Took my car in for 15k mile routine maintenance. Oil Change, top off fluids, rotate and balance wheels, and had to get a new air filter because the original one had a small hole. They forgot to rotate my tires but the real issue I found when I got home. Checked out the new air filter and found that they did not install it back in correctly. They were in a hurry and didnt snap it down in all the way. There was a huge gap between the air filter and the intake so any sort of debris would blow right into my engine. Good thing I checked...

If you are in for a oil and filter change, you may get all filters changed as I did. I thought I was just getting my oil and oil filter changed, then I got the bill. They let me know my cabin filter was good for three months now. The service is normally excellent, this time caught me off guard.

Probably one of the worst places Ive ever worked if your thinking about working in the quick Lane dont do it. They will waste your time. no raises, they expect you to work your butt off for no more than 10$ per hour, management is very bad , and nothing ever gets done by management to keep up on things that need replaced or repaired, absolutely horrible place you can work at Walmart for more money with raises, they tell you that you can move up and be a Ford certified tech, thats a lie they will do nothing but run you around and give you false hope.

Broke down on route 23 and called this place not knowing what to expect. Spoke to Tim and he gave me directions. Once there the crew treated me like family and did an outstanding job on my 2002 Ford at a very reasonable price.

Used to be fast service for oil changes. Over a hour and still waiting even with a appointment. Should change name to Coughlin slow lane.
