Always busy in the mornings and at night when closing. The times of when its busy and not are not accurate. Stuff are great but slow. Also the vitals takes super long to get through. Only have a couple maybe three people working at all times. Also only 4 to 5 people in the bed area which there should be 7/8. I spend an average of 1 Hour and 45 mins here
I really dont get how a place can perpetually understaff itself to the point where people leave. They have banks of beds they dont open, and insist on having one screener and one person doing thesticks, but you never fail to see three people come onto the donor forfl to comment on how many people are waiting, only to go back into the office area. Theres no reason waiting to behooked up should take 4x longer than your donation.But, they know youre broke and need the money, so who cares about customer service?
Bafflingly slow and understaffed. It takes 40 minutes to donate and 1.5 hours to get screened and hooked up to a machine because theres only ever a maximum of two screeners in the 6 booths. Its worse on slower days when they have one screener and minimal staff... It can actually take LONGER than on busier days. They need to get someone who can properly schedule staff.
Its horrible anymore most the old staff is gone and the new people cant do a thing right, theyre rude and disrespectful. And when you cant donate because of something and you do what they say, they make you repeat the process because theyre too stupid file paperwork. And we are letting these brain dead numb skulls draw our blood?
Theres always some reason you cant donate its a joke. One of the workers is anemic anf I am as well but she can donate and I cant. Sitting here now I was here first and they have stuck 3 other people and not me. They arent new donars either.
They need to let people know when they go in there and waste their time donating their plasma that you will get $45 but if you want to get money off their card its going to cost you anywhere from a dollar to $10 to get money off the card so not really getting $45 after they charge you all these ATM piece youre more like getting 30 bucks I suggest a change it cuz Im not going back again
Friendly staff but slow precessing in booths.....i was gonna transfer to dayton because its closer, but after reading the comments on their site i decided to stay in springfield.
Staff is great and professional. First thing in the morning I get screened and right in to donate. No wait!!

Well usually its good but i just called and the lady who would not give me her namevwas very rude and hung up on me..Very unprofesional.

2022-05-30I haven’t really had a bad experience here. Everyone is really friendly. They could work on communication with each other! The only issues I’ve ever had was the customers that come in and start complaining or if they have been standing there a long time. People really need to understand that short staffed means longer wait times! I understand sometimes will be fast but if they are training people or they have people on breaks it’s going to be a little bit longer!

2021-08-04Have always had great service here. Left for a little bit and came back to see some of the same faces, which is always great.I always get treated with respect and usually everything is pretty quick.They do have there slow moments, but that’s usually due to staffing issues.I know it won’t happen due to higher ups, but they need to bring back the tv’s

2018-10-08I am very impressed with CSL Springfield. They are so thorough and very cautious. I didnt see any indication of poor communication. Staff are all very friendly and work well together. I am helping others and making much needed extra money too.

2019-10-01Ive been donating for 2 years now ! Very friendly staff overall great experience . Only thing I really have to say about CSL is they definitely need more people in the booths because theres a 80% chance your waiting awhile to get to the back ! Meagan is my favorite but the rest of the staff is always so nice and professional as well!!

2021-03-08They will have u waiting in there hot sweaty lobby for 10-30 mins then take ur vitals and tell u oh ur .2 over the allowed temperature better luck tomorrow. Trash people. Trash sevice.

2019-05-07Very professional and friendliest medical staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet! It was my first ever plasma donation and they were very thorough and educational on the entire process and were able to answer my questions I had regarding the procedure.I sadly got sick during my donation, but the entire staff was very caring and made sure I was fine before I left the building. Was very nice to know that the staff cares about their patients!
