This went rather well so far the installation for the whole unit softener reverse osmosis and carbon pre filter took about half a day in an old hole. did have a slight problem with carbon coming out after they left just bypassed the units and call and a service man was there in about 2 day. just ended up being a bubble burp after I understand this as moving thing around will do this they did tap the tanks while filling but it like burping a baby doesnt always work the first time. the unit has been working as should now for a month and the drinking system is great. water has no taste as it should. the Mane reason I went with them is all units from everyone was going to be the same cost or way more without service So I rented with the water in our County being drawn from a river aquifer thing need replaced or serviced often. So far I would recommend them. May I add a water softer is the fastest appliance that pays for itself. as it also save money on other appliances
Super BIG thank you to Culligan Water delivery!!! This mamma has been going through a ridiculous amount of water. Customer service is exceptional every time I call and I absolutely appreciate the same day delivery when I was out of water. We have been customers for 14 years. We have a water softener and reverse osmosis filter and love the annual maintenance program. We also have delivery of salt. The service is outstanding and the guys are always so helpful. The cost is very reasonable for all of the services, the soft water is outstanding and the filtered water tastes great!
I have spent over $2k, the techs are never on time and never call to even give a estimated time if they are running behind. The first install was not even able to be finished because the tech was to large to fit in the crawlspace, that should have been noted on the initial sale so I would not be waiting again. It also takes months to get anything scheduled. Ive had nothing but bad experience with this company.
Drivers are supposed to call before they arrive so they can bring salt into the basement. Lucky if they ring the doorbell before dropping it outside the garage even after calling to complain. Billing error after billing error. Updated our card on file when the old one expired, but they never saved the info. Numerous promises to fix issues but never get a resolution. We have been paying for the “Privilege Program” for 5 years. Decided to stop paying them until they got it fixed. Relayed multiple messages to them about issues when collection calls started. Still no resolution. Finally got a call back after six months and was told by the office manager, Brenda that all errors would be corrected and a new statement sent out. A week goes by and I get another collection e-mail but still no update from Brenda. I reply with a threat to call corporate and get another phone call from the office manager apologizing and FINALLY get an update statement and paid it in full IMMEDIATELY. A few weeks go by and I get another bill with two fresh mistakes to the tune of $101.24. I was charged for 6 bags of salt in addition to my “Privilege Program” which includes 6 bags of salt every delivery. I wouldn’t suggest this Culligan office if my only drinking water source was raw sewage and they promised me pure water. If not for the fact that I spent thousands of dollars on their system, I’d switch to another company and never look back.
For four years I had great service from Culligan, the reason I have been generous with two stars. Over the last year I have had nothing but problems with this office. The starting matter was billing, I called in several months in a row to update my auto pay due to an expired card. It took months, months as in I finally gave up and just pre-paid for a year so I could stop dealing with this nonsense, and I know that come a year from now I will be right back in the same place where they say I am not on auto pay, then they say I am, then they say they have a card, then, well you get the point.I also asked them some time ago to hold off on my normal delivery of salt, as it was coming frequently and I had over 20 bags in my basement that I needed to go through. They told me that I needed to call every time to advise them to NOT deliver, great, so I did. Two deliveries ago I did not call, assuming that the three text messages I got from them would mean they would deliver, they did not. No problem, I was low on salt, but not out so I can wait.This delivery cycle takes the cake though. My water has been SO salty that it is not edible on several occasions. I have adjusted the settings and it gets better and goes back to bad a week or so later, so I thought I needed a filter replaced. But I have no extra filters. A deliver was coming up, but, again, no delivery. I called and the young lady who answered the phone (same one who apparently does not know how to process a credit card I am assuming) berates me for payment issues, see above, and then tells me they dont deliver to troubled accounts. When I pointed out to her that Culligan cashed a check for $800 a couple of months ago, so I dont think that the account is troubled she agreed to send someone out in 3-5 days to bring salt and address the filter. That was 4 weeks ago now and still nothing.(Please note, access to the softener requires no human contact, so COVID is no excuse for the last year of poor service.)
Assuming these are the same that purchased Aqua Falls. Find a new supplier unless you want to do their accounting, delivery, and assist with their acquisitions and mergers department. We have politely returned their calls nearly 10 times and heard the same number of apologies and assurance that the matter would be fixed. Now we are receiving late fees that will never be paid. We want Aqua Falls back
Whenever Ive spoken with anyone in the office on the phone he/she has been super courteous. Whoever has come to our home with salt delivery has been very kind and courteous and helpful. Ive been very impressed and happily tell others about Culligans great service. Plus their water softening system is terrific! The water tastes deliciously free of additives in the RO system. You wont be sorry if you go with this Culligan!
Excellent! Weve had Culligan for years, and enjoyed it so much we recently upgraded the system. The water is delicious--some of our neighbors even come over to fill pitchers! In addition, we can use it to re-plenish our fish tanks, which negates any need for chemicals in the tanks. Great, great investment and so convenient to NOT have to add water to the grocery list. Everyone weve dealt with has been great as well--friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. Would recommend them with no reservations.

Dick Sorenson is the nicest and most knowledgeable person to work with! It was such a pleasure and I highly recommend him. The products are great of course (the filter system installed in my place is just like having crisp bottled water on tap) but the customer service from him was the best part.
I love how flexible culligan is. My demands for water jugs for my cooler at my office is not consistent but culligan has been great working with me on an as needed basis. At home my well was contaminated. Culligan sent people out to give me advice on how I could have safe drinking water, they inspected my equipment and changed filters without batting an eye or charging for extra visits. Even the girls I talk to on the phone setting up appointments are always kind and courteous. All in all, I love culligan.
Used Culligan for 2 years before my move to Texas & it was excellent. I drink a gallon a day & not having to run to the store to buy bottles or gallons was a lifesaver. Amazing taste, perfect for cooking, & pretty cost effective. It is a staple for me just like Netflix or Internet haha Too bad they arent in Texas
Im a manager for a buisness that uses Culligan for softner product and water. Every driver Ive made contact with has been super friendly and helpful and their staff seems to always go above and beyond. So much so I felt the need to leave this review for them. Keep up the great work!
Culligan worked wonders with our rural well water problems. The button is a great innovation that gives us great tasting RO water straight from the faucet, without the need for drilling another hole in our granite countertop to add a separate RO faucet. Customer service has been excellent every time weve had contact. I highly recommend Culligan of Central Ohio.
Signed up to join the Water Club so I could stop drinking the terribly high PPM water pushed by the city of Columbus. My contacts from Culligan have been very professional, timely, flexible and real. A nice experience in a sea of awful ones. Culligan really stands out when it comes to customer service
Its been two weeks since they promised delivery. Called twice as I was switched to them when they bought out my previous supplier. Still waiting, they missed the first delivery date and promised a delivery the following Monday. I buy 5 bottles each month. I guess they didnt need my business.
Timings are not at all flexible for working professionals , They are not open on Saturdays either . I called them to deliver the bottles at 8 am on any weekday and they just said that they can not do at 8 am , and then i asked if they can come at 4.30 or 5 pm they answer i got is we cant promise and despite this they are not available at weekends , worst timings and service. truly disappointed

2021-11-30Very disappointed. I have called the Canal Winchester office since mid October, talked to Asia, to get a part for a under the sink drinking system. I sent them a picture of the drinking system and the part needed. It was installed for my mother about two years ago. They always say they will get back to me but I have yet to get a return phone call. They transferred me to another area Culligan over two weeks ago. Brenda said she would mail out the part free of charge but never did. I have emailed and called. We are buying our water because the sink faucet is shut down because of the damaged part. Would love to have a phone number to a responsible Culligan service provider. UPDATE: I just called again and they will send someone out to the house at no charge. I really hope they restore my faith.

2018-04-21I recently purchased my first home. Never had well water before and the water softener broke not long after moving in. Everything turned yellow, laundry was horrible and could not even clean the dishes. I called Culligan and they sent a tech out and found I had wrong system for our hard well water with high iron. I do not have $3k sitting around so I signed up for rented a unit and had it installed. Had an issue after install and they came out same day to repair. Very happy with product and service from Culligan, I would recommend to my family and friends for sure. I will be purchasing unit when rental contract is up for sure. Thanks Culligan!

2021-07-22Culligan has been great and always on time! I wanted to change my water and it was so easy to do. Delivery was changed on my next delivery day.Im super excited they will be moving with me next month when I move! Sales reps are awesome and let me know a few days before delivery and Im able to change what needs delivered without any problems at all. Happy customer here 😀

2021-06-02I like that your company takes care of the service and supplies of the water treatment system. It makes it very easy, convenient, and affordable to have great water. We have only had your service for a short while in our new home and I do have to say I have been very pleased with the quality of the water and service from your techs. The tech that delivered our salt even carried it down to our cellar and check and filled our softener for us! We always wanted a water treatment system in our previous home and thought that we would never be able to afford an additional purchase such as that given everything else that comes with owning a home, but now it is a reasonable monthly payment.

2021-08-17We have used Culligan to supply our water fountain and drinking water for several years. They are quick to respond to any request we make. All delivery drivers have been courteous and respectful. We are thankful for the great service and highly recommend Culligan!

2021-09-03They are not very accommodating when it comes to scheduling the annual filter change meetings. I asked for a specific day and time because I work 40 hours a week and I’m not home during the workday, and they said the Driver will call the morning of and determine a time to come over. that would work if I had a day off in the middle of the week but I don’t. The driver called and naturally I wasn’t available. He, then told me to call the company and make an appointment. Duh! I tried doing that but the customer rep on the phone wouldn’t. I Made another appointment. That morning the driver Called me and said one of his previous appointments canceled can he come over now. When I made the appointment we arranged it for after 2 PM this was 10 AM. I am here waiting for them to call me and “reschedule” another time to come out. I’ve been with this company for five years and this is not good customer service for anyone let alone a long-standing contract. The silly scheduling game that this Culligan franchise plays is ridiculous.
