A preferred auto repair through my insurance and I can see why. Every step in the process was smooth and easy, and even had a little follow up question which was repaired very quickly and with my hesitation. Very easy to work with and everyone that I worked with from the receptionist to Brian who worked with my claim were helpful and seemed to know what they were doing. Definitely if needing more work done/repaired would go back.
I used Crash Champions when my car was randomly hit with a tire while parked. Brian M. was friendly, informative and kept me updated with the process. He has great customer service skills. I picked up my car and it was detailed which was unexpected but a nice surprise. The estimated time was 9 business days which was accurate.
Someone backed into my car in the parking lot and the rear bumperneeded replaced along with a few other parts. I called a few body shops in the area and no one seemed to have a process and were evasive on some basic questions. I called Crash Champions at Mill Run and they were so organized and professional from the first phone call to picking up the keys. The communication was excellent with text updates throughout the process and they did a fabulous job on the bumper. I would highly recommend them
I am very pleased with the outcome of the work on my car. I hit 2 deer at the same time on both sides of the car. When it was finished, the car looked better then it did when I bought it almost 5 years ago. The customer service was absolutely fantastic and Brian keep me up to date through all of the steps of the process. I would recommend crash champions to all of my family and friends.

I was given a recommendation from a family friend to get my car fixed through my insurance and best decision I had ever made. Everyone is super-nice, and so helpful. Very experienced, and they kept me in the know with texts on the progress of my car. The grill, radiator and condensor were damaged, and they fixed it flawlessly. Cant even tell anything happened to the car! The car was finished earlier than the anticipated date, too, despite them being backed up with so much work. Truly, I wouldnt think to go anywhere else.

Crash Champions Collision Repair did a fabulous job fixing up my rear bumper from an accident that occurred. The paint is blended in really nice and they made it look brand new again. The customer service that I received was also superb. Tiffany was super friendly and informative. Highly recommend them for your collision repair needs!
Crash Champions Mill Run was great to work with. Everyone from the front desk staff to the repair techs was so kind and nice and answered every question I had. I was in a car accident rear ended at a stop light in my new car that I hadn’t had for two months yet. I honestly thought it was a wrap for my car, I was in shambles. However, I chose crash champions to look at the damage and repairs. I had a wonderful experience. I dealt with Both Lance who was extremely upfront and communicated the duration of the repair process and Amy who also kept me up to date on absolutely every single thing in regards to my car, truth be told that was comforting. They never left me wondering what was going on throughout the process. Not to mention when I went to pick it up they were still both very sweet and also made me aware I could reach out for any concerns (if any) they didn’t make me feel like,”we’re done...here’s your car...later” Lol. I would absolutely recommend their services for any car repair, ESPECIALLY if your in an accident because I thought it was over for my car. But they showed OUT!! 😂 Thank you so much!!
I took my car to Crash Champions; they were actually recommended by my insurance. Made an appointment to get an estimate and I received it via email. The estimate said it would take about a week to make repairs...my repairs were completed in two days.I was out of town for work, so I went home and picked up my car yesterday. When I saw my car, I was speechless. You cant even tell that my car was completely bumperless and scratched up; they did a fantastic job and my car looks like a a car again.I will definitely be returning if I ever need their services and I will be referring anyone I know to Crash Champions. Nice place. Faced delays from supply chain and labor problems to get my car in but once it was in things went quickly. They found something else unrelated to the crash and were able to repair that I appreciated.

They will only take repairs covered by insurance, yet nowhere on the website is this stated. It still let me schedule an appointment despite me not using insurance. I take off work and take my time and gas to get there and the customer service rep states Due to volume we cannot do your repair if you are not using insurance. But I can still give you an estimate for an idea of cost. We walk outside and then she states Sorry I cannot give you an estimate because we are not the ones ordering the parts. Even though I have an OEM part with tracible certification.Very poor advertising and poor customer service. Sheesh. I get that people could care less about working here because they do not get paid enough but if you are that unhappy with your job, find something else that isnt customer facing.
The company was friendly and regularly communicated with me throughout the process. When it was finished, it looked like a new car! Brian explained things well and kept me up to date!

I was in a car accident that was not my fault, through insurance I found them, and they got my car in the next day. I was working with Brian McMillin and he was amazing! Great communication, and when a part didnt arrive on time, he didnt hesitate to call and let me know it would be another day or two with apologies. I went to pick up my car and it looks Amazing! Like nothing ever happened, the paint matched perfectly and you truly can not tell a difference! I will 100% use them again for anything car related in the future! They are amazing people to work with!!
The process of getting your car repaired post- accident is usually a chore, but the people working at Crash Champions made the entire thing easy. I would 10/10 recommend to a friend.
Car was fixed on time and communication was excellent. Only down fall is they called at end of business day to say car was ready and didn’t have enough time to pick up same day.
They had my car for 5 weeks and I had to bring it back because they didnt fix it properly. They messed up my radio, turn signal, allignment wasnt done. When I got there to pick my car up it took forever. I was told they were putting air in the tire but I seen them putting washer fluid in. Im extremely disappointed.
I got a competitive estimate and it was close to home, so I went with this shop that had good reviews. Im happy with the repair, which was relatively minor. Customer service reps were pleasant. They seem to under-promise and over-deliver, as the estimate said it might take 5 days and only took 3 (an estimate from another shop said 3 days). There was a long lead time (3-4 weeks) to get on their schedule, but I dont know if thats their normal lead time or if theyre short on help like a lot of other businesses these days. I would recommend them based on my experience.
My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Crash Champions! We had theft and vandalism to our vehicle a few weeks ago and originally were paired with another garage and tow company to service our vehicle. That option fell through due to a long wait so we contacted our insurance company again and found Crash Champions as an in-network provider. I initially spoke to Brad who was so friendly, helpful, and understanding of our situation. He quoted me a much quicker service time and we decided to schedule our service with them. Our whole experience with Crash Champions was wonderful, from every conversation, every time I stopped in for something, to the completion of our service. We received frequent updates on what was happening with the vehicle and constant estimates on their time frame for finishing the service. They even allowed us to pick up our vehicle after hours due to my husbands schedule. At pick up the vehicle looked as good as new. As soon as my husband opened the door he says Wow, the inside looks amazing! They even cleaned that. We were highly impressed and satisfied with our service and will definitely schedule service again when one of our cars needs work done. Everyone was very professional as well. Fantastic, smooth, seamless experience! We use StateFarm insurance and they worked with each other and we didn’t have to handle and money or do too much leg work for a rental car. Overall an amazing and easy repair process.

Brian did great job on estimating the damage and replacing the front bumper of our honda pilot, reasonably, professionally and timely! The staff also cleaned both inside and outside of the car after done and made it like a brand new one. All coworkers are friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate their good customer service very much.

My car was t-boned on the front passenger side, then had damage on the rear passenger door as well as the back of the car from police pushing the car off the road from the site of the accident. There was A LOT of damage that needed to be repaired. This shop was recommended to me by a friend and they were very easy to work with. I appreciated the consistent updates about where they were at with repairs and it was helpful that they communicated directly with my insurance. When repairs were completed my car looked perfect and the inside of the car was clean/tidy. They give you a lifetime warranty on the repairs they complete which is a relief in case there are any issues.
This is the second time (sadly) that Ive been in an accident and needed to have my vehicle fixed up. I was recently rear-ended and needed my bumper and quarter panel fixed. I had a great experience at Crash Champions and the whole process was way smoother than I thought it would be. I came in for an estimate and then was able to make an appointment for my vehicle a week later, and my car was ready right when they said it would be, and it looks great. Highly recommend. And, everyone was very kind and professional!
Ive used them twice in the last year on our van (deer - front bumper, and rear bumper after getting rear ended). Both times they did excellent work and the repair looked brand new. Hope I dont need a car repair anytime soon but if I do, Ill definitely go back.

Just picked up my wifes car today- we have nothing but good things to say about crash champions. Great customer service, very friendly staff. We were kept up to date on the progress of our vehicle and the finished product looks perfect.
I was charged for an alignment and still couldnt find the problem and Enterprise took my deposit for a technical time frame. The appraiser was nice but in the end I came out of pocket $130 for nothing.
I got into accident and front side of my car was all damaged. Took my car to crash champions. Tiffany assisted me at Crash Champions. She was so professional and friendly. Gave me all details briefly and gave me updates on my car regularly. Moreover they have the rental options available at there location. I just left my car keys and took rental from their. They handled the situation so professionally, conveniently and customer friendly. I was in a car accident and sent to this place by my insurance. I was walked through the entire process of what they would do and got to watch them mark up my car before they took it apart. I received constant updates of any delays with the repair. When my car was ready, they allowed me to pick it up when it was convenient with my schedule. I went to pick up my car and was not expecting it to look so brand spanking new!!! Inside and out to my surprise. I’m pretty sure they detailed my car? They didn’t say they did but I know for a fact my car didn’t look that good when I dropped it off. My car has a special finish on the paint and they even got that right. They made sure the sensor on my car was replaced and still working efficiently. They also gave me a list of everything that was fixed and let me know it is all under warranty. I don’t remember for how long but it was quite some time! All in all, I am very satisfied and so happy. I felt like I was driving off the lot in a new car :’)
The people at Crash Champions took away all of the headache of getting a car repaired. Having a new car, my whole goal was to avoid the hassle of taking a car in, worrying about if you are getting quality work at a good price, and being without a car. I was so surprised with the easy drop off and appraisal, as well as their flexibility with me regarding when I wanted to have it worked on. The best part of my experience was that they finished ahead of schedule and were able to turn in my rental car for me! Talk about an easy experience!
Crash Champions did a great job with my car. This is the best collision repair Ive experienced. My parked car was in a hit and run with some pretty extensive damage. Crash Champions worked closely with my insurance (State Farm) and kept me continuously updated on the repair. During the process they found some additional suspension issues with my car that werent readily visible. They worked on this until the job was done and the alignment was correct. Adam (the person who works with State Farm claims) was easy to work with. I was also able to return my Enterprise car right there. My car looks great.
Sadly, I’ve had a car in the body shop 3 times since April but this body shop has been amazing. The communication is amazing, the work is, and the timing is. I can’t promote them enough.

I was a victim of a hit and run on a Friday, I was able to get an appointment that Monday with an estimated time of completion the following Monday. They completed my car on Thursday and I picked up Friday morning. I received updates throughout the process and they made everything super easy! Employees were great! Easy to work with. They replaced a broken window, and repaired interior scratches and repaired scratches In the paint on the outside of door. Fantastic work! Looks brand new. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed daily as to what was going on with my car at the time. This location also has a rental car agency on site (enterprise) so that was helpful as well. Made life a little easier. Oh. And they literally cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. That was totally unexpected. Thank you all at Crash Champions!!! I’ll certainly return to this location if I’m ever in need of their services again.
Chose Crash Champions hesitantly as they are recommended by my insurance company after an accident. I was pleasantly surprised how transparent, communicative and accommodating they were with me. It was a large repair, but they allowed me to see my car twice along the way and were able to get me a loaner when my rental through insurance had to be returned. Very thorough and so far so good on the repairs to my car. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely come back.
I had a comprehensive claim -- $1900 worth of front bumper and wheel well damage. I worked with Adam Thornburgh. He went above and beyond to make sure my 2010 Mazda 6 was good to go when I got it back. Even had my husbands Jeep headlamp covers polished up (complimentary). These guys are great to work with. I will never take my car anyplace else for body work. Very satisfied!

My vehicle was an unfortunate recipient of something that truly should be featured in one of those Farmers commercials where utterly ridiculous things happen, but they do happen in real life. My car got introduced to a tree, and was in rough shape. My fiancé had been to Crash Champions and had a good experience so I decided to give them a try. Adam was very helpful in getting my car in, and offered his phone number and email address to keep the communication channels open. Crash Champions was very busy, and gave me a very fair timeline, and often would apologize that the car wasnt done yet, but they still got my car back to me before the deadline they had initially given.I hope I wont need them again in the future, however if I do, Ill be sure to give Adam a ring!

Took my girlfriends car a few weeks ago for a new front bumper and under shield/ splash guard. Everything started off wonderful and so professional. Even got the car back earlier than expected. BUT. That’s because they didn’t even complete the job, whole splash guard was missing so the under-shield was dragging. Who let’s a car out of a shop like that. They drilled a plate onto the brand new bumper when they confirmed they wouldn’t.when the car got returned for the splash guard they missed a screw that we noticed when changing the oil. It also makes a long bang when turning the car to the right now. All these complications for the easiest repair and THEY WONT EVEN REPLY TO OUR EMAILS NOW. Please avoid them at all costs
Completed work before schedule time which was great. The replacement of parts and painting looked like new. The day after I had our first car repaired, someone backed into our second car. Took both cars to Crash Champions. Happy.

It was great. They said it would take a week and to my surprise I had my vehicle back in a week. Everything looked great and the car was all cleaned up.
My experience was a nightmare. I was told this was a great shop to take my car to. However that was not the case. No one updated me on what was happening with my car no matter how much a called no one called me back. I left several messages. My car was done a day later than expected. Which wouldnt be so bad had someone reached out and told me hey its going to be another day. But that didnt happen till a day later! At which point I got an email telling me the phone lines were down and had been for about two days. Oddly covenant but whatever. I had called several times during the time their phones should have been up and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone to figure out what was going on. The repair itself was not bad they did a okay job. But that very same day I got my car back it died a couple hours later. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.
The car repair was impeccable. They were pre-approved by my insurance company, so that made it all very easy. The service was excellent and they kept in touch with me throughout the process with updates.

I took my vehicle here for an inspection/appraisal after a tree fell on my car. Even though the vehicle was totaled out and they weren’t able to do any repair work, interacting with the staff was such a positive experience that I was blown away. Every time I talked to someone, they were so nice and helpful and that’s (as sad as it is to say) hard to find as a female with the auto industry. I hope I don’t need their service again, but if I do I know that I’ll be in good hands here.

This place is the bees knees. After I wrecked my car they took care of everything from start to finiah.my car legitimately looks like it did the day I bought it which is highly surprising as I was ready for it to be totaled. Every step of the way Brian was in contact with me to let me know what they were repairing, updated date of completion, and any other detail that arose. I dont have much to compare it to as I had not previously wrecked a car, but if youre in a bind they are the people with the plan!!! Thanks guys!

I literally just left this shop and needed to give a good review. I had a loose panel on the front, passenger side of my Prius and a loose panel underneath my car. Heather assessed the situation and told me she could likely fix it right away. She took my car back and had it fixed in about 10 minutes, and they didn’t charge me! It took a quick clip and a single screw to fix and I was on my way! The short time I spent there, I felt reassured and that I was in good hands. I’ve been screwed over before with auto repair places because I’m a woman, so this was a very refreshing experience. I definitely know where I’m going in the future if I need more repair done. I went to this place as my car met with an accident . Im so happy that i came to this location .. these guys are super professional and so friendly. My car case was taken care by adam and katie . These guys are so helpful and was giving me an update every day about my crv..Man they changed my crv and now i again start loving my old car. I had an early morning mess up a week and a half ago. I sideswiped a crosswalk sign in a parking lot. You know the ones, big metal pipe full of concrete sticking out of the ground about five feet. Well, they go down into the ground the same amount, and therefore dont budge an inch of you hit them.Mind you, I did this in my wifes Cadillac SRX. The drivers side doors were caved in, drivers mirror was destroyed, and the center post was pushed in. It was a mess.Crash Champions did such an amazing job. Im absolutely stunned. Our SRX looks as if the accident never happened. To say its flawless work is an understatement. And they were quick. Less than 10 days to get our car back. Perfect match on the paint, which is no small feat. Our car is a metallic flake bronze. To look at it, its as if they got the paint from the same batch as the factory. On top of the beyond excellent repair work, they also gave the car a nice detailing, from the looks of it.Thank you so much for the care and detail you put into our repair!
Never thought the result turned out to be way better than i expected and earlier than the schedule to be done. The person i was dealing there (miss Heather) is a very friendly, knowlegdable and helpful. The car is a very clean when i picked it up. After my accident I was very depressed, but the employees at Crash Champions, from the receptionist to the Service Advisors made me feel that I could trust them from start to finish. Had something at home fall on car in the garage. Went to Crash Champions because of past history with them as Auto Body Collision. Stopped in on Monday am after filing claim. They were able to start on car right away. Was told it would be done by Thursday. Received call that it was ready on Wednesday, earlier than promised. Worked with Brian McMillin who great thru the entire process. Received email updates on a regular basis. Great work and great service. Highly recommend them

This body shop impressed me, which, at my age, with my experience, happens more rarely than a snowstorm in May. Everything about my interaction with the personnel could not have been more positive. They are polite, well informed, and intent on being helpful.I needed a new right rear-view mirror. Not only was this job done expertly and expeditiously (it took exactly the half-hour estimated for the job), but the fellow also noticed that I had a low front tire, so put air in it. Given the rare efficiency and professionalism of all concerned, I shall be recommending this service to all my friends and shall definitely return there if I need an auto body service in the future. I brought my car in for what we thought was a broken door latch. Auto Body Collision and Glass ordered a new latch, which took a few days to come in. They started working on my car the day the part arrived. When I went to pick the car up, it turned out my original latch had just been frozen open due to the frigid temperatures. Auto Body Collision and Glass treated my old latch with some lubricating oil and put the door back together for free! Excellent customer service and honest business practice. I really appreciated how they handled this repair, and will be coming back when my car needs the next one.

Had a $5,500 front end repair completed Winter 2014. Not a good experience. Repair was estimated to take 10 days with promise of updates. I never received one update via the method I choose and felt as though I was constantly calling them for an update. Total repair time was over 3 weeks. Supposedly had problem resetting the Airbag deployment system.Knowing my car was in a front end collision I asked about how they would perform an alignment. They assured me it would be done on their rack. I later come to find out they never aligned my car and it was very far out of factory spec. So far that my tires are now worn and need replacement. All along I thought it was a steering problem they hadnt corrected.Also very disappointed with parts used. Believe other body shops when they say they use original manufacture parts. Its silly but the cheap $5 horn they put in my car is a constant reminder of settling for a 2nd rate boy shop. Their new front plastic under bumper cracked after only a few weeks from entering driveways where my front end often scraped the pavement. Never was a problem to scrape the front bumper before the repair. It seems like it was forced into a position it was not able to fit into.Stay away and ask about your body shop where they get their parts.

I was so surprised...they were finished with my car days before I was quoted. It looks brand new. Everyone is so helpful and friendly there. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
As a whole I was pleased. They had taped a tag on the inside of the passenger window. They pulled it off leaving all the sticky residue. After being in 90s. I didnt see it until I got home. I dont know why they didnt clean it off. It left a negative view of them in my mind.
I was told my car would take 2 weeks to repair, I dropped it off Jan 24 and just finally picked it up today (for the 4th or 5th time) and it’s still not right. The first time I picked it up the new paint they had just applied was already chipped, scratched, three pieces of my car were missing , damaged had not been fully repaired, my rocker panel was still bent in, and additional damage wasn’t caught until I took it to the dealership to be inspected. 3.5 months of going back and forth, simply asking for my car to be repaired, I was lied to and yelled at by the manager. Last week they burned through the paint when buffing so they had to paint it again, which was at least their 4th time attempting to paint it. Like other reviews, parts that were never even damaged by the accident came back damaged and not working properly. They are refusing to fix it. I was literally laughed at on the phone today while crying (yes crying, silly I know) because of the on-going nightmare of an experience I’ve had. The owner did offer a gift card and for me to take it to another location, but at this point I simply am refusing to do business with a company who won’t listen to their customers, treats them in a condescending manner, lies about work being done, damages the car more then refuses to acknowledge and own their mistakes without making the customer feel like it’s all their fault. I’ve sold cars, worked in garages, and my step father had a garage my whole childhood building his race car. I know enough about vehicles to know when something is not right. They even told me they were “testing out” their new suspension shop they use and are not sure of what kind of work they do yet. However it was my car that was sent to this garage and now the steering is all screwed up. I am now working with my insurance company to have the work this shop did corrected and repaired right, while I also plan a move to North Carolina in 2 weeks. The stress of this experience has caused me to miss work and is having lasting negative impacts on my health. Save yourself time, energy, money, and your sanity. They did an amazing job on my car and went the extra mile by taking care of the smallest details including vacuuming and washing the car before it came back. The communication was excellent and their work was fantastic.
Used them for my wifes SUV. Never will again. Drivers side door still doesnt close right and it sticks out from the car. They also forgot to put one of the screws in the handle for the rear hatch, it literally came apart in my hand when I tried to close it. Other than the poor quality they were great and very nice.
I had a very positive experience here. Not only did they fix my bumper, but also vacuumed out and cleaned my car. Furthermore, i was running late and I arrived about one minute before closing to pick up my car and they were still very friendly and helpful. So I took my vehicle here to be repaired. It took them 2 weeks to repair it. And when I recieved it back the power steering went out I had no problems previously. I called because it was the shops fault. They refused to fix it so I paid 1300 out of pocket. Then they took so long to fix my vehicle I had to ask for it back so I can get from place to place. They were waiting for a part. Well 2 months later still havent heard from them and I paid for the part and the service. I called and keep getting the run around on when they will put it on. Then my bumper is lose because they didnt even put it on right enough. So I called brought this up to a man named Albert who was very rude to me, once I expained the issue he basically said that the bumper isnt Their fault I then asked when I am going to get the part installed that I had ALREADY PAID FOR. He only responded with they tried to call me. Mind you I dont have one call or voicemail and have called more then once to check if the part was in. I did nt just sit around and wait two months. I then said look. You are going to schedule me an appointment to get it fixed because I paid for it and if they dont do it I am going to sue them because I paid for a part. Once I mentioned suing I got an appointment scheduled and a promise to rectify the situation. I shouldnt have to threaten to sue to get this fixed. Moral of the story. Dont shop here. They do a half ass job, they dont take ownerships of Thier mistakes, they are rude, and I am still waiting almost 3 months later to get my vehicle repaired aND I paid them 1000s of dollars abd then had to pay 1000s to fix Thier mistake. HEED MY WARNING FIND ANOTHER AUTO REPAIR SHOP. I will also be letting my friends and family know about this experience. I am a Professional and run my own business and am Apalled at this situation and how it was handled. Good luck with your repairs and hope this helps your decision
Go somewhere else. I had them fix a bumper cover and rear tail-light. Work was fine, but TPMS sensor (tire) didnt work after repair. Asked them to fix, and Brian said they wouldnt do it if it wasnt accident-related.And when I picked the car up, it wouldnt start. Not being an automotive genius, I may not grasp all of the nuance involved, but the car running after fixing the bumper didnt seem like a heavy lift to me.Like I said - go elsewhere.

They spotted scratches on my car that I hadn’t even known were there and when I got it back it looked good as new. When winter weather delayed the repair job they called me to keep me in the loop. I’d go back to them again, except, you know, I’d rather not have to. :-P

Even though my car was totalled out, they are an amazing group of people. Their office was so clean. Cant tell its an actual body shop.
Used collision shop for front end damage repairs. Repairs were completed with new OEM bumper. After receiving vehicle back the front bumper was out of allignment. Shop is now stating that a phantom vehicle must have struck the vehicle in the four days I have had vehicle back. No visible damage to bumper, no corroborating evidence to substantiate their allegation. Faulty workmanship is cause of bumper not being alligned correctly. BBB complaint filed and will not stop there, as shop thinks they can “skate” by with their bogus allegation and no evidence to support.
Easy to find on maps I received efficient detailed estimate the way I specified I didnt feel they tried to spare me any expense though.i had got a second estimate it caused me to question there means is it best service to the customer or you desperately take advantage to pocket max profit off each customer threw insurance I understand but someone paying cash to avoid insurance going up ????maybe its just me other then that very friendly service
I had to come back for a paint issue on a repainted area, which was told to me was due to dust in the showroom environment while painting. That was not a very acceptable response or outcome, however I couldn’t afford to go through the whole repaint process again, thus the manager proposed to add it in the notes so that if something happens can be handled in warranty. However this is not a very acceptable outcome.

2022-01-05We had our car towed to Crash Champions and they were very quick to take ownership of the repairs, even before the insurance claim had been filed. They gave me their best estimate of how long it would take to repair the damage. I was sent a text on a very regular basis and kept informed as to what services were being done. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the care looked terrific when we inspected it upon pick up. This team is pretty terrific !

2022-05-24This place was awesome! I worked with Amy, and she was great. The shop was very transparent with me about how long the repairs would take and what they were working on at different points of my repair. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable every time I called. They handled the insurance side of things, as well as the rental. All I had to do was drop it off to them!More than all of the great customer service, the work that they did on the vehicle was excellent. I needed a new bumper and some internal parts. The bumper looks great and the car looks almost brand new. They also washed the outside and cleaned the inside, which I wasnt expecting.Overall, would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately for us (accident-wise), this is my second time in just a few months coming to Crash Champions, but Amy is fantastic and I couldnt think of a better person to help make everything smooth with as little stress as possible. 2022-05-24Brian provides amazing customer service. My mom and I have brought our cars here a couple times recently and both of the cars have come out looking brand new! The last time I brought my car in, they told me that what was supposedly “fixed” by another body shop indeed was not fixed it but crash champions got my car really fixed up! They provide service updates and are prompt on answering and returning emails and phone calls. Definitely would recommend. Service is awesome, staff is friendly, location is ideal.

Parts were delayed, but at least they were kind enough to call me several times and keep me posted. They were very nice about getting me done before I had to leave on a trip. Very professional and nice work. I have no complaints which is rare for a body shop.

2022-04-12Earlier this month, the catalytic converter was stolen off of my Honda Pilot, within 3 days of contacting them, Crash Champions had communicated with my insurance, a rental car company, found the replacement part, fixed my car, *cleaned* my car inside and out, and had it ready for pickup! I was blown away by the service and will absolutely be using them for any future car services. I worked with Tiffany and she was delightful and helpful throughout the whole process! 2022-05-21In 2020 I had body work done by Crash Champions on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. In 2022 the clear coat in one of the repaired areas developed some sort of adhesion issue and was flaking off the base color coat below. I called my insurance company to get advice on how to proceed and they told me that The body shop Crash Champions is one of our recommended body shops, give them a call and ask them to take a look at it for you. so I did just that. I spoke to Shaun over the phone who was friendly and very interested to take a look at the issue. Upon arriving he looked at the affected area, I told him the repair and paint had looked amazing - right up until it didnt...no dulling of the area, just one day there were flakes of clear coat coming off with no dents or dings anywhere around the area. He confirmed that its the telltale sign of an Adhesion Problem and proceeded to tell me a list of conditions that could cause this failure even years later like my situation. He also assured me it was uncommon at his shop because of the care they take to eliminate nearly all of those risk factors! He also assured me that it would be handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction! The repair was handled quickly, professionally, and the repair is utterly perfect, the paint on the car is a high-gloss metal-flake gray which Im told isnt easy to match and blend but again - its perfect! Feel confident in taking your car to Crash Champions of Mill Run in Hilliard - they are seasoned professionals who care and have the talent to repair your car and stand behind their work.
