My $3+ mini butterfinger blizzard was all ice cream and one small piece of butterfinger candy. Too bad I didnt realize it until I had stirred it up. Definitely not Dairy Queen and definitely not returning.
The employees are very nice and the place is clean but thats probably the only things they have going for them. The food is constantly under cooked. The toast is just bread with butter and barely toasted. The chicken is old half the time because they dont throw it out after making it, at least not soon enough that you can taste it going old. The fries can either be undercooked or extremely soggy. I personally wouldnt recommend coming here for anything other than the ice cream.
I just asked for a Double Fudge Cookie dough blizzard. I quite literally get one every single week. This time the girl who took my order was a young girl and she said “we don’t have that anymore.” I told her I think they normally punch in the ingredients and she said “we can’t do that.” She was very adamant that this couldn’t be done. I thought... okay? I just got it a few days ago and it was no problem..? No big deal I guess. So I settled for an Oreo fudge blizzard. How different can that be? It had NO fudge in it.... just vanilla, wasn’t blended all the way, and the ice cream had a coffee flavor to it.
This location might as well call their blizzards milkshakes because they’re always liquid by the time you get them… there’s a reason they don’t participate in the blizzard flip. I would pursue other options for cold treats. Today was my final order from this DQ in the foreseeable future.
The staff was very friendly. Our food was prepared correct & fast. The whole family enjoyed their meals they ordered from here! Thats hard to do with a family of 6!
Just be careful, make sure they hear you at the drive thru and pray they not textn on their phones ou r management will try to make you pay xtra $ for there screw up. Now we gotta drive farther than stay locally in hartville to support the dq chain.
This dairy queens really nice, always clean & Ive never had a problem here, everyones always polite.
Spent $25 on a meal for two, get home and our order is missing a $5 item. Call the location and they will not do anything unless we return. What is my time worth and fuel? Train your staff and put procedures in place to ensure your orders are complete before sending the customer onward. I didn’t decided to spend so much for a meal just to be robbed of my money for products I didn’t receive.
Food was way above the average DQs that Ive been to. Friendly employees and fast service. Highly recommend!
Always great service at this location.drive through is quick and efficient. I dont usually get a big order but it is always complete and done right. They carry a large selection of dairy queen items. I always have to get a six pack of buster bars. You never know when you just have to have one.

I order a chicken strip basket and the fries were raw. I also ordered a chilli cheese dog but only received a hot dog bun!

My husband and i purchased burgers. Very bland,dry tasted like a vending machine burger. I used to love dairy queen food, will not purchase again. Now the ice cream still rocks
Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich... Take a bite and totally grossed out when there is a long strand of hair between the lettuce and tomatoe. When I went in to show employers, they wanted to replace order however I wanted my money back. Not one employer or person who was in charged apologized. 2022-03-22Food was good . However Savannah the lady taking the order didn’t know what she was doing and tried charging me for honey mustard that should have came with my food . When I had asked if sauce was included in the chicken strip basket Savannah walked away from the counter and there were like 6 people standing around looking at me like I was stupid, until finally one boy walked to the back and brought me some honey mustard and apologized. I had no issue with paying for the sauce but wasn’t going to pay if it was supposed to be included with my food. I know it’s petty and stupid but thats ridiculous all that just for some honey mustard.

2022-03-15Probably the worst DQ I have ever been to. The Blizzards here are never thick. You can literally drink them with a straw. Only 3 milkshake flavors. I usually drive to Akron to another DQ but tried to give this place one more shot. Big mistake.

2021-10-05I have been going to the dairy queen for over 50 years. They never disappoint. Always busy inside or outside. Recently there has been a lot of construction on the street out front. Be careful of the rerouted traffic.Fall menu looks great.

2021-09-15Drive through for supper tonite. Very good chicken strip dinners. Staff very friendly and fast. But I’m am offended that the workers are not wearing mask or gloves for food prep. I won’t be back , makes me very sad as I’ve always been a DQ fan.

2021-07-02This place used to be awesome. Now it’s old hamburgers with unspecified tough objects in them and ever higher prices. While the prices can’t be helped in this environment, serving bad food and causing your customers to feel like they should throw it out (I did) is.
