Polite and knowledgeable and accommodating..your employees .could not have been better. I thought your additional pricing of special lock and insurance were too hgih but I was there and besides the storage unit was clean as were the hallways. The corridors were well lighted and made me (elderly woman) feel safe though I would not go there at night hours.
The professionalism, and excellent customer service, support, and genuine concern that was shown to me every time I contacted, or went to Cube Smart. The units were always clean well lit, and accessible and very secure.The customer service after store hours were awsome. I am so glad I chose cube smart, it was the best choice.

Bree Anna was awesome and helped me with two storage areas.I had a small one then had to addanother one when I needed a larger one. She was friendly,speedy,and efficient!! The places were clean , convenient, and reasonably priced.
I have to say, that the personal at my Cube Smart Self Storage are the best dedicated team. They are so cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. Im so glad, that I gave them a try, I recommend this place to everyone. JASMINE made my experience easy and enjoyable. I was extremely impressed at the way they treat there customers.
I Love the storage space very clean.Have been there for a year now.But what I dont agree with is that the rate jumped up $30.00 I feel like that is terrible who does that to there customers and I was not notified. I more than likely will be finding a different storage. I really like it but this is now too expensive for storage.

Need to salt parking lot in winter time and fix pot holes in parking lot, not keep increasing prices on customers,
The Manager Demarco did not remove the lock off of the storage so the next day when I went with my movers to take put items in the storage, I was not able to because it was locked. I lost over $100 that day because I had to pay the movers as well as pay for the small moving truck. The Manager seemed extremely tired that day and out of sorts. Because there was another customer waiting he did not remove the lock at that time so apparently he completely forgot. Mistakes happen but it should not be at the cost of a customer. I am not happy at all!!!

This service has very neat and clean climate control storage room. I am greatly impressed and I am really satisfied with all information on storage policy, gate and etc. the workers are so friendly and they accepted to adjust communication access to my need. I am deaf and I am required to use notepad and pen for communication.
I love CubeSmart, the staff is excellent and they know here jobs. All there units are always clean in, they have any size unit you need, they are also understanding and compassionate when it comes to problems or difficulty with your finances as well.

The manager Demarco has a ghetto disrespectful attitude. Janky business practices. No higher up to talk with. You Cant get straight answers. They will lie add fees and locks on the unit right after payment is made. Feels like the employees might pocket some money the way they act. Ive been with them for years but now will take my business elsewhere.

Bought storage unit there they knew the buffer they were selling was junk and was stripped of its parts but never disclose that to me beware they did respond to me it was lip service if youd like to do something refund the part thats above scrap value which is about $75 and my gas you turned that unit and the buffer so people could not see that the wires had been cut/// I think Im done with buying off the internet when it comes to storage units representative ginters office is passing House Bill 373 to regulate internet storage auctions

This storage facility has indoor and outdoor space. Indoors is climate controlled. I keep electronics inside. I have a trailer outside. I been there for 6 years now.

I JUST RECENTLY RENTED A STORAGE UNIT AT CUBE SMART, NORTH RANDALL LOCATION. IVE HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY UNIT I RENTED.
Easy access and my items stored were always dry and untouched.

2022-01-23Quick and easy process. I was able to set up a rental unit online. I went to the office and was greeted by two professional young ladies who were able to take me on a tour of the facility, then I picked the storage unit that I wanted that would also fit my budget.

2022-02-19The customer service was OK; however, when I asked for a military discount because I was a retiree, it wasnt honored. There arent a lot of active duty here so why would you not honor a veteran asking for a military discount typically this is 10%, nonetheless it is less please keep in mind that retirees tend to be more stable and have more baggage when they return to their home of record.

2021-06-17The staff at my store on Warrensville Center Road were incredibly helpful. Essentially, it was a great experience because I had no issues. My items were safe, the facility was always clean, I felt safe in the facility regardless of the time of day, when I needed to change to a larger unit, they accommodated me on the spot. There were always quick replies and everyone was incredibly kind and professional - which mattered a lot since I was moving due to a terrible landlord and needed a safe place to store things until I could get into my new apartment. Thanks for making a stressful time a bit easier for me! I greatly appreciate your help, Jasmine!

2021-05-31The location is superb for easy in and out access. Its very clean and presentable. Employees were very courteous also. No fault with those things. However I paid the initial monies required to use a unit under the impression Id pay the whole monthly fee up front and earn the 25% off of my monthly fee for use of the unit from that payment on. My first bill came to over 100.00 and I immediately got an attitude seeing that I didnt see how paying the monthly fee up front saved me 25% if my bill still ran over 100.00. I apologize personally for not including insurance and taxes to my 88.00 initial thought agreement, but the person who took my order didnt say that my 88 dollars was without insurance coverage. Im very intelligent to know nobodys above taxes, but I allowed my lack of financial obligations on my part for thinking my insurance was included in the 88.00 payment. I wasnt thoroughly up to knowledge knowing that my money only covered the unit and nothing else, but u live and learn and no one else should go into a contract with them and not understand whats their total responsibility is. So now Ill be looking for a smaller less costly unit around 75. It was what I wanted at first anyway.

2021-09-02I like the units but they are overly price. & it has terrible access. They give you a pin to get into the storage building i got 3. Codes none of them gave me accessThey do not have good communication with their clients.They said you can use one of the trucks instead of a U-Haul but that was a lie. Their staff act like they know what they are doing. One says one thing and somebody else says different. They need to get trained correctly. Then it will be ok.

2021-07-22The manager Bree Bell was very patient and explained everything I needed to know. I really appreciated her assistance and kindness. I felt bad that I arrived within minutes of closing time to sign the contract yet Bree accommodated me. The unit is working out perfect.

2021-08-04I do not know who is work on 8/4/2021 at 1210pm, but if you dont like your job stay home. I know it bothers you when a customer is trying to get service but have to deal with your personal calls and attitude. When asking for a manager I was told to get the number off the building. Perfect Service!
