early and the manager had her boyfriend yell at my mom and he was rude and Hateful

2018-09-12Manager is rude and unprofessional. Made sexual remarks towards me while trying to rent a uhaul. Price was not what uhaul had told me and was over $100 more than what I was quoted with no explanation why. Place was dirty and had some very odd people in and out of the office which also seemed to be the managers living room.

2016-12-09Very dirty and it is in the middle of no where. You are not allowed to have visitors after 9:00 p.m. or there is an additional $20.00 charge. They only clean rooms once a week if you are a weekly rental. Only one employee so even something as simple as getting toilet paper is impossible. You have no privacy and the final straw for me was when you could clearly see cockroaches running up the wall and the owner stated he was aware of the problem but I have never seen anyone there ever attempt to address it.
