Went and stopped on our way back to Cleveland from Columbus. We dont have any in our area, yet. The cookies are pretty big and quite heavy. I dont want to know how any calories either. We got the party box and tried them all. I liked the chilled sugar cookies. The other ones were too much frosting and extra for me. My daughter and her friends liked them though.
These are the absolute best cookies in the world! They are always fresh and so delicious. I love how they have different flavors every week!

We were traveling into the area for a fun weekend and while stopping for gas, saw this cookie shop. Needless to say, we had to see what all the buzz was about. And let me tell you...it did not disappoint. They had so many flavors to choose from. While its a bit pricey, its worth the splurge every now and again. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped customers efficiently and quickly.

Today was my first time trying this place and I have to say it was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly clean fast and friendly. I got to the counter and the girl behind the counter asked me if it was my first time and explained everything they had to me and the different sizes for ordering. Everybody was working the entire time I was there. I ordered a full box and have been absolutely pleased with my order. These are definitely cookies taken up a notch I will recommend this to everyone!
It’s OK, nothing thrilling. The cookies tasted good when served warmed and fresh from oven. But that’s all cookies do. Flavors? Nothing special.

Since moving to the area I have tried Crumbl twice, each week I’ve had a new favorite. When I get through all flavors I will leave another review so far caramel popcorn is my favorite.
Out of topping and didn’t even tell us beforehand or offer us to change out the cookie. Handed us the box without asking if they were okay and walked away without shutting it. One of the cookies weren’t dressed properly. I work at another location and so many things were done incorrectly at this one! Come on Crumbl Crew you’re better than this!😕

These were far from the best cookies I’ve ever had. They were worse than off the shelf cookies. Also has any looked at serving sizes…. 7 in a single cookie 120%+ of your daily sugar intake in one cookie. Gross
When I walked in I was greeted by all 3 employees that were working. They did to the contactless ordering through their kiosk. Order was up and ready in less then 5 min. Over all great experience!

These are some of the best tasting cookies I have ever had. There are a few that I have run across that I don’t care for but they have unique flavors for sure and they are big and they change their flavors every week to make sure people don’t get bored with the flavors.

Great place for cookies. A weird model of doing business, but I really enjoy it. They come up with new flavors each week and then send it out to every store, and they make them! Delicious cookies everytime we visit, and we always get the box with all four of the flavors. 😋
I recently placed a catering order and went in to get some additional cookies. They did a great job! I ordered them for my sons birthday and football team meal. They all went crazy! They loved them so much. Caitlin was extremely helpful at helping me figure out what I needed in the party packs and even brought them out to the car when they werent quite done when I arrived. Highly recommend this location and staff. It was nothing but a positive experience from beginning to end!
First of all the Aroma when you walk into the store is so sweet and delicious! The cookies were HUGE! I ordered 12 to share at a gathering and we used a pizza cutter to slice into fours so we could all sample the flavors! Not one disappointed! Moist and delicious!!!

Yesterday was my first time in. It was absolutely great! Staff is super sweet and kind. I got a milk chocolate chip and omg! Hands down best Chocolate chip cookie Ive ever eaten in my life❤ worth every penny and its quite a large cookie. Will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Crumbl and it definitely won’t be our last! By far the BEST cookie me and my family have ever had. My personal favorite was the chilled sugar cookie but every one of flavors was delicious (and we tried all eight flavors they had available), we weren’t let down by any of them. If you haven’t been, walk, run, drive there immediately…. You won’t be disappointed!!
This was our first time trying and visiting a crumbl location! We went to the one in Delaware, Ohio! We had great service. The employee thoroughly explained the process and helped me order what I wanted! The cookies were packaged quickly and they looked beautiful! They tasted wonderful!!!!
These cookies are amazing. The staff is always polite and punctual based on the time you specify for your order. The warm cookies come warm and the chilled come cold. The cookies are always fresh and loved literally anywhere I take them. They are the perfect dessert item to bring to a last minute pot luck or shindig. They do a great job of cycling in fresh and awesome flavors every week. We are very grateful to have one close to us and we love to utilize them. My fellow firefighters always tell me that they hope my wife might stop by with cookies again soon.

My children really enjoy the cookies from here so I order them occasionally to treat them, and they’re always good. They specifically like the chocolate chip and Oreo flavored cookies. However the service has been very slow each time, especially considering I place my orders in advance. If I wanted to wait 20+ minutes for my order to be prepared I wouldn’t preorder it.
Always soft and delicious. Trying new flavors is my favorite! My go-to anytime I need to bring something and don’t have time to cook. Getting every flavor is a must for me each time! My girlfriends and I used to get together every month for pizza and ice cream. Now we get together for pizza and Crumbl.

Used the amazing Crumbl cookies for my sister’s bridal shower. They made the process so easy to order, they were so nicely packaged, and had a complimentary carry bag I could borrow to get them all to the event safely. The staff was so nice and helpful and obviously everyone at the shower loved the cookies. Will definitely use them for future events, and weekly to try the new flavors 😉
We ordered and picked up 5 dozen cookies for an Army retirement at the local Army Reserves Unit! The cookies— obviously— were a hit! Delicious and beautiful. Most importantly, all the people at Crumbl who helped us- from the phone order to pick up were kind, friendly and very accommodating in the midst of a very busy shop! Thank you for making our experience wonderful!
Curbside pick up is the best way to assure you get what you want. Waiting in line then being told you can only get certain cookies is discouraging but if you order for curbside, you’ll get what you want for sure! Definitely worth every penny. The cookies are huge! I haven’t been disappointed yet, I try coming every week to experience the new, different flavors!

Been here a few times great cookies!!!!! They say they always have chilled surgar cookies but I tried to get a dozen and they told me sorry we dont have them this week.. I usually buy a couple dozen and bring them back to Nebraska and share with family. Nice people just disappointed no sugar cookies...
While the cookies are delicious, the service at this location is 0/5 stars. There should not be an option for curbside service if they are unable to perform or deliver this in a timely manner. Twice I have placed a curbside order and waited 20+ minutes for service. When visiting our other local Crumbl store, my order comes out promptly when notifying the store through the app that I have arrived.
I really wanted to try the fruit pizza cookie, however, it was sold out. (Imagine that😉). So I opted to try the coconut,chocolate, caramel cookie. This os the best one I have tried yet. The flavors blended nicely together. Everyone greeted me as I walked in too. Great customer service.

We were very disappointed during your latest trip to this location, earlier today. We ordered the cookies this morning and then gave almost 30 minutes prior to picking them up which was later than the time the app said it would take to have them ready. When arriving to pick them up we were waiting for a little while. Eventually we were told that they didn’t have more chocolate chip cookies that we ordered so we could just take you some peace to replace them. I let them know that was one of our favorites so I asked how long is this going to be until chocolate chip cookies were ready and they told me a minimum of 30 minutes. I was then told if I didn’t want to pick a different type of cookie that I could just come back later in the day to get my cookies. I live a half an hour away from this location and I was picking up these cookies for someone as a gift. The employee didn’t apologize and just seemed kind of rude about it. So then I return several hours later. I tried to go to the drive-through but I sat there as employees kept looking at me and then they will just turn their head and walk away or continuing talking to another employee. No one ever acknowledged me or came to the window. Finally, I decided to come inside because it was obvious I wasn’t going to get any help in the drive-thru. I gave them my order information and they couldn’t seem to locate my order for quite some time. Eventually she brought over the cookies and said oh you only had the four chocolate chip cookies. I tried to explain to her what had happened earlier and she just seemed really snobby and brushed me off not really listening to me. After leaving I noticed the cookies just didn’t seem warm and fresh like they typically do whenever I’ve ordered before so this was extremely disappointing. Horrible customer service for the second trip in a row. I tried calling to let the store know about my experience but they didn’t answer the phone.
CRUMBL cookies are amazing!!! I love that they have new flavors every week. The regular size is big enough to share. We love them so much we placed a catering order for my baby shower and they were a huge hit! Some of my guests stopped on the way home to get an order for themselves! Haha

Saw a Facebook message about a new cookie place opening in Delaware, OH and thought I should give it a try. Plus, added bonus, they were giving FREE chocolate chip cookies to all customers on opening day! I was in!! The line was out the door, (and for good reason). In no time at all, and after talking to a very friendly staff member outside who detailed us on all of the ins & outs of Crumbl cookie, we were inside the cleanest bakery you have ever seen., and handed a warm melty chocolate chip cookie the size of my hand. Sooooooo good! We of course couldnt leave without a few more, so we tried the snickerdoodle, sugar (OMG!) and chocolate/peanut butter..... all delicious! And the price point, not so bad either in comparison to some other shops around this area. I have recommended Crumbl cookies to all of my friends and cant wait to visit again and try some new flavors!!
These are DECADENT. They are huge and super sweet, but delicious. I got a variety pack, but I love the original chocolate chip the best. I also love the chilled sugar that has a bit of an amaretto flavor if I treat it like 4 separate cookies 😆

I went the day after opening day and they were giving away one free chocolate chip cookie. The line was super long but it moved quickly. The staff was super friendly and there was one lady outside talking to customers in line and guiding you through if it was your first crumblr experience. Once inside, even though the line was long outside and they had to work super fast every one was working as a well oiled machine. No one was yelling or seemed upset. They were all friendly and nice. To customers and to each other. I got my free cookie while waiting for my 4 cookie box. It was so delicious! Warm out of the oven, the chocolate chips melting... super good! Also, these cookies are huge! I think it is every kids dream to have one of these when their parents say just one cookie. Every week the flavors change but this week I got a chocolate chip, a peanut butter bar, a Honey Graham, and a Sugar Chilled cookie. All of them were delicious but I liked the chocolate chip the most. The peanut butter bar was super good. I like chewy cookies and all of them were chewy and warm except for the chilled sugar (I mean, it is in the name!). I loved the taste of almond in the sugar chilled cookie. I had to remove some of the frosting because it was way too sweet for me but I dont think that will be an issue for regular people. My husband loved it with all the frosting. Overall I highly recommend this place! I think these cookies would make a great gift for a special occasion too. The packaging is cute and looks nice. Great taste, great service!! I will definitely come back!

The cookies live up to the photos! Theyre big, gooey and fresh. I loved the Honey Graham cookie it tasted quite unique. We went on free cookie day so it was quite busy and a bit of a wait. But the staff was handling it well and were friendly. Excited to go back.

I am a big fan of online ordering, and I was pleased to see that option with Crumbl. I interacted with three team members and each was pleasant, ready to be helpful, and seemed happy. I loved to see attention to detail in regards to food safety; a team member was portioning dough and her long hair was not only restrained but also braided. People who are experienced with food safety and/or long hair know that a pony tail isnt always enough! Last, but absolutely not least, these cookies are fantastic! The toppings are flavorful as opposed to just sweet. They dont live up to the brands name because they are soft and tender so they dont crumble much. Fabulous product and service!
The peanut butter chocolate cookie was pretty good! Definitely think people should be offered a napkin and a fork with it because it was super messy. Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite though and I was not impressed with theirs. I took so many bites with 0 chocolate chips in it which made the whole cookie taste strange. Definitely disappointed, but the service was great.

Sorry to say... Im not that impressed! Ive tried Crumbl at least 5 times and have found the cookies I general to be dry. I thought maybe it was the type, but no. Actually, the best was pumpkin pie at the holidays. Although some might appreciate the size, I would rather they be smaller to help with portion control. Im also disappointed that basically one is pressured into a tip with the way that its set up with the tablet. If they pay their employees appropriately, we shouldnt need to tip. Its not a sit down establishment, etc. Disappointed.
Every experience I’ve had at the Delaware, Ohio location has been fantastic. The manager and the staff are all so kind to my family and me. Really loved the blueberry crumble, it was very well balanced and had a really enjoyable texture.
Love the cookies but i dont like the wait time. Was in to get 4 cookies. It took 10 minites because u only have one girl making them and boxing them up! There was 8 people in line waiting for cookies🙄

I cant keep myself from going here. The cookies are the most amazing cookies ever. The chilled sugar cookie is my favorite. Then Oreo followed milk chocolate chip. The peanut butter one is also delicious. The store is extremely clean and associates are really friendly. You may think it is expensive at first glance but, honestly, youre getting 3-4 normal sized cookies from one of their normal sized cookies so not expensive at all. Its also very dangerous that they deliver via DoorDash...with milk!!! 😆

I genuinely love the cookies & atmosphere (normally). I’ve never had a bad experience until today. A young lady bought 5 cookies. Dropped one as soon as she got it. Got on the floor. The staff asked her “Was it the box? Or?” And she replied “I dropped it on accident, got all over the ground”. They said “Oh... sorry..”They would not just give her another one. Didn’t offer. Didn’t try to make it better. Didn’t even ask if she wanted another one. Just stared in silence. She was clearly embarrassed because it was busy and eventually turned around and walked out. I even spoke up and asked if she could have another one and no one responded. I would have paid for it if someone would have just acknowledged me. Its kids running a store, and that’s okay, but I think caring & compassion should be taught also. Idk if it’s policy to not cover an accident, but still.

I ordered 4 specific cookies and paid for it 45 minutes before we got there and at the time they were out of chocolate chip so I got two if the chilled sugar. When they came out and told me they didnt have two of the ones I ordered (chilled sugar) and asked what I wanted instead.EXPLAIN to me why I paid for it ahead of time I should be GUARANTEED to get what I want if its in stock at the time and be priority before a walk in. Its absolutely ridiculous. I will never be returning to this location.
Crumble has the best cookies I have had I awhile there sizes are perfect for sharing with someone are eating it by yourself and there ice cream is not what they are known for but it was just as amazing as there cookies

I’m not from Delaware but whenever I’m in the area, the one place I love to go is to Crumbl Cookies! I always get the box of 4 and I love the idea that they come up with new weekly flavors. The snickerdoodle cookie is one of my personal favorites, but all of the cookies come out warm and they taste so fresh!
My mom brought home a beautiful pink box this morning with 4 giant cookies and my 4 year old was so excited to see what was inside! Every flavor was wonderful and the presentation made them really feel like a special treat. We’ll definitely be back!

I tried 4 cookies and they were maybe a 3/5 tops. Chocolate chip was the best. Too thick and the result is tasting more like an unevenly cooked bland shortcake. Most grocery bakeries have much better TASTING cookies. This is more of a giant cookie fad place.The employees were very nice, very clean and professional.Go support a real local bakery and buy quality not wasteful designer boxing with a low quality cookie in it. I’m not a green freak but do we really need to be spending more on boxing than the end product.Most quality grandmothers could produce twice the number of cookies this place makes in a day and they seem to need 7 full time employees...
Tried #crumbldelaware for the first time today and was not let down! We had the honey graham cracker, frosted snicker doodle, confetti and chilled iced sugar cookies. BEST cookies youll ever have. Service is phenomenal as well! Not what youd expect for a cookie joint! I wouldve taken a picture of the cookies themselves but they didnt survive the drive home. 😂 Crumbl Cookies

Grandkids from Philly were thrilled to find a Crumbl Cookie location 20 minutes from our home. They had seen and heard about them from friends posts but there were none in Philly. They swooned over the cookies. The ordering was messed up somehow and our third cookie was not charged for but happily supplied when they realized we had asked for it. Free cookie was the icing on the cake, er, cookie, so to speak!
So so so good and fresh!!! I love being able to go in and get fresh hot cookies on demand! The peanut butter chocolate chip, Twix and chocolate chip are among my favorites. The rotating menu makes me want to come back all the time!

Crumbl Cookies in Delaware is an awesome surprise. These aren’t ordinary cookies - they are more like a dessert cookie. We actually cut them into little slices, like a pie, so the entire family can sample all of them. I’ve visited multiple times since they opened and love to try new varieties that are featured each week. Many of the team members are young people with outstanding customer service skills, which is a rarity these days. Keep up the good work!

I love the cookies but this time I was disappointed. I took a bite into my sour patch kids cookie. And there was. A hair in the icing.. I stopped eating it . Took it apart only to find 2 more in the icing. I miss threw the cookie away!
Crumbl Cookie in Delaware, Ohio is fantastic. Clean and amazing customer service.They greet you as you come in the door. They maintain the 6 ft social distancing and they have a no contact check out. Brooke A. was great and knowlegeable when she waited on us. She explained the process and how we can order. The cookies are delicious. I love that there are two standard cookies and 4 new flavors each week. The size of the cookies are as big as an adult hand. You can grab one of each flavor and have plenty to share. (I quarter them.) I get on the app every Sunday to see what the new flavors will be.
So excited about this new cookie shop! The flavors are unique and delicious and they only use the highest quality ingredients. We had the best customer service from Abby and cant wait to share this place with ours friends!

What a great addition to Delaware!!! We have enjoyed every cookie we’ve tried but really liked the toffee, the peanut butter and of course the chocolate chip! My son Even chose to have these at his birthday party rather than doing a cake. The service is always amazing, especially by Ryleigh. Very thankful to have them in town.
Amazing cookies and ice cream! Relatively fast, since they are busy often.. Self service kiosks and online ordering makes it so easy. Very unique flavors too. A really cool business model.
Amazing rotating cookie menu. It does get very busy on weekends and some evenings. Better to place your order online and go in to pick them up. Drive-thru takes a while and is oddly placed on the side of the building.
Just bought one each of the candy cookies (m&m, Butterfinger, kit kat , and heath bar). DELICIOUS! the heath bar cookie was so rich and chocolatey, the Butterfinger was my favorite with the peanut butter cookie (so moist and yummy). The M&M was delicious too! Yummy buttery cookie and plenty of candy in it. Just great cookies all around!

The Peanut Butter Cup cookie is amazing. So creamy good. The Cornbread Cookie was unexpectedly very good. It’s not exactly sweet but, it’s sweet enough. I’m so glad I tried it.

Stopped by last night. Had the free chocolate chip, the huge frosted sugar cookie and the monstrous frosted Graham cracker cookie.These cookies are big and filling!! Would be great for Birthday parties and any other type celebration. Even Christmas! Cant wait to see those holiday and seasonal cookies! Run about $4.99 a cookie but theyre BIG cookies!!
The only issue is ordering from the app and having someone else pick it up. Then you cant check in.
My Wife placed an app order, she notified Crumbl when I showed up... After about 15 minutes of waiting in my car, I went inside... I stated that I was there to pick up our app order, the staff acted like they did not know an order was placed... I was then told it would be 15 more minutes... I asked for the order to be canceled and the money refunded... My Wife and I are very disappointed! The order was placed well ahead of my arrival... We were looking forward to cookies and we came away empty.
Let someone take two doordash orders without even checking and making sure they were delivering for the two, didn’t even ask for the names! now we have two orders without their food. Not only were the people not helping, their own suggestion was to just call doordash ourselfs. Zero communication and we waited for twenty minutes for both of them before they decided to ask. Wouldn’t recommend ordering or using doordash for it they don’t seem to know what they’re doing

Customer service is incredible!! Most helpful and hardworking team I’ve seen. The store itself is always clean, and radiates positivity. The cookies come out spectacular, and always warm :) I’m obsessed!! Someone that represents all of these things is Laney, everytime i’ve been there she’s been nice, positive, and constantly hardworking.

I walked in and I first noticed how clean and organized the place was. The cookies are very good and big! The cookies definitely looked how they where advertised. The service was quick and good too. I enjoyed my experience at Crumbl Cookies!
Generally I have wonderful experiences with Crumble. However i had to remind them to put the jelly on the pb&j cookie 2 weeks ago. And yesterday they had maybe half an inch of the brownsugar cinnimon part of the swirl. I pointed it out to the girl and she said that was right...didnt look like the picture and tasted like a sugar cookie with vanilla frosting. Wow.
Usually i have amazing experiences here. i come here every week for the flavors they feature. but today was very off putting. the worker at the POS was very very passive aggressive and a little rude when taking my order. 🥲

2021-10-11Their cookies were so delicious, so we came back for the second visit within a week. Except for the iconic milk chocolate chip, they rotate 4-5 kinds of cookies weekly. If youre not an adventurous eater, you can still find some classics options. When you visit the store, you can see they have many workers but still keep the environment neat. And their service is also lovely and energetic.Their boxes are pink and cute, and I highly recommend getting a party box and share with your family or friends. The best thing is that the cookies are so warm as you get them. You cant wait to have a bite right away. Even though I am not a sweet tooth, I cans resist the warm and soft cookies.

2021-07-04We discovered this cookie chain when they opened where we live in Charlotte. We enjoy trying their rotating weekly flavors, so when we were in Delaware visiting family, we stopped by.We got the Cornbread and Coconut Lime cookies this time. Both were good. The Cornbread was my favorite and it was very unique. The Coconut Lime was good too, but it was almost the same as their chilled sugar cookie.For a chain place, these cookies are really good. While their cookies rotate every week, a lot of the flavors tend to be almost the same with just a new frosting on it. I try to find ones with a different base cookie so that they dont all taste the same.If youve never tried them, theyre definitely worth checking out.

2022-02-02I was there last week on a Thursday. There was a younger man working the counter and I was with my 3 year old daughter. He very kindly greeted me and my daughter. I told him we have never been here and he went through the menu and how things were done perfectly. I felt very welcomed, informed and comfortable during the entire process. Absolutely will be back when I have a day off work that aligns with their open times. I love the rotating menu idea. Cookies were a hit with me and the kids!

2021-07-20If you don’t live near a Crumbl, haven’t tried it yet or want to see if it’s worth the hype- keep reading. I tried Crumbl for the first time this May and have gone back a handful of times since. I have tried maybe a little over a dozen flavors and have a few points to make.1. Their flavors are unique. It’s not just anywhere that you’ll find a brownie sundae or strawberry pop tart cookie. They get very creative with the flavors and presentation of the cookies; sometimes mimicking popular candies or treats that we all know and love. I’d say that’s unique to Crumbl. They also rotate every week starting on Monday (I believe, new flavors come out Sunday nights at 8pm EST)2. The cookies are massive. About the size of your hand. They’re made to share and are definitely giftable, making a good treat for anyone. They also cater, with smaller versions of their popular cookies available.3. Onto the maybe* not so good part of Crumbl, aka the only thing I’d change. The consistency. Out of the 15 or so cookies I’ve tried, a little over half of them I’d give above an 8/10 rating. The others tend to vary. For example, during a recent lineup they offered a lemon glaze cookie, but it was missing flavor entirely for me. Another cookie I wasn’t a fan of was the hazelnut mudslide, which tasted almost burnt to me. Everyone has flavors they like and dislike, but sometimes I just straight up can’t taste anything.4. On the other hand, some flavors were absolutely delicious. Snickerdoodle Cupcake, Caramel Apple, Oreo, and Orange Julius have been my favorites thus far. I just wish there was less variability within how much flavor there is at times, like I stated before.5. Lastly, if you don’t live close to either this location or another location, I’d say it’s worth the try overall if you ever get the chance. Go on a week where you know you’d like the flavors and see for yourself.To conclude, these cookies are fun, unique, and usually have a perfect balance of flavor/sweetness. I’d definitely recommend stopping by and trying their rotating flavors.

2022-01-03Amazing good cookies. My favs are the iced sugar and the Rice Krispie treats. I do think the stores could sell even more cookies if they offered little bits or wedges of cookies to sample. I was on the fence about a few flavors so I only got a box of 4.

2022-06-17Absolutely love the cookies here! But costumer service was awful! My fiancee went for a curbside pick up order, waited outside for probably 10mins before realizing it said delivered on the app. So he went inside, to find all the workers in the back talking with the cookie just setting out. They asked for his name, and proceeded to tell him it gets busy at times (even though they were just in the back talking and no one else was in the store) so he told them no one else was in the store that they were just talking and they snapped back at him why he had to get curbside, why make it an option if people are going to be lazy and not do it or get snappy they have to walk outside the store? Just unprofessional
