The service with C&H was beyond stellar...from the immediate engagement within 15 minutes of our emergency call of our air conditioning failing (On a Sunday no less), to the professionalism of the installation team (thank you Brian and Bennie). Lastly, the personal visit from Greg Harnist who thoroughly explained the process along with the maintenance routine after the unit was installed sealed the lasting impression and trust of our future business.
We just had a new boiler installed and are extremely happy with the work done by Ken, Brian and Spencer. Ken was helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the various options available to us, and came by the worksite both on the first and final days. Brian and Spencer were very polite, courteous, hard working and quite skilled in the system installation. Further, they did an exceptional job of cleaning up the worksite. You could not tell that it had been the site of some rather major work.We would not hesitate to recommend Corcoran and Harnist to anyone for heating and cooling needs.
Corcoran and Harnist repaired our AC..we were charged 195.95 for a capacitor and 89.95 for the service call. I challenged the cost of the capacitor because Grainger and Lowe’s sells the same one for under 20.00. When Matt from C&H called he said the cost was justified..oh well, live and learn.
I am leaving five stars because today, I received exceptional customer service! The gentleman at Corcoran & Harnist went above and beyond to assist me. I was on the side of the road with a busted tire and without hesitation, they stopped to assist me with putting on my spare. I am so grateful for their generosity!

I called at 9am. By 10:00am my AC was fixed! They had someone in the area and it was a small part that needed replaced. Chris was courteous, professional and super fast. Im very impressed.

Chris was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable...he performed the repair perfectly and gave advice on future usage and maintenance... I gave 3 stars because C&H charged me $379.00 for a $18 part...thats not installation...thats just for the ignitor plus $179 after hours service(it was 5:30 pm)...but I called at 3:45

2022-07-01Extremely pleased with all aspects of doing business with Corcoran & Harnist. When I met with Ken (Sales Rep), I knew I was in good hands. Ken walked me through all my options, and gave me ample information in order to help me select which system would be best for my budget and home. 3 days later, Jim, Mitchell, Spencer and Jake showed up to install my new system. These guys really knew there stuff, and I was surprised how quick they got my system up and running. The techs at my home explained to me exactly what they would be doing and made sure I was comfortable with where things were going (exhaust for new furnace) and being moved to (duct work) before they even lifted a tool. They even left my basement utility area cleaner than how they found it! I would highly recommend Corcoran & Harnist to anyone who is needing HVAC work in their home, even my Grandmother!

2021-11-16We have been with Corcoran and Harnist for more than 45 years. They have installed HVAC three times for us as we moved from house to house. We have yearly maintenance and their crew is always professional, arrival and polite customer approach. When we need immediate service they are always there on time. Making appointments is at our convenience. We would give them a 10+ star rating, if there was one.

2021-12-28Called C & H answering service due to loss of heat in our home. No emergency, but they called and responded first thing the next day. Kyle responded and was beyond professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He conducted several tests, cleaned parts of the system and ultimately replaced a blown fuse and restored heat. He explained a few issues, made suggestions, and almost seemed to feel guilty about charging us the $90 service call for his labor. For over 20 yrs we have continued to be very happy with the reliability & thoroughness of Corcoran & Harnist employees plus they take time to listen & answer questions. The prepaid maintenance agreements have worked well & reminders to schedule these in Spring & fall to ensure dependability of heating & air-conditioning!!

Yesterday they installed a new furnace - before we made the purchase Tim thoroughly explained our options, we felt confident in making a decision. 2021-08-12Corcoran & Harnist totally replaced my HVAC system and I could not be more pleased. From the initial visit/assessment with Ken Kuhns., I felt like I was in great hands. The install went very easily in spite of the huge thunderstorm that delayed the crane for only 15 min!! Everyone on the team was professional, polite, funny and you can tell they love their job. If you enjoy what you are doing, it shows in your work. All team members had smiles on their faces throughout the day! Ken Kuhns was even on hand that morning to check on the team and to help the crane unload the old unit and place the new unit on the roof! (I live in a 93 yr. old building that was converted into condominiums). That really impressed me! How many sales people are actually on site the day your work is being done?? Anyway, this building is old and has its quirks (walking 4 flights of stairs to the roof 10-12 times!) but NO complaints from the team!! Again, I could not be happier. 2019-12-31While no one wants to find out 2 days after Christmas that their furnace is unsafe and needs to be replaced immediately, these guys made the experience as positive as possible. Having dealt with them for years, we knew we were in good hands. They had things up and running as fast as possible, thoroughly and patiently went over options, and were professional and very tidy in completing the work. We would strongly recommend them.

2020-01-09The HVAC techs at Corcoran & Harnist were fantastic. I called for a furnace repair. Cody called a half hour before arrival, which gave me time to get home, and he arrived on time. He found the problem and fixed it. The furnace was functioning properly. Unfortunately, there was an additional issue that was overlooked and a fuse blew later that day. The next day Craig arrived on time, and giving me a call ahead of time as well. He found the short that caused the fuse to blow, and addressed the issue. This was extremely easy to miss, so I cant blame Cody as there were multiple problems. Either way, the service was speedy, punctual, and they got things working properly. Thanks guys!!
