This is a great music store, the only one in Toledo that has pianos in stock. They always have a large selection of new and used grand, consoles and spinner pianos.They have Roland electronic pianos well known for outstanding sounds, which are often mistaken for acoustic piano sounds. Also the touch of Roland electronic pianos mimics the touch of high-end acoustic grand pianos.
Thank you for pointing out my city trashcan next to your dumpster. I never would have never suspected it was mine (you knew). It had been missing for more than a year. On the bright side. It was well taken care of, perfectly clean whom ever had it must have been using it inside. I never would have recovered it with out you. Your neighbor to the south.
Beautiful Pianos, large variety of sheet music and they also offer piano lessons. Each person was very helpful and friendly! They made me feel at home!
Most complete store for pianos, keyboards, lessons and sheet music / music books in town. Dont go to the big box music store that has a keyboard section. Go to the pros who are locally owned and have been in business for decades in Toledo.
I just bought a used Yamaha upright and its wonderful. I had a great experience through the whole buying process. Definitely would recommend.

2022-03-11Wonderful service, both in store and with the delivery! I made my first purchase here only two days ago and they delivered it very quickly. Jane was friendly and very helpful when picking out the right piano for me. It was a great price and came with a 30-day warranty.I visited this place a few times as a kid but never made my own purchase until now. I can see why they have been in business for as long as they have. The atmosphere, quality of products, and employees really make for a great experience.

2021-09-06I was very impressed with the efficiency of Craig and his daughter moving our upright piano. We have steps at the front of the house and they managed without problem. Quick turn around, too. Im very happy with their work.

2020-11-07Awesome place! Very friendly, down-to-earth people! Visited for my first time today and enjoyed talking to Rebecca. She invited me to play on a very nice grand in store. I came for and bought some sheet music. They have a very good selection of music books; theory, classical, pop, gospel, etc. for all skill levels.

2020-09-12I walked in this morning for my first time and was pleasantly surprised to see such a variety of beautiful instruments! Many, many acoustic pianos of all brands, shapes and sizes.I was greeted by the owner, Craig and we spoke for several minutes. He lead me into an adjoining room where there were even more pianos. Additionally, in the second room I seen organs (including a HAMMOND) and electronic keyboards.Thank you for your time today Craig and also for the service you provide to your community.

2017-03-01We got a baby grand piano from Craigs at a very reasonable price. It is a beautiful instrument. It even has an expensive player system which we enjoy. Craig gave us 10 discs to accompany it. We looked several places for our piano and we so very pleased we found the Pearl River at Craigs. We would highly recommend his store.

2020-06-11We had a great experience with Craig’s Keyboards! On time, courteous and polite, wearing his Covid mask and even brought Lysol wipes with him. David Lohman is a wonderfully skilled Piano technician. Our piano has never sounded better. Craig’s is the best in town. Thank you! 5 stars!

2018-02-01Purchased a piano for my wife about a year ago and had received major brownie points!! Great atmosphere and amazing pianos they offer a kind of rent to buy option which was perfect just paid off the remainder yesterday!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a piano!!
