A bit run down but under construction. Not much for amenities in the gate areas which would be nice to have given the likelihood for delays with the mostly regional carriers. My next trip to Dayton will be to fly into Cincinnati (CVG) and drive the hour. It will be much quicker than missing connections.
Easy to access Cheap parking.Only $5.00 in the Economy lot.Shuttle picks you up and takes you right to front entrance.Max& Emmas Restaurant within the airport has tastie ,healthy and affordable food choices.Of course you can watch ages thru the window. While you eat your meal.
Good luck getting a Uber because Airport bureaucrats will not allow Uber drivers to stage in the designated que area, this is the same area they approved in recent months. They are enforcing this with threat of arrest from their Airport Police. Threatening people who are trying to make an honest living with arrest is despicable to me. The cab company at the airport over charges and Price gouges when Uber isn’t present, their inability to do that when Uber is not present is cutting into their bottom line.
Great airport, very clean, helpful staff but read this before you get mad at TSA! Looks as though when there is low volume going through security they only have one checker for regular passengers and non-TSA PRE. They let a group of non-TSA through and then they let a group of TSA PRE through. If you dont understand that and you are at the back of either line the appearance can be frustrating... other than that this airport has a really good capacity for its size. It is new, clean and feels very nice. Additionally the layout is very smart, and as it expands over the years the construction will be intuitive and not dramatically hinder the operations of the airport.
I love this airport compared to CVG. Mainly for how small it is, how fast you can park, check in and get through TSA.. They always have it clean and well staffed, the only thing I wish they had was a Starbucks!! They should really open that back up. The Christmas decorations are nice! I most definitely recommend this airport for your flight needs!! 😁
A nice airport to escape long lines and endless walks to the gates. There are several dining options and book stores. There are plenty of clean, renovated rest rooms and free WiFi. The luggage comes out timely and the check in process is seamless. The TSA lines were small and the agents friendly. Actually, all the airport and airline staff I interacted with had great customer service skills. I do wish there was a train or subway into town and better or more localized souvenirs.
Hands down one of the easiest airports to get in and out of. I live in downtown Dayton and from the door of my house to the gate door of the airplane I am taking it takes 30 minutes and that is with checking a bag as well. They have been doing a lot of renovations to the inside and outside of this airport which is great because it has needed some TLC. There are four restaurants inside as well as a few spots to grab a drink. Also a wide variety of fun Dayton, OH gifts to pick up and take with you on your trip. Security is also very easy to go through. TSA pre-check but no Clear.
Nice airport for the area. Direct flights to a few major cities. Nice facility that’s always been clean when I’ve come through. The employees have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. Parking options are great and reasonably priced. Good selection of rental car companies. Good selection of restaurants and convenience stores.
Weve consistently experienced excellent experiences at this airport for many years--the employees are always cheerful and helpful, and the airport itself has always been user friendly. Unfortunately, our recent experience was marred by the construction. As a person with mobility issues, I found it difficult to go to the last conveyor for luggage, and then all the way back up to the doors by TSA to exit.
Dayton International Airport gets 5 stars from me. I fly often and have flown out of Columbus and Cincinnati/Kentucky and I prefer Dayton. It may not have all of the bells and whistles of the larger airports but it doesnt need to. Its clean, safe, and convenient and service provided by all who work there has always been top notch. Why drive an hour away when in most cases Dayton International provides travelers with what we need?. Keep our business here local!
Airport has been under major construction for many years! If your planning to get food before your flight. Grab it in-transit to the airport. Sadly, to say all 3 of the restaurants and gift shops that are located within the airport are usually closed without notice. I’ve never seen so many Starbucks customers so angry. Also make sure you keep a smiling face. Because the TSA workers are extremely rude.
For an airport based in the birthplace of aviation youd think it would be exciting, clean, updated, and a nice place to travel in and out of, but no such luck. Very dated feeling even though a remodel was done recently. Nothing to eat. No shopping; other than the typical lame overpriced store you see in every other airport.
For as much as I have travelled over the last 20 plus years, I have never been to Dayton. The airport is smaller than I expected. All that said, it was clean and efficient for moving me through. Thanks for the help and the effortNote that there are not many food options in the times of COVID... Expensive and VERY limited. Eat before dropping in!
Dayton International Airport (IATA: DAY, ICAO: KDAY, FAA LID: DAY) (officially James M. Cox Dayton International Airport), formerly Dayton Municipal Airport and James M. Cox-Dayton Municipal Airport, is ten miles north of downtown Dayton, in Montgomery County, Ohio. The airport is within the city limits of Dayton, in an exclave of Dayton not contiguous with the rest of the city. Its address is 3600 Terminal Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45377. The airport is headquarters for American Eagle carrier PSA Airlines.
Normally I have a easy time at this airport which is the only reason for 2 stars. However, today was the absolute worst experience I’ve had in over 20 years of air travel. Specifically focused at United airlines who, because of incompetence and poor communication cost my wife and I the first day of our honeymoon. Moved to 3 different planes and had my luggage sent without us and then forced to be taken to Cincinnati to fly because they couldn’t figure out how to get us on a plane. Absolutely horrible experience and I will not be flying United again especially not out of Dayton.
I used to work for ComAir Delta Airlines 14 years ago at this airport in Terminal B. Its night and day from how it looked back then. For a small airport, the accessibility and service to get checked in is top tier. Not to mention the ATC tower is one of the top most prestine pieces of art of all airports. Minus the construction around the airport, this is a great place to fly out of. Highly recommended!
Clean, bright and so easy! One of the best airports around. Easy to use and find your way around. Not the biggest or the busiest, but number one for the nicest staff and workers. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Makes your trip so much more enjoyable.A Big Thank You !!! to United Airlines customer service (ticket counter). You made a sad good bye better by giving us a little more time together. It was very much appreciated. 💕
Updated ticketing/check-in area are on par with updated larger airports such as IND, albeit much smaller passenger volume. Parking is a breeze here with easy access to long term and short term. The actual departure and arrival terminals are in need of an update but serve its purpose. As with any airport travel lately bring food/snacks. Vendors that are actually open are very limited and terminals with “hot” food tend to have very long lines.
The parking situation is horrible. One lane into each lot, kids running the show and no way to easily find your car. As for the concession lines, they dont prep any of the food. They seem to put it together meaning the hot dog in the bun, when youre standing there! This causes long lines and can be easily avoided! This year they programs were kept outside the entrance. This means if you buy their family four pack and you get a voucher for a free program you have to exit the park and get your program which is extraordinarily long walk if you have gotten to the general admission section. Program should be available inside the facility either at the information desk or other participating vendor stands. Lastly, the restroom situation is horrific. There are more portages at a country concert than the Dayton Air show. You will stand in line for 25 plus minutes to go to the bathroom unless your handicap.
None of the parking shuttles were running just a sign that said sorry for the inconvenience at each pick up??? Try putting a sign out before you pull in the lot that you dont have shuttles running and save people some time. I guess you were supposed to walk a mile to the terminal from the long term parking? Basically everything in the airport is closed as well. I didnt experience this at other airports along the way. Dayton airport is convenient, but doubtful I will return as a departure. This place needs to pull it together the pandemic is over.....
This is an easy airport to navigate. Rental car pick up and drop off is easy. The rental car center is right across from the terminal. If you arrive or depart during non-peak hours you can get from check-in to your gate within 30 minutes. During non-peak hours dont expect anything to be open in the concourses. Clean facility over all.
6:55am flight to Atlanta. No wait, breezed through TSA -precheck. Nice, small airport. Employees are very nice and helpful. However, there are NOT ANY restaurants in terminals A and B. Not one place to get coffee, soft drinks or snacks. Thousands of dollars have been spent recently on improving this airport but they can’t even give customers access to coffee/soft drinks in the 2 terminals? Ridiculous.
There is only one place in the whole airport to get food and it closes everyday at 5:30 pm. On top of that, there was one mens room in main concourse-- closed -- and two mens rooms in the B concourse-- also closed. The only option for men was a single stall family toilet that had a 5 deep line. Moved the barrier to the nearby mens room, and there was no one inside cleaning and it was obvious that it had not yet been cleaned.I went back to my gate, and checked the other B concourse mens room. Same situation, no one inside and had not been touched.I understand CoVid, but the airport still has to acknowledge simple needs of the passengers. The other 3 airports in this trip were much more reasonable.FYI, this was 5:30 on a Tuesday in mid-January-- not fringe hours.
1st time flying in and out of here largely the way I remembered it the last time I was that far into the building, which was a 1st grade field trip 50 years ago! Everything was normal and efficient. They had a Hudson-type store branded MSNBC. A Max & Irmas which Im unsure if they had a normal menu based on the one at the entrance. A couple little places that werent open. There may have been more in the other wing. An older place that is clean and decent inside, had newer seating with usb plugs to charge devices, unlike Tampa St Pete. Lots of parking and outside upgrades over the years but it would be nice if there were a couple eateries on the property where people could get together and have a bite, lots of space down Terminal dr for that. Could be a better representative of the birthplace of aviation but is a nice enough little airport.
Easy to and through. I like using Dayton when I can because of its size. There are still plenty of flights especially adding in connections. The best part is because its not as busy there are never lines and its located close to I75 but theres plenty of space and signage to get you where you need to go. It is lacking in dining options but the convenience more than makes up for it.
This is a commercial airport? Not only few airline or flight choices ... No services before TSA where attending families can get food, drink or gifts. No food nor shopping services near the gates. No Coca-Cola products anywhere. Checked numerous businesses websites, info dramatically wrong or out of date. Example, bagel shop supposedly open until the last plane leaves ... but posted his are closing 1:30 ... reports is often earlier than that. Evening flight due to delays, absolutely no restaurant, no food anywhere.
Wish the city of Dayton would help this airport out they use to be busy but covid has impacted this airport and its business. I hope they do something to maintain this airport so I can visit my family I would hate to have to fly into Columbus or Cincinnati just to drive another hour+ to get into Dayton. I would love to see the city put some income back into bringing travel back into Dayton, I was born here and I have never seen this airport this empty ever.
Pre-covid I liked this airport. But right now its pretty disappointing, especially if you want something to eat for breakfast. Theres only one place open, the bagel shop and they were slow and not even wearing their masks. I didnt realize Chick-fil-a closed or I would have gotten something to eat before getting there. And Starbucks is closed too. I really hope they can bring this place back to life.
Smaller international airport that has very convenient parking. Theres usually not a huge rush or any mad dash because it is a smaller airport. The food selection is fine and its super easy to drop someone off and pick them up. Prices tend to be a little more expensive for the lack of hassle. Sometimes its worth the few extra bucks to avoid the craziness of Cincy though.
This place is easy to navigate and get through. Problem is it is very dirty. Trash all over the main walkways to the gates. Went to use the restroom and they were nasty. Never experienced this before in this place. It has always been mostly clean. Not sure I want to use them again. Very disgusting.
I have always had an excellent experience flying out of and into the Dayton International airport for 34 years on both business trips and pleasure trips. I never had a problem with security on business trips. My wife and I flew to Fort Myers, Florida quite often to visit her parents in Cape Coral, before they passed away. We had no problems with airport personnel. We often ate at airport restaurants prior to boarding our flight. Finding your departing gate is relatively easy in this passenger friendly airport.I can only remember one problem in all the years that we traveled. We returned from Florida after Christmas and my car was snowed in and stuck in my space in the parking lot after a huge snowstorm at the airport. I75 was also closed and travel was restricted due to the snowstorm. We had to wait a day taking a cab to a local motel and staying in Dayton overnight until plows cleared the airport parking lot lanes. I used the shovel in my trunk to dig out of my parking space to get to the cleared parking lot lanes. We then drove home to St. Marys after plows cleared the roads.
I wrote this yesterday and hadnt posted it until now. This is my first (hopefully last time) to this airport. The signs to drop off my rental car were a bit hard to follow to drop off my rental. I ended up in long term parking and had a hard time finding plywood to get into the garage. The arrows for the lane looked like it was in the middle of two lanes so I kept guessing. It’s a small airport and they get you in and out promptly which I really like. I showed up a little over two hours early for my flight to find that the airport is actually closed until 4am. I did research this airport and it said to be two hours early. My airline was there at 4am (we start boarding at 6:18am) but TSA wasn’t ready to open up until 4:30am. We were told this by three separate TSA employees. I rather wait in line since I’ll be sitting on a flight for hours. TSA “Officer” Boyer is very rude when assisting passengers. I was unimpressed with her lack of customer service skills and rudeness, so much so that I’m writing this review and only giving two stars. Perhaps she was having a bad morning but it’s not necessary to take out on us (the passengers). The rest of TSA was a lot more kind when going through. They were excited to get passengers through as quickly as possible. I think this airport would be amazing if they work with Boyer on customer service and update signage (it could just be that it was dark and hard to navigate).
Dayton International Airport has always been a pleasure to use! Everything is clean, well laid out, and provides all the amenities of a larger airport on a smaller more convenient scale. Everyone is helpful and getting to my gate is quick. Easy access to/from the airport when family are dropping off and picking me up!Excellent airport and they are always improving to make things better.
For the birth place of aviation Dayton international airport is an embarrassment compared to other airports. We have one maybe two restaurants and their not open on the weekends. The airport is just boring .nothing in there. And its more expensive to fly out of there then cincy and Columbus
Airport is small, but very well organized. Though Ive had 2 trips coming out of Dayton and both were late departing or arriving. Biggest complaint is they need to police the pickup area better. A lot of idiots staying in pickup too long and not trying to pack in to let more people in.
Small and easy to navigate with friendly workers. This airport is the type of airport you can show up to 1 hour before your flight and be through check-in and security before they start to board. The business lounge is great if you need to stop off real quick and check email or make some phone calls. I prefer this airport to Cincinnati by a mile.
The dirtiest airport I’ve ever used in the US. Almost the dirtiest in the world. They don’t seem to vacuum the floors at all. This is not a one time observation. It’s every time. Seats have a lot of food and dirt in and behind them. Also, most of the restroom sinks have no soap. It’s really gross, especially considering COVID.
Its a nice international airport. They have very cheap economy parking which is one of the best parts. They have frequent shuttles to the parking. They are also renovating this place. The lines are short for security and staff is usually courtious. They dont have a lot of shops around in this airport. Also they are quite expensive like any other.
This airport is not clean at all! Very disappointed. The seating areas by the gates are littered with trash. The carpet is soiledand filled with stains. There was dried drink spills in between the seats.... I was grossed out. I figured since this airport is not as busy or has heavy traffic it would be more clean than it was. In addition, not a pleasant experience with the worker in Great American Bagel. Very disappointed with her customer service skills.
Maybe it’s just a bad day, but all the customer service has been extremely rude and impatient at Delta. We went to priority line because we literally have priority, and the guy at the desk said “You’re not priority members” and made a big deal about it, even though we’ve had that status for years. Every other airport which we’ve been to, even Gulfport and Atlanta yesterday said we were priority, and we went through that line. After this, he was very impatient.
So upset right now. We’re the FIRST flight of the day. They didn’t even open security until an hour before our departure & our plane was still in the hanger 15 minutes PAST our scheduled departure time so we didn’t take off until over 45 minutes past our scheduled departure. I understand some things are out of the staffs control (like if an incoming flight is late, weather, or the plane needs a quick repair) but I can’t come up with a logical excuse for this. We’re the FIRST flight of the day. My self & about half of our flight missed our connecting flights in CLT. Beyond furious. We normally fly out of CVG & it was clearly a mistake giving the DAY airport a chance.
This is a tiny, dying airport with very few amenities. Im not sure why people continue to fly out of here when youve got two more connected airports within an hours drive. Security takes their jobs too seriously, people camp out in the terminal drive waiting for people despite this not being allowed, and the staff is slow and rude.
I always love flying, and Dayton International is no exception. Its a small airport, but it doesnt feel like an afterthought, compared to some places Ive flown in. Just enough there to keep you occupied! Parking has never been an issue, and airline employees here have always been great.I did anger the TSA once, here. I asked them to buy me dinner before my pat-down and they didnt appreciate the joke. Not dockin points from the airport for this. I just thought it was funny.
I arrived at the Dayton Airport at 05:00 AM and parked in the economy lot. I called the phone number for the Day-rider Courtesy Shuttle and the person asked what location I was in at the lot. Well, I looked and looked, but I saw no location in my line of sight, and I looked up I saw no locations listed anywhere. It was dark, so I told them I did not know where are the location signs? The person called me a “f***ING IDIOT” and hung up. I walked from the economy lot to the airport with my baggage. I told the check in lady and she said I need to report it to the parking manager. In any case, when I returned from my trip- we took a shuttle back from the airport to the economy lot and the driver asked me what section I was in, and I again told him, I do not know I never could find a location/selection sign. He pointed about 60 feet up in the air, towards the very top of the light poles and that is where the section locations are. I was astonished – it was no wonder I could not locate the sections the light was directly shining in my eyes at 5 AM and there is no way I would have thought to look straight up towards the very top of the light poles for the locations of where cars are parked. This was the very worst airport I have ever visited, communication was terrible, management never responded to my inquiry, and it is very unsafe walking with baggage in a 50 MPH road with no sidewalks, and the employees are incredibly unforgiving and rude. Never again, I would rather drive to LaGuardia in NYC then fly out of Dayton!
I was here for an air show a few years back so my review isnt based on the airport as a business but rather as a grounds. I had a blast here. Its a smaller airport with all the features you would find in a larger city. Close to pretty much anything in the Dayton area. If youre flying in or out of Dayton you can literally stay right across the street from this airport. If youre thinking about attending an airshow here its a no brainer. Youll enjoy it.
I do love the small size of this airport and how easy it is to travel to and from. However, l wouldnt plan on eating here. The restaurants chronically understaff even during peak mealtimes. And the other review about cleanliness is warranted, so I assume that the janitorial department is also understaffed. I hope the place can continue to operate. It would be a shame to loose it.
For a small airport, there are plenty of places to eat and I found the staff friendly. My only complaint is that the background music should be more varied and should calm the weary traveler. My flight is delayed for three hours and the beat, although fun the first half hour is now adding stress to my already anxious self.
Nice, smaller airport - only 2 concourses - A and B. Undergoing a lot of construction inside and out right now so maneuvering can be a bit difficult. Security/TSA is normally quick and you will actually get a smile from a TSA agent here. The last one I encountered was a ton of fun and made passing through security fun.In my opinion, best food is right after security before you get down by the concourses. Also the better of the shops.I prefer flying out of here over CVG - Cincinnati.
Very small, easy to navigate airport. Rental cars onsite (no shuttle required) so pickup and drop off is easy. Not a ton of food choices but relative to the airport size I suppose it isn’t bad. Basically Quiznos, Starbucks, another couple coffee shop and a few sit down restaurants.
My little girl had lost her little stuffed dog and we didnt notice until we had gone through the security check. One of the TSA agents thought they had seen it on sidewalk out front and offered to go look. My little girl was crying because its one of her favorites. Her tears turned into a smile when he showed up with it in his hands. I wish I had gotten his name.
TSA was extremely condescending and were intentionally rude. We also stopped at the shop across from the NBC store just on the other side of TSA to get coffee and doughnuts and the lady in there was just as bad as TSA. Its amazing how these scum bags treat people but they are the first to Want to talk to your manager when someone treats them terribly. I wish this review would be effective and drive all of these horrible human beings to the unemployment line but unfortunately it wont do anything because there is no such thing as customer service at an airport.
Easy to get through, just a shame that so much of it is shut down, not even just from Covid, but I miss the Stoker shops and the Max and Ermas. So definitely worth passing through if youre looking for a close and quick airport, but the destination list and lack amenities bring it down a bit.
All of the staff we came across were very nice. The airport was very empty, and very outdated, there were hardly any stores open both of the times we were there, and it was like a Saturday at 2pm lol so it was strange, but overall, smooth flight in and out with no issues.
This place will forever hold a meaning in my heart. During one of the annual Air Shows I got to meet one of the Thunderbird pilots. I will never forget this place because I now where a hat signed by him. :) The Thunderbirds have long been my heroes, so meeting one was amazing, let alone having one sign my hat. Overall though the facility is great!
There is nothing wrong with the Airport itself small and easy to get to and I would rather fly out of DAY, however all the low fair airlines have moved to CVG so the cheep air fair and direct flights have gone away, back in the early 2000s this was the place to fly from but not anymore unfortunately
I flew out of the Dayton International Airport, 3600 Terminal Dr, Dayton, OH 45377 the other day. The drop-off at the outside curb was quick and easy as was getting through the TSA line. You can have a quick bite at one of the dining options when you come through the TSA line. There are several drink options as well. Good clean, on-time departure airport.
Nice smaller airport. Easy to navigate, good selection of shops after security. Generally, short lines for everything (security, rental cars, ticketing counters). Clear (but hard to find) bathrooms. If you hunt for them, you can find banks of seats that you can lay down on.
Definitely not luxurious, but earlier this week it took me less than 10 minutes to walk from the gate area to my car in the long-term parking lot. So, it gets 5-stars for convenience and ease of use. Since it is a smaller airport the amenities are limited, so if you have a long wait there isnt much to keep you occupied. I opted for DAY over CVG this time around as there were actually more options for direct flights back from DCA in the early evening. That surprised me a bit, as my co-workers who flew out of CVG had a layover in LaGuardia on their way back from DCA. At this point, Id probably opt for DAY over CVG again if I have another trip out to the DC area.
I wondered what my service would be like since I purchased my 2019 Corolla in South Carolina. I pulled in and Stephen greeted me with a hearty smile and they quickly researched the information on my car as I was in an amazing guest Lounge. There is a reason we keep buying more Toyota vehicles.
I had a cab driver bring me to the airport and as we were unloading my luggage, the airport security came up screaming at us to move. He saw I was getting my belongings out of the car. I did not get his name but I dont know what power trip he was on. I realize you are under construction, but does that mean you throw all customer service out the door. Very unpleasant experience

2022-02-02This is a small airport. That should be a good thing, but things are desperately in need of repair. The ceiling and windows were leaking. The store was closed. I couldnt get ahold of anyone from information and the staff are tired. Not a great way to spend a 12 hour delay

2022-01-19Fast security, there is rarely a long line except in the early morning and evening. There are only a few food options right past security which is unfortunate, but they’re not hard to get to from the gates. I do wish they’d update the flooring, seats, etc in the terminals just like they did outside security. Good selection of flights to major cities & connections with United, American and Delta. Lots of parking options and overall it’s so easy to navigate. You hardly even have to show up early for your flight. I always show up an hour early and it’s plenty of time. Great airport overall.

2021-07-17My hometown airport! . I no longer work for brac but I still fly from this airport. Great to and through easy parking and great service.(you still have to show up early for sercurity...but we all know that :) They also have a Great airshow annually. Oh yeah...shout out to Amy the stewardess at united(from Chicago to Dayton nights). I forgot to thank you for your service in the Air Force and for your service and advice on the plane :)

2022-01-30Not a lot of food choices, so eat before you fly. That said, Dayton is an extremely easy airport to use. Only two terminals, it is very simple to find your way around. Processing through security is usually quick and easy. Rental cars are across the street from the main terminal in the garage no more than 100 yards away. And access to the highway is one left turn out of the complex.

2022-02-04Not dependable for travel during inclement weather. All the surrounding airports closed and Dayton remained open. As a result the runways were backed up. They had NOTHING PLOWED and the luggage carts couldnt get through the snow. People waited an hour to get off the plane, sitting on the runway. Then waited another hour and a half to get luggage. The operations crew claims they had no idea they couldnt get luggage to the baggage area!?! WHAT is going on with this place??? Its no wonder people dont fly through Dayton. Second rate operation IMO.

2022-02-11Great little airport. Everything is going slowly though, take your time.Outside parking can be COLD during winter. They do have a garage

2022-02-23Came through at 6pm-ish. All the restaurants were closed. The terminal is dated. The baggage claim area was bright and clean. Best part of the airport. Rental cars are across the street in the garage which made it easy to pick up my car.

2022-06-14I have to believe all of the positive reviews are fake. The bathrooms are inexplicably nice, but everywhere else in this airport looks like it belongs to a lesser-developed nation. The escalators are permanently broken, and theres only one place to eat (a sit-down restaurant, which is thoughtful of them since you WILL have delays and they know it).For the supposed home of aviation, Daytons airport is just depressing.

2022-02-23Pros: mostly friendly staff including TSA, check in, gate agents. Security is fast and has always been appropriate. Buses to and from economy lot run frequently. I’ve never been told to move/been rushed when dropping off or picking up outside. Overall a simple, fast airport to use.Cons: the facilities are the con. They are in desperate need of repair and cleaning. Carpets are stained everywhere, there are obvious water leaks on walls, hardly any services (food, etc) in the airport and none once you leave the central hub, the hub escalator to A gates has been broken for months, the whole area right after TSA smells awful. I’ve been using this airport for about 8 years and it’s never really improved. The area sectioned off for repairs now took away the screens to check your gate, so you better know which side your airline leaves from. The screen further down the hall listed my flight but not my gate. For all the good will the employees and fast process/simplicity generates, the condition of the facilities makes me dislike any time spent inside this airport.

2022-04-22The front desk was helpful. Our friend got through security easily. She went to use the bathroom near her gate and a 3 in diameter piece of the ceiling fell in almost hitting her. As an international traveler she was not favorably impressed.
