Absolutely WONDERFUL young lady pharmacy manager helped me today! I was having some insurance issues and copay concerns and she reached out to my old pharmacy as well as my insurance company for my new information. She was warm and kind. Not only did she solve my issues, but its was crystal clear that she loves what she does and cares about her patients!! I was so impressed with her professionalism and willingness to help. I cant imagine having a better pharmacist. The whole staff was great. I already called CVS to let them know they have a gem at this store! Its a shame that most people only reach out to complain when they dont get what they want - companies should hear the good too! Great job CVS.

Both pharmacists are extremely helpful! Today she discussed a concern with an interaction due to a new medication and ended up reaching out to the doc for me to change it. She was efficient, caring, and professional. She cares about her patients and so does everyone else who works on the pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff has always been great & very kind at this location. Sadly, I came across that one bad employee who clearly thinks she can talk to people like theyre trash because shes the Pharmacy manager & blame customers for the mistakes of the staff she oversees. Ive been getting my medication for about two months now at this location. Never once have I had a problem until I tried getting my medication today because of losing a box and was told she would not be filling that medication for me anymore because other times in the past her employees have filled my medication & allowed me to pay out of pocket (also because I use rite aid pharmacy as well and she took it personal that she didnt know I use rite aid) 😂. If that doesnt sound like a weirdo statement. I didnt know we were on a personal level with each other, especially considering the fact I have never talked to this lady a day in my life. Anyways. I asked to speak with whoever is above her & she proceeded to tell me nobody was above her 🤔 & within the next minute it eventually came out that she has a district manager above her (uhm duh) but she wouldnt give me the district managers name when asked & told me I cant give out phone numbers lol. I asked for a name... Not a phone number, but okay.Its not the fact that my prescription wont be filled there anymore (I dont care to ever use cvs again, especially ones in the slums of youngstown with no drive thru). Its the fact that you dont get to talk to people like theyre less than just because you hate your own life. I already filed one and next I will be filing another complaint with the state board of pharmacy for unprofessionalism so disciplinary action can be taken. 🙃

My daughter drove me from Stow Oh. to get my 2nd Covid vaccine shot and they were just as incredible as they were when I received my first shot.Pamela is a GEM. She greeted us at the entrance, cheerful and even remembered us when we came a few weeks ago for my 1st vacine shot. I am 81, my daughter is a teacher and she was so impressed with their kindness she returned for her 1st shot and will for her 2nd. She also shared our wonderful experience with fellow teachers in Hudson,Oh.

The staff knows me because Ive been coming here for years, and they always let me know if a medication cannot be taken while Im taking a medication that it would interact with.

A little higher prices than comparison stores, but they have a ton of merchandise & products within. Have found some great deals, buys, & items I couldnt find elsewhere.
