Nice community. Peaceful place to live. Has 2 whole golf, can walk around the park. Friendly and helpful management. Not outrageously priced. They paywater and trash!
I was visiting a cousin that lives there. Its a nice , clean place. They have a lot of rules, but most of them are to keep everyone safe.

Inappropriately treated by management as well as occupants while visiting and caring for my elderly father. Accused of trespassing. Told to provide personal information to conduct a background check. That info was disclosed a week ago yet no background info has been found at this point. Harrassment continues by management and occupants.
I have lived here for almost 5 years and love it! Getting ready to move to Springfield.
It seems clean and quiet. Lots of green space. Lots are well maintained.

2021-10-28A great place to live. Neighbors are friendly and caring. I just lost my mother last week and right away my neighbors were there asking if they could help with anything. My grandchildren love to visit me here. They get rides in the golf carts, lessons in cooking, and stories of the “old days” they love to hear about. In this day and age it is great to have the security knowing everyone watches out for each other. What more could you ask for!

2021-02-08An Over 55 Community and a Great place to live. So calm as soon as you drive in. Friendly people good place to walk and bike. Many people have their own Golf Carts to get around and visit other people.

2022-04-20Think twice before you by a trailor, from management. Have someone look over the work and make sure all back taxes are paid up. Make sure it is up to code also.

2021-06-10Beautiful mobile home park, one of the nicest Ive seen, sadly only 1 stars because while I was visiting a friend there, people that live there were yelling some white power BS. As a minority, and a human with morals, this is unacceptable. Keep the hate in your trailer, not in the streets. Totally would have given it 5 stars if not for the atmosphere the residents were displaying.

2019-09-18Nice place to live, but its 55 yrs. or older! The place is usually kept up. You take care of your own property but rules to follow! A lot of nice people that live there. Its peaceful. They did have a 2 whole golf course. They also has some space for people to use to do small gardens.

2019-06-23My mother lived here for over 5 years and she enjoyed it. I am not certain but the lot fees covered the lot, water and possibly the trash. I met many people of the years and everyone was pretty friendly and seemed to be quite happy living there. Its clean, well maintained, and quiet. Also I do know that they have a small grassy field towards the back of the property that they permit residents to use for storage of trailers, vehicles and rvs.

2020-05-21Mom lived there for 3 years before she passed away. She enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the friendly people there. My grandparents also lived there many years ago and enjoyed it.
