BRAD!!! He was so helpful when we were moving in. He gave suggestions on how to stack our belongings and even helped us arrange. Brad is a very kind and thoughtful man. I’m always telling my friends and family to use CubeSmart and call Brad! This was a great experience!
I’ve been using this location for about 5-6 years and could not have been more pleased with my experience at this location. Facility is kept clean and management is super. The manager Brad is great, he would go out of his way to assist you to make sure you are well cared for. Superb customer service that should be a model for all. I had moved out of the area and left some stuff in storage...It was comforting to know that I did not have to worry. I recently moved my stuff out of storage and I was not able to be there the day movers showed up. Brad said not to worry, he’d be available to assist the mover. That was a big help and relief for me. Brad is the best!!Highly recommend this location for storage needs.

Our experience with the Solon CubeSmart has been top-notch. Brad and his team go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The facility is safe, secure, climate controlled, and spotless. Love that I can drive into the building to move items in and out of storage in comfort regardless of the weather outside. I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat without reservation.
Staff was super friendly and helpful when I first moved my items into the unit. They return phone calls quickly when I had questions. Overall I do like that I can drive my car into the building and not worry about rain or cold weather when I was packing and unpacking. Overall, great service!

Needed to use an out of state facility for a few months of storage. Easy enough, plenty of options similarly priced. The difference; Tiffany. Its one thing to be competent, its another to make a fairly mundane experience into a genuinely pleasant one. Questions? Anticipated and answered. Flexibility? A necessity considering the out of state requirement. Once again, totally on point. If you need an indoor, dry and climate controlled facility in greater Cleveland, look no further than this one. Excellent indoor storage facility in Solon! The drive through option is truly a lifesaver as you never need to worry about the weather. And there are lots of carts on hand to move items from my van to the unit. Brad keeps everything extremely clean and well maintained. And he is always eager to help me whenever I need it. I am in an out often due to work so having my own key code to enter and exit the building is convenient. Knowing the lights will come on after hours (due to motion sensors) and that there are cameras everywhere mean I always feel safe as well.
Many friends recommended this location because of the value of the services and the manager Brad . Brad is simply outstanding and is the key to making this a perfect 10 ! I will continue to refer others as well . Please recognize the exemplary service .

The storage facility was clean and secured. The manager worked with me to change my storage unit to another size with no problem. Very good customer service. The rental is relatively expensive but I needed the unit for just one month so it worked out for me.

Great first impression of CubeSmart Solon. Brad has been extremely helpful providing information about the location, and even stayed late to orient us on our first visit. Stopped in at the Solon Locations #5616. Brad greeted me, gave me a tour and the only experience I could equate would have be like Goldilocks & the 3 Bears to see what the place had to offer. In the future as a tenant over half the tension of schlepping stuff in and out is negated because - it will be just right.

This place is fantastic! The storage area/areas is/are very clean and feel very safe. The staff is unmatched; Tiffany and Brad not only took the time to ask what my needs were as far as storage space/ duration, but took great pride in doing their very best to ensure I was receiving the optimal combination of storage options and price. In times where it feels most are just doing their best to get by, these two seem to really care that your experience here is the best it can possibly be. CubeSmart is lucky to have such nice people at this location!
Storing my belongings at CubeSmart was an absolutely fabulous experience! The place was climate controlled and had at least 35 (probably more), security cameras to insure all your belongings are safe, as well as you are safe coming and going. You have your own access code to get in and out of the building and the 1 time lock you purchase when you sign your contract for your personal locker, is never used a second time to insure further security. I highly recommend the facility in Solon, Ohio. You wont be disappointed.
Great place to store your stuff, especially since you can drive indoors and get out of the weather! Brad, the facility manager, is top notch and always willing to help out and go the extra mile for his clients. Dont bother looking elsewhere, this place is the only place you need!!!

What a disappointing experience attempting to rent a storage unit. After receiving a written quote from facility manager Tiffany, general manager Brad would not honor the price within the time frame planned for the move. Brad became quite belligerent and unpleasant to deal with saying prices could vary daily. Tiffany did a great job trying to save the deal but unfortunately shes not the one in charge. I also had an issue with the poor lighting and climate control which is really only heat.
This is my 8th or 9th storage unit experience with various companies & locations around the country. The location manager at Solon Cubesmart, Brad, is not only a perfect example of the superior skills & demeanor one can always expect from Cubesmart corporation, but he is also highly attentive in anticipating the needs and conveniences of his clients. It should be no wonder that his facility is at near-capacity. His accommodating courtesy is making a stressful time so much less so. Grateful I chose this location!

I have been in business for over 30 years and have dealt with many vendors over that period of time.My experience with Brad the manager has been nothing but professional.If you have a need for both personal or business I highly recommend you stop by their facility it is clean and secure.
Unfortunately this does not give you the option of “zero” star! Therefore, I was forced to give a star!! This facility is extremely poorly run!!!!! I have never done business with more incompetent people. Mike, the person who answers the phones and sits at the front desk resides in LaLaLand! When he says he’s going to be there he’s NOT. Then you’re forced to call him which turns into a comedy of acts! He forgets, he’s at lunch and will be right back. Then he calls to give another excuse why he’s not right back. It goes on and on and on and on. You need to speak VERY SLOW to the point you forget why you even called to begin with🙄. Not to mention they are EXTREMELY expensive!!! I referred my daughter recently to the storage zone in warrensville. She said She was told they do not charge late fees at 12:01 am on the first of the month $20.00 per unit and the manager said they send you reminder notices up until the 5th or 6 of the month. Whereas Mike charges at 12:01 am and will lock your unit down until payment is made. I will NEVER go back here again!!!!!

If youre making an interstate move, this is the storage facility for you. My semi truck rolled right into the building so the guys could shift furniture with no concern for rain or cold. The place is temperature controlled and the manager, Brad, couldnt have been more helpful or friendly.

2022-04-07Moved to this storage facility from another company/property. Rental process was easy and smooth. Brad was very helpful in selecting a unit that would fit my needs. The facility is climate controlled which is what we needed. Everything was clean and looks well kept. They have flat bed carts and two-wheelers that you can use which is a nice touch. I would highly recommend this facility! And kudos to Brad for excellent service!

Everything was as-advertised and there was even a welcome basket waiting in the storage locker.The staff could not have been friendlier.I would highly recommend this storage facility.
