2022-02-25I have a decent amount of Cornwell tools, great product, only thing I have found that I didnt like from Cornwell, its not their tools or their toolboxes, they dont have a app, all other tool brands have a app but was hoping for Cornwell to have one, would like to see one in the near future, great company, Shawn Lewis does a pretty good job as well!!!

2021-04-29Unimpressed with this company. Won’t stand behind the tools they sell. Regional manager tells you one thing, corporate tells you the opposite. Hides behind the contractors when something goes wrong. Basically uses them as a shield for liability. Sorry but if anybody working for me does somebody wrong it’s on me, that’s the way it works.I’ve made my last purchase from them and I highly recommend anyone else to never buy from them either.New route guy in my areas pretty cool though, not his fault.

2020-03-19Had some slide fail in my Cornwell tool box in the first week of January 2020. Contacted the local rep to order replacements. Ordered a replacement lock set at the same time for a tool cart that will not lock. Inquired on the status of the replacement parts again on 3/18/20 as I am still waiting for them. Rep claimed they were on order with no ship date yet. In the meantime I still have a nonfunctional tool box and a tool cart that will not lock. Contacted Cornwell customer service to check on the status of the replacement parts myself and they were not able to help, they stated they have no record of the replacement items

2021-09-15Don’t buy tools for Nathen Davis.he Store three ratchet that needed to be fixed for over a year claimed he came a round to busy out 4 wheeling and clam he’s going to fix but keep them and said COVID hit u never paid and u don’t get them back they way paid for Cornwell. Going to sale all my tools and buy something better where I don’t get Took an advantage of

2020-09-03Salesmen never comes around. Nobody answers the phone at the location in wadsworth. If I would have know that the support with Cornwell tools was this bad I would have never purchased them to begin with. Save yourself the headache and just buy from lowes, home depot, or even harbor freight.

2019-07-04My experience with this company was very, very bad! I applied for tech credit to buy a tool box and at first I was really happy. I started making my weekly payments and few weeks went by and noticed that my balance would go up around $18-$23 every week. And my minimun payments were $43 per week. I asked my sales rep and he had no idea how this company worked ans far as the tech credit. So I decided to call in and find out why this was happening. First of all they costumer service over the phone was also very very bad. Ladies in there gave me an attitude right away, all I want to know why is my balance going up weekly, apparently they said cause it was a loan like a credit card, that my balance goes up every day, EVERY DAY! so thats why my balance woul be higher than the previous week, honestly I have never seen anything like this, not even mmy credit cards. I do have a competitors account also and they only charge me interest once a month with around the same amount and they were charging me $45 a month in interest. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEIR FINANCE COMPANY! Hell! Stay away from cornwell!Luckily for me I had a great month of june in sales so I was able to pay off my remaining balance at once.F#^* U cornwell! All the way from Baldwin Park California!

2018-08-28It may be ok for some people but I still stick to Craftsman, and Crescent tools, and most mechanically inclined people have some Popular Mechanics Tools. They all have a no questions asked if broken replacement lifetime guarantee!!!

2020-01-17Damien (the one in Nashville, Tennessee) is stealing from the people, and doesnt provide warranty on tools w/ a warranty. He is also slandering my name, and refuses to stop at my shop. I spoke w/ his manager and they cannot do anything about it. This is unacceptable from a cornwell rep.
