Spent $250 and about 4 days waiting for an iPad screen to be fixed. After a day or 2 the screen started popping out, and the Apple Pencil doesnt work when that happens. So for the past 8 months (since I got the repair) Ive had to push back my screen in to make my pencil work, and even then theres a large portion of the screen of which the pencil wont work. Im a math student who uses my iPad daily, and I can safely say that I am buying a new iPad this summer because of the shotty work they did here. Thanks guys.
Excellent service! I have used them on three different occasions and each time 100% satisfaction. Chris and Jordan are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have never been in an extreme hurry to receive my device back. I always receive a call less than an hour after leaving the store informing me my device is repaired and ready to be picked up. I would definitely recommend CPR and speak with Jordan or Chris.
Awesome! I don’t usually leave reviews. It has to be exceptional or really bad to review. This was quick and efficient. Jordan was the nicest guy. He repaired my iPhone 6 Plus glass without having to deal with the Apple Kenwood store. It would have been worth double I highly recommend this place!
My daughter had her cell phone screen repaired. 2 days later it cracked again -- without being dropped. They would not entertain the idea that the screen was defective or they should replace it at anything less than full price. Although this place was more expensive than others, the reviews made us feel confident. Very disappointed.
It took me 3 days to decide on a repair shop, but only 45 minutes for my repair to be done! Brett was my technician; a warm, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE guy who was able to advise me correctly. I will be referring all my friends and associates to CPR!
Walked in and 20 minutes later my iPhone was fixed for 1/3 of what the Apple would have charged. got a one year warranty on my new screen. There was a unrelated problem with my phone later that day and it got fixed right away with the warranty. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Chris did a great job and is very friendly.

Great experience! Took my 2 1/2 yr old sealed unit pixel phone to have battery replaced. They had to order parts and called me when they came in. Works like a new phone now. Professional, knowleable, polite. Highly recommend.
Very speedy repair- it only took them an hour and a half to replace my screen and battery! I took it in just to replace the screen but the gent I spoke to said it’d only be $30 more to replace the battery. I have a 4 year old iPhone 6 so you can trust that the battery was nearing the end of its life. All in all, very professional, affordable and quick service. I highly recommend repairing your phone here. Saved me probably $700 in an “upgrade” from Verizon or Apple.
Called in about a cracked screen on my galaxy S8. A gentleman by the name of Chris took my call. Told him what my issue was and he proceeded to give me thorough details about the process and fees associated with each route he suggested. Was honest about the fact that he didn’t make that repair because he wasn’t able to offer a fair price to the customer. Very genuine, down to earth, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family members I cared about!
I had dropped my iPhone 6 off for screen and protector replacement and intended to drop my husband’s iPhone 6s for a charging port repair and new screen protector. When my phone was ready I took my husband’s in and Chris was able to fix it while I waited in a short period of time. I really appreciated his honesty in finding that the charging port was just needing to be cleaned as it was dirty and filled with lint and not having to make an extra trip back later. Replaced my shattered iPhone screen today here at CPR. Friendly gentleman fixed it straight up for me in 45 minutes at a fair price of $80. Would recommend them as a fine phone fixer upper business! Gregg
I wish I could give a better review... but only positive experience was that employee was polite. Their charge to replace glass on an iPhone 6s was over $200. Next door at Kenwood Mall the Apple store was able to replace within an hour for $129. I have to advise that you stop at Apple store first as they now do same day service on glass repairs. On top of that Apple wont void warranty and is using official parts.
Ive used them a couple of times. Always great and professional. Today I brought my phone in because it wouldnt take a charge. Expecting I was going to have to replace a piece, the gentleman took it in the back, cleaned it out in less than a minute, and it worked perfectly. Free of charge. I felt like an idiot, but they were awesome and I highly recommend them for all your repair needs.

We were out for a walk and went past CPR Cell Phone Repair. My phone has recently been hard to connect to its charging cable. I had it with me, so we stopped in. Ian assured me that the charging port most likely needed to be cleaned and that it would take about 30 minutes. He called before we were done with our walk and I went back to pick it up. Works good as new!

I came in to see if they could fix the shattered screen of my ipod. The guy working there, Bob, also pointed out the dock connector was a bit dented. He gave me a price quote and a couple of options--even suggesting I see if Apple would do an out-of-warranty replacement--so that I could get the best deal. I really appreciate that commitment to customer satisfaction and it builds a great deal of trust in a business if employees arent simply looking to take your money. I ended up going with iRepair, and they did a beautiful job and straightened out the dock connector as well.Then I asked if they could replace the speakers in an old water-damaged phone because I hadnt been able to copy important audio files to another device. Again, they gave me some options so I could make an informed decision. Ill recommend this place to family and friends. They really go the distance for their customers, and its very reasonably priced.
When issues arose with parts/repair after 24-48hrs of receiving service, staff (ie manager) was dismissive, noncommittal and communication became abysmal. Haptic feedback on my home button still doesnt work following their screen replacement. Initially seemed like to be transparent, satisfactory service but ultimately proved to be the opposite.
Fantastic and friendly service! Could not have received a better experience. Kyle calmed my hysteria over my iPhone breaking and was able to get it powered back on again. I made an appointment for 5 pm. I chose this place because the price in the Internet was a special 89.99 to repair the glass for 5c model. When I got there, the tech, Miles, says my LCD is bruised therefore the special doesnt apply. I tried to negotiate saying it would be more fair since that was the only reason I was at that store and not Apple. He didnt care, was not apologetic and proceeded to say it was $109. I was so angry, but I was already there. He said so do you want it fixed or not? Yes Im already here. I come back 30 minutes later, my glass is fixed, but guess what isnt visible? Any LCD bruise. A good business would have honored their advertised special. Quick service but definitely not customer oriented.
Ive used iRepair Solutions 3 times now(iPhone 5 and twice for my Samsung s5). the customer service is amazing. they where friendly explained the problem clearly, gave me my options, and finally did it all with the understanding that I was angry I had dropped my phone.the actual work was flawless, the phone felt like and behaved like a brand new phone, plus they give you a guarentee on the work so if it breaks or doesnt work properly in the next bit they will correct it.Overall A+ in Quality and Service!

My iPhone 3G screen shattered this morning - Apple was going to charge me $150+tax to replace but luckily we found iRepair and they were able to replace the screen (it works beautifully) - I also bought a heavy duty case there and the TOTAL was only $79 .... Really awful service. Took a phone into the shop to get a cracked screen fixed, just to see it break two weeks later due to a “bend in the framework” that was not previously there. The employees did not handle the situation with any respect toward the customer. No responsibility was taken on their part, and we were charged an extra $100 for their mistake. I highly recommend looking elsewhere when you have issues with a phone screen.

Took my phone for a cracked screen. Paid approx 250 Picked it up 1 hr later and they put my rubber protective cover on it. I bought a new one and holster and was excited to have it fixed. Upon taking the cover off, I noticed the home button was loose and the screen was installed crooked.i called the store to tell them it was messed up. Then 2 days later the screen turned pink purple then black. As I use this phone as my business line and email, I had to buy a new phone same as old for 265. Took 1 week to fix. If I depended on there repair I would be out of business.

Not only did they fix my camera light that I been on for over 3 weeks in less than 15 minutes, but they explained everything thing they did, provided amazing service, and all for a reasonable price. I had taken my phone to 2 other places; one institution said they could not work on the phone, while the other suggested I just buy a new one. The representative was cordial. Nothing could be done to help me but I still had to pay just to be told my phone cant be fixed. If I left with replacement parts, new phone/ accessories, or a complete computer diagnosis the $35 + taxes charge wouldnt feel so harsh. More money that could have went towards a new purchase. Dont recommend this place. Called on the phone for a price on iPhone glass repair,when I got to the shop he raised the price by $40. Then he told me the crystal screen was damaged and it would be $130 more than the phone price. Took the phone to youbreakifixit ( a competitor ) and they said the crystal was not damaged and honored the original price this guy quoted me. Very deceptive and dishonest business practices at this place. I recommend going elsewhere
My work phone screen shattered over the weekend and I was worried I wasnt going to be able to get it fixed before Monday. I made my appointment Saturday afternoon and it was completed in less than an hour! Definitely recommending to all of my family and friends.
Had my phone screen repaired about a month ago and everything was great until a few days ago the screen stopped working. Never dropped it or anything. Took it into them explaining what happened and I was told that my phone was bent and that it was not covered under their warranty. They tried to charge me another $140 for a repair. Dont trust them.
Kyle was friendly and efficient. I had a new screen for my iPhone in about an hour. I dropped off phone, then went back to work. Picked up phone on my way home. Kyle didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff, which I liked. I will return to get a battery put in another phone.
Screen broke on iPad mini - Very professional and very polite staff. Had to fix iPad Mini (twice within a month) - same daughter dropped her iPad again. Both techs were great. You can see they are trained well. They were very fair priced the first time and gave me a slight break 2nd time. Super fast service both times. Home button wasnt done right 2nd time and needed to wait 30 minutes - good reason to test it out. Thank you.
This place is awesome! I took my daughters broken iphone in during my lunch break this afternoon. It was in bad shape...it had fallen in the crack of the couch, and wedged into the hinge of the recliner. We had reclined the sofa, and the screen was completely shattered. Within 2 hours, it was as good as new! Very professional and quick. Our family has many iphones -- definitely keeping these guys in my contacts list!!
Update: After further review, you are better off just going to Apple and working with them. You get what you pay for and they dont stand behind there warranties. They may fix your problem for cheap but you are sure to have issues in the future b/c of their work. They also moved from the convenient location in Kenwood to Oakley.Went to the Apple Store and they told me the damage was caused by previous work done on the phone. Keep this in mind if you use them they may damage your phone in another way that will show up later. Use authorized dealers only. Also, keep in mind if you have a warranty dont go near this or any unauthorized dealers.PS: The location I went to was open in February and closed by August. Call it what you want, Im a straight shooter. A good practice might be this: IF YOU WORKED ON A PHONE BEFORE AND MADE MONEY ON THE CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHAT THE ISSUE IS GIVE THEM A FREE EVALUATION. That way they dont end up at another store giving their money to someone else. Just makes sense. Had your representative dealt with me in a good customer service way you would have probably ended up with another $100 bucks but instead I ended up at the Apple Store. I ended up giving them $300 to solve the issue your store caused me. Re-evaluate how you do business and maybe you wont be closing your locations shortly after people visit them.OLD REVIEW:I had my wifes old iPhone 6s fixed for my little boy. They offered a 1-year warranty on it and got it done if 15 minutes. The place down the street quoted my an hour and then once I got there moved that to over 2 hours.
For the last month or so I have been having trouble with establishing a connection between the phone and the charger cable. I googled iphone repair and iRepair Solutions came up first. From their informative website I saw that they could help me with my charging issue. I dropped by and the technician was very helpful stating that this is a common problem. He took my phone and within a few minutes had repaired. They have very reasonable repair rates.....better than buying a new phone. Im sure I will return for future repairs.
AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!! I went to 3 different repair shops to get quotes on a iPhone 7 plus screen repair. Ubreakifix looked at it and quoted me the price of the repair, lil shops in the kenwood mall did the same. Took the device to Chris in Oakley, he looked at it for 2 seconds and he peeled off my broken screen protector and showed me that my screen wasnt even broken!!! Im a single mother and money is always tight with my 3 kids running around. Thank you so much Chris for your honesty, you saved me $120 that i truly didnt have to spend. And shame on those other companies for trying to take advantage of me not knowing th protector was broken. If you want to work with an honest person/company, go see Chris at CPR. Repaired cracked screen in iPhone 8 plus, within a month the touch screen did not work and the phone was rendered useless. Apple wont do anything because it was taken to a non-apple repair shop. Thanks a lot. Should have just left the crack in the screen.
Took my daughters iphone 6 in that she had dropped and cracked the screen on without an appointment. They had it fixed in less than an hour and it worked great. Definitely recommend.
Went in to get shattered screen fixed.. got it fixed, two days later a black bar shows up on it. Then I go down and get it fixed AGAIN, another 2 days later out of nowhere the entire screen is black again. I took it back and they tried charging me another 30 , even though I figured it would be under warranty since there was no cracks in screen, and I wasnt having any issues until I took it there to be repaired. So I ended up throwing 90 dollars down the drain.
CPR is a very professional operation. They were available to repair my phone at thee scheduled time of my appointment. The work was perfect and completed in less than the estimated time. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had issue with my daughters IPhone 6 which was not turning on and could not be charge. CPR was able to confirm that it a not the charging port but was the mother board. CRP was then able to help revive the phone long enough for me to down load all the photos that had not been backed up. They helped me save a lot of memories for a teen age daughter. Thanks!

Took two items in that both had cracked screens. A phone and tablet. They priced the phone quickly. Then proceeded to tell me they could not price the tablet; but changed their mind gave me a price and I stated I could replace it for less, ( I bought it for less) They told me I was wrong and then argued a minute turned around and started to walk through their white curtain. I then picked up my sons broken phone and stated I guessed they didnt want to fix the phone and left. Never is it good business to argue with a potential customer, insult them, and forget they brought more than one item in. Sorry for them because I have a total of 6 items at minimum off 200.00 a fix; You just lost at minimum $1200.00 in sales.
Kyle at the Kenwood location was professional, courteous and honest. My cell phone was repaired, and he honestly admitted that he had accidentally cracked the back glass during the repair of my screen when I would have had no way of knowing and insisted on taking care of the issue with no additional charge. If he had said nothing, I would either have never known or thought that it was damage I had caused and missed.
Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable re my charging port issue. He also went out of his way to show me how to get my broken Otterbox cover replaced at no charge. Will def use again should the need arise. Thanks!

Had a battery replaced here. The battery is good but they cracked the back glass of my phone which they replaced but didnt seem to care like they do it all the time. I gave it two stars because while they fixed the problem they made other problems and the customer service is mediocre at best.

I damaged the glass AND the LCD screen for my HTC Rezound very badly one day. Since I was not due for an upgrade for more than a year and I did not have a warranty on my phone I was out of luck. I brought my iPad with a broken screen to iRepair about a month ago. I didnt have to worry about sending my iPad through the mail to a different service because I could drop off and pick up my iPad on the same day which I liked. I did have an issue with the screen coming unseals after a few weeks, but they fixed it when I brought it back into the store with no issues. I would definitely recommend iRepair Solutions to others.

Its pretty refreshing to have a repair shop in the area that cares about customer satisfaction as much as it cares about offering OEM quality repairs. The location was easy to find being its located next to the AMC ticket booth and the process was even faster than initially quoted over the phone as well as they were the cheapest price in the city.

This place is a total scam. I went into get the glass fixed on my Iphone and their website said $129. Then the guy asked me for my passcode which I refused. He said he need it to see if the LCD screen was damaged. When I unlocked my phone and handed it to him he said he had to charge me $170 because the LCD screen was damaged. I told him I didnt care and I just wanted the glass fixed. He said he would still have to charge me because my LCD screen couldnt be repurposed. I asked What do you mean repurposed He said We cant repurpose your LCD for someone elses phone because its damaged. So I said So your going to charge me more because you cant RESELL my old parts off MY PHONE!? He said Basically, yesUneffing believable!!! This is totally false advertising and boarder line fraud. If you dont want to get scammed, dont go here.
Had iPhone 5s replaced the lcd and battery for $105. He said it comes with 12 months warranty. After 3 days the lcd pop. He refused to fix it under warranty. In fact, he blaimed us that we broke the lcd. Not professional. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Successfully replaced a delicate Surface Pro 3 screen after an airport mishap cracked the screen several places & bent the upper left corner of the frame where it impacted the floor first (the CPR Technician noticed the 2nd problem, I didnt). Tricky repair on a fragile tablet that I use as a work laptop, but I am typing this review from the successfully repaired & full operational SPRo3 right now! :) Phew, what a save!!

IRepair in Newport, KY had my demolished iPhone 6 screen repalced in 35 mintues. My phone looks brand new again. The manager was very friendly and extremely helpfuil, this is a store you want to go to!
I took my wifes iPad in for a cracked screen on a Saturday afternoon. The guys where gracious. They had it fixed and ready to go in about an hour. iPad is as good as new! I cant tell it has been repaired.

Had a screen replaced. Did nothing to the phone in the next week and had screen crack again. They said I did something which is untrue and mad me pay for the repair. Basically watch out. They will bend your phone and then you have to repair twice! More money for them

2022-08-08Although I do not know much about this place I know that the employee named Vince here is a very disrespectful and unprofessional employee, and should be fired. My sister had to get her phone fixed and when they gave the phone back to her the iPhones Face ID did not work. For your information it has been working before the people there had tried to fix it and then when my sister confronted him about it he continued to be very disrespectful and accuse my sister of dropping it several times while in the store even though she did not. Your job is to fix the phone Vince, not accuse the customers. Until I know more about t the situation I will be rating this a 1 star.

2021-06-12I needed screen replacement on my iPhone XS. Ian Murray, General Manager waited on me. He was courteous and professional and explained my options for replacement screens, I was quoted a price and told the work would take about an hour. I received a call in less than an hour and picked up my repaired phone. Great service!

2021-07-15The staff there knew right away what was the problem with my phone when it was examined. We ordered the replacement part which came in a couple of days. They were able to repair it an hour and my phone is working as if I just bought it brand new. Definitely the first place Ill go to for my phone repairs.

2021-05-29I dropped off my daughters shattered iPad and he gave me a quote and told me they would call in a couple hours when it was done. Sure enough I got a text and a call in less than 2 hours. I picked up my iPad, good as new and had one happy kid. I will absolutely go here again if the need arises.

2021-03-31Took my shattered iPhone 8 in to get the front screen replaced. It was so bad it was literally falling off of the phone. The gentleman at CPR quoted me $99 and had my phone looking brand new in less than an hour! Will definitely go back if/when the next person in my family breaks their screen! :)

2019-11-30I was referred to this place by my cell phone provider and the phone call was picked up on the second ring. Ian who works there was quick efficient and knowledgeable and very professional over the phone. After I visited the store and he took a look at the phone he was able to order a replacement screen and then get it installed in about 1 hour. My phone requires the actual screen plus the glass and not just the glass cover as many phones do so I was happy that he was still able to fix my phone.
