Crocs customer service is a joke. Trying to return an order but when I called the number on the website it says they are not accepted calls at this time. When I finally found a number to talk to someone I was on hold fir 15 minutes before I decided to hang up. I will never buy anything from this company again.
I wanted to like these shoes and wore them to see if I could .. However even with the correct size ..The way these are made they were very uncomfortable.. I tried to return the shoes and unfortunately this store wont back the satisfaction of the customer ..Theres no way to know if a shoe will work if you can not wear them especially with the awkward make and material ..I wont recommend this store based on customer satisfaction that is apparently not a priority ..I have a pair of shoes that I cant wear .. For the price of these shoes and the trinkets I bought for the shoes Im very disappointed..
Meh…..for $54.99 you’d think you’d be able to return perfectly unworn crocs! The crocs sizing is weird I thought a size 8 would fit fine but I got home after I cut the tags off I realized, I needed a larger size, now I’m stuck with these! I would recommend buying crocs from any other place where you can actually return or exchange 🤨
Not a great experience this evening, according to the website it states that they are open till 8. I walked up to the door and tried to open it and The door was locked, so I stepped back and checked again to make sure i read that correct. Again stated it was open till 8, I was there at 7:25. Then one of the employees in a tie-dye tee shirt snapped at me all the way from the register that they where closed. then it appeared that she rolled her eyes. Due to this... I may consider looking for my crocs else where. Not a great start.
5 stars to Crocs Polaris Staff!! Yesterday we were in the store when the mall shut down due to a panic. The staff working Sunday were incredible! I am so grateful to girls for making me and my family feel safe and comfortable!I love the Crocs Polaris Store. The staff is always amazing and always the most helpful. They are knowledgeable of Crocs and deserve praise. It get pretty busy in the small store but they always put their best foot forward. Crocs Polaris will always be the only Crocs store that gets my loyalty for their above and beyond customer service! See the staff and them Angela sent you!
Polaris Mall location has “HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”!!I went to the Crocs store at Polaris Mall today. I want to start out by saying that I usually don’t write bad reviews unless I feel like someone really done a bad job or gave bad customer service.Today I went in to exchange a pair of shoes I bought for my daughter. I happen to buy one size too small. All I wanted was to exchange for the correct size, maybe a different color/print. The manger gave me a really hard time for being out of 45 days return limit.I understand that there are policies which she has to follow. But there was no reason for being rude and yelling at me for wanting to exchange for a different size. She made me feel like I was trying to pull a quick one on her. She told me multiple times that I was pass the 45 days return window. She also made me feel bad for not knowing my kids shoe size.And that she didn’t need you return or exchange anything for me. After taking with her for a while she did allow me to exchange for a size up. She wouldn’t even let me pay the difference for a different pair of shoes that my daughter wanted.What made me really upset was that at the end of the transaction, she wouldn’t let her employee give me back my original Receipt. The manager said that there was another pair on the original receipt, and she didn’t want me to try to come back and return it at a later date.I have never been publicly embarrassed by someone at a retail store for wanting to exchange an item.*** I didn’t realize that I was pass the 45 days return/ exchange policy***VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!WILL TAKE MY HARD EARN MONEY SOME PLACE ELSE!!!
I went to the store Tuesday to purchase nursing shoes for work and nobody addressed me. They all were standing at the cash register gossiping as I shopped around the store with no help. A white women walked into the store and they promptly greeted her and offered help. At that moment I put the shoes down and said I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I’ll personally never buy crocs again for my children or myself. Customer service should be universal no matter color, creed, or kind. When place make me feel unwelcomed I leave. I went and spent my money at DSW where I got fantastic service from arrive to departure.
Purchased 3 pairs of crocs (wife and two daughters). After just 1 hour in them they could no longer continue to wear them due to developing soft spots on their feet. I attempted to return the products the next day and was denied because their return policy states you can return unworn items within 45 days but it also states If there is a quality issue with your item, it may be returned for a refund within 90 days. In my opinion, shoes that cause soft spots to develop on feet (especially after only an hour of wear) fall into the bad quality category. Im NOT satisfied with the product, but even more so with the store manager at CROCS POLARIS FASHION CENTER, Columbus, OH, who didnt even give me a chance to explain what was happening. Im proud to say that I will NEVER be a crocs costumer again.
Very very disappointed... Walked in to get some Duet Scutes,Baya Slide or Yukon Slide. Only to be informed that they dont carry them in the store and it was not that they were out of stock they just did not cary them. Now you would think that a shoe store during the summer would carry at least one of the single strap versions. Dont get me wrong I love Crocs, have a few pairs that have lasted ages. So this review is amied at this store not the company.
I was sad that of three prs of crocs flats, the two pair made in Bosnia fit perfectly...the one pair made in Vietnam are HUGE. The company needs to make sure that all manufacturers have the SAME size pattern for cutting out basically the same shoe. The tiny Vietnamese must think Americans have gargantuous feet! Yes I wear size 11 womens, but when I order 11 and I can walk right OUT of the shoes (a first for me!😄) there is a problem. I would expect ALL your size 11s to be the same size.

2022-07-01Absolutely terrible customer service. i picked out a pair for my boyfriend as a gift and confirmed that we could exchange them if we needed another size before i paid and was promised a return/ exchange would be welcome within 45 days of purchase. a week after purchasing i tried to exchange for one size smaller and was denied because they were “too worn” when he had only tried them on for a minute on my carpet before determining they were the wrong size. nobody in the store was willing to help us in any way and an exchange was denied. apparently nothing can be done to satisfy a loyal customer who has been wearing crocs her whole life. never buying another pair again!

2022-08-08My children were trying on crocs and always put things back and the employee pushed in front of us to put the shoes we were trying on back on the wall. We werent even done deciding!!!!

2022-04-26Masks and social distancing are still required when EVERYONE has dropped this nonsense. Let people be responsible for their own health. This store is located inside a busy shopping mall and they stopped me from entering and expected my family to wait in line at the door with several other families (not social distanced in a crowded walking isle). Its stupid. So we will never shop here again.

2022-01-03Bought a pair as a Christmas gift, but despite it being their normal size they noted that they ran small and were uncomfortable. No problem, well just go a size up and everything would be fine. Went to go exchange for a larger size and was told that since the shoe was worn, store policy was that they were unable to be returned or exchanged. When asked how are they supposed to know if it will fit or not until trying it on and was told a number of recommendations thata) werent communicated when bought or on the receiptb) certainly wouldnt be something youd expect followed from a christmas gift andc) wouldnt inform you how the shoe would work in situations where youd actually use it.So the take away point I got was if you plan on buying something as a gift, you have to divine the correct shoe size since it doesnt appear to line up correctly, and if you dont, congratulations on your $60 pair of doorstops after 15 minutes of uncomfortable use. I could understand an argument for not taking a return for cash after use, but not being able to exchange for a size that works is absolutely asinine. Avoid at all costs, especially for gifts.

2021-12-14Average Crocs store . Called the store before my visit and the girl was very polite and helpful. They have most crocs , it just so happened the pair I was looking for is out of stock ....but its out of stock everywhere.
