CVS in other cities:
The pharmacy is so unreliable. Anytime I get prescriptions sent there, they are never started unless I call or go in to ask they work my prescription. I’ve dropped several of my prescriptions because I couldn’t get through on the phone and couldn’t go in because I was sick. Calling is always unsuccessful too because they literally do not answer their phones.
Dropped of a prescription at 12:30 and was told it would take an hour. I went back at 5:00 and was told it would be 30-40 minutes. I tried to buy something at the self checkout and a guy told me he had been waiting 5 minutes for a cashier. My product was age restricted so I couldnt even checkout. I ended up just yelling across the store and finally someone showed up.
This pharmacy is the worst. Every time i get a refill it always results in multiple trips to the pharmacy to get it filled. It doesnt matter if the website says its filled, or if the employees say it will be filled by a certain time. When you get there it will always result in a problem.
If I could give a negative number I would. We had a covid drive through test scheduled for a certain day and time about a month ahead of the scheduled time. The test was necessary for us to travel out of the country. We arrive at the location. Only to learn yes they do have us, but no they would not do the test cause they dont have the equipment. Nobody reached out to us ahead of time. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
We had used this location for several years but as of today I just finished switching our prescriptions across the street to Krogers. CVS use to be something nice and had nice people working in the locations but over the years a lot of the locations are horrible anymore. I will never spend another dime at CVS! Will just use Krogers... we can shop and pickup our prescriptions in the same place and so much more friendlier:)
I was at the CVS, at Main and Taylor, tonight and I have to say Ben is one of the nicest employees I have encountered. He was unable to help me with what I needed and instead of turning me away, he found someone that could help. I appreciate him going to such lengths to make my experience a good one! Kudos Ben!!
Absolutely a joke if my insurance hadnt switched to where I couldnt use Kroger Id have never switched. Just saw my doctor in November and theyre telling me they need a whole new script? The pharmacist was super rude after I even got the transfer email that told me my scripts would be ready at 4pm went after work and the pharmacist rudely told the tech like I wasnt just standing that that oh well I got like 30 transfers today she will have to wait like I get your busy. Now after waiting on a refill text never getting one Im out of my meds all because they have to get a refill for drugs I just had refills for with Kroger? Makes no sense.
I have been doing business with this pharmacy for years however recently with my prescriptions the apparently ran out and have been on backorder for over a week now with no estimated dates on when they will be available. This is a blood pressure med and you would think CVS would have a constant stream of this med. Also apparently no CVS in Franklin, Fairfield or Licking county has any either. Dont rely on CVS to have your needed scripts.
The slowest, rudest, and laziest pharmacy ever. They refuse to call doctors or insurance if there’s any issues with meds, so you’re on your own to do their legwork. And if you take any controlled substances for your health, you’ll be treated like a drug addict if your doctor changes your prescription. Meanwhile the relentless calls and texts to try to get us on auto refill and to pickup after multiple requests to be off these lists. Never again.
The pharmacy personnel are very rude and disrespectful, Ive only been to this pharmacy on two separate occasions and theyre customer service was horrible. As I was walking away from the counter last night they were discussing my prescription and why Im trying so hard to get a prescription that shouldnt be for me.
Your mileage may vary if youre in a hurry or trying to shop for household items, but cmon. Its CVS, what do you expect. Having that said though the people who work here have always been super nice and Thomas at the minute clinic is always extremely helpful whenever I need to be checked out for something. No complaints here.
Swift service at the minute clinic, have to include that. But was told multiple times my prescription would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Even went to another store and returned for them to tell me they didn’t have the correct information and it would be another 20-25 minutes. Disappointing service.

2022-06-20My spouse and I scheduled our COVID boosters online and went in at our allotted time slot. The online instructions said to go to the pharmacy to check in so we did. The pharmacist was upset we were there and said it would be awhile until he could get to us. There was someone in line in front of us that had been waiting over an hour. We sat and waited for half an hour, but they still hadn’t taken the person in front of us (who had been waiting an hour and a half at this point). I scheduled the vaccines with Walgreens while I was sitting and waiting and we got them there instead. Yikes!

2022-04-12This is my very sad experience inside the CVS store located at the corner of Taylor rd and the Main Street on Dec 29, 2021 at around 9:30 Am . After I entered the store I straight walked down to the mini clinic by having my wife stay in the car for asking a simple question about the COVID testing availability because she was experiencing Covid like symptoms. Before we even made a stop by that store we tried calling different places that morning. Unfortunately, none of the places at close proximity had testing available. So, when I asked the question to a female staff working there about whether my wife can be tested for covid, she straight answered “ No” , and that was fine to me, the other guy who also there-the male white guy wearing a white came to me and answered the same. However, I asked them another question, when I tried calling the cvs customer service number the automated system promoted me an option that we can schedule an appointment for covid testing, if none of the cvs stores do covid testing then why is there such optionIn the first place? Soon I finished my question, the white guy working there pushed me on my back telling me “get out of here”. I was so devastated at the moment, I even could not think of reporting to the store manager at that moment until I got home and called that store . Up until now since I reported that horrific experience to the store manager they have not contacted me back yet.

2022-04-20The absolute worst pharmacy of all the local cvs stores. Never less than 10 minutes to pick up, never professional or polite, half the time they can’t find the prescription. Just awful.

2022-02-13Iv been filling my prescriptions here since I was 8 and being 21 now you think they would finally get it right. No, everytime I interact with ANY person in the pharmacy they treat me like I am an inconvenience and ruining their day. I sent my boyfriend in to get my medicine and Eric V was extremely rude and threw around the prescriptions then CLOSED THE REGISTER and didn’t get the medicine. He was there at 5:50 you were still open, it’s YOUR FAULT Eric you didn’t decide to help him till 5:58. Maybe you shouldn’t have a job if you don’t like working. I have also called and complained Several times and so has my family who have ALSO had these same experiences and nothing has been done. Don’t bother going here unless you wanna deal with ignorant workers who are mad they have to actually work. Makes sense they can’t keep staff because they obviously can’t run a business

2022-03-02They seemed to be chronically understaffed in the pharmacy. If you are picking up a monthly script its okay, but if you happen to be in pain because you had a surgery that morning - I an sure literally anyone else could do a better job.Not sure if the head pharmacist is cranky because theyre understaffed or if theyre understaffed because he is cranky. Consistently unpleasant fellow.

2022-06-28Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone, picking up prescriptions are a nightmare, and the staff is HORRENDOUS. DEFINITELY switching back to walgreens.

2021-12-29This pharmacy was doing well on all aspects several months ago but recently it looks like they dont have enough staffs( workers) which is leading to delay and unnecessary wait all over the counter. They definitely need to have enough staffs to cover the demand in this area.

2021-10-18Website says Pharmacy is open 8-9PM. Take an hour off from the office run by and the Pharmacy area is waiting on 2 people and they tell me they are closed until 2. Wth? If I would have know they werent open at 1:30pm on a weekday, I wouldnt have waisted time stopping there. I get it, everyone needs a lunch, but you can stagger staff so people can at least pick up what has been ordered. Called the medical center and cancelled my procedure and asked that they transfer any future prescriptions to anyone else.

2021-10-31By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Tell their customers they are two weeks behind and can’t fill a prescription same day. Tell people they need to come back in 2 to 3 days. Refuse to answer the phone because of understaffing. Welcome to the world right now. Been trying to transfer all of our scripts out to another pharmacy, but CVS is unwilling to corporate. Complete garbage and their pharmacist need to get their attitude in check. We are the customers.

2021-12-18The pharmacy is awful. Filling a prescription can take more than a week. The drive thru is no longer in operation. No one answers the phone when you call. Picking prescriptions up takes far too long. Go anywhere else.
