Great place to get a massage. It is clean, quiet and the therapist are very nice and know how to give a good massage. The prices are reasonable they have senior discount and there is no tipping.
I had my first experience at Connecting Touch this past week from a gift certificate I received. I was having an incredibly difficult day and nearly cancelled thinking theres no way Im going to relax when Im almost in tears. I was wrong. Both staff members were wonderful and made me feel welcomed and cared for. My relaxation massage was outstanding. The perfect amount of pressure and not a lot of talking, which is what I expect from a massage therapist, but have not always received at other places. I was very impressed by the service and the quiet, soothing atmosphere which successfully unwinded me after only moments of entering the building. When I received the price sheet afterwards, I noticed they were moderate, considering they are a non-tipping facility. Unfortunately, its still out of my budget so the only way I could return is by receiving another gift certificate. Overall, great experience.
I had my first appointment there today for a one hour massage. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like youre surrounded by friends. The owner is awesome; greets you with warmth and kindness, provides a warm, scented rice wrap for your shoulders and offers tea, coffee or water, while you wait. My technician (Lisa) was kind, polite and professional. She asked if there was anything in particular I wanted worked on or any areas I didnt want touched. She has magic hands and made sure the pressure was right for me. When the session was over, I was offered a bottle of water and a personalized package with more details about their practice. I booked my next appointment, right then and there. This place is a treasure, and I cant believe it took me this long to find it!!

Whenever I have gone there... several times over the last decade... I have consistently been impressed with the kindness of the staff and the quality of the massage. Always left feeling calm and refreshed.
I will not go anywhere else. I LOVE Connecting Touch. They are honorable, clean, and the most friendliest people I have met in a while. Definitely the best in the area. I only go to Mike, he has magic hands and I leave feeling better every time. I did take my sister and mother a while ago and they thought their massages were just okay.
This is an excellent place to get a massage. The staff treat you like family, the facility is very clean and homey. They certainly are following all of CDC guidelines. I have been going there for years and will continue to do so.!!

They give the best massages in Akron, Stow and Falls! I live in Columbus and only get massages here. My last visit Jack had fresh baked cookies in the waiting room.

2021-11-23Hi! I went to the Connecting Touch for the first time on 11/18/21. They had offered 1/2 hour free massage gift certificates for Veterans Day, so I decided to give them a try. It was a great experience! The decor is peaceful, charming, and cozy on a cold autumn day. Scott gave me an awesome massage; he found all the knots and sore spots and worked them out. My neck and shoulders were a mess, but now Im feeling great!BTW, the owner, Jack, is a Vietnam vet and his business actively supports veterans. I will support Connecting Touch in the future, and hope you will, too.

2021-09-15Wonderful massage place. The owner, Jack, is very friendly and kind. The therapist I see really takes her time and goes over your health needs to come up with a massage program for you. This is absolutely health care, its a shame its not covered by insurance. I feel a reduction in pain that lasts for days. Covid protocols have made me feel very comfortable. The place is very clean and masks are required, plus they have you wash your hands and sanitize when you walk in. I was hesitant to go back to this type of service since Covid, but I have felt very comfortable there. By the way, I found this place because they donated a gift certificate to the local Humane Society of Summit County Gala a few years ago, so they are animal lovers!

I have been getting therapeutic massage here for many years, and I recommend it unconditionally. Youll walk out of the facility feeling like a million bucks!! The staff are friendly and professional, and your appointments are met ON TIME, every time! CT has exceptionally reasonable prices as well. Please dont hesitate to schedule your appointment today. 2020-11-03From the time Jack or Katie great my entrance or answer my phone call, I feel very welcome. The stress in my neck is usually terrible but Lisa is an amazing massage therapist and I feel so much better when I leave. The facility is quiet and parking is great. Watch for the specials! The Magnificent Monday posts by Jack always make me smile!

2018-07-18Today was my first visit to connecting touch and I have to say I was blown away from the moment I came in! The receptionist was incredibly sweet and very personable. I showed up a little early to fill out paperwork and I got a warm rice bag for my neck while I waited for my appointment time. My therapist, Mike was on time and also very nice and personable. He did an amazing job on my massage! Checking to make sure the pressure was good and light conversation made me feel very comfortable with him. The entire 90 minutes was 100% about me... He also massaged me the entire 90 minutes unlike some places that take time off your service for consultation and undressing... Afterwards I was not rushed off the table and was greeted with a glass of water and a thank you note from the owner. The price is VERY reasonable for the service I received! I loved it and I will definitely be a repeat client! Thank you for treating me like more than a paycheck!

2020-06-16Connecting Touch is the best place Ive found for massages. They are very professional and provide a welcoming environment. l really like the therapist I see because he takes the time to determine what issues need to be addressed. I always feel so energized after my massage.

2021-01-02No tipping facility, literally. Therapists are paid less than the state average and told are forbidden.The massage and therapists give of that vibe too, they dont seem happy to be there and you definitely get a massage worth what they are being paid, not worth what youre paying.Owner used to keep feral cats in the extra rooms at the old facility.Washing machine was broken for months and would spew soapy water on the floor and soak all day in the carpet causing a musty smell through the facility. When owner was approached about replacing it the fix was to put a tray under the washer that would just get full and overflow anyway.Hope the new facility is being kept up better than the last!

2019-03-02Everyone there is so wonderful. When we walked in the door, Jack, the owner, greeted us with warm wraps to put on our necks while we filled out a quick questionnaire, giving us water or whatever we needed. The massages that followed the wonderful greeting were phenomenal as well (we had Mike and Lisa for a 1.5 full body massage). And, they dont even take tips! I would strongly recommended this place to anyone and will be back!
