Best BMV in NE Ohio, never had a single issue out of the half dozen times Ive been here. Will never go to another BMV if I can help it.
I know people make jokes about government offices all the time, and some of that is warranted. But this place rocks - everyone is friendly and helpful and they get things done quickly.

AMAZING staff at this bureau. They went above and beyond to help us get my immune suppressed daughter through her drivers exam and license process safely in the middle of this pandemic. Gary at the welcome door was so great, as were employees on the exam and bureau side who were both supportive and encouraging. Fast and efficient!!
Even over the phone (when you think it’s going to be a nightmare), this staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. The individual I spoke with was amazing, couldn’t answer my question, but referred me to someone who could. Outstanding service!!
Incredible staff! Every time I need to get something done, I know I can count on the staff to help me out. Everyone there is willing to and has gone above and way beyond expectations. Everyone is so nice and very professional. As stressful as the BMV can be, the staff here make everything painless and easy. Been going here for a few years now, and that will not stop. I know that I can count on the Falls License bureau to take care of me.
Wonderful experience. Very fast, very friendly employees. They accepted my proof-of-address document (letter fr Dominion Energy) immediately with no questions asked. I had to come to Falls BMV because Fairlawn BMV decided they werent going to accept my document. Fairlawn was also rude, the owner Jodi is rude, yelled at me and insulted me while her employees all laughed.I will never go to Fairlawn BMV again and will only go to Falls.
Normally I have had quick and pleasant experiences here. Last Thursday after a stressful morning dealing with baby sickness. I stopped in to pay for a new tag sticker. I will be honest, I did renew my tags late this year. Life happens and situations take over. So after 2 weeks of still not receiving my sticker I went in person to buy the replacement. There the lady I dealt with ( I did not get her name) had me leaving there feeling upset and belittled. The lady lectured me on first being there since i did online and they take a while, after stating that my email said 10 days, she also noticed I had renewed late, so she then letcured me on that, and that there is a drop box blah blah blah. Yes I renewed late, but unless one knows the situations as to what one has been dealing with maybe dont be so rude and hateful.
We showed up a half an hour early for my son’s driving test. They got us in immediately to check in and then came right out promptly and did his test. They even have a greeter who tells you where to go at the door! We were through the line and had his drivers license before the the scheduled time of his test. This BMV runs very efficiently!!! And everyone was very friendly!
Everyone is so nice and professional. I have NEVER been to a BMV where they move so quickly and are super friendly! I even had to leave to get an E Check, came back, and was out with 5 minutes. Theyre awesome!

I will be making a formal complaint about my proctor, that man should not be in charge of who is aloud on the roads or not, failed me for not making a left turn, I was Uber the impress that another driver wasn’t going to make a stop at the stop sign so I hesitated on the turn I was failed for impeding traffic
We always go to this BMV for all our needs. They staff is beyond friendly and quick. They always make me feel like they know me and remember me even though I only go in once/year. Thank you for your service!
I recently had a horrible experience at another area license bureau where i was chastised rather than helped by civil servants who didnt understand the problem, so a close friend recommended trying the Cuyahoga Falls location to resolve my conundrum. What a breath of fresh air! Government employees like Gary who look out for their customers and who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. And that all begins with Bob, the head honcho. Helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable, hes the real deal. My problem, which revolved around the insanity which is e-Check, was handled quickly and efficiently. So while Im not about to recommend a day out at the license bureau as a way to have fun, if youve got to go there to take care of business, do yourself a favor and head over to the location on Graham Road. You wont regret it.
Amazing experience! Who ever thought a visit to a BMV would be so pleasant? Really outstanding efficiency, friendliness, and competence among everyone I met with there. Its not often, in these COVID days, to meet such a team of truly professional people who havent let the difficult job of interfacing with the public spoil their attitudes. I highly recommend this particular BMV; even if its not close to you, I think its worth the drive.
No one wearing masks. Staff laughed at me for being concerned about taking off my mask within several feet of others. Not safe and a public safety hazard.
Terrible experience, I went in about a week ago and found out they made an error last year and gave instructions on what steps to take, I did that and came back today to find out that was incorrect and was rudely told sorry I don’t know what to tell you.
Nothing against other divisions but cuyahoga falls is the best one around for sure. Fast and friendly always. The management is for sure really good. Never a bad experience.
Great service, FAST service !!! Only recommendation is the doorway needs some tlc its not wheel chair friendly and could use a smoother surface. There needs to be at least one lower counter for people in wheel chairs , I struggled signing my name on the signature line. Again great service, kind staff just needs a little TLC to better accommodate the disabled.
Thanks Again - Superfast -In & Out !I RECENTLY VISITED THE BUREAU ON GRAHAM ROAD AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED AT HOW FAST I WAS HELPED.THEIR WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE IN LINE AND I WAITED LESS THEN 1 MINUTE.JASON HELPED ME WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER BUREAUS AND WAS NOT AS PLEASED AS I WAS WITH THIS ONE.I WILL FOR NOW ON CHOOSE THIS BUREAU OVER ANY OTHER ONES REGARDLESS OF WHICH ONE IS CLOSEST TO MY HOUSE.
I love going to this branch of the BMV. They are quick and efficient. During COVID, they have someone sitting outside the door to provide assistance as well as making sure customers had everything they needed for their transaction. I really appreciated that. With that said, their customer service is superb!
Gary and Dandre are fabulous to work with. They are kind, helpful, and very friendly. They made everything smooth for me without any stress or hassle. They went above and beyond to help me! What a wonderful experience!!!
The friendliest and fastest customer service of any BMV around. Best one in my opinion. I have been to countless BMVs through out the state and this one is great.Every time I come in for something, I am always in and out within 10 minutes. Including waiting in line.Will always be my choice of BMV, no matter where I am.
I am handicapped and came to this BMV to renew my registration and get a new handicapped placard. I had to stand for 15 minutes because they only have 1 chair and someone was sitting in it. They had taken the benches out due to Covid. Standing that long was very hard for me and my legs and back were hurting very badly when I got back to my car. This facility is not handicap friendly and should be avoided by anyone with any kind of physical disabilities.
My favorite dmv!! mary was an absolute joy to have help me with my issues! she made it easy & reassured me along the way. thank you so much mary! i will always use this dmv as long as i live in north east ohio. gary also made the process fun & easy.
This place is awesome. It’s the best BMV in Summit County. All the staff but especially Bob the manager, JoDell, and Gary are always willing to go out of their way to help a person out. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, smart, quick.... if you need to get license plates or title transfers this is the place to go. Rarely do they ever have a line and when they do have a line it goes extremely quick.

Listen.... The humans that work here... Theyre amazing. They helped me get my license renewed and helped me with my dads vehicle title that, I was told, was a nightmare (out of state)... But there is a gentleman and a woman there that should be praised on the daily... Because holy s***... They kick a**.

Neighbors, I continue to be impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the Cuyahoga Falls BMV!!! Today, my wife and I went in to register a car, and our associate, Gary, was fantastic. Helpful, quick, and able to anticipate our needs and our questions. He genuinely seemed to care about giving us an excellent experience. So grateful for Gary, and the entire team.
By far the best BMV. CONSISTENTLY providing the very best service. One suggestion would be to maybe hang a banner that says Happy Birthday since we all usually stop in on their day!

This is my “go to” place when it comes to anything I need. I the staff has been present since before and during the pandemic. At other title place it’s a very stressful experience but this one surpasses them without question. Even if it’s busy the get the lines down quick enough without a hassle!!

I cannot mention just one person as they are all great at this location. The service is professional, kind and efficient. I relocated to the area 5 years ago and these people have been indispensable in assisting in mine, my wifes and sons drivers licenses and registrations. I will not go anywhere else for my BMV needs. I have to say what a great job everyone here is doing. I was in on your 1st day opened. You had it set up so well. Meeting everyone in line make sure everyone had what they needed. I feel this made for a fast process. In and out in 25min. Then had to come back today. In and out in 10 minutes only inside for a few minutes. Thank u all for such great service in such a stressful time.

I had excellent service at this location. I was dealing with a complicated title transfer and Eric really smoothed the process out. One of his coworkers chimed in with additional assistance. Everyone there is professional and pleasant. I have had some downright harrowing experiences at other locations but now I know where to go. I highly recommend this office to everyone. Thanks so much.
What a great experience, came in with an old bank statement and they let me print a new one right there no questions asked. Line moved quick and was in and out in no time at all.

I came here to get my temporary permit. People here are nice and helpful. They dont let you wait and also help to save money. As i was already having the driving license from my country, they advised me to go for driving test and get the driving licence without spending money for temporary permit. Also, it is easy to reach if you are traveling by public transport.
Absolutely fantastic. In and out in 5 minutes with both a new drivers license and car sticker. Very knowledgeable and efficient staff made the experience quick and pleasant. I cannot say enough great things about this location. I recommend it to everyone.

I went in today to get my license renewed and new plates for my vehicle. Everything went extremely smooth. I had no wait time at all and Kendall was exceptional at her job. She was very knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question I had. Excellent customer service by her! She definitely made my experience awesome!

Rude. I simply wanted to renew my boating license and the lady was rude throughout the entire transaction. They were even rude the last time I was in which was about a month ago just to change my address. They act like you’re wasting their time.

Contrary to the stereotypical BMV experience, the people at this BMV are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant! Tamara knew her stuff and went above and beyond to help us. This is the only BMV Ill visit anymore.

The most efficient license bureau I have ever been to. They are like a well-oiled machine. Bob is the one who helped me and was so fast and precise as well as friendly. It was actually a pleasant experience.there was a line of about 10 people when I walked in and I was out the door within about 13 minutes
Came here to get my background check. There was a decent line and at first i thought i was going to be there a while. Within a few short minutes i was at the front of the line and being helped. The employees seemed to enjoy their job and were friendly with each other as well as the customers. Very quick service i was very pleased and surprised to get in and out of there as quickly as i did!

Absolutely great, they have this down to perfection. They have a person at the door to direct you. Walked in and explained what I needed, did the proper paperwork, took my Hazmat test. When I was done with test was directed next door, paid for my license and had my picture taken for the new license. Everyone in there working was very pleasant. It was good to see some younger people working there too. Overall Id give them 10. I was putting this off because it seemed like it would be a big pain! Thanks again!

Unhelpful staff and manger,I think they can’t talk to politely because they didn’t need more people to there, they’re are from government. So they are not salesman they are paid by government whatever they work.I worried that United States will lose all good words in this way,I can’t find politeness to this staff!

Went there on the 24th June. Its very organized with all things considered. They have you outside under cover waiting for people to exit the building. Quick and painless, though would not recommend going during busy hours or if you cant stand for more than a few minutes

Hands down the best license bureau around. I had an issue with my registration and I believe his name was Jason went above and beyond to figure out what the issue was and had it corrected. Hats off to Jason and hats off to the owner for hiring such a superb group of employees.
They never answer the phone don’t call passed 12 on Saturday they will leave you on hold until closing time and u won’t even get to schedule anything
The employees and management here are always very friendly, well trained, and efficient. I have not always had a great experience on the exam side. I just took my 2nd child here to get their temps and had very little wait time to get paperwork done and his card printed out. This is not the closest to my home but it is worth the extra few minutes drive to get the great service. Thank you!
Went to get my license and computers were down but everyone who worked there was very nice about it and when I went back in the afternoon the camera was down but they got it up and working very quickly
Best BMV in town. Very friendly people working there. Very short waiting time. Both driving test center and the bureau to renew licenses provide great service. Much better than the one in Portage county. Highly recommended.

They offer a wide range of services. This is by far my favorite bmv to visit. When I come here its not unusual that the line is almost out the door, but the staff work quickly and they are always professional, helpful and polite. They answer any and all questions you may have and never seem annoyed. No one enjoys the chore of anything you have to do at the BMV, but I really appreciate these people.
Excellent service, despite the descent line I was in and out in no time at all. The employees are consistently quick and capable. Along with the speed is a positively enjoyable atmosphere.

All of the staff at this bmv is always great. I have a small business and many vehicles and going to the bmv can be a chore. Not here. They always get me in and out with great customer service.
Best experience ever getting drivers license. Switching license from out of state and everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. Fun energetic staff that enjoy being at work. It is cash or check only. They do have an on site ATM. Dont bother going anywhere else!

2022-02-12This place is a hidden little gem!Truth be told, I do not have the patience for lines. I always procrastinate going to the BMV, due to overcrowding and long wait times. However, this place is the best kept secret in Ohio. When I walked in, it was spotlessly clean, no wait, other costumers were kind and exchanged pleasantries. At the counter, I was greeted in a professional manner, the young lady was knowledgeable and helped me with my license and registration. She answered all my questions and was so genuine. It’s rare to find a business or service that blows you away, but I did at the Graham Rd, Bureau of motor vehicles. This was my first time here, and I will only return to this location in the future.

2022-06-10Efficient! Staff here are both professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I recently moved to Ohio and were able to complete applying for residency in 30 minutes (this includes the time spent standing in a fairly long line).

2022-03-03I waited in line at the Tallmadge RD location for twenty minutes and the line didn’t move so I called the Graham RD location and the person who answered the phone was very cheerful and upbeat and informed me that the wait time there was short so I drove over to the Graham Rd location and was in and out in less than ten minutes! Totally made my already long day better!
