I contacted this company to help me locate and remove a dead animal from underneath my mobile home. I told them that it was somewhere in the underbelly and that i had not had any luck finding them. They said they would come take a look. When they arrived the guy that showed up spent maybe a half hour looking around under my trailer then told my wife that They would not search in the underbelly for it. He then told her that It was definitely cats living under our home and that there were no signs of any other animal down there and that the company does not deal with cats or dogs. paid $200 for that.I took matters into my own hands and put a trap down underneath my home in an attempt to catch the cats. I used canned cat food as bait and to my surprise the very 1st night I caught 2 possums. Ive since caught 2 more possums underneath my trailer with no signs of any cats at all. Im not really sure what I paid for other than them not knowing what they were dealing with.
Matt and Brandon responded quickly to my call to remove a groundhog from under my rear stoop. They were efficient and timely, and humanely removed the animal. I have used their services previously and would use them again in the future. I highly recommend Critter Control.
I called around the area to find a company that can clean out rodent droppings from my crawl space, every other company offered a free estimate but not this company. They wanted $229 just to come out to look. That price did not include any cleaning. No thanks

Wayyyyy overpriced ~ I chose to go with Orkin. Orkin was half of the price, without added pricing for bait traps.......and no additional charges for returning within 30 days! Big difference

2022-04-26They have been removing moles from my yard for the past year. Today they removed traps saying that my contract expired. A simple phone call to renew would have been professional.

2022-06-08I had a raccoon problem that was resolved for now. Used Critter Control last year also and many were trapped then as well. Happy with this company and Jake who set the traps. I will probably use this service again as there will be more raccoons in my future.

2022-01-17Called and scheduled for my day off, was told it would be between 8-noon, After 2 calls and excuses the person finally called after 1:00 and stated he would be there within an hour. Also I needed to sign a form, but the person coming out HAS COVID so I need to do it on line. This was not possible because I was at my mothers and she doesnt have internet. At 1:30 I called to cancel and the person shows up. Stating he has covid, I told him that he was no longer needed, 1 due to being 1 hour and 30 minutes later than the scheduled and that he has covid. Why was he out working. I called the office and asked if the appointment was canceled and they said yes, then I asked about my refund I had to make when scheduling. I was told I was not charged until services were rendered.

2021-11-23I had an issue with raccoons in my crawl space. Jake was great at setting and checking the traps. After less than 2 weeks, I no longer hear any critters rummaging around in the crawl space. I definitely recommend them for getting rid of unwanted critters.

2021-04-30Took $240 for “consultation,” which consisted of me telling them I have critters living under my deck. Traps were placed and baited no more than two times. Caught nothing in 3 weeks packed up and left. Brilliant business model though must be saidCool, can I get my refund since you accomplished nothing?

2021-09-09I had at least one raccoon in my attic and couldnt figure out how he was getting in. Jake found it in 15 minutes. Although he wasnt caught (he left and never came back) I was able to seal the opening on my roof. If he does come back Critter Control will come back out at no charge.
