Thank you Brittney and Jeffrey!! Outstanding customer service! Due to a power outage I had to stay at my sisters for 3 days. Cornerstone Medical provided an oxygen concentrator, tubing and tanks and delivered them to my sisters house! They even beat me there! Couldnt ask for better or friendlier customer service! Thank you!!
Best place around for respiratory/DME needs. Highly recommend stopping in with any questions. All staff encountered treats you like a family memeber. They go out of their way to answer questions and make you feel comfortable about your equipment. The young lady at the front desk is so bubbly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling great! Thank you EVERYONE for all your hard work!

Not only did cornerstone medical have everything we needed for my uncle, their employee Britney was more than helpful at explaining and answering all the questions we had about the new CPAP machine we were ordering! 5/5! Very friendly and helpful , everyone treated me like their long lost friend.The therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful.The receptionist greated me with a smile and how can I help you .Parking is tight for a pickup truck but there were adiquate handicap parking spaces.So all in all it was a pleasant visit.Id give them a 10+ 😀😃
My boyfriends father has nothing but good things to say about his experience today. He said that the three women that helped him today helped him more then any of the staff at his regular doctors office. He asked me to write the best review I could give because they deserved it.
Always courteous always on time Richard goes above and beyond to help his customers and the company does the same Ive been with arrow care since 2015 and I wouldnt change a thing were always there for you when you need them especially when you have problems where you run out of oxygen or oxygenators this monthly right there to give you a new one they care Abt the people that are there customers and will always do everything in there power to solve any problem you might have
Chris Howard delivery prompt and courteous. Very thorough with explanation of mattress and care. Terrific customer service as I had to reschedule twice due to conflict with help assist to have mom out of the bed. Would recommend company to anyone. Great calm support when needed the most :)
The representative Amanda was very helpful with the product I needed. She gave very detailed information, & did a thorough search online to find the product, & have it delivered the next day! I was totally surprised, because due to the pandemic, a lot of products have been delayed or out of stock. I would recommend Cornerstone Medical Services for durable medical equipment. Thank you.
I went to pick up my sleep apnea machine. The Respiratory Therapist was very nice and explained everything very thoroughly about the machine and how to use it. I liked learning about the machine and seeing it in action. I really liked the new mask she showed me. This is a great place to come and get your sleep apnea supplies. I recommend going here.
Is my experience with cornerstone medical service was outstanding its outstanding. My questions were answered In a timely fashion. There was a sense of friendliness for for all the employees that I came in contact with.. Jeff was very helpful And also very professional when he came to my home. I would highly recommend cornerstone medical service to anyone who was in need.
I gave only 3 stars because eventhough Jeffrey who came the next was great, I panicked in an emergency overnight. I called the company 3 times during the night for help and nobody ever called me back. I had to sit up most all night on my portable oxygen. My son came in at 4am from work and tried to troubleshoot my oxygen to get it working. I was disappointed that the message said someone would call and they didnt.
The staff at the desk are very rude and unhelpful It is no better after it became aerocare. I ordered a new headgear on October 15. I heard nothing for weeks. Finally someone contacted me to say they needed my card to prove usage of cpap. My husband dropped it off November 10 and now Joseph calles me every day about my order.Unhelpful and unprofessional. If my insurance didnt say I had to use them, I would not.
This company and especially the representative was a very compassionate and respectful personI.am so thank full for the treatment I got I would recommend.them to anyone!!! Talk about great customer care!!! I just want to say I so sorry I was so worried about me I dont remember Wonderful guys name but if you want a quick nice cpany this is it!!!
Thank you for the quick and timely response to my husbands initial set up for home oxygen 24/7Bringing the Oxygen Concentrator and O2 tanksChanging out tanks was also timely, as was the return on the tanks back to Cornerstone, when his pulseox was staying above 92% consistently throughout the day.Every one of the encounters , coming to the house,Was quick and simple, and the drivers were always courteous.
I highly recommend Cornerstone Medical services. I have Covid so my doctor ordered me supplemental oxygen. Chris came out within an hour. He explained everything to us and was very kind. Without this oxygen, Id be in the hospital. I feel very very fortunate to have this.
Nick has been awesome. He helped us understand what we needed to do to get a low air flow mattress. He brought it as soon as insurance approved it. He also brought our portable oxygen and showed us how to use it with compassion and kindness. My husband and I really appreciate the ease to get the equipment we need after this long Covid journey. My husband had a traumatic accident which required him to need in home health care for an extended period of time. The hospital rehab set us up with Cornerstone and I was unsure of what to expect. Jeff came to my home and set everything up, walked me through how to do everything and how to adjust things as needed.Jeff was kind, patient, understanding, and thorough when he was in my home. He reiterated that if we have any questions or things we need support with, to just call them and they’ll do whatever they can to help us.The customer service experience I had was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend Cornerstone to anyone needing their services.
I Ordered A Hospital Bed For My Father,,The Guy That Delivered It Called First To Make Sure That I Was Ready(It Was A 10 Oclock Delivery),This Guy Knew What He Was Doing, When He Got Here He Had It Unloaded And Set Up In What I Considered A Reasonable Period Of Time,,No Issues At All,
Very disappointed, spoke with someone at their office about returning oxygen tanks to them, scheduled a time for one of their drivers to pick up, ask the person on the phone if we would be charged since we were returning the oxygen before the new monthly payment due date, she assured me twice they would not charge, I said ok thank you because there would not be money in that account yet to pay for it and since we are returning before the new monthly due date I wanted to make sure we are not charged, she promised we would not be, the driver came and picked up the tanks as scheduled, the company charged us anyway after saying they would not, they have the oxygen supplies back and took the payment anyway, this is ridiculous.
Very Unprofessional. Not once did Manger talk about the job. She talking about her tattoos and body piercings. Told me that no one there really does work beside the sale department and there Columbus Office. Then she brought in two other floor supervisor, they started talking about smoking weed and how Maggie always has a jar of candy. To go in her office any time and grab some. Then they told me that I had to be a huge fan of mountain dew to work at the company. Not once did they ask me about my previous job, my skills, or why I was interested in the job. My sister went through the same proceeds and they did the same thing to her. They talking about there kids, and boyfriend an the owner of the IT Department sons and how she wanted to marry him for his dad money. The list goes on and on. No only did we not get the job we never heard back from the Manager Maggie at all. We called and left message and not once did she return our calls back.
My sister is in Toledo Ohio. Come here from Virginia. Last evening her concentrator started alarming. I reset it 3 or 4 times. To no avail. After multiple calls to 800 number, being transferred to Columbus Ohio, then to Fort Wayne Indiana then Coldwater Michigan and being told they would contact and did not.Then nice contacted this company from her home in Virginia. The location was in Akron Ohio. They arrive today at 1:15 pm. A gentleman, Rick came to the do with the utmost respect and caring attitude. Then took new machine up stairs and swapped it for her.One of the GOOD GUYS. for sure. Thankyou a thousand times and more for taking care of my sister. So when this company was cornerstone I never had any issues. Once they changed into areatech I’ve had nothing but problems. The customer service reps are very rude. You make a order for oxygen then they don’t show up and don’t let you know why they didn’t show up. So when there’s an emergency and we have no oxygen what are we supposed to do if you cant fill any tanks and all of your other ones are empty? They need some better customer service representatives and different rules.
I had to go here for my CPAP due to my insurance. Worst customer care ever. I had to sit through a class in which I was told someone would call in a few days to see how things were going??? After multiple calls to ask to switch mask, I finally had to have my Dr office call. Was giving a new script for a different mask and a chin strap. They made me wait 3 weeks to even bring my script in due to you had to have an appointment. I was then told, at my appointment (remember they knew I was coming for the different mask ) that they had none in stock and it had to be ordered and shipped. Now two weeks later only part of the new mask was shipped. Called to ask could I come retrieve the rest the lady Gwen told me she had it handled and hung up on me so who knows if I will ever get it???? Called 3 times asking for a manager and guess what???? Never is there a manager there..... This place just wants your insurance money, they dont care if you can not use what they provided!!!! Beware!!!!
This is a HORRIBLE place to die businesses. Ive been waiting for over a week for crutches after knee surgery . I have left messages and NO ONE has called back. By the time I get them, I probably wont need them. I YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE YOULL BE DEAD WAITING ON THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
The one star is the lowest rating you can give I would rather give them zero. My 82 year old mother is on oxygen, the machine wouldn’t stop “alarming “ I called them at 5:30 am. They told me their 24/7. I was told to hook her up to the large heavy portable oxygen. Their sending a ticket to the Akron office they open at 8:30 am. I am supposed to be at work so I’m not being paid right now. I called them at 8:40 , it sounded as if I woke the very rude girl up. I explained the situation. Her reply with a total attitude was well they told they would call you and we just opened and SINCE our drivers don’t come it until 9:30 they WILL make it on of their priorities today. I said so this means you can’t give me a time? Raises her voice again NO. I hung up I’m calling my mom’s insurance nurse and asking if they have another company that they cover. Horrible horrible customer service. Also called several times for supplies to no avail. The entire office needs fired. The delivery people are their only asset.
I went there January 31st for a CPAP machine, the lady that dealt with me, I think was Norma. She was polite and courteous and gave me all the instructions I needed to know and took the time with fitting the face mask. Since then I’ve had to call a couple of times with insurance related stuff and everyone there has been very helpful. Thank you Shirley.
Someone just called me from arrow care said they bought cornerstone. Wanted to order supplies for my cpap. I said send me nose pillows and filters. I said how many are you sending me. She said 6. I said if i need to change them every 3 months and you will order them why do i need 6. She hung up on me. Thats not acceptable!!
If you have a choice on what company provides you with your medical equipment, pick ANYONE except cornerstone. They are beyond rude and condescending to their customers.... the very people who keep them in business. Never again will my family contract with them for ANYTHING if another option is available to us.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE BEGINNING WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE! Two separate occasions the doctor faxed them orders for a hospital bed. Both times I called them they claimed never to have received the faxes despite the fact that the doctor had fax confirmation sheets that they had. I asked them to call the doctors office for the order and they refused stating that the doctor had to fax them. I kept saying that he has and has the confirmation sheets to prove it but you keep saying you dont have them. They wanted to play the fax game indefinitely. They are not concerned with obtaining business or even remotely about patient care. They have had an order for Bi-Pap machine supplies for over a week now and the respiratory department still has not contacted us about scheduling an appointment to come in for those. We are going to have the different doctors send the orders to other companies instead. I CANNOT URGE YOU STRONGLY ENOUGH NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. THEY NEED DRIVEN OUT OF BUSINESS PERMANENTLY!!!
I am so happy that I no longer have to deal with this company. I was in need of a new CPAP machine or at least have mine looked at because it had an alert on it. I worked (and I use that term loosely) with Ashley and she was always out of the office, on another line, etc until I would get upset then she would suddenly become available to speak with me then it was always just putting me off. I have never had a company lie to me so much in all of my life. I actually let this go on for almost a year until I got my PCP involved and switched companies. I never felt like I mattered as a customer but luckily I have found a company that does value me. i would give them zero stars but I have to in order to post this.
Really poor customer service. They push the products to maximize their profit but dont spend the time to help you get what you need. Time to talk to a person is counted in days, not minutes or hours. Sometimes they dont get back to you at all unless its time to refill your supplies.
Terrible service and they are very rude. They’ve sent me the wrong supplies numerous times and expect you to drive down there to exchange them. I ordered new filters for my bipap machine. They sent the wrong ones. I call to have the right ones sent. They said they didn’t send anything out under $40.00. After I explained that all I received was the filters. She called me a liar and transferred the phone to somebody in Chicago. If your doctor wants you to go with Cornerstone tell your doctor you want another company. Other branches may be fine but the one in Akron is horrible.
I went there for the first time before the Covid outbreak. I could not use the mask I purchased and went back in the middle of May and exchanged masks. I paid my bill in full at that appointment. On June 8 I received a bill for the new mask which stated invoice total, $8.55 and billing total $8.55 for a total of $17.10. When I called in whoever answered the phone kept insisting I owed $17.10 because I had gone over the due date. The bill said due date was 6/27. By the way when I did go back not one associate in the store had a mask on. I felt very uncomfortable. I will never go back here and would strongly suggest you find a place that wont bill you to death. I would not give one star if it would post without a star.
I have been on hold, trying to return a call from Cornerstone, for the last 11 minutes. They have left six messages on my home phone and I have tried to return every one. This has been going on since March. They do not give me an option of leaving a message because they are experiencing system difficulties ( for over two months?). This is just about the most time wasting experience I have ever had. If I ran my business like this I would be bankrupt within a year. I dont know if the staff is professional--I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I am determined to remain on this line until someone answers--14 minutes now. Sad that my insurance company insists I must use them for my supplies. They must get one mega price break to put up with this amount of inefficiency. Just hit 18 minutes. Okay, just hit 30 minutes and frankly I need to get to work.
Not happy at all with this company!!! First time there they supposedly sent up auto payment for my equipment and my first payment the entire amount for the product came out of my account. It was a nightmare getting my money back. Now this month they took a double payment from me and they tell me its because my insurance was a payment late now I have to pay double. Excuse me thats not my fault! Very bad, lack of consistency, and knowledge costumer service. Do not use them if you dont have to.
This place is terrible! Absolutely no idea of customer service. Stopped in to order cpap supplies. Nobody in there but lady at the desk looked and acted like I was bothering her. She rushed me thru the order and said it will drop ship to me. Got it 9 days later with 1 item missing. Called and waited on hold for 20 minutes and explained it to representative. She said they would send another out. I asked if it would be billed for this year and she told me no and I started to say is there a way to bill it for this year since it is the 31st and I ordered it on the 19th due to deductibles and the rep just said no and said good bye! Good bye was the nicest thing this company said to me because I won’t be using them again!
If you have any problems with this company please call Mike Irvine he is the district manager. My husband just started going though these guys and they have been nothing but rude and have lied to us since day one. The only one that has been nice has been the delivery driver. I was told to call Mr Irvin and to file a complaint with the BBB.
I was incredibly displeased with my experience, I was given erroneous information about devices my insurance company would cover after a foot surgery. Thankfully one employee took the extra step of calling to see if it was covered instead of assuming like the first one did. However Ive currently been waiting for over 2 weeks for the first employee I referenced to process a prescription for a walking boot, which is ridiculous! If have medical equipment needs and theyre immediate dont even bother with this place. The only reason they have 2 stars instead of 1 is because I appreciate employee number 2 actually doing her job!
I had an automated refill for my CPAP machine pillows but didnt have an immediate need so I didnt open the box for a couple weeks. When I did, I realized that they were all the wrong size and called Cornerstone to exchange them but was told I could not return or exchange them because it had been more than 10 days even though the individual sealed packages were not opened. Zero customer service. Even though I was so unhappy, because of convenience I placed another order with them months later... guess what???? Wrong size again but this time luckily I realized it before 10 day trap. Ill not be doing business with this company again and wished that I had read all the online reviews before I ever did business with them. Youve been warned.
After receiving sleep apnea machine I informed Norma I needed oxygen along with the machine. She said that wasn’t noted. Ok I am oxygen at night when I took the test I was on oxygen. She informed me she would bring an adapter back for the machine and oxygen. She called to inform me we cannot give you the adapter because we do not supply the oxygen. After a lot of Aggravation from the nurse at the hospital I had them come get the machine was not informed until a week after from another company that the information was not correct and that this would result in me being noncompliant with Medicare because of the information I was given. Very unhappy with this company the customer service was wonderful though but get your act together people lives matter Not just to billing Medicare

Ive had many health insurance changes over the past 12 years (since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea) and worked with many different suppliers. Where to begin,... I called cornerstone on the 10th of December to arrange for info and re scripts to be sent to my Dr’s office.Then followed up with the nurses station at my Dr’s office and followed up touching base with cornerstone,much to my dismay. I was told the info hadn’t been received and wasn’t in their system. Rinse repeat the process and touching base with Blunderstone again my call was transferred and disconnected four times, on the fifth and magical time I received a lady named Bobbi (Bobby)?? Who proceeds to dress me down on the number of times I’ve called and spoken to a representative, who obviously told me that they are awaiting patient notes And prescription from said Dr’s office. Yes the same Dr’s office that sent the info at my repeated request . At this time I’m gonna end this and implore you , yes you.... Run do not pause and look back. Find another company
My experience with Cornerstone Medical has been terrible. I have had trouble from day one scheduling my deliveries with the office staff. Because I work full-time, I cant get on the schedule for fills for my liquid oxygen because the only fill the tanks during the hours I work. They will only bring out a new tank every 2 weeks, so I cant use the liquid at home, just to fill my portable. I also have had problems with the office staff scheduling me with dispatch. The last time I called for service, the call never made it to the dispatcher. Now I have a leaky tank and when I called on Tuesday, instead of sending someone to check it out, I have to wait to wait until they deliver a new one on Saturday. Now the tank is at one light and I have 3 more days to go before my next tank delivery. If this were an emergency, I would be in serious trouble waiting for them. Lousy service overall.
The after hours answering service was understanding and polite but when Tiffany called back it was a different story. No help at all! When I told her I would call tomorrow during business hours to file a complaint, she went off!! Accused me of threatening her and started screaming in the phone about her personal situation. Not good. I was calling regarding a relative that was just released from the hospital and recovering from Legionnaires (very rare).
Called once and was put on hold forever. Called twice and then got a message that their voice mail was full before being hung up on. Two phone calls and I got zero accomplished. I do not want to imagine what being one of their customers would be like. Don’t walk but run from this company!
I called back mid-May to get a new hose and mask. Was told my Rx for my cPap had expired and they would contact my doc to refill. Never heard back. Checked about two weeks later to get this info. Rep said they attempted 4 times to fax my doc. Maybe they should have called me back to let me know?Now I am calling my doc to get it handled and I am sure it will be a couple more weeks before I get my equipment. Docs office never received ONE fax request. Not happy with this situation. Cornerstone rep is supposedly faxing a new request right now . Well see :(
Horrible customer service, been waiting over a week for a new CPAP mask. They have one in the Akron warehouse but wouldnt let me pick it up. I dont know what their problem is, insurance is covering the cost.11-07-2019 Another day without a new CPAP mask, and no response from Cornerstone. Indifferent customer service.
DO not deal with these people if you can find any other way....They have terrible customer service. They are rude on the phone...it took me a year to get them to send something to me because they claimed my doctor was not telling the truth about sending the fax....they have 15 different fax numbers but made no attempt to get my doctor the correct number even when I asked on 5 different phone calls...The final straw is when i made the mistake of making a payment over the phone once and they illegally signed me up for auto pay and did not even tell me until they sent me a thank you form in an E-mail for signing up that ended up in a junk folder
I have sleep apnea and I am on oxygen. I have worked with several people from Cornerstone Medical Supply. From the delivery men who delivered oxygen late at night when I got home from the hospital, respiratory therapists who made sure I had the correct equipment and understood how to use it, schedulers who have set up oxygen services for me when I am on vacation, to the gentleman (Greg) working the desk in the showroom who handles my oxygen supplies.Greg is very efficient as well as empathetic. He listens and goes above and beyond to help me as I struggle with needing oxygen.
My families experience has not been a good one. First, their number the hospital gave us didnt work, the evening number, and my mother almost had to go BACK into the hospital just so she would have oxygen. The hospital, City, said I could come back and get a few tanks until morning and hopefully they (Cornerstone) would have her oxygen there. We finally got in touch with them and they delivered at 11 p.m., really? Thankfully, she is no longer on the oxygen, BUT they keep sending her Invoices and trying to deliver tanks. One department doesnt know what the other is doing. If she needs oxygen again, we will not be using them.
I recently rented a portable oxygen concentrator from these people. No instructions, a missing battery, and hours at the office delayed my vacation. Now they wont come and pick it up. I am disabled without a vehicle so I cant take it to them, I assume more charges will follow. No one there knows what theyre doing. There was a lady waiting in the lobby crying over their lack of ability to fix her situation. Unfortunately I cannot find another company in this area covered by my insurance so I am dependent on these dolts for the very air that I breathe. Pray for me.

2022-06-29I am completely thrilled with AeroCare and am so very grateful to have such wonderful people to accommodate my needs. They have been there for me several times when I lost the use of my legs and helped me navigate through a mountain of paperwork! Jeffrey, the technician, set everything up quickly and efficiently and explained its use and operating instructions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and it was a pleasure to see him. This is a fantastic caring company and I will definitely contact them again in the future.

Patient with detailed instructions and answers any and all questions. In todays world this quality of service and care are hard to come by. 2022-09-112 days after my order was sent I called to verify they had it and the C/S person acted as if they could care less and told me I had to take whatever I got with no concern about my wants desires for equipment I would be using for multiple years. She put my e-mail in the system and blew me off. A month later I called to follow up and my order was lost altogether but they saw where my e-mail had been updated. The rest of the staff worked their butts off to get my order handled and got it in within a week and I am grateful to them for that but that initial person I feel lost my order on purpose and has no business working with customers as she has a bad attitude. The Tech who helped me with the equipment when it came in was fabulous and I enjoyed talking with him about my new equipment. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. If not for my initial experience my rating would be much higher.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. My Service Technician, Ruth, was completely thorough and put me at ease through the entire process of training on the equipment! Again, I cant say enough about this company and my experience there!

2022-03-25Tammy is very knowledgeable and experienced. She was quite helpful and worked with me to find the best type f face mask. When my first machine had some kind of internal failure and stopped communicating with its home base she arranged a loaner for me and returned the first machine to ResMed. I am quite happy with the service she provided.

2022-08-19Service was provided for my sister. The overnight pulse ox test. We received a call and a text, letting us know when they were arriving. Real time! Like 12:12… not between 12 and 4 like other companies. Same great communication when they were ready to pick up the device

2022-07-01Greg was awesome and helped get the ball going for the order from doctors office. Sara called to inform me that they received it and would send a technician. She stated that it would be Tuesday but I informed her of my concerns with waiting , she spoke to the warehouse manager and they came out the same day ( even though I had been trying almost a week on my own to get it done). Matthew the tech had to make multiple trips, which I felt bad for on a holiday weekend. But he was able to get us a working bed! Thank you for such service, it truly was appreciated ❤️

2022-06-07They came in set up the oxygen condenser and two extra tanks, gave simple directions. Made sure I understood them and made sure I knew the phone number to call if I had any questions. Took less than 10 minutes.
