Easy to get a storage unit
Staff worked with my situation
DO NOT STORE HERE!!!! I had my things here about a year and a half.... all Im going to say is I went to jail for about 2 1/2 months and didnt have contact, but when I got out I find out my things were being auctioned, dont get me wrong they called me a million times, and left 2 thousand messages, ...but this didnt give them the right to steal my things, and put the remaining up for auction....which they didnt mention on the phone when I called customer service....FYI all auctions online ladies and gentlemen...and when I noticed my things....it wasnt even half...just the big things they couldnt move without being noticeable....but it was noticeable enough....I didnt even waste my time bidding because all I wanted was papers and pictures etc. But its expensive, theyre thieves at this specific location...and you can find better...but if u do plan on storing here make sure its not worth much and TAKE PICTURE OF YOUR UNITS b4 u load it and after so you have proof of whats inside and/or receipts ...so this doesnt happen to you ..DARE TO STORE AT YOUR OWN RISKKK
Was a customer a few years ago and then left cause of cost factors back then, but now was needing a closer place so back I came and very nice personal greeted me when I walked in and showed me a space but needed a larger space and they gave me what I needed. So now that its closer make my job easier to get what I need for the days work...

I enjoyed the last year even with the price rise!! Never had a problem and it was good to be able to have when I needed it

CubeSmart kept increasing the amount due for the unit without explanation and for no apparent reason.
This place... you know what Im saying. I like how the gate opens for you when you leave. It makes me feel like a richer. If I had a boat it would be here when I wasnt using it or storing it elsewhere... and now that I think about it, Im sure this place would be great for other nautically themed items as well. (Just saying)

Feel unsafe, always watching my back there because their are little shops, people selling stuff out of their Cube so tons of people having that persons password to get into shop...

2022-04-26Its a rip off. Every unit is a different price even when its the same size unit. I actually up grade before one of their promos ended and it was supposed to be only a dollar more. My monthly bill is only supposed to be $35 a month. But management claims they didnt get the memo that the promotion was over. So now Im paying double for an extra foot of space. They didnt even give me a call to let me know theyve stopped the promo. Find another storage facility.I got dooped🤷👎

2022-02-23Nice storage unit, very secure. I wish they would clear the snow in front of the outdoor units, had to improvise a shovel to get the 3 feet of snow from in front.of my outdoor unit door.

2021-08-04What made my experience great was the quality customer service. To begin with, the office associates presented themselves in a polite, professional manner. Also, every month I I recd a courteous call as a reminder for pmt. due date and the extended grace period. Finally, the location I rented at 23711 Miles Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128 was clean and I felt safe. All in all, I had an excellent experience and would recommend friends and family in a heartbeat!Laquita

2021-06-10Used the storage services twice in the past half a year or so. Couldn’t be happier with the amenities! The storage space is clean, capacious and has no odors. Additionally, the guys at the work desk are professional and very friendly.Wholehearted recommendations!

2021-12-19DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! My unit was broken into & there are ZERO cameras on the aisles!!! Never in my wildest dreams did it even cross my mind that this was even a possibility! 700 units & mine was the only one broken into!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

2021-08-20I did not end up using the storage unit, but when I reserved a unit online, I promptly received a call from customer service to give me all the details of how to get access and everything else related to making the storage unit available to me. Excellent customer service!

2020-03-09My experiences with cube smart have been wonderful. Jimmy is an amazing help when needed. I’m so forgetful, but when he sees me he reminds about my bill when it’s coming up. I’m usually the one that calls and asks constantly. I often see him cleaning up the grounds and he is always pleasant and keeps a smile on his face.
