Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had and my wife agrees! Our salesperson Alexandria, and Nancy in finance really know their stuff, but more importantly, they are good people. There was never any pressure, or condescending attitude directed at my wife and I, but rather a genuine concern to help make it work for us. Give these ladies a raise Crestmont Hyundai! The care itself drives amazingly smooth, accelerates quickly, and is good on gas. The technology is simple but effective. This is our third Hyundai- it wont be the last.
Chris and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure they were able to get me the deal my family needed. We were grateful that they found a way to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted in this crazy time. Would recommend checking out this dealer for you next car...we love our 2022 Santa Fe XRT!

My first Hyundai, 2022 Tuscon, and first positive, pleasant experience buying a new car. Crestmont Hyundai is impressive dealership in a great, easy to get to location. Our sales associate Jared was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient despite all our time consuming questions. New car and truck buying has always been a difficult, stressful process for us. What a surprise to have a good experience. I highly recommend Crestmont Hyundai and Jared if you’re looking for a new Hyundai car or suv. I’ve only had my Tuscon 3 days, but so far I LOVE IT!
Richard the salesmen was excellent. Communicated throughout day via text with many pictures. Answered all of my questions prior to test drive. Sales process was very pleasant. Nice conversation with GM while I was waiting to sign paperwork, someone else beat me in there :) Follow up several times post sale or make sure everything was good. Highly recommend.
As our salesman Joe Yun was great! He was professional, easy to work with and had a sense of humor. We had to wait for delivery of our new car but Joe kept us informed along the way. We appreciated that he didn’t over promise and very happy when we got the call that our car arrived sooner than expected.
Our salesman Jared was very considerate of the fact that I was recovering from a car accident and advised my husband to take me home while he got paperwork done. When husband went back signing docs was quick and easy. He ask if we’d prefer to come back on Saturday to set up apple play which we both appreciated. Went back 2 days later and Jared took such good care of us and gad everything set up in just minutes! We both recommend Crestmont and Jared very enthusiastically!!
I had the best experience at Crestmont. Richard was my sales person and he was quick to answer any questions I had. He made the buying experience quick and painless. Kate was also amazing and made sure I knew everything I needed to before I left. 10/10 would recommend both Richard and Kate!
By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had! Joe told my daughter not to worry they wouldn’t sell the car she wanted and he would work everything out for us to come pick it up tomorrow. Later Joe texts my daughter to see if we could increase our down payment to ensure we get the car not even 3 minutes later he tells my daughter I’m sorry the car is sold… I guess this just shows how shady this company is and their employees! My husband and I was actually going to schedule time to order a 2022 Palisade, but they definitely lost a customer and hopefully anyone who is smart wont wall through the doors of this company with no integrity…
Great experience! Very impressed with the dealership and with Richard Kacso. Richard treated me like a valued customer and worked very hard to get me the SUV I wanted. He did not pressure me or rush me at anytime and kept me informed of the status of my new vehicle. His calm and professional disposition made an impact on me, so much that when my husband and I went to pick up my new Tuscon, we brought my son, who is in the market for a new car, to talk to Richard. My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Crestmont Hyundai. We test drove a couple used SUVs and the 2019 Equinox was right for us. Alex was our Sales Associate She was very helpful, no pressure- it was all about listening to what we were looking for in our next vehicle. Another part of the experience that pleasantly surprised us is they made us a KBB offer for our trade which had 190,000 miles. It was well worth the hour drive. Remember, ask for Alex!
There were a couple bumps in the road with our recent used car purchase at Crestmont Hyundai, due to the fact that we purchased the car before it had a chance to go to either the body shop or the repair shop. Because of a series of mishaps, I finished our buying experience with the GM, Chris. Hands down, Chris is the best manager Ive ever worked with in car sales. And quite honestly, the best manager I may have even encountered in any field of work. He works hard, and seemingly works 24/7 to ensure that the customer is happy and the sale goes as it should. From texting me outside of business hours, to providing a loaner, to getting things done on their end, Chris is a rock star. We also worked with salesman, Ryan, who was fantastic, and who also worked hard and communicated often to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Chris and Ryan are definitely a pair of dedicated people, who will make sure the sale is done correctly and the customer is happy. I would certainly say you can trust these guys to do a great job for you!
Visited this dealership to learn about the new 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Joe Yun was my sales rep. Great guy that was honest about the process to purchase, especially during these unprecedented times of car shortages. No unnecessary or high pressure sales tactics. Great Hyundai dealer. I wanted the new Santa Cruz and every other dealer in the area was adding $3k or $4k to the MSRP. When I asked why, they said because they can. BUT, here at Crestmont, at the same time, they were selling AT MSRP! They were literally the only Hyundai dealer in the area not trying to screw the buyer. They want to build a relationship and they are completely non-pressure. I could not have asked for an easier trade in process. They gave me a very fair trade in credit for my previous car and made the whole new car buying experience simple. I will use Crestmont as my #1 dealer forever. They are truly a wonderful company. My salesperson, Alexandria, was also fantastic. She gave me her cell number so that I could contact her at any time with questions. The car has a lot of wonderful technology and she said that at any time, I can call and she will help with any questions. Great company!
Crestmont came through with a much needed Hybrid for me. Being my first hybrid I had plenty of questions and concerns. My salesman Zack Stokes answered every question and went over the entire vehicle with me before leaving. Any concerns I had about purchasing a hybrid and/or Hyundai were put to rest. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend anyone to Crestmont for a new vehicle. If you do be sure to get with Zack, he will take care of you.
I am from Alabama. Cold called to find a Calligraphy Palisade without a $9000 to $10000 buyers premium like the dealerships around me. They had one coming in fairly quickly and I bought it. Paperwork was super easy. They FedEx it to me, ( signed, sent back by FedEx and the vehicle will go on the flat bed to be delivered to my house early next week. This is my first NEW car ever since the price was so competitive and the price of used has shot up. Brian, the manager, is very nice and responsive.
Joe Yun was extremely helpful and we were able to trade our old car and get into the new-to-us car in 4 hours less time than it took us to buy said old car. Kate in Finance was also exceptionally helpful and great to work with. Would definitely shop at Crestmont Hyundai again for our car needs!
My sales person was Terry Coggins. He was most helpful and very informative when purchasing my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson. He negotiated a quick and very satisfying purchase over the phone and online which saved a lot time time back and forth at the dealership. He was great in walking me thru all the new features on my car and explaining everything in detail. The dealership was very clean and a friendly atmosphere. Zach Stokes was fantastic to work with! At a time when demand was high and inventory was low, he was incredibly responsive when I’m sure most dealers don’t have to be to move cars. It was an out of state transaction so we never met in person and added some complexity but he proved himself to be trustworthy and highly accountable. Buy from Zach!

AVOID.Got a call from Nancy in finance after putting in down payment asking for more money.Car was missing the jack after a 173 point safety inspection and has yet to be replaced after asking for over a month.Got asked by salesperson Ryan for the down payment after I had already paid it and had to get that sorted out.Got multiple texts, emails and calls both from finance and the GM, asking for plate number for a transfer despite having sent it in immediately.As an apology, they offered a tank of gas.Over the last month/ month and a half, the dealership has been negligent at best. Can not recommend to anybody in good faith.
I bought my first car at this dealership and I was treated so well from start to finish! Alex was always willing to answer my questions and keep me posted on my cars arrival date, and all of the other salespersons and finance people were very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!
Just leased a Tucson from Crestmont. Buying from them and Joe Yun has been a very pleasant experience. Joe is both friendly and accommodating. I know that it is difficult to buy a car right now, but Joe was able to find the model that I like and made the process extremely seamless.Thanks guys!
Pros:- well priced- no nonsense fees added on like other dealershipsCons:- was told it wasn’t a smoking car but it did smell like smoke when we arrived. Now realizing that is reason for good price. Salesperson claimed his covid nose prevented him from smelling this.- has cigarette burns on the driver seat and the gear shift.- Was told in the video that the the seat hole was a stain. It clearly wasn’t. It was a cigarette burn. He then said it is a 5 minute/$20 fix but not willing to fix it for us. Seems silly after not acknowledging/lying about what it actually was.- Non smoking was clearly important to us- no idea why it wasn’t attempted to address in the morning since a quick cleaning helped. I bought $15 worth of products and it helped a bit temporarily. It still has more needed (it will take time I know) but $15 and an hour of someones time would have gone a long way. We purchased an ozone machine and its helped a lot. Something a dealer could have easily done in advance.- during video very small exterior surface scratches were pointed out- but large 2 dent about door was not, nor two smaller dents on top of roof. Not a deal breaker- but clearly omitted and untrustworthy.- was not detailed. Back window was filthy- potentially from smoke. Dead bee could easily be removed. Floor mats were spotless but I’ll never understand why the seats weren’t cleaned. We paid full asking price. I expected a clean car. Not new. But clean.- both filters are FILTHY beyond belief. See attached pictures. Why wouldn’t a dealer change these during an oil change or inspection?- rear driver side tire repair plug is failing. Had to pull over on drive home to refill with air. The fact that we had a tire issue on the way home after the finance lady pushed so hard for us to get tire coverage is unsettling. Likely coincidence, but unsettling.- windshield blades had to be replaced. Large was incredibly useless in drive home with rain- was dangerous. Quick and cheap fix no idea why it wouldn’t be addressed on a $18k car we paid full price for.I have sent 4 emails- 2 to salesperson, 2 to GM- to try to address these issues before completing review, but no one has connected. The GM called me at a time I couldnt answer since I was driving and needed my notes, I called back moments later and was disconnected, called back again and phone just rang and rang. I know these arent major issues, and I know all dealers have the upper hand these days, but I did try to resolve our frustrations first.
It took months to locate the Santa Fe limited that I had my heart set on at a fair price. When I finally located Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick my dream became a reality. Mark Crow successfully located exactly what I was looking for and I took possession of it last week. I look forward to many years of happy and safe enjoyment of this vehicle.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE COMING HERE.I WILL NOT BE BACK.This finance experience Was not what I expected. Crest Mount use to be a name you could trust.Felt I was dealing with imposter.The finance department gave me some number to call that seemed to be hacked. I called. It seemed Something was fraudulent calling this number that was suppose to be a major bank. Strange.Anyway, Why would anyone give me numbers to call. Major companies should be calling me if they have questions. Other wise why would I need Crest-mount finance. I could have came with my own. I dont work there I am buying. Why am I calling random a random number. Strange.I will not be back!Next time I am going back to Hyundai on Tyler Ave in Mentor Ohio.Never to roam again.. This was a nightmare and very troubling experience in this technology age.
I ordered an Elantra for my daughter from Crestmont and Jared Dresp. He was friendly, not pushy, and worked efficiently. The process did not take a lot of time, and he delivered on the price range outlined when we ordered. I am a price shopper and usually have to travel across town to buy cars but not this time.
I was very pleased with the service I received in getting my new lease. Joe searched for the color and type of vehicle I wanted. Joe kept me updated when the vehicle was found and the date it would arrive. I picked up my car and am totally satisfied with the service and my car. I will return to see Joe when this lease is up again.

I have bought 3 cars from here and Joe Yung is my go to everytime. In December I decided Id be better off with a SUV however there was a nationwide shortage of vehicles to choose from. I did check out a few different dealerships and every one of them was trying to Bait n Switch or gouge the customers an extra 5k because they were low on inventory. Crestmont was the only dealership that was not doing this out of the several others I had looked into. I shouldnt of looked anywhere else but I try to keep an open mind while shopping. Crestmont wins every time!
Terry Coggins was exceptionally helpful as we described the the vehicle we wanted and diligent in finding it for us. This is our fifth vehicle through Crestmont Hyundai and we have been extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with them from Sales to Finance to Service.
My car search extended into several surrounding states because inventory is so low. The model I was looking for was available at this dealership. Although everyone was friendly, prices were not clearly spelled out to give me an out the door price and the advertised price did not include $2400 of mandatory extras - things like fabric protection and paint protection and cargo mats. I found this inflated price surprising when finance begin to speak with me. Finance told me that I can expect to give my credit card to someone in India one day if I didn’t get their extended warranty. It’s likely that if they had quoted that entire price upfront, I would’ve moved forward with the purchase, but my husband and I felt very uncomfortable after all of these communication issues. I ended up getting almost the exact same car at Safford Hyundai in Virginia and it was a completely different experience you can see my review of them if you would like by looking up their dealership.
Honestly, I went to three Hyundai dealers, Crestmont by far is the best. Joe Yun was great, he is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful while I was deciding what vehicle to purchase. He even helped me upgrade after there was a vehicle in transit for me! I ended up getting what I wanted in my first Hyundai Tucson thanks to Joe!

Mark Crow provides you with all the information necessary to drive the car safety, very responsive texting me or calling me for estimated arrival of my new Kona, returning my current lease with Crestmont Hyundai was very easy as Mark was there to answer my questions and guide me through each step. When I was needing to meet with finance , Mark introduced us making that piece fast and easy. I’m very satisfied with the new Kona and the 3 Tucsons I had before. My story begins at the end of 2021. I live in the greater Pittsburgh area and I called 12 dealerships within 300 miles to try to get an allocation for 2022 Genesis g70 3.3t all wheel drive with the sport Prestige trim. At the beginning of February, Richard from Crestmont told me that an allocation coming in had a deposit pulled and it was available if I wanted to put deposit on it. Which I quickly did and we started to negotiate the numbers trying to come up with a fair price for everybody.I did manage to get the car at sticker and the deal overall was pretty fair compared to what most dealerships are trying to push especially on rare cars like this. Unfortunately theyre having system issues and actually took a few weeks for the paperwork to finalize in the system (I got the car that day tho) but the communication from the finance and especially Richard was top notch. Overall I would say my experience was pretty good well above average from your typical dealership experience.But wait theres more... Approximately 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle I was rear ended by somebody moving at a high rate of speed that resulted in my car being a total loss. I sent a picture of the vehicle to Richard that day and told him what happened and he immediately began to see what options I had around him to maybe secure me something similar.He called friends and other dealerships that could sell me a car because nobodys dealer trading cars right now and he asked around the dealership to see if anybody had some leads. One of his coworkers were thinking about trading in their 2022 Genesis g70 with the exact color and trim as my vehicle. He couldnt trade it into the end of April because he has to wait 6 months but said he was thinking about anyway and since Im in a bad situation where I have no vehicle they would do it.The best part was they were able to transfer a previously purchase add-ons from the previous vehicle onto this one. They were able to get me a rate pretty close to what my local banks would get me.Car Sales usually comes with a bad rap and a lot of times its warranted. But in this case Richard went out of his way to find me a vehicle in a very short period of time even though there is a good chance that this would not benefit him in the least. And he had to talk to some people and make things happen for me to be able to get back into the identical car I had. They not only did not take advantage of me in a time where inventory is low but they actually went the step further it gave me a deal that I dont think any other dealership in the country would have done.I will be giving them a call anytime I may need a new car!
This is the second time that I have leased a Hyundai from Crestmont. Both times I worked with Terry Coggins, the car guy. Each time it was a truly professional, seemless experience. Terry made it an easy, respectful leasing process. I leased a Kona this time and I am pleased with the vehicle. I would highly recommend Crestmont and Terry Coggins.

My experience with the service center is not good. I went second time in the service center for the same issue. My car alignment is not yet fixed. Not satisfied with the quality of service. First, It takes weeks to get the service appointment and even after going and giving car for service, the problems are not fixed. I got full bumper to bumper extended warranty but when there was an issue in my car Air-conditioning system they charged me saying that this particular part is not covered under extended warranty. Will not recommend car service done from here.

I couldnt ask for more. a special thanks to Rich Chandler who worked with me for over 4 hours trying to get the right car for me. my new Sonata hybrid is great, 45 miles per gallon with all the bills and whistles for under $160 a month.a great deal, a great car, great people at Crestmont Hyundai and great service department with in few minutes reach. if you are looking please do your home work first see other dealers but make you check with them last and see what monthly payment they will offer with the same price range. I did go to a Chevy dealer for a Malibu with the same price range my payment would have been at $250.Thanks Crestmont Hyundai and thanks Rich Chandler.
I love Crestmont Hyundai, I bought a 2022 Tucson there, I went there last Tuesday May 10th with my son, I talked to Joe Yun and told him what I wanted, he told me that one was coming in on May 22nd, well, needless to say, i got a phone call from Joe on Friday the 13th, telling me that my car came in, so I went to Crestmont Hyundai the next day, Saturday the 14th to pick up my car, so, I had my car within 4 days after first talking to Joe. Super impressed! Joseph Pelto gave me a wonderful experience with my recent purchase! I got a brand new red hot 2017 Hyundai Elantra! Like most people who are looking to buy a car it can be very stressful and overwhelming. It was particularly stressful for me because my old car starting smoking and I didnt have a choice but to get a new car so I could get to work the next day. Joe made the entire process easy and explained everything thoroughly to me. He wasnt the typical car salesperson most of us dread. You know the people who try to rack up the prices and make you feel forced into buy a car but in fact he was the opposite. He was very kind and understanding with my price point and what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and didnt pressure me into something more expensive. He was even able to find me something better than I was expecting to drive away with! My overall experience was wonderful and I am very thankful for Joe! Only giving a star because zero wasnt an option.My daughters car was having the ever-popular Hyundai steering coupler issue. So I called the service department to ask if it would be covered under a recall or warranty. They asked me the cars info (which I gave them) and they told me it would be covered under warranty, and would take a couple hours to do.Earliest appointment availability was over a month away. But thats understandable.Daughter drove over 2 hours (to get home from college) on a Monday night so she could drop the car off the night before the appointment, and waited on their phone call the next day.By lunch time, still hadnt received a call, so I called them. At which point I was told, yes your car is being looked at now, and they everything they need to do the repair, you should be able to pick it up after work. Well call you when its done.After work, still no call. So I called again. This time I was told, they actually just got done looking at it. If you want it fixed, its not covered under warranty, youll have to pay for it, and we would need to keep it another day. (My daughter would already be missing Tuesday evenings class, and now Wednesdays classes too)What a horrible bait-and-switch.
Overall great experience with Richard. Had scheduled an appointment and the car had disappeared (was borrowed by someone else) and he promptly messaged me to reschedule before I made the one hour drive to see the car. Furthermore, he went out of his way to get the car back the next day so I could ultimately test drive and purchase it. Good communication and customer service attitude.
This experience was light years ahead of all the other car-buying experiences that I have had in the past. The salesman (Joe) was incredibly helpful and upfront about the entire process. Didnt try to slide any extra fees in there and broke down all charges one by one. Also, while most of the other places have adopted the practice of jacking the prices up several thousand dollars above msrp, this is one place that doesnt follow the trend. Great pricing on the vehicle. Also, shout out to the finance manager Kate for going above and beyond to break down every aspect of the financing and everything loan related. Wasnt pushy at all either as far as trying to get us the highest extended warranty options and respected our decision. If you want a Hyundai, this is the place from which to buy it.

I’d search in Cincinnati (which is where I live), Columbus and even other dealers and couldn’t find anything. I was not fully satisfied with my purchase. I purchased an accessory that clearly had a design flaw. The rooftop crossbar whistled when you got over 40 mph. They told me there was nothing they could do to fix it and I should maybe turn the radio up. They gave me no compensation for my dissatisfaction. They never even followed back up with my last correspondence. I expect a $55k new automobile to be flawless upon purchase and they made a $300 part a sticking point. Just not excellent customer service in the end and I came away with buyers remorse.

I know nothing about buying cars, and was a little apprehensive on my search for a new vehicle. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted at a price I could afford, but no idea on how to go about it. I contacted several dealerships and got a lot of form letters back, generic and obviously filled out automatically. But Zack not only reached out to me personally, but followed up with me, and then got me the exact vehicle that I wanted at the price I was looking for within no time at all. We had a great experience purchasing a Palisade Calligraphy with Jared Dresp at Crestmont Hyundai. Jared handled most of our questions and conversations by text or email and we only visited the dealership once to actually receive the vehicle. Yes, it took a few weeks for the dealership to have the vehicle delivered, which is pretty standard in the current climate where everything is in short supply. However, Crestmont didnt try to gouge us for a markup over MSRP like every other dealership in NE Ohio (and trust me, I talked to them all). This made for a great all-around buying experience. I would definitely go back to Crestmont, and Jared in particular, for a future purchase.
I recently was in search of a good used vehicle and a family member guided me to Crestmont Hyundai. She spoke extremely well of them and the work they’ve done for her two sons. I had the amazing opportunity to work with Mark Crow. It wasn’t that I was blown away by Crows experience (even though it was exceptionally well), Mark Crow had a characteristic about him that showed you he was entirely for the comfort and financial abilities of the clients he worked with. Upon contacting Crestmont I told them I was interested in a vehicle on their lot, but had no source of transportation for getting to the dealership. Crow knew I was on a time crunch, and immediately offered to come pick me up, in the vehicle of my interest! I was able to get a used vehicle in less than 3 hours in incredible condition for an exceptionally low price! The Crestmont Financial team even helped me find a great interest rate when things weren’t looking in my favor. I applaud their services and excellent audaciousness to helping every client make the best decisions based on their situations. I walked out without a shade of reluctance and I’m looking forward to continuing my relationship with purchasing my vehicles from Crestmont Hyundai.

This experience put my mind at ease.Jay Valentine was our car salesman, and I really appreciated his approach. There was never a point where I felt pressured or uneasy during the entire car buying process. He even encouraged us to look at the CarFax, which is unique to the salesman Ive dealt with in the past. I got hooked up with this dealer because they had the used car I wanted. I tried to find out what they did to the car after they got it and never found out if they even changed the oil, let alone anything else. No bills, no nothing.My sales person, Kate, was new but very nice. I was going to finance a portion of the sale price but felt uncomfortable with the terms I was offered. The General Manager redid my paperwork and I paid cash. They could give their customers more info when asked, especially someone that is in the same business.
Bought mine and my wifes new cars here this past Friday and have a wonderful experience here every single time. I highly recommend Crestmont Hyundai for your new car! I am a planner, my husband and I went north to look at vehicles. I wanted to sit in some & find something to fit our needs. I never buy a big ticket item without thinking about it overnight! We pulled into Crestmont Hyundai, (our 2nd stop) We looked around at some of our interests, a Tucson and an Elantra. When we entered the building to ask questions, we were greeted by Max Galang, who was happy to answer our questions. Although we loved the looks of the two vehicles we had chosen, they were not roomy enough for our grandchildren & car seats. Max asked me what i really wanted. I told him blue, good gas mileage, and roomy inside. Max then introduced us to the electric blue 2018 Hyundai Sonata! Absolutely the perfect fit for us! Had to go back because our SUV started making a funny noise and shaking while driving and when I checked the front to see why it was shaking I noticed it was missing 2 bolts and the remaing 3 where all loose and ready to fall off as well.....the worker who did the tire rotation did not tighten all the bolts on the passenger front wheel.......my wife could of been in a serious car accident that could of been fatal due to the fact that she drives to work 30 minutes each way on the highway. I took the SUV back right away and they put 2 new ones back on......I will be filing a complaint tomorrow when the Service manager returns to work.

The financing team, especially Nancy, where fantastic to work with. I would be able to change my rating based on their attitude and treating me like a person, if I could put aside the way I was treated by the sales team. I had a less than perfect situation to obtain financing. They worked very hard to secure a decent loan for me. I am very appreciative of their efforts.Joe Yun, was my salesman. To him I was clearly a number in is sales card. He requested that I come in on a Saturday evening to go through the financing paperwork. He had not done his background work, including getting my payoff amount from my trade in. If my profession was a race, I would have a legal case for discrimination. As an engineer, I have never felt more disrespected, but maybe it is due to Joes lack of respect for my generation as a whole.While going to pick up my plates from Crestmont, Joe helped himself to my vehicle, and let another customer sit my my car, the middle of COVID spiking in our area. I fault myself for leaving my car unlocked, but when he opened up my car and noticed my belongings, he should have taken a step back.The sales leadership board, should not be visible to customers. If this competition is meaningful to the sales team, it creates a perception of the wrong value for the customer.Managing expectations in regards to my trade in was another frustration. On Crestmonts website they have a trade valuation tool. However, this is not the same tool they use when you come into the store. As such, I was immediately met with confrontation as to my expected value. If they rely on CarFAX value numbers, that is what the website should link to. The website also provides a comment of We want your trade! Well Pay you $500 MORE! However the used car manager was not aware of this, and when I asked for clarification what number will they pay $500 more for, another offer or the valued number, I was again met with disrespect and confrontation. I was told I know nothing of this [comment on the website], I wonder if the GM is aware. I offered to go talk to the GM with them, but was not taken up on the offer.

I was in and out in less than two hours with the entire process and we couldnt be happier with our new ride! If you are in the market for a premium midsize SUV I cannot think of anything better than the GV70 and I have researched and driven everything comparable. Be prepared to talk about it as its an attention grabber!
My Wife and I decided it was time to replace our old car, and we looked for a while before deciding to check out Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick Ohio. When we walked through the door we were greeted promptly by Terry Coggins, he was very friendly and helpful in assisting us in our search for a replacement for our aging vehicle. I have no complaints for Terry and his attitude throughout the entire process of finding a match four our needs and budget. I wish I could give him a separate 5-star rating . The only things that marred our experience was a long wait time during the paperwork process, and the place wasnt busy at the time, and I discovered I needed a replacement O2 sensor after I got home. All-in-all it was a favorable experience, and my wife and I would be pleased to purchase with Crestmont again in the future.

Overall nice people. My salesman was consistently trying to help and was always nice. The biggest issue I had was them scratching my dash on my brand new vehicle and not offering to fix it. When they took off the license plate from the dash it scratched the screen and we thought it was a scuff at first but it was a permanent scratch. The carelessness and unwillingness to be flexible in helping me fix it is why I took away 2 stars.
Hands down the most satisfying and positive experience we have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. Joe Yun was our salesman and he was absolutely spectacular. We called about a Pallisade we saw on the site and arrived at Crestmont within 30 minutes of that call. We pulled in and the car was washed and at the door ready for us to test drive. Zero haggling. Service quality is good but their service department staff is utterly unhelpful. I had a 15% off coupon and I verified with Emily that it will be honored. However when I went to pick up the car the discount was missing. Since Emily was not working that day I was told to pay and get the discount applied the next day. I was a fool to trust them because Amy stopped responding to my voice mails and even hung up on me one time. So I talked to her manager Rob and he said he will take care of it. Guess what. It has been over 1 month and no one from Crestmont has responded. They are cheats and I am not going back there again.
I recently purchased a 2021 Elantra from Crestmont Hyundai. The car is beautiful inside and out. Mark Crow was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, and very patient and kind. He actually listened to me and was never pushy. He made the whole process quick and painless. The dealership just made it easy. I highly recommend Crestmont Hyundai.
Although we had decent service here, and Ryan did his job nicely, we have a car that no one was able to tell us much about. I understand we bought the one Ford Eacape from a Hyundai dealer but if your selling a Ford you should be educated on it. I didn’t even know we had remote start until 4 days after purchase. When we came to get the car, the battery was dead. Then the check engine light was on. Several hours of wasted time. So I will give 3 strong stars for service, but I would have to give 0 for expertise of the vehicle we purchased. We do love the vehicle but we searched everywhere for the best pre owned Escape and knew what we wanted. But it would have been nice if someone could have told us a little about the 2018 Escape. We came to this dealership from a Ford dealer who sent us home at close ( 7pm) and wanted us to return the next day. Crestmont Hyundai stayed past their closing time (8 pm) to sell us a car so this is why they got our service. So Very good customer service here.
I traveled to this dealership because finding specific cars is difficult these days. I called ahead and the staff helped me get credit approval quickly. I arrived on my pickup date and my salesman Joe Yun was prepared and helpful. After my test drive I met with finance. I did not feel pressured or like I was being confused into complicated add-ons. This is different than what I have experienced in the past. At the end of the day I feel like this dealership was helping me purchase a vehicle and not selling me on whatever would make them money.

Richard the salesman was super helpful in the process of my search for my future SUV which was a Santa Fe! After everything was finalized he even met us at the gas station across the street and filled the cars gas tank up full! Great salesman and super nice and helpful.
I will say the service staff at Crestmont is probably the most courteous and helpful. Emily is always polite and helpful regardless of the situation. Ive had the opportunity to have a sit down with the new service center manager Brian who is new to crestmont team. I wish him well..Times are tough with a lack of staff but they keep on doing the best the can.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided to me by Crestmont Hyundai. Joe Yun interacted with me via Phone, Text message, and Email, due to the fact I was in North Carolina not Ohio, any information I needed Joe was quick to respond. I had travel to Ohio to purchase vehicle, however I had an issue that my bank failed to correct. The personnel in the finance team at Crestmont Hyundai were able to resolve my financing issue, they had found a better deal for me that even my bank could not offer. So if you choose to go, which I highly recomend, you will be treated good at Crestmont Hyundai.

We had a positive experience working with Zack at Crestmont Hyundai. After calling to set up an appointment to test drive a car we had seen on the web site, Zack had the car pulled up and ready to go when we got there. We went ahead and purchased the car with Zack taking care of all the details for us and making sure we were completely set up before leaving the lot. At Crestmont the used vehicles are priced to sell and they do not negotiate the price. Also, the sales people are paid a flat rate on pre-owned cars which means it is not to their benefit to inflate the price. We felt we got an honest and good deal on the car we purchased.

Crestmont had the specific vehicle I was trying to find. I inquired about it and received a call the following day from Joe Pisano. We set up a meeting. Unfortunately, it was not available, but Joe had a similar vehicle ready for a test drive. I just wish the buying process took a little less time.Once I sat down with the finance woman, I believe her name was Megan, the experience got better. She was very informative, explained everything, and answered all my questions. I’ve honestly never dealt with a finance person that pleasant!I had to wait until the next day to pick up my vehicle which wasn’t a big deal. Joe told me it was ready so I stopped up. I’m not sure if he was busy with someone else but he asked for my keys and said the new vehicle was parked out front, that was it. I would’ve appreciated a walkthrough of some features though and no offer to take off my old plates but I was prepared to do that myself. Also, the car was washed but not detailed.Overall, the experience was ok. I gave 5 stars because of my experience with the finance woman. Joe was good too, but the little things go a long way, even to someone younger like myself. I would probably stop up there again to buy another vehicle.

I had trouble with the old (2009) Hyundai I was driving and I ended up at Crestmont Hyundai (they were close). They treated me so well, David set me up to have my car looked at and got me a rental. Turned out that i needed a very expensive fix, or another car. Didnt want to put too much into such an old car so I ended up buying a new Hyundai. I could not have asked for a better salesman than Jared, he was knowledgeable very helpful through the whole process. He knew just the car to put me into. Kate (sales), Jeff(used car manager) and Nancy(financing) were all absolutely amazing. We came in to purchase one car and left with two because of this amazing team. All were extremely helpful and made the process super quick! We have now purchased three cars with Kate and will go back when we are in need again.
Walked in nervous and walked out happy . Zach is coolest man in this business ! Connects with younger crowds easy ! I felt at home throughout the whole process. Worked around my nights schedule. Applications were easy ! I wanted to thank everyone there not just the two that helped me the most(Zach & Megan ) I love my car , he took in everything I said I needed and found the best car for me ! 2022-06-28I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My sales associate, Alexandria, was very nice. She even delivered my vehicle to my home 45 minutes away. My vehicle had not been on the lot long enough for the service department to go over it, which is why I was unable to drive my vehicle home the same day. They told me I wouldn’t be able to take my vehicle home. Before I even had a chance to be bummed out, they immediately followed up by telling me they would provide a loaner vehicle, and then drive my vehicle to my home and exchange it for the loaner. I purchased my vehicle on Saturday, and it was delivered to my home Tuesday morning. The dealership worked with me to lower my interest rate and find a comfortable payment.

2022-05-15Alexandria was fun to talk to about the recent changes in the Automotive Industry and made my car buying experience very enjoyable! We managed to find what I wanted despite the shortages and we had fun doing it too. Very happy with my new 6-Speed N-Line, she worked hard to find it for me and I L O V E it - except the fact that Im learning the clutch, havent stalled it yet though!

2022-07-06I recently bought a new 2022 white Kona N Line from Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick. Jared Dresp was my salesman and he was awesome! Jared answered all of my questions and helped me through the entire process. Kate was great too as she helped get me the best finance option. 2021-12-12You really dont know theres a shortage of something until you need it. I spent nearly 6 weeks in search of a Tucson that wasnt inflated thousands of dollars. Then I found Crestmont Hyundai. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Alex is the best. Shes so cool, calm, and collected. She found a Tucson for me and walked me through all the steps of buying a car.I highly recommend Crestmont Hyundai. Any of the sales people can help you, but ask for Alex!

2022-02-11My experience at Crestmont was personable and professional all around. Zach, the original staff member who connected with me was quick and attentive with answering all my questions. Zach gave me thorough information and ensured the vehicle was available for a test drive prior to scheduling me to come in. As a result of the vehicle being used by another client (as his was being serviced) I came at a time that Zach was not available. Zach provided contact information and transferred me to Ryan. Ryan collected ALL documents necessary and was very accessible via text and email throughout the process. Due to time constraints I let Ryan know that I couldn’t spend a lot of time at the dealership so he confirmed with the Finance manager Nancy that everything was in line in advance. Nancy was great! Patiently explaining various terms and warranty conditions. Nancy also explained a few ways that I could save on interest payments and raise my credit score throughout the life of the loan. This is the 4th car I have owned and NEVER have I been so thoroughly impressed with the collective service, attention to detail and genuine care I received at Crestmont! 2022-06-07We were in need of obtaining a new vehicle quickly and visited this dealership for the first time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. We were pressed for time and everyone was very accommodating so as to make sure we accomplished what was necessary in the short amount of time that we had. Our salesperson, Ryan, was wonderful. He worked with us to find a vehicle that met our needs and helped us find what we were looking for quickly. Nancy in the office was helpful and friendly. Overall, this was by far the most positive car buying experience that we have had and we will not hesitate to return to this dealership when the time arises.

2022-05-31If there were zero stars I would give them. Although an initial decent experience, our car purchase turned into a nightmare when, within 3 days of purchase, we had to fill multiple fluids. Within a week of purchase we had a major muffler issue among other things. They had talked us into the extended warranty, had stated at purchase that we had a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty to find out that was not true and did not disclose the thousands of dollars of issues wrong with the car which would not be covered by the warranty apparently. When we called immediately to schedule for service and inspection it took weeks to get an appointment. We brought it in and they did not give me an actual estimate for almost 2 weeks and that was after calling multiple times, speaking with the manager, the sales rep and anyone else we could find. At that point they offered us a good faith discount for our trouble which only amounted to a couple hundred dollars. They did not assess the rest of the car and they were going to repair something that was not even broken. We picked up the car and took it elsewhere to get repaired. They barely apologized, they also claimed they would be in touch that day to smooth it over, still havent heard months later. Incredibly poor service, no integrity, completely unreliable. Dont be fooled by their better car prices, they were a complete waste of time and a couple thousand dollars more out of pocket, along with the lies and lack of fixing anything through the warranty, the inability to give us a repair estimate and just in general frustration and disgust over how we were treated. Do Not Recommend!!

2022-08-05Crestmont Hyundai was one of seven dealerships we visited in one day. Our lease was about up and we were looking for a new vehicle. Many of the dealerships were not friendly, unprofessional, and didnt seem to care to have our business. Alex at Crestmont was kind and her communication was excellent throughout the process. Buying or Leasing a vehicle these days is NOT fun or easy, but Alex made it as easy as possible. In the end it was a pretty smooth process and we are happy with our new Palisade!

2022-07-01I left Crestmont Hyundai with a huge smile on my face thanks to the wonderful people working there. Terry and Kate were the people i got to speak to for the majority of my visit. They took care of me well and made the experience of getting a vehicle phenomenal. It can be hard looking for a car in another state (Coming from Michigan in my case) but rest assured they will work with you and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them. Will gladly do business with them again in the future.

2022-08-06I was car searching for about a month until I made it to Crestmont Hyundai, and they were the ones who were finally able to close the deal. They got me approved for a better APR than I was being offered at every other dealership I had been to, and they had exactly what I was looking for.Jared was a wonderful salesman. He helped me find the perfect car that matched all my criteria and wasnt out of my budget. He, along with the finance team and management, were all very friendly and helpful prior to the purchase and afterwards. I was looking for a lower mileage, 4 year old car or newer, with features that are apparently pretty hard to find in Ohio on my budget. And it had to have next to zero rust on it, underbody included. He found the perfect car for me and, a month later, I still love driving this thing!Chris and Luigi were the managers who helped me. My purchase was a bit of a special case. I was an out-of-state resident who needed a car ASAP. My car was totalled and I didnt have the time to fly back home, buy one there, and drive it back here. They helped me navigate through the difficulties of my situation with ease.The car I purchased needed a replacement sensor that was on backorder for a week, so I couldnt pick it up just yet, but they made sure I was taken care of during that time with a loaner vehicle.Kate was the finance manager who helped me pick out the best warranty and maintenance programs for me. I also got the Luxcare interior/exterior protection program. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had along the way. She also thoroughly explained the financial agreement and plans I purchased. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership so I had a lot of questions.All in all, I give this team 5 stars for doing such an outstanding job. Thank you, everyone at Crestmont Hyundai. There were plenty of other good dealerships and salespeople I interacted with during my search, some were mediocre, but this one takes the cake!
