Had to I have my desktop computer fixed after I tried and failed to do it myself, and honestly made matters worse, lol. Stuart at the North Olmsted location was very professional, courteous, and most importantly was able to fix my computer issue! Because of the nature of the issue, I was able to have it done the same day, and the price was very fair! Will definitely be bringing my business with computer-related issues here!!
I received my phone back today from CPR which was totally destroyed. They replaced the front screen, back of the phone and front camera. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and I am so thankful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their phone repaired!! :)
I went to the one in North olmsted. Both men that helped me were awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was pricey but cheaper than any other place I went to. They had my phone done in a little over an hour. Between the customer service and my phone looking brand new it was worth every penny!

The repair associate was very friendly and professional and showed that he cared about my dilemma. He took the time to thoroughly check for any problems/updates on my phone. He did not find any.
Had the screen replaced on my wifes note 10+. Now she has hardly any service on the phone. Where my phone works fine. When we asked them they blamed the carrier instead of actually helping. This place is run by a bunch of 20 somethings with no clue.
The gentlemen here did a great job repairing my phone screen along with excellent support on getting the equipment to restore the true tone function on my display. Will definitely recommend CPR to others!
Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Came here after a different cell phone repair shop told me they couldnt help me, but these guys could. Fixed what was wrong. and saved me the hassle of buying a new phone. Price for labor was reasonable. They were very good about updating me every step of the way, and the end result was great, and everything was fixed. They even wiped the screen down with a microfiber cloth, I mean talk about professional. They left my phone better than they found it. You know that mechanic you take your car to, the ones that you would exclusively trust to work on your car, because you know theyll do the most efficient job? These guys are THAT guy, but with phones.
I went to Best Buy first to get the screen replaced on my iPhone 7.They quoted 150.00 and said 4 hours.I declined.Today at CPR, Doyle was a total professional. He quoted 115.00 and said he would have it done while I waited.30 minutes later I walked out a happy customer.Great service here.

I had a unique and likely hopeless problem with my phone. The team at the North Olmsted store were excited for the challenge and worked with me to figure out the best fix. They were awesome!! They went over and beyond for me. I couldnt appreciate it more. Best service and price around for sure!! I will only be recommending them for now on!! Go see them if you need help!
I like the CPR stores. When my phone needs something I just stop in and usually they can fix it on the spot. My nice glass screen protector took a hit but saved my screen. It was obstructing a clear view of my screen so I ran up the street to CPR and in 10 minutes they put on a new one. Now thats service.
CPR does a great job. They explain all of your options upfront and provide a strong customer service experience--you immediately feel welcome when you walk in, completely different feeling you get from the big box stores. John in particular handled my screen protector install with patience and made sure the job was done and done right. I would highly recommend CPR for all of your mobile device needs.

Had my SIM card not go back in correctly. Took it to Verizon and they sent me to CPR. They were able to dislodge my SIM card and didnt charge me anything. Super friendly and helpful staff. I will be telling all my friends about them and recommending them to everyone I come across.
CPR is a life saver. Every time Ive been there theyve been able to solve my problems faster and easier than I could ever hope to do on my own. Their prices are more than reasonable given the quality of service they provide. Everyone Ive interacted with has been friendly and helpful. I cant recommend CPR enough.
Had a lifetime Invashield cell phone glass cover warranty. However, I had to pay for administrative fees of $10.80. This was disappointing. I will say they did a great job in applying the cover.
Looked online for a warranty replacement of the shattered screen protector on my Samsung 8 phone. I was directed to CPR. The young man Spencer promptly explained what was available and could apply a new protector within 15 minutes. And so it was. He was prompt, knowledgable and delightful to work with. Excellent!

I was so grateful to be able to get my phone to CPR. My battery was in such bad shape (and it happened so quickly) that I had to keep the phone attached to a portable charger. The CPR techs had it fixed and back to me in 90 minutes (the glass case was also very splintered from the phone being dropped, so that was replaced also). No appointment. I just walked in and they helped me. Before I left, they had me use the phone to make sure everything seemed ok. One thing, This wasnt a cheap fix. BUT, considering they helped me immediately and quickly, and Ill probably get another 2-3 years with this phone (rather than buying a new one now), I think their price was Very Reasonable. Thanks to you all at CPR :)
This CPR repair store is great! Amazing service and good prices! They have pre owned phones (newer models too!) Accessories and computers/tablets. Even helped with the financing of the device!! I will be back!
I brought in a phone that was previously mishandled by another cell phone repair shop to get evaluated. Spencer helped me out big time! He quickly assessed damaged parts within the phone. Per my request, he wrote an official document on his findings so I could take it back to the original shop. If I have any future issues with phones, I will be bringing them directly to this CPR and to Spencer.
My brother came in from South Korea (on his quadrennial visit to renew his drivers license) with a Samsung A6 tablet that wouldnt boot.after trying a couple different ways to reset to factory settings using the volume and power buttons didnt work, I found CPR through Google.We went there and the techs were able to get it up and running again by using the home button. I didnt even know it had a home button!The best part? They didnt even charge us a penny!Honest, dependable, knowledge, fair... What more could you ask?I would definitely recommend CPR for whatever your tech Repair needs might be.

Thinking my phone was dead with no recent backup I made an appointment with apple store and they ran a test and confirmed it was dead without replacing any parts they attempted to sell me a new phone for $300.Found these guys this morning and and took it in and we replaced the battery and charging port and the dang thing started right up and the battery begin charging. Brought my device in this morning at 10:15 and got a phone call at 12:30 that the phone was fixed. The guy was honest and far and was very quick. The cost was half the price of the new phone apple was trying to sell me, plus we got to see all the photos from Christmas!Thank you CPR
I brought my phone in with 1 problem. They were able to resolve said problem however, I left with 3 additional problems because errors were made during the process. They offered to correct their mistakes for free but this caused a huge inconvenience because I needed my phone for the weekend. I’m not sure if this was a 1 time instance where they messed up or what, either way I’m going to take my money elsewhere if I have anymore problems.

My phone screen shattered yesterday morning after dropping it on the sidewalk. I took it to CPR Cell Phone Repair after work, and was in and out after about 40 minutes with a phone that looked good as new! Very competitive price as well.
Very friendly and efficient service! Also, they said my iPad would be ready in one business day and ended up calling me a couple hours later because it was done already! Looks and works great 👍 and they aren’t terribly priced , I recommend definitely 👌
Wife’s iPad Air’s screen shattered. Decided to try repair instead of replace because of cost for new. Satisfied with savings and repair time promise. Received a call hours, not days, later informing me that the item was ready for pick-up. Had a screen saver installed and the cost was stil less than half the cost of a comparable model. Less than even a refurb model. Warrantied work. What else matters? Seldom do I get such friendly, knowledgeable and fast service. Impressive! Get your broken electronics fixed here... period... and save some money for more enjoyable endeavors or worthwhile causes.
Called them to ask about pricing and had done my research already. Verified prices by others around town. My laptop screen costs 40 dollars and these guys are telling me 150.00. Then labor to replace a screen takes less than an hour and he is telling me 3 hours as they charge every half hour. Folks dont get scammed. Internet now tells you everything. Do your research before heading out to this place.

My girlfriend brought her Iphone 6 in for a cracked screen. We thought even though this place was 40 dollars more than most other places, a lifetime warranty would be worth it. 3 months later the glass is coming up on it own like its starting to detach and went black. She took it in and they said she had to buy a new screen even though its under a lifetime warranty. Some lifetime warranty ! Go elsewhere.
These guys are fantastic!! They repaired my charging port when I thought my phone might be dead. I even went back a couple of weeks later and they helped secure a spot on my phone that had become lose. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Took my Samsung galaxy s7 for lower microphone not working and they replaced it working good as new. Also there was some damage to my front screen on the bottom the paint was separating from glass and creating a bubble they replaced my whole screen and did a phenomenal job! John was my repair technition , he is awesome and so polite. I recommend to anyone who has a phone problem I will definitely be going there from now on. Thanks guys the phone had a lot of sentimental value to me! If your iffy im telling you dont worry theyll fix it.

Why is there a 12 year old in dirty, ratty street cloths the only person working in the store?? More importantly, why is there a dog running around in the store. The last thing I want is dog hair and nonsense flying around the room while they open up my electronics. The child at the counter was to stupid to make any sort of decision and needed to call his mother about every question I had. Of course she did not answer. The 12 year old just stood there and stammered, looking lost. Then he asked for my phone number so an adult could call me when one arrived. If I had had a working phone I would not be in the store. I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague!

2022-07-22Since I was told by spectrum to bring my phone here Ive had difficulties. I followed the stores hours and went to drop off my device but several times they werent open to drop off the device. I finally succeeded. But now after being notified its fixed Ive failed once again by trusting their hours and I get there and they are closed. How can I get my phone ?

2022-08-18Said they could order glass/frame for my phone over phone, then tell me they cant once I get there. Salesman gave me some shtick about we only deal with genuine Samsung parts. So basically once Samsung stops selling a particular phone, these guysbare useless.

2022-01-27Nothing but simple leashing/buy. Young guy That helped me was very nice very knowledgeable and just made me feel comfortable moving forward. Absolutely no scams here. I was worried myself at 1st but I walked out very happy with what I want with great price. There are multiple locations but I will only go to north Olmsted location trusted any questions I had answered right away. Even chatted about are apple watches just all around good place. 2022-01-20I was there today due to an issue with my charging port. Both gentlemen(shouldve asked for names) were super attentive in helping me resolve my problem. They didnt even charge me fo their time, just what I purchased, a charging cord. In the end, the problem was with my cord, not the port at all. They were never pushy or dismissive. I love this place! Thank you for your help! Very professional! North Olmsted location.

2021-09-26Saved at least 70% over quote from Apple Care through Best Buy. Dropped my 10s Max off and in less than two hours had a new screen and camera glass. Looks and operates like new.. Unbelievable! Professional and amazingly fast. Would never go anywhere else again. Thank you CPR!
