Friendly staff food never disappoint. Fast and deliciousness in a cloudy day. Just what my husband and I needed.. experience is very good. Just that i think the bathroom is a wee bit dark inside.
My family loves Culver’s and we enjoy using their curd side pickup option! It’s easy to use via the website and very quick! The staff is super friendly!

The food is decent. Honestly I just dont understand why everyone has the crowd the line. If customers werent so enthralled, itd probably be a lot better service since they cant keep up with customers demand (like Chick Fila).
I was there at 730 pm on a Thursday night. Maybe 6 ppl inside eatting. Not one clean booth to eat ate. Lots of employees though.Perhaps a dinning room attendant is needed.Food was great as aways. To bad we had to eat it outside
I love the food! You must have the cheese curds. The food is always great at these chains and because of that you can expect a little bit of a wait. I have not had the whole menu as I do not eat pork or beef but the fish and chicken have been over the top good. This specific location had a soda machine that was not tuned right and the soft drinks didnt taste that great. Other than that no complaints, good job guys.
The customer service at the counter was great. The dining area was mostly clean. Fountain drinks were correctly flavored. The wait was long but it was lunchtime in a heavily traveled area. The order was incorrect, and of course, we didnt notice until we were back at work. The french fries are crinkle cut kids style which was weird for me. The burgers werent as flavorful as I was expecting. Overall I wasnt impressed. Ill stop in again but it wont be a regular go-to for me.
Ordered one Crispy Chicken sandwich. 7 minutes and 30 seconds with me the only one in line. My sandwich came right up and i watched as all the counter workers chatted. When they finally bagged the sandwich, the guy held it while chatting and then realized and gave it to me. Never again.
Excellent about 3 steps up from Steak and shake . The burgers were very tasty and the fries were great as well. I didn’t try the ice cream products but they have a whole section dedicated to preparing the shakes etc. It was like the grand opening when I visited so it was very crowded I waited like 10 mins for food but it was very worth it. I had the double butter burger with fries excellent! The food quality was great for it to be so crowded Kudos Culver’s!
Just ordered a vanilla shake and I have to say it is the worst milkshake I have ever had you cannot use a straw you have to use a spoon it is nothing more than soft serve in a cup they need to learn how to make real milkshakes
If you want to rave about the good food at Culvers, Im right there with you! That staff was friendly and the ice cream was good too.
Update: i got the concrete mixer and within a 10 minute drive it already turned into a milkshake. the icecream is not worth it. i deducted only a star from my previous rating because their burgers and sides are good. however the concrete mixer is a solid 1/5 it makes dairy queen look like world class 5 star establishment for ice creamprevious review 4/5: squeeky cheese curds found here. lived in wisconsin for two years and sometimes i miss the scenery and lower population density. i was envious of the people infront of me at the drive thru that ordered frozen custards. i only got a burger and cheese curds but now i am reminded to get frozen custard here when the weather warms up.

If you have never been to Culver’s, there are only 3 things you need to know.1. Butter Burger2. Cheese Curds3. CustardTry a selection of each of these food groups and you will be very happy you did! Culver’s also offers a wide selection of almost anything you could want. The prices are reasonable and it is sure better than Wendy’s or Panda Express.The trial run was flawless, Benjamin did a great job with the order. They bring your food to the table and the staff was friendly and attentive.Give Culver’s a try, it will make you happy you did!
Pictures on their menu doesnt do the burger justice, they are smaller than they appear, your choice of toppings on every sandwich in the place, and probably one of the best fast food type burger Ive ever had!
Was running through the drive-thru and just wanted to taste the Butterburger since Ive heard so much about it. I should have gotten 2 patties! I got the mushroom and Swiss and it was very good. I will go again for sure!

Best fast food Ive ever had. Better than BK, MC Donalds, Wendys, Stake an Shake, Mr Hero, Applebees, Swensons and a few others for sure if you want a good burger go here. I really dont know why I never heard about this place before. Ive really only tried their burger but based on the quality is bet its great. Also they made the bacon right theres something to be said about how much effort goes into making the perfect bacon. Good job guys👍
The fried fish dinner is my favorite fish fry around! And the cheese curds are fantastic. Fried cheese nuggets.... brilliant! The service is always great the food is always great the custard is better than great. Things are well maintained and clean. The worst part about this place is the consistent sound pollution of horrible country music (which is objectively bad and doesnt deserve to be classified as music, lol) but I cant fault them for them that. Theyre just playing to the local culture being right next to several major hunting and outdoors chains... Yall
This is the 2nd time I have been here. First time, was notgood. Although I was sick at the time.I had the Canadisn walleye dinner. Best fish I have ever had. Fresh, hot and served in a very short time. My friend had the cod dinner. She wont quit talking about it. Root beer was fantastic. Their own brand. Better than A&W.Restuarant was very clean and the staff was super friendly and knew what they were doing. I will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!
We always like Culvers. The food is good. The service is good. And its clean. But given labor shortages, the dining room is closed until 4pm.
Great selection even a veggie burger, cheese curds were really good and the cement mixer was a hit lots of toppings to choose from.Lots of people trying to get food drive thru was very busy and the dinning room was very busy,but everything was clean and taken care of.
We went through the drive thru ordered and were missing a sandwich. No worries mistakes happen. I parked went into the restaurant told a worker. Then they denied they did not put it in the bag. A guy possibly a manager on the line told the worker it was put in the bag I needed to pay for it. Are you kidding me? The worker then just stood there and another employee pointed out it was sitting on the counter. She put it in a bag handed it over without saying a word. Seriously Culver’s it’s not worth anyones time to park and pull a crispy chicken sandwich heist. Never again completely rude and disrespectful treatment and it was their mistake. Here is a photo of the receipt with the infamous crispy chicken no ones pulling a fast one.
The burger was good, however what kept it from great was that I ordered it without the bun and instead wrapped in lettuce. It arrived with the bun and the cheese was not melted on my burger, so many of the bites were of cold cheese. The coleslaw had a very strong celery flavor that I wasnt fond of. The service was prompt and courteous and the team member apologized for the mistake and offered a free ice cream scoop which was a nice gesture.
The service was great, the food is always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly. You might have to wait because they are always busy but it is worth the wait.
Dont think of Culvers as fast food........ its more like really good diner food.... which happens to get to you pretty fast. We have never been disappointed......

Culvers is a fast food burger place, but its all way better than anything mcdonalds and burger King could ever bring to the table, the meat is super juicy and their ice cream machine never breaks down, they serve anything you could want and its all delicious , my favorite thing to get is the mushroom Swiss burger with a large order of onion rings.
I went at a time when there really wasnt a line which was nice. My food was ready for me before I even got to the window to pay. Everything was there that I ordered and it was hot and was just what I was expecting.

Excited to have another food option in the area! The menu is a little over whelming when you first walk in. I highly suggest viewing it online before you go. The food is alright. The burgers are too greasy for my liking, but thats more of a personal preference. The fries were probably the best part of the meal, which isnt a bad thing. The reeses cup milkshake lacked flavor, and would not recommend. Id prefer going to five guys over Culvers.

We are so excited to have a Culver’s in our area! We went yesterday and there were a lot of positive things and only a few negatives about our experience. The lines were very long and we waited about 15 minutes to order. That’s to be expected because it’s new, so we were ok with that. One negative is that our food took almost 20 minutes to get to us because they had the wrong number on our order. By the time it reached us, it was cool. That was disappointing as we couldn’t wait to try the food. But, even though it wasn’t warm anymore, the food was still delicious. I look forward to getting it served hot next time because I bet it’s even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as I fully expect that they will work out the kinks as they go.

First discovered Culvers when we went to visit family in Wisconsin. The butter burgers are delicious. The cheese curds are yummy and the shakes are incredible. Worth the drive from East side.

Some times you have a taste for a good burger, but you want something between fast food and the whole restaurant experience. Culvers is that place. We ate in the dining room, but the drive thru was doing a brisk business. It took a few minutes to be waited on, but I still bestowed 5-stars because the food is worth the wait, and the staff is just so pleasant!!

Really good food. Butter burgers are the main dish. The drive through can look like a long wait but its not at all. In 10 minutes they served 15 cars when I was there. Impressive operation.
I love Culvers but Im giving them 1 star cause I was there yesterday & my ciera mist tasted really nasty so I threw it out after 1 drink and I started throwing up later on last night out of nowhere, & I didnt eat anything after I ate here & today is the next day I feel even worse throwing up still & my stomach hurts really bad, I cant even eat. I know it was from that drink cause I dont eat out much and I also didnt eat breakfast that day this was literally the only thing I had after cause I get off at 1 on Fridays. Im never eating here again.. That did it for me

Amazing burgers, great fries, tasty root beer. I had no idea what I was getting into when I walked into Culvers. Really good food made with real ingredients. Then I seen they had Frozen Custard so I had to try a cone. Wow, I wish this place was closer to my house but I would get overweight really fast so its better that its a little hard for me to get to.
Came through the drive thru order, only orders two milkshakes...nobody was waiting in line but we were told to pull up and wait. Waited about 30 mins until my husband had to go in and get them..they were just sitting on the counter. They gave my husband an attitude, they acted like they were on drugs. Very bad experience here, your supposed to treat your customers with kindness, not rude inappropriate manners.
This was our first time eating at Culvers. We will definitely be back. Our burgers were excellent and our fries were perfectly prepared. But the best part of our meals were our shakes. They were thick and creamy and oh so good. The staff was very polite and the interior of the restaurant was very clean.

Nothing like the ones in the Midwest. The portions are good if you 3ft tall and have the stomach of a fly. Seriously....hella small portions. My chapstick is as big as the $9 meal I bought. Went there tonight thru the drive thru got home and my order was missing a sandwich and two fries. Very disappointed kid .
I gave them a 5 star even though the dining room was closed because of short staff. We had to go through the drive-thru and our drink was wrong so we had to catch Juanita while she was giving customers their food in their cars that had pulled around to get a different iced tea. But she was very happy to help us and very apologetic that it was wrong. You could tell that her and the other young man who were bringing out the food to the cars were working very very very hard to get the orders out efficiently, quickly, and accurately!!We had a free custard coupon from a previous kids meal but were still charged $2.49 for it. Even though we gave it to the cash register gal, but again..they were very, very busy and she didnt take thr coupon off :(BUT our food was HOT & fresh and the long line moved pretty quickly!!! So not too bad considering the circumstances beyond all of the employees control who showed up!! KUDOS & Thanks to Juanita and ALL the others on Friday late afternoon!!!!! Burgers are awesome, fries are okay, and shakes are just runny and taste bland. Mint shake made my bowel movement bright green so that was a cool surprise the morning after.
As a Florida boy, I never understood my wifes obsession with this place until she finally convinced me to pick up a meal. The burgers and fries were delicious! Quality and freshness beats any other fast food joint Ive been to in the area, and is comparable to higher-end fast casual places such as Five Guys, without the extra price tag. The drive through line was about 25 cars in length, but we bypassed that by ordering online and had the meal delivered right to our car within minutes of arriving. Will definitely be back.

This is a nice place to bring your kids as they have a decent amount of kids meal options and get an ice cream with the meal. Pretty large dining room space.

The Culvers bacon deluxe was outstanding! Dining room was closed due to lack of staff (a common problem these days), but the drive thru was quick, and the outdoor patio was available, and nicely shaded. A Culvers butterburger is just something you have to experience for yourself. Its quite unlike anything else! Highly recommended!

Help was very nice, ice cream very good. Kids running all over. Very long line of cars outside which caused us to go inside. So we also saw a worker sneeze on their blue rubber glove & not change it and still stay working at the drive up window. Shame shame
Went in today and the place was busy, both inside and drive thru. Much like all businesses right now they were short staffed due to call offs. But, the owner was there cleaning tables and serving customers.Had a great conversation with them amd just like the rest of the world they are doing their best with the workforce they have right now. And even though their staff was under pressure everyone was kind and treated us great.Thanks again for a great lunch.

Great burgers!! Tried the chicken tenders, they were alright. Seemed as though they picked up the onion flavor from deep frying those prior or maybe the oil hasnt been changed. The french fries are fabulous!! Will definitely go back.

Use to go here all the time when we lived in Michigan, so excited when it came here to ohio!!! This Was my mothers day choice for dinner. Anything you Order will be perfect! Concrete Mixer, cheese curds, and bacon cheeseburger. It was busy but stilI comfortable atmosphere. Go, Go, Go! Food tastes just like you made it yourself. Nothing fake, not greasy, go old fshioned home cooked burgers.

Culvers is better than other fast foods... way better! I have never been dissatisfied. To top it off, they have custard!! Where else can you go for custard? They do it right. Their customer service has always been amazing as well. Give them a try.

Today 5 cars got there food before me than when I got the food it looked like my bag had been shaken my burgers where all coming apart buns torn in half.
Burgers had no flavor or seasoning the cheese sauce was cold the burger was made sloppy and smashed down the shakes were great the Sandusky location was way better
Mushroom Swiss was over cooked and the Mushrooms tasted like they came out of a can... called and was told the Mushrooms were prepared by them... wish the burger was better I also ordered the cod but havent ate it yet wish me luck...

I came with a friend for the first time and we tried a ton of things off the menu and had a great time. The food was good, the atmosphere was pleasant and very clean and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

The frozen custard has a rich flavor and a buttery smooth texture that I have not experienced from a fast food location. Along with that possibly one of the best drice through burgers I have ever had!My only gripe is my fiance got the patty melt and it was 100% plain and void of flavor, but I feel if we could add some Thousand Island or mayo, it would have beena big hit.

When I lived in Columbus, Culvers was one of my favorite places to eat. I was happy to see one up here near Lakewood. I drove out there last night, because I was hungry for a burger and cheese curds. The burger was haphazardly put together. I just didnt taste right. Here I am a few hours later throwing up. I knew something wasnt right.
Im sitting in the drive as Im writing this. If you see 8+ cars in the drive through, just keep driving. They cant keep up. Not sure if theyre understaffed, but terrible. Go anywhere else if you dont want to wait at least 20min. PSA, dont go here If there is remotely a line.**Update: still in line 15min later. Second car to the order, just dont. Keep driving. Go to swensons. Those kids run for your burgers
Had a bacon butter burger which was fantastic! Fries were ok. Kids had the kids cheese burgers which must have been good as they ate them up. Pleasant staff, quick service, clean environment, and COVID compliant.
Had never been there before and we decided to try it. Be very hungry, they serve large meals. I couldnt even eat all of mine. It was good.

12/11/21 Update: We come to the Avon Culvers as often as we can. Food is ALWAYS excellent and they have the most friendly, hard working employees and management of any Culvers in Ohio or Michigan!Excellent grilled chicken sandwich & cheese curds! And dont forget the delicious ice cream...yum!
This was my first time trying Culvers, we ordered a mushroom swiss burger and a bacon butterburger. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was blown away from the quality. I spent under 10 bucks for two double burgers, that tasted better than any fast food in the area. Highly recommend Culvers for burgers.

Very good and fresh Had to get fresh onion rings made the other ones were not hot had to ask for heavy pickle and onion on my sandwich for heavy pickle and onion and my fish did not get it had to ask for that! customer service Could be a little friendlier and its States on their door that they are open in the dining Room until 10:00 p.m. people were coming trying to get in at 8 oclock door was locked they need to put another sign stating that We were sitting on the patio and about 8 different people got turned down I had to go the drive-through which lines are always very long!

Not only is the ice cream hands down the best around. But also the service from store manager Matt was above and beyond after a simple mix up at the drive thru. Matt ensured to not only correct our order quickly but brought it out to us in the parking lot to apologise for the inconvenience. Matt is above and beyond and I think he puts this Culvers above the rest.
I use their drive through. They will bring your food out with no silverware, no ketchup for the fries. They also gave me .marinara instead of cocktail sauce for my shrimp. They didnt ask me if I wanted a drink. Good food but poor service.

My only complaint would be the burger patty was a little too well done. Bit and pieces broke and flaked off the patty. Their chocolate milkshake was the best. I would absolutely visit again to experience their milkshake.
Very good food and friendly workers. If you want to taste what burgers, fries, and shakes tasted like in the 50s, I can imagine this is as close as you can get. I have had the Butter burgers, Pot Roast, fries, cheese curds, Chocolate Malt, Mint Malt, Peanut Butter malt, and the Homemade Root Beer and everything I have tried in the many times I have been there has been great.

Culvers always has good food. The wait is a bit long but its worth it for the food quality. The burgers are awesome and the custard is really good. We have never had anything from here and been disappointed. The employees are always friendly and helpful too.

I love the salads too, especially the cranberry bacon bleu with grilled chicken, very satisfying and a good value. We drove over an hour just to eat here today!
Actually 4.5 stars. First time at Culvers today. The restaurant was very clean, well lighted and just slightly cooler than I like. The staff neat, courteous and friendly. We tried the pork sandwich and the fish sandwich with crinkle cut fries, drinks and a Snickers concrete ice cream. The sandwiches were really good, hot and exactly as pictured on the menu board. The buns soft but toasted. The crinkle-cut fries were perfectly fried and delicious. Great note for diet pop/soda drinkers: at least 3 choices for us! Diet Pepsi, diet Root Beer and diet Mountain Dew. (Great diet Root Beer by the way!!) The vanilla custard and Snickers was delicious! Nothing beats vanilla Custard!! They also have pints of their ice cream and custards (which they make themselves) for sale in the front of the restaurant. Overall experience makes me want to go back to try something else!!
Im not saying their not really worth 5 stars, but there is just tons of fat to be had. As for the taste, well my burger was AWESOME! Service was very attentive, uncommon in many fast food places.
I went today for lunch and WOW! I was so impressed with how good the food was AND how friendly the workers were!! So much on the menu to choose from! I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which was the best! In my opinion I think this place is so much better than chick fil a. I will definitely take the drive for this place! And make sure to get the side of cheese sauce, it is to die for!!

Dinner is delivered to your table. Had the cod dinner and it was fresh and delicious! The coleslaw is amazing and the fries are crisp and hot, not greasy. Im definitely a Culvers customer forever!😄
Easily the best fast food burger out there. It can take some time to get the food, but worth the wait.
The establishment is clean. The food is good. The staff is friendly. I was so glad to see that they did not put fish on a hamburger bun. They have a bun just for fish and chicken sandwiches. The soup is delicious and hot. I would highly recommend Culvers and we will be going back!
This is a very busy location at times but the service is always good. A very sweet lady brought my food out for carside and she made the whole experience positive.
Finally gave it a try. Overall it was pretty good for a burger joint. Drive thru took a while to get thru and we were only about 4 cars deep. Friendly staff.
Great great burgers an custard also I love there chili. You cant definitely taste the difference of a freshly made burger. The patties are thinner an grilled with crispy edges just delicious. The only thing is this place gets really really busy. But they do have alot of employees to help.
Burgers are amazing, onion rings are crispy, and the custard is delish. This location is new, so its very clean. Ive never had to wait long in line. It tastes like all the food is fresh, but I have no idea for sure. Definitely a good place for kids or adults, and both eating in or taking out are good options. More expensive than Burger King or whatever, but I personally think its worth the extra cash. I wish I lived close enough to eat here once a week.
Zero stars. My burger I order was plain. I had asked for a deluxe burger with the works minus cheese.
One and done, never going again. The lady out cleaning tables was amazing, so nice, so helpful, but that is all I can say nice about the place. Shakes were nothing special, they forgot 1/3 of our order when they brought it. Chicken tenders were overcooked, fries were undercooked, fish sandwich so so, burger Im not sure you can call that a burger, do they use a steamroller to press those??

Our first time there! The chicken sandwich, fries and coleslaw were good! They have a lot of different choices on their menu and someone actually brings your food to the table and offers to take the tray back when you are finished.
Im not sure if I said my order wrong or if the order taker heard me wrong but I wanted a chocolate concrete but they handed me vanilla so when I told them I meant to say chocolate, they just put chocolate syrup in it and they didnt do a good job. Ill admit if I made a mistake but I can tell the difference between chocolate custard and vanilla with chocolate syrup in it. I like Culvers custard but I would appreciate this to not happen again.
Love the food here and you need to try the concrete mixers. I had the sourdough butterburger, fries, some of the Culvers root beer, and a mint chocolate chip concrete mixer everything was delicious!
My first time here, and I find their signature burger to be ok. Their fries are crispy but nothing special. All in all, Id say it was perfectly ok.
Disappointing drive through experience. Food was cold and took longer than expected. Not our usual Culver experience. Dining room closed due to lack of help.
Always great food and you know it will be made fresh for you. One of my favorite places to get good food quick, takes a little longer than other locations but I have been there with 10+ cars in front of me and they still move along pretty quickly.
What can I say about this place other then amazing. The first thing when you enter is everyone welcomes you at the same time. Even ordering is easy. After you order you pick a seat and they bring your food to you. I love the fish and burgers here ooo and dont forget about the french fries so delicious. Cant wait to return again.
Very tasty burgers. The size of the burger is roughly the same size as a Steak n Shake burger, so a double is not to big. Crinkle cut fries were nice and hot. Not sure the cheese curds were worth it, probably wont order again.
My husband and I have never been here before. We were greeted very warmly and even given some great suggestions on food options. He ordered the Patty Melt and I ordered the Wisconsin Swiss Melt. Our patties were very dry. I was going to rate them 2 stars, but considering the dinning area was very clean, the staff checked on us 3 times asking if we needed refills or any sauces made the experience that much better. I would reccomend them, and we would gladly return, but would ask for fresher patties next time.
First time at a Culver’s back in February. The food & custard were excellent! The only reason I give it 4 stars was because while we were ordering, the cashier seemed to be getting an attitude with us & we had asked for chocolate custard & received vanilla but regardless of that it was delicious!!
Love the food but almost every time I get a burger it has raw spots In it which literally ruins it for me and yes I always say well done pls and they say they are all well done once again love the food when its done right
One of the best burgers Ive had from a chain restaurant. Unlike most places, the lettuce was crisp, quality tomato slices and the red onion is a nice change. I found my ñew go to.

Tried this for the first time today. I won’t ever try it again. The food might be good but I will NEVER know. I stopped for a quick snack before going fishing. I ordered three fries, cheese curds, and ice cream cones for me and the kids. At the window, I paid and got the ice cream. They gave me a pink card and asked me to pull around to wait. So I did and I waited. And waited. And waited. And continues to wait. After 15 minutes I felt something was amiss. So I moved waited 5 more minutes. Still no food. Two other people came and went after me. I pulled back around to the window and requested a refund. They didn’t give me a fight which was nice. However, after I left and got a chance to look at my refunded receipt I realized they had refunded me for an order I didn’t not order. I don’t know for sure if I got ripped off or came out ahead since I never received a receipt for my initial order to compare. What I do know for sure is that I can’t ever recommend this place. At least not the drive-thru. I’ll just hit up Wendy’s next time if I just need something quick for the road to hold us over. Avoid Culver’s.

Food was great and made fresh to order! Pretty crowded but still able to get a table. Drink station was a bit of a mess but that could have been due to the crowds. The concrete mixer was tasty but far from concrete it was almost a milkshake consistency which made it difficult to eat with a spoon. DQ blizzards are better in my book but would see recommend!
Was disorganized. Was given the wrong change 3 times and finally gave up. They can keep the 13 cents they owe me for their drawer. Never gave me my drink. Fries half filled and cold. Hamburger will bring me back. Decent value for the price. Young adults are some of the smartest people I know, but training is important. One new cashier with 6 people in line is not a good ratio. Will go back but will be cautious. Will revise review if I have a better experience.
I eat here at least twice a week. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy as my side. The chicken breast is always cooked well but without being dry. Juanita keeps the dining room spotless...quick to wipe down the tables and seats. She gladly gets your drink refills and takes away your tray. Always a pleasure to see her.
A friend of mine came through the drive thru a few night ago on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised by the young man named Justin on the headset - he was not only extremely patient and helpful, but also fun and relatable. He did an amazing job of making sure we got what we wanted. I would give 5 stars if the menu included vegetarian and vegan friendly foods
We have friends in Wisconsin who would always go on and on about how great this place is (Wisconsin born company), but could never try it. Now Im a firm believer that this is some seriously good food, and the selection options are astounding for a burger place. The buttered burgers are delicious, the fries very tasty, and some of the best onion rings Ive ever had. Would definitely recommend (weve been back 3 times since our first visit).
I honestly want to love this place. Really. I was so excited about finally getting a Culver’s in the area. But now that the “new” has worn off, it’s really not impressive. We went there tonight (9/27/19) and the place was dirty. We were there from 7:30pm to 8:45pm and the dining room was not cleaned at all the entire time. Tables and floors covered in trash, and trash cans overflowing. We witnessed other families circle the dining room a few times to try and find a clean place to sit. Long waits for for the food to come, and our ice cream order was wrong. We probably won’t be back for a long time, which is sad because I truly did want to be a Culver’s fan.
I was impressed! We went during the lunch rush and it was very busy. I was super hungry and feeling impatient but they were very quick and our order was perfect! Hard to believe it is fast food because the quality was so good. We drove from Elyria and it was worth it and we will be returning :)

I went to Culver’s and had a great experience!!! I ordered chicken tenders which were cooked just right!!!!!! I also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy which was also amazing. At the end of my visit I just had to order a make your own sundae. It was the best ice cream I have ever tried.🍦Some things that Culver’s has to offer are ice cream, milkshakes, burgers, fries and more. I have not tried the kids meal but I have heard great things about it. I totally recommend Culver’s for anyone!!! Enjoy😊
The malted shakes are really good! Always fresh food. Most of the time when you go thru the drive thru you park for a few minutes, and they will bring the food out. Because its fresh.
A girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch after shopping on Saturday. It was my first time there and we were lucky enough to get Juanita at the counter. She was super friendly and helpful explaining all different options even though it was really busy. She came around later to ask how our meal was, take our tray, and bring us a menu with nutritional info and the custard flavors for the month. We got butter burgers with fries and custard, OH, the custard. Food was very good, fries were crispy, custard was AMAZING. I can see myself becoming a regular even tho Culvers is in the next county and I not a fast food fan. I cannot wait to take my family here.
The fish dinner it was great and cranberry salad it was good to they have great ice cream a really good restaurant .never been there before, you place your order and if you are eating in they give you a number and bring the food to your table. They have great food and good service friendly staff although it does take a little time to get the food it is worth it .will definitely be going back keep up the good work Culvers.
Fast food done right if you ask me. Fresh tasty burger was spot on and I also had the coleslaw and it was pretty damn good. Its nice to have different choices and some many new places to try out in Avon. When I need a quick bit and Im near here, I will help myself to another tasty burger or I may try something new with the big menu they have. Go ahead and eat.
The food is great and is often consistent. I had the chicken sandwich once and was not happy with it. It was more like a chunk of chicken if that makes sense. The burgers are fantastic, stick with those.

Not worth it. The cheese sauce is nothing special. The burger tasted like someone poured a cup of salt on it and the bun was soggy. Save your money and go to stake n shake, it will be the the same style burger and tastes wayyyy better.

I wish there was another location in Cuyahoga County, closer to the west side of greater Cleveland areas but no complaints from me about Culvers anytime! The first one I ever saw was in Avondale Arizona. So I was just happy 2 have one in driving distance. I do still encourage the franchise to look into locations in the City of Lakewood Ohio.
I am a nurse in the area and a family member of the owner has been telling us all about Culver’s opening.I have to say, WOW! The food is beyond wonderful and the workers are all extremely nice. What a great addition to our community and NE Ohio! If you have not visited it yet, do so! I guarantee you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be regulars!
Not too fond of Culvers... Seems every time we go the burgers are so greasy that the bottom bun almost becomes non-existent.The best thing they have there food wise are their cheese curds.The custard is a different story, now that is amazing!!! Just saying 😋
First time at Culvers. Asked for a double, waited a long time, then finally sat down and was halfway through the not so great burger when I realized I was given a single instead. Too late to say anything, probably would have been a great burger if the meat to bread ratio would have been what I asked for. Very clean place, will try again when Im in the neighborhood.

2022-05-17I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time via their website for curbside pickup. I waited for a little over an hour for my food to come out and it was warm at best. It was over 90 degrees last week, so I couldn’t go inside as I had an infant in the car. Very disappointed as I’ve had great service here in the past. Filled out the survey that was sent via email and despite providing my contact information, no one has contacted me.

2022-05-23Honestly, the food is pretty good. It seems like there is always a decently long wait. From my experience, they tend to mess up our orders a significant amount. My wife doesnt like the grilled onions on the patty melt and every time they confirm no onion and ring it up properly but they still load it up with onions. If youre going for a simple burger it is worth trying if the line isnt wrapped around the building. Also hear that the ice cream is really good but havent tried it yet. Be careful with special orders.

2022-03-29Expensive but also is worth it for a special treat every once in a while. Their burgers and ice cream arent like other fast food places. Especially not the ice cream! (I think they call it something else but whatever it is delicious!!!!) Always make sure to look for the flavor of the day. They do have a gluten free bun option that comes separate from the beef patties and toppings. So it is like a half build your own burger? For gluten free burger orders. Not the best bun option but at least they have one! Very grateful for anyplace stepping up for any allergy and health concerns as well as quality of food. Yum!!!

2022-06-23Today, Culvers in Avon gave back in a big way to its community and schools by donating lunches to the summer lunch program. What amazing generosity from the owners, Tammy and Doug, who were more than happy to work with the Avon Schools during our week to host lunches to our students in the summer. The Culvers staff was fantastic in putting this large donation together! They prepared and bagged hamburgers/cheeseburgers, fries, and scooped individual ice-cream treats for 70 kids! The staff even brought everything out to my car and helped load everything! The kids loved this lunch today and there was plenty for everyone! Our community should be proud to have such a generous establishment! Thank you, Thank you!
