CVS in other cities:
Status of CVSs Pharmacy, Pharmacists and Pharmacy techs: Lackadaisical, Apathetic, Callous, Aloof and Indifferent. If you require your prescription (which, its assumed that a prescribed medication wouldnt be prescribed if unnecessary,) please do not trust this pharmacy with anything more than a pack of gum. They are unworthy of such important and necessary business.
This pharmacy kept calling me about picking up a prescription. I called them back to get my phone off their system thus customer didnt miss their prescription due CVS having the wrong number on records. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me while I was in mid sentence.
Overwhelmed pharmacy location. Staff is not friendly and always rushed. Medications frequently out of stock. No drive through, and parking lot is small. Go a few blocks up to the Dodridge location - much friendlier, less busy, more parking & they have a drive through. Pharmacy is not 24/7 - and the less busy location has the same pharmacy hours.
This pharmacy has an EXCELLENT staff. One time, an employee named Sandra called numerous other CVS locations to verify my medication was in stock when I was out of town on business during the time I needed a refill. Each and every time I have a question, a professional and caring response is given. This location is next to The Ohio State University and is therefore extremely busy. Despite the hectic nature and high volume of customers, this staff maintains a pleasant tone and is always, ALWAYS committed to delivering excellent customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so dependable!!! (Note: This is Hannah S. reviewing CVS using Dane Owens computer)
WOW! I am so glad I stopped in here today.I coach up around Polaris and after coloring my hair blue/ green last night my nails were a mess. I went to the Polaris CVS, spent about 30 minutes picking out what all I wanted and then went up to the register. We get everything checked out up until I toss the only form of cash (and currency) I have over the register- a 100. I was carelessly informed someone came in earlier that day and cashed out the drawer with a money gram. Somehow the pharmacy didnt have any change for a total of probably 80 dollars as well. I work at Macys too so I understand sometimes weird things happen. A manager came up, reiterated what the associate said and they both basically stared at me like an idiot until I just said well okay then and just left.CUE COMING TO LANE AVENUE-Store is familiar to me from my days living on Norwich. Buzzing with employees that look readily available to help and like they give a damn about their customers (which is nice because honestly sometimes OSU students are a lot to handle!!!) and everyone is chatting about their work! I pick out the items I picked out at Polaris, and hesitantly go to the register. I nice older man named Dale (silver fox kinda older, haha) was so sweet and carefully packaged my stuff up with a smile on his face the whole time. I can tell he takes pride in what he does, because when I told him about the Polaris mishap he kinda gasped and said A CVS? What?!. He was so nice! I just wanted to leave a review because he seriously turned my frown upside down and helped me start the rest of my day on a good page. I appreciate it!
I went here to visit the minuteclinic after I was suffering from some carpal tunnel that I thought was a pinched nerve. The nurse asked me what was wrong and when i told her, she said she couldnt help me but gave me a list of urgent care places and recommendations and also directions on how to get there. Also, I wasnt charged anything for her help and I didnt have to wait to see her. I would certainly recommend this minuteclinic to anyone!
It is very excellent, and it contains medicines, some nutritional supplements, vitamins, in addition to drinks, some types of pizzas, toast, and burgers, and it has some childrens toys, cosmetics, tools, blades, shaving machines, soaps, hand soaps, hair shampoos, showers, some chargers, cables, some medical equipment and devices, but most medications are only prescribed Medicines such as antibiotics and hard for that except for mild pain relievers and some decongestants and allergies, according to the laws in the United States of America

2022-04-1204/12/2022 about 3:30 pm the pharmacy helped me after I cut my finger pretty bad on a kitchen knife this morning. They recommended I get a tetanus shot and got it to me right away covered by my insurance. The pharmacist was caring and helpful as well as the rest of the people who helped me in the store. Thanks!

2022-04-05I reviewed this CVS location to see how accessible it is for any customer who might shop there. This store has automatic sliding doors at both entrances and both are wheelchair friendly entrances. The back parking lot features a couple handicap parking spaces, and there is just a slight decline leading to the door. Most of the aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair to get through however some have displays that stick out that will make it hard to get through. The shelves do not go too high so people who may not have a very long reach can still access a lot of the products. There are self checkouts with voice and on screen instructions, so someone hard of hearing could still follow all the prompts. There are also cashiers who can ring people out as well for those who would prefer. Certain displays such as sunglasses or the large stack of toilet paper (both pictured below) are somewhat in the way and someone relying on a white cane would have to identify in order to safely maneuver around. The front towards the checkout can tend to get crowded making it hard for anyone to get around, as there is no set area for a line to form. This is something that could definitely be improved upon.

2021-02-09I am reviewing this CVS location as I examined the accessibility of the location for a class. I was very impressed with the accessibility features of this location. Both front entrance and back entrance doors were wide and automatic so that customers do not have to open the door. There are also two handicap parking spots right outside of the back entrance. CVS did a nice job of clearing off snow and ice in the handicap parking area and on the sidewalks leading up to the back entrance. Once inside the store, aisles were wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. There were six shelves that may make reaching for an item on the top or bottom shelf challenging. The check-out counter area was also wide and accessible for an individual with a wheelchair to purchase items.

2020-09-28This CVS is great and conveniently located on north campus. There is handicap parking located near the back entrance close to the door. The doors are all automatic (front and back entrances), so they are accessible to individuals in wheelchairs/the visually impaired. The staff is very friendly and helpful if needed. The only issue may be that the isles are a little tight, which may make them crowded for wheelchair users. Both cashier and self-checkout options are available. Overall fairly accessible.

2022-03-01I generally use this pharmacy out of necessity as an OSU student but the service here can be unreliable. Have had multiple issues with the pharmacy including them telling me my pre-op medicine would be ready in 15 minutes and it not being ready for hours the day before my surgery.

2021-09-17This is quite a large CVS. There is a lot more food and random items here than at other places that I have seen. The pharmacy staff are super nice here. They are polite to me, and they dont make me wait too long if my order was placed elsewhere. The different entrances and exists still mess me up, but thats only a minor complaint.

2021-05-19Excellent service from on site testing to the minute clinic and pharmacy. If you need medical attention this clinic will not disappoint you!! NP was very professional, knowledgeable and allows time for questions. Meds were filled within minutes of my visit.

2021-02-01Overall the efficiency of getting medication at this location is seriously lacking. If you can afford to, I would choose a different location to pick up your meds. Some of the pharmacists are good, but some just seem so lost and uninformed.

2019-11-24My girlfriend was looking for cleaning supplies and found them 3x more expensive than the Target she frequents. Its Sunday November 24th and they still had Halloween items up with numerous orange sheets of paper stating 90% off. I grabbed some pumpkin carving accessories. At the counter they rung up normally. When asked by the cashier, the assistant manager told us she took the signs down, that those items were to be shipped back and were no longer discounted. It seems to me that because this 24 hour CVS staff is too incompetent to manage their inventory in a timely manner I was lied to and that the assistant manager ran to take the signs down after we had seen them to try and save herself. I feel lied to and any other large chain that mislabeles their inventory would certainly not have refused what they had promised in writing and posted on the shelves.Obviously I dont care about the money or pumpkin accessories but rather the basic lack of care and customer service. Im appalled by such sloppiness.
