The employee was quite good and knowledgeable. The quote for services is reasonable and we are considering. On the downside, I received four other emails today. Not sure I needed all of them.
Mike did a great job removing a very gross dead raccoon from our property; he was polite and helpful. It was a nasty job and he persisted in getting it done. He was also here in a timely manner. Thank you!
Hired them to catch a groundhog living under our shed. Paid $250 plus tax, they were only suppose to come out for 2 weeks but they didn’t catch it.. came out for 4ish weeks, still didn’t catch it. We’ve seen it around it’s burrow, so we know it’s still there. 🤷🏼♀️The office has provided great customer service however we are disappointed that they have been unable to catch the groundhog.
Bait and switch! The reason we hired Critter Control was because they claimed they would remove an animal AND repair the damage it caused to our house. Well the caught the raccoon but after several months of stalling now they refuse to complete the repairs the quoted. Now we will have to find another company, pay the inspection fees, and wait until they have availability. Don’t trust this company, they will obviously say anything to get the work but won’t follow through.
Mixed feelings about the experience. Had a squirrel in the attic. Knew general area of the entry point. Set trap. Heavy rain 2 days later caused water to enter into my main level. Had to get a friend out to find find where water was coming in. Found a large opening in soffit where squirrel chewed. Friend plugged the hole to stop water from coming in. Had to move the traps to make the repair. Tech came out next day and took the traps. Said they were done AFTER 2 DAYS. No one ever said anything to me about moving traps. I asked if he could put them back in same spot. He said no, and that they were done. Manager was extremely defensive of the decision. I was a bit irritated since I paid ~$250 for 2 days of trap setting. I had to protect my home and keep water from pouring into the main level and basement - that is a non negotiable. At the end of the day, the manager agreed to waive a future service call if the animal had chewed its way out. After ~2 weeks of activity, they came back out and set traps with no service fee. Really appreciated them being accommodating.They ended up catching an squirrel outside. But still heard critter in attic. Im giving it 3 stars for a three reasons. One, there really wasnt any consistency in their service. Multiple people would come to look at traps and do things differently. Sometimes they would close the traps over weekend, other times they didnt. They also said they would replace the trap if animal was caught. Well, they didnt do that. Was a little annoyed since I kept hearing a squirrel in my attic. Thought that it was important to trap in same place that other one was caught. Last thing was the note they left when job was finished. Basically said that it was a mouse in attic instead of a squirrel. Well, I had to get another animal trapper out here right after that. They trapped in my attic, whereas Critter Control would not do that. Caught the nuisance animal (squirrel) the very next day! And I paid much less for the service.
I had a squirrel in my attic that was driving me crazy. For such a small animal they can make a lot of noise. It was coming in on my soffits that the covering had come off. Mike came out very nice guy, and told me everything he was going to and step by step. He set a trap and in 3 days he was caught. my nightmare was over.
They were informative and the traps worked so quickly to catch and remove the ground hogs that had been living under our shed. They have been hired to do some prevention services to help us not get anymore animals under our shed.
Sebastian was very professional and courtesy. He explained everything in an easy and understandable way prior to starting any work. Contacted them to remove a groundhog from my property. They set a trap and it was caught within 24 hours. Not cheap, but they did a good job and kept a trap there for 7 days after catching the first one to see if others were nearby (they werent).

A GREAT COMPANY and GREAT PEOPLE who will work with you to help solve the unwanted spring critters that destroy under our sheds and decks (skunks and groundhogs). They also respect your property by texting when techs should be checking and clearing/resetting traps, securing your gate, leaving you a report card of date and time. No recurring problems with rodents. Consistently checks traps.One thing—I never know if rodents are found in the traps.

This service was terrible. Not conscientious not productive! Used for 5 weeks and they dumped me while still showed signs of active rodents. Will never use again.
Removed nest but did not seal the entrance. The birds came back the next day despite the shiny flag stuff.
Quick turn around on Christmas Eve. Price was a little outrageous, but understand due to the day.
Friendly staff. Made daily checks. Unfortunately they did not trap my skunk.🤬

2022-07-20They came out on the day they said they would and took care of my groundhog issue and even sent me a picture as requested. They came out to check every few days for any new activity and promptly removed the traps when done.Very professional. Great about texting with update. And very responsive and easy to use.Thanks guys!

2022-04-21Ben and Amanda were awesome! They were personable and quickly solved my issue. It wasnt cheap, but they fixed the issues I didnt want to deal with so it was worth every penny. The racoons are gone from my chimney and the caps were installed the next day, cant ask for more than that.

2022-07-17They caught the critter which was a raccoon. They did all necessary repairs except for one. I am waiting for them to schedule that repair, as I will need to be there to enable them to enter house to do the repair work.

2022-05-18Customer service was not clear as to what would happen when they scheduled the service. We expected inspection and vent covers to be done in a single visit. The inspection was completed but now we have to schedule another service.

2021-06-08Disappointing to say the least. I am hoping this review may help save someone else some money.We had squirrels getting into our garage roof and I hired this company to help resolve the issue.My expectations: the company would come, humanely flush out the squirrels, and block the entrances. The fixes could have even been temporary, just so long as the squirrels could not get back in.What they actually did: Took $260 and set traps on the roof. Then charged $60 for each squirrel they caught. They did catch one. But we have about 50 squirrels that bounce around the neighborhood. I wasnt interested in catching all of them. After about a week, I told them it was enough. I wish they would have been more honest and stated that their services wouldnt really help us. The squirrels that were getting into our roof werent even passing by the traps they set.My husband and I have had better luck just banging on the roof to scare them out at night. When the roofing company comes, that is what we will do to make sure none of them are trapped inside.This company is probably great if you have a rodent problem in an enclosed space where they can set their traps, but otherwise, not really a solution.

2021-09-24Would not recommend, I am out of state and had family assist, neighbors watched as the person setting trap would drive by never getting out of the vehicle, they did not bait traps as far as we could tell. They stated they would clean up animal feces and never once did this. Job was left as Completed but still have the animal issue.

2021-08-28Apparently I should of read the squirrel reviews before going with this company. Called them to get squirrels out of the attic. They came out numerous times set “traps” never caught anything. So the tech decided to close up the point of entry. Leaving the squirrels in the attic only to chew another spot to get out. We are now out around $450+ and still in the same boat as when we started.
