Living at Coventry Apartments has been a terrible experience. Our air conditioner went out once and after multiple calls/requests they only reached back out to us AFTER my husband called their corporate office because they “prefer to keep corporate out of things” they replaced the outside unit which stopped working again in April/May. Once again we reached out with concerns of having a newborn and other young children in the apartment. We were ignored once again until they finally responded and placed a window ac unit , which does not work . Our apartment was 80-85 degrees the entire summer months and have continued to be ignored every time we have asked about getting our air conditioning fixed - it is now October and it has still not been addressed BUT they can surely put a notice on your door stating you will be fined for leaving a trash bag on your front porch over night . I highly recommend NOT moving it to this complex or any others managed by Millenia Housing.

I’ve been moving with conventry for two years now , the first year was pretty smooth but as time went by we started facing a couple of issues . We had water breach that cause ants to wander from that whole and go every where in my apartment ! This was insanely disgusting , my room mate and I made a few calls to the leasing office and didn’t receive any accommodation until like four call after . We had a messed up door and that took months for them to come and look at , and when they came to look at it the maintenance people told us they will come the next day to fix our door . They didn’t come the next day or the day after , the following week I made several calls to the office about the door and then they came ( two weeks after the first call ) . We had a light bulb go out in the kitchen and we couldn’t reach it , my roommate made a few calls to the office but no one came to fix it , my roommate then went on to go to the office and tellThem in person that our light went out and they came like four days after . Last but not least we were told in the beginning that we could break our lease prior to signing the papers and we even have have an example of a friend who lived here last year and she broke her lease in the summer but now we are trying to do that and they are saying it’s not possible and we have to keep our apartment which is utterly confusing and unacceptable if we want to leave we should be able to leave by paying a fee and also the lady at the office was rude and was unwilling to statements.

My friend has a video of management throwing a fit because they were trying to go past the law on stuff and didn’t get their way. If you want to rent from adults, please go else where. This place nothing but a lie.

Bad drug problem n dogs of their leashes I rented4 months they also have different rules for each tenant I lost air conditioner it took them 2 wks to get it fixed
