Custom Movers moved my baby grand piano and two large fountains. They were fantastic! Their movers were professionals in every sense. The fountains were not easy - given their awkward size, weight and dimensions, but they were able to figure out the logistics of how to effectively move them. The next time we have to move anything they will be the first check company I call.

Mark and his team were great! I had contacted 5 moving companies before I found Custom Movers and was told moving my gazebo was something none of them could do, but the guys at Custom Movers were on time, professional, worked quickly, and made it look simple!

This company is amazing. The owner Mark was super responsive. The two movers, Marquis and Al, were so skilled, so professional, and so strong!! They moved a giant wooden armoire (7 feet by 4 feet by 2 ft) from my friend’s house into my tiny cottage and up the narrow stairs. Seemed miraculous to me. And the job was finished so fast! No scratches on door frames or walls. Reasonable cost.These guys are the best. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely outstanding. There’s no better way to describe this team. Mark in the office is a great communicator, honest and easy to work with. When we were hit with the last-minute challenge of a broken elevator, everyone down the line was understanding and accommodating. Bishop, Antonio and David arrived early to allow themselves more time to carry everything down the stairs. All three were a pleasure to work with. I hate moving, but they did a wonderful job and made the experience— dare I say…. Pleasant! I enthusiastically recommend Custom Movers, and will not hesitate to call them again for our next move.

I had a piano moved into my condominium. These men were thorough and respectful and they gave advice as to how the instrument should be placed in the room. I had many ideas of my own and it turns outTheir ideas were right! ( thanks Antonio!)We had some logistical problems the week before on our end and custom movers was accommodating in every way.It’s very rare in America when someone ACTUALLY answers the phone! Custom movers did and they actually talk to you and if they do put you on hold it is not for four or five minutes with really bad music iMessages repeating themselves !Customer service is their number one priority. That’s a rare thing these days!👍👍👍👍

Very timely i.e. arrived at proposed time. and the movers were extremely considerate. My elderly parent was in good hands. Would use them in the future. Which i did 2 weeks later!! Repected belongings and your time. Definitely what you want in a moving company!! Communication was awesome before and during the move.

I called Custom Movers to move and store my piano during a move, and I had a great experience—they were flexible with my schedule even on very short notice, and the team that arrived was professional and friendly and took good care of my piano. I’ll be calling them again!
