This location is always so helpful and they get you in and out quickly!! I go there often for our staffs cell phones. They are always trying to find ways to help is save money on our group/family plan!

The absolute best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁 I had broken my phone and didnt know what to do. The sales rep went out of his way and tried his best to help recover my gmail. I had zero information and he found it all for me. Helped me retrieve my contacts that I thought I had lost for sure, I highly recommend this store. Amazing experience. I was greeted promptly as soon as I entered the store and recognized. This is something we dont experience at many retail locations nowadays. The sales rep took time to explain the rate plans to me and took his time setting up the phone after my purchase. Loved it. highly recommend this location and very accessible
I have never been a fan of writing reviews, but after being treated so wonderfully by the staff, who greeted me with smiles and helped me recover each and every picture on my phone and contacts, I was WOWED by the level of attentiveness....no wonder this seems to be the busiest Cricket store in America. No matter how many customers are at the store, each sales rep takes the time to handle every customers needs. From questions about bill payments and plan changes or whether a certain feature isnt working, each rep took their time to explain and resolve every issue that occurred. I was a former Verizon customer, that switched to Cricket after they merged with AT&T. My sales representative took the time to break down each and every single plan to me, while comparing it to my current plan from Verizon. I was overpaying by thousands of dollars each year and receiving not even a quarter amount of data usage. As I stood there, I saw each and every rep, take the time to handle each customer respectively. This store has the most knowledgeable reps I have ever come across and wont have you waiting in line for hours. I was in and out of the store with my number ported within 15 minutes. I remember the first time I purchased a cellphone from Verizon. It was a nightmare, I was there for 3 hours. This store is a blessing and I highly recommend each and every person to come witness customer service at its best with a friendly and fun loving stuff. Thank you Cricket Glenway.
Best cricket ever!! The guy with the full beard is amazing and so nice!! I Saw him helping 4-5 customers at a time and he did it flawlessly. He even opened the door for every last customer! Thats service you dont see any more!!
Great experience! Came in to inquire about Cricket and the salesperson did a phenomenal job explaining all of the plans and the coverage. He explained the differences between cricket and other carriers. Everyone in the store was friendly and customers were laughing and interacting. I highly recommend this cricket store to all of my friends and family. Definitely made me a customer for life!
The sales people arent able to accommodate much or work around your budget. My friend was advised to apply for an installment plan through a third party company. $100+ for a low grade smart phone and a basic data plan. Not worth the money. I pay half that at another provider. The employees are nice though and try to be somewhat helpful but theres not much leverage to make a successful sale for people on a budget.
The best service. I am always impressed by the level of care and helpfulness i recoeve whenever i come to this location. I am always greeted as i walk through the door. The salespeople do their best and will work with you to make sure you get what suits your need. I have been very happy with cricket and the service i receive at glenway location is the reason why. Came in to buy a phone and had a very quick experience. The sales person took his time to explain all of the rate plans to me and explained the difference between cricket and other carriers. They also set me up for autopay. All of the sales reps were smiling and happy. It made for a wonderful experience
The staff was very professional and helpful. They were patient and helped me get the right phone/plan at a great price. Definitely recommend going here to anyone. Usually I am used to waiting for hours to get a phone plan set up with a lot of unnecessary questions and wasted time. My sales rep transferred all of my information. Employees are very familiar with their product. I do take the time to explain the various features of each phone while also asking you what you need. I regret not taking the time to speak up on certain issues rather than allowing someone else (Cricket employees) to make a decision for me because it led to my SD card being stolen as well as my husband receiving a product that was severely damaged without knowing it. I would advise anyone buying or purchasing anything from here to make sure you thoroughly look through it and get your receipt because without it youre unable to make a return if necessary, outside of that Cricket is great

I will not return to this store as long as they have dishonest people like that working there & I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either. Omg this is the best cricket store in the city. I purchased my phone and service 2 yrs ago (yes time for an upgrade Ali lol) and Ive had lots of issues and problems with service....mostly customer service. Other locations are rude and the lines are killer. Ive waited in line over 30 mins on several occasions just to make a payment. Not this store. The associates there are kind, friendly and professional. Theres usually no wait or a very short wait. They greet you as soon as you walk in. Theyre even open on Sundays. Ive debated canceling my service several times and honestly these guys keep me coming back. If you dont live on the west side of town, its def worth the trip! So many times we take time to complain.....take time to acknowledge those who are actually doing something right! My friends and family all come to this location now - glenway ave. Came here with my mother to check out the prices and compare them with other carriers. The salesperson was very attentive to detail and explained the difference our current plan and what they offer. We switched over from Verizon with Crickets new family plan and would never look back. We are saving over $160 each month, with a much better plan. This is the best cricket store, I have ever stepped into and highly recommend each person to visit this location if they want salespeople who care and will go out of their way to help you out and answer your questions.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone. I let the sales manager talk me into a phone that I wasnt even interested in at all. Against my better judgement I bought the phone because he swore to me it was a better product. The phone turned out to be the worst phone I ever owned. It was super glitchy and had no storage space. I couldnt even improve the storage situation by adding a 32GB sd card, which meant that I had half the apps that were on my previous phone. Less then a week later, I was fed up and took the phone back. The sales manager was very condescending and argumentative.. trying to make me appear combative to his other customers, he wouldnt acknowledge the fact that the phone did not meet the standard of my previous phone. I went to this store to upgrade to a better phone, but seriously downgraded instead. And after all that, I still had to pay full price for the phone I originally wanted, as if I never bought a phone in the first place. What a rip off. If i could rate this store a negative two stars, I would. I wouldnt recommend this store to my worse enemy

All of these bad reviews must be from some very bitter people who didnt get their way.The sales rep at glenway are absolutely amazing. I have been xoming here for ever and every exchange these guys are knowledgeable and helpful. I have myself witness irate customers who were making unrealistic demands, but the sales staff always stay poised and do their best.I only buy my phones from here and would go anywhere else. They will give you all the time in the world if they arent busy.The guys are prompt. Ive been to colerain and norwood and waited hours. I feel like i am at the Bmv there. Very unpersonal and not friendly at all. These guys are always smiling and happy.Glenway you deserve my review. I just came in after 6 months and the store looks amazing after the remodel. Auto payment kept me away but im glad i stopped in today.

This staff on this store looks fine when u buy some thing from them but for some reason when u return it they will be mad on u, they will try to disrespect you I think they dont even know we have the right to return if we change our mind or we dont need it anymore. So I took my mom to cricket to get her phone fixed since she bought the phone from mijer and having trouble transfer her old number to cricket ... We were given help from the ponytail guy who called Kroger I wireless and got the correct account number to transfer her phone number.... This guy was AMAZING AND SUPER HELPFUL and he even gave us some sour patch kids while we wait on hold.... He made all the problems go away and fixed the issue .... And he will continue to help even if Kroger gives us problems

One of the workers was very nice and very helpful however when his coworker took over it eas all downhill from there. The guy had us so confused, refused to listen to our questions. Etc.. I kept saying i didnt want to switch phones but im the end i ended up withba new phone that i basically hate. Not only that but he kept a piece of paper with names andvpass words on them and did not transfer all my pictures and videos over to the new phone. Plus he kept giving us his opionion on everything. And sold my mom a cover in a color she didnt want even after she kept saying no she didnt want it. I called costumer service once now i have to call again about my phone.
Phenomenal job by the sales rep. I was lost and went out of my way to set my new phone up exactly like my old one. Transferred all of my stuff and even helped me reset my work password.
These crooks added a $50 Universal Case to my bill without telling me when going in to just replace a phone, assured me because if my great personality that I could have any case I want! Only to find out after I got home it was on the receipt, $50 added.
All the other reviews must be made by cricket employees. First, this is not a cricket owned store. Its a franchise. The store is terrible. My experience was the sales team were too pushy and lie about a model theyre trying to unload asap. There is maybe 7-10 phones to choose from. Thats it. Its hilarious the store is so big and you walk in and see a small desk with a few phones on it. The staff lied to me about the quality of the phone they tried to push on me. They do not carry most of the phones their website has. Bottom line, buy online from cricket. The selection of phones is a lot better and prices are lower. (Stores will not honor any online prices) and some pushy kid wont try to get you to buy a phone you dont want. Also the new service is light years better now that at&t owns cricket. I get service way down in rural ky (willow,ky)where my buddy with verizon has none. I get a big laugh from that since i get 10gb of data for half of what he pays. he only gets 2gb of data on his $120/month plan. Its the same story with my uncle that lives in harrison, oh. He has tmobile and has 0 coverage at his house. My cricket has 4 full bars of LTE coverage and he cant even make a phone call lol. Im still expecting at&t to dissolve cricket though. Im sure of it. It doesnt make sense for them to keep it going for half the price they charge for their service.
Everytime I come into Cricket everyone is very nice and very helpful! Today I went in needing help immediately and Durrani was on it! He was extremely helpful, very pleasant to work with, and had everything taken care of right away! I just wanted to personally thank Durrani for always being on his A GAME !!!

2021-11-13I was going to change companies due to phone issues but thanks to Nickie an Sarah i will never leave the company an i will spread word of mouth to family an friends to come see these ladies for any issues questions or new devices. the knowledge they have for cricket is outstanding and they both deserve raises at least 25 % if not more. i had no knowledge about the ebb program or phones leasing but these ladies went the went the extra mile today an always has a smile an wonderful customer service skills. BUT THANK YOU CRICKET FOR EMPLOYING THESE WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WOMEN.

2022-04-12Went to cricket to pay my bill plus had a question about my GPS hoping to find out why its messed up no luck they had no clue or why Ive been dealing with this for a while Ive even called customer service and no luck there been with cricket 15 years I guess its time to find another carrier I dont want to do that but I need a working GPS I depend on that

2022-01-23I really enjoy my wireless service and my new 5G phone, but the number one lesson in customer service is to listen to the customers needs. Dont try to sell a $2000 iPhone to me after I said, I dont need or want an iPhone!I purchased the new Cricket Dream phone for 90% less than the iPhone. So far, I love this phone. 💚

2021-06-15Today I went in and although my issue didnt get resolved, JaMar was very patient and helpful. He saw we were frustrated and he offered us several alternatives. I usually conduct most business remotely because people often make things more difficult but Im glad I went into the store. Thanks JaMar.
