Being new to the area, I decided to chose a local company to do a general exterminate our house and so glad I did! They are knowledgeable, friendly and always arrive in the time frame they state. They will even address issues in between quarterly services if need be!
I love this family business. They are kind and respectful they are also very informative and answers all questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend them for all pest needs and quarterly treatments.
The young man was very careful to get all the places I’d seen ants, but also went around inside and sprayed around all the baseboards. It was pouring, and he was very careful to take off his boots. It stopped raining and he was able to spray and put pellets all around the foundation. I haven’t seen an ant since. The last time they did this it lasted three years.
Termite treatment next business day after inspection in time for refinance lock-in day. Thoroughly explained the treatment process. I’m very happy with the whole process.
Jarrod was prompt, courteous and professional! I called on Friday for a termite inspection required for my VA home loan. Im setup with Dayton Pest Control for quarterly pest maintenance. Theyre professional and super friendly. Service is quick and affordable, Ive not had any issues. When I called about seeing a mouse they came out the next day to setup bait boxes and explain what to look for and things I could do if needed. I highly recommend this company.

I had four other pest control companies, He was the only gentlemen that actually sat down explained how termites travel the damage they do and what they start from as Swarmers to the actual white termite themselves that does the actual true damage in the walls.

Dayton Pest Control was truly impressive in their professionalism and response. They answered our Sunday call immediately and were out the next day. Estimates came that evening, and traps in and set within a week. Jarrod was very friendly and knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything and give options, and was quick and hard working. They gave us a very fair price. The entire family is so friendly and helpful I would highly recommend them. Just purchased our home and waved all inspections to try and get the house, come to find out we have termites. Terminix and Dayton Pest Control came out and inspected. DPC was by far more friendly and explained things in a way that made me feel confident in them. Terminix was rude and tried to scare me into buying (I had done research) so I wasn’t surprised by his description. They also tried to sell me on their guarantee, all the reviews claim they don’t fulfill. It will take time to see if their methods will work but I do feel confident while I wait that they will fix it or keep helping me try.

Dayton Pest Control is the best around. I contacted three similar companies, but these guys were the fastest and least expensive. We had a giant hornet nest very near the house and I have two small children so it was imperative that it was taken care of properly and quickly. Steven was kind, extremely professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
I am a loan officer and my borrower used Dayton PC for a termite inspection. they were SUPER fast and SUPER responsive which are the 2 best qualities to have in business. would def use them again
I cant speak for the effectiveness of the product they use (yet) but i really enjoyed working with this company! I was given a 2 hour window and he showed up towards the beginning of that window. Was very informative and was willing to work with me to move the dogs around while he was working. Id definitely call them again if I have issues in the future and would recommend to anyone in the area!
I actually am a customer. Well my guardian is. And y’all have came out twice for the same issue and your methods seem to not be working. I don’t know if y’all think that’s okay but it’s not. Not everyone has 700$ to go to waste. It would be nice if y’all solved the issue. So to say this is a fake review is false. For anyone reading this I do not recommend using them. I would try orkin or some other top rated companies before putting your money in their hands. I will say though that these guys are nice and respectful people. Nothing against their personality’s but against their quality of work
Have used them for years whenever an issue comes up. Excellent service, polite, thorough, and does a great job explaining what they are looking for, what the issues may be, and different ways to solve the problem. They dont create issues when none are there, nor do they try to upsell you on services that you really dont need. Would recommend to anyone in need of pest control service.

We have had Jarrod rid us of wasps on two occasions (two different areas), several years apart. Both times he returned our phone call promptly, scheduled a time, and arrived on time on the date scheduled.He was prepared and equipped to spray the nests that the wasps had built up into our eaves. The wasps disappeared just as he explained they would. What more could you ask?!? We will definitely call him again if anything else crops up.
Chose Dayton Pest Control based on other online reviews and the BBB ratings. Glad I did. Jarrod was easy to deal with. He showed up when he said he would and handled everything professionally. I’ve never wanted to have chemicals; however, we had ants and too many spiders at one point, so I researched pest control companies and liked what I read about Dayton Pest Control. They took care of our problem so we continue on a schedule with them. Very professional and will always do what I ask. I had trouble with ants last year, have not seen any since Dayton Pest Control started spraying for them. Going to call them next week because the spiders are big and fat this year. Very easy to contact them and get scheduled right away. (UPDATE) Jarrod came out yesterday September 29 for Spiders, he sprayed inside and out. Jarrod is always very courteous and knowledgeable. I had a pest control issue and I think the first thing that drew me to Dayton Pest Control was that they advertised a speedy solution. The other places I called had a wait list for weeks. Im not even joking, they wanted me to live with my pests for 5 weeks. When I spoke with DPC thy said they could get me in right away (as soon as prep-work would allow). It was such a relief. When they came they were absolutely professional, kind, and reassuring. I felt like they really cared about my family and helping us not only to fight the pests, but to feel better. Ive called them several times since the extermination for random things and they have always been kind and reassuring. Their guarantee is one of the best and longest in the field. I will absolutely use their services any time I have problems in the future. They handle a wide variety of issues. If you are thinking about using them, do it. They are experts who will solve your problem, guarantee their work, and incidentally it they were cheaper than the other estimates I got to.

Early detection is the key for a pest free home in Dayton,Ohio. Z-Best helped my family out in a sensitive bed bug situation. Dan is a honest man that will do his best to help protect your family. He will not may any pest situation seem more or less then what is really going on. It is always best to deal with a small company. They were very helpful on making big decisions and answering questions. I am one worried mommy with LOTS of questions. Thus so far their service truly is Z-Best! We tried a big nationwide company first and were disappointed. If you suspect you have these bugs..DONT HESITATE TO CALL!! Early detection can make life easier. It is still early in my treatment, so far so good. NO BUGS! I have no problem updating a review if things change. As of now I am one happy customer .

Z-Best had my house sprayed for termites paid $1200 for the spray and a 5 year warranty. They came out and sprayed. The father Dan owned Dayton Pest Control and Z-Best but gave them to each of his sons. Dan promised to honor the Warranty with Dayton Pest Control when Z-Best went out of business but his son refused to honor that agreement after Dan left. Less than 2 years after my initial spray I have to get my house re-treated by Orkin for another $1000. Not to mention Orkin told me that these guys didnt scrape off the tunnels when they did their initial treatment....Save yourself a lot of money and time and go with a company that will honor their warranties and not trade their company within their family to get out of warranties.
Dan and his son Jared were awesome! They were prompt, professional and effective. I will go to them for all my pest control needs. They are reasonable price and flexible on payment plan. Dan know what he is doing and does the job right. We had originally went with Orkin biut we received poor service and the pest issue wasnt resolved. So before you think about going with a big corporate company consider going when Dayton Pest Control because he makes all of his own decision and can adjust to your needs as needed.

2022-07-20The termites hit during COVID. Jarrod got someone out for outside treatments and Ive been happy with my service. I would recommend Dayton Pest Control over the chain exterminator. They return my calls if I have questions and are reasonably priced.

2022-03-01We contacted Dayton Pest Control to evaluate for termites after noticing a hole on our windowsill. They came the next day and confirmed presence of termites and arranged to come treat within a few days. Jarrod was very knowledgeable and thorough. Contract and payment was very clear, concise, and easy to navigate. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

2022-05-27It is too soon to tell if the termites are gone, but this review assumes that the termites will be gone soon. So this review is about our impression of Jarrod at Dayton Pest Control LLC.We are very leery about company trust, since we currently have a major problem with a national manufacture of walk-in tubs. So we try to be careful.Jarrod explained exactly what he was going to do and how it was to be done. Then, he sent us a quote by email. Quote was fine and then I asked about the $75 discount that was promoted on Dayton Pest Control website. Within a few minutes, I got an updated quote including the discount. I was expecting a ”We cannot honor the discount since we already sent a quote.” But that was not the case.The quote stated that we had seen and approved the map. What map? So I called Jarrod and asked about the map. Within a few hours I got a map by email.It is rare today to work with a company that does what they say they are going to do and be problem free.I would highly recommend Dayton Pest Control LLC. Jarrod did exactly what he said he was going to do and explained each step…problem free!Mel

2022-07-29Picked a random Pest Control and it turns out they were the ones who installed the Termite Traps. I called to get the bait traps inspected and general house pest control. Dayton Pest showed up on time, gave me knowledge about their services and pricing. Next day they came out and conducted the services. Everyone is very nice, professional, and responsive!

2022-06-28Jarrod was quick to respond when I called, panicking because I had experienced a termite swarm in my 111yr. old house. He offered 2 options, and was very straight forward about which option was best for our house even though it was the cheaper option for me. He wasnt trying to make a profit. I always appreciate honesty.

2022-06-20After noticing some damage to the wooden pillars on my front porch, I called Dayton Pest Control. He came out the same morning and diagnosed carpenter ants. He not only sprayed for ants and spiders but knocked down some cobwebs and even recommended someone to repair the pillars. Personable and professional.
