Had my PC fixed as it was slow. Fast as lightning again and so I bought a laptop from them too. Great price great service. Sept the check-out girl, a little snotty. Could use a good spanking in my opinion.
Honest, fair and reasonable. very knowledgeable. Really patient and thorough with all assessments. Feels good to know i have a guy in the computer biz. I have bought 2 computers from him and have had at least 3 of mine that i thought were dead given new life.
I purchased a used laptop from this location,7yrs ago, and it still performs good as new. Of all the Tech/Electronic stores I’ve been to, this is the best in this area as far as repairs, used devices and tech services.

Very friendly! Has helped me fix issues multiple times, and didnt charge me for a couple easy, simple fixes!! I highly recommend! Has any and every part you could think of for very fair prices! When I am ready to upgrade, I will be having them do me a custom build!
Ive dealt with Terrys shop for several years. So glad I found him because I can depend on his work, knowing the job is done right. Has always given great advise also. Ive bought from him and brought to him for any servicing for any of my computers. Thank you for being there!

Im happy to have my computer up and running (: Im not happy that Idont know how to recover my material or dont recognize the icons that are on my desktop!!!!! But have to say that Terri was kind and I appreciate, after a couple of trips to shop, that he was able to get me up and running. would definitely recommend his business.

Took business computer in for repairs on a Monday. I was told if I paid extra that he would put a rush on it so I did. I had to continue to call to see what was going on with it and finally was told it needed a new hard drive. After 8 days and $200 later, my computer worked for 1 day, he never reloaded my Microsoft, put on a free off version and said that if I wanted Microsoft I would have to bring it back in for them to reload it for an additional charge. Had a new computer repair service look at it, said he loaded Windows 8 which is one of the worst, and showed me where wires connected to the hard drive were torn and probably surged the new hard drive. Will never do business with again.....will buy a new one first
I was very unhappy with my experience and will not be returning. I decided to try a new shop closer to my home to repair my personal laptop. The price was outrageous over $100 to remove a virus! Compared to previous shops where I had paid around $50-$60. When I did get my computer back after almost a week it still was not working properly!It was redirecting me to sites and still had a virus, so I had to return to the shop and it took them another 6 days to repair it! After all the trouble and waiting all they did was give me back $20 bucks, I will never go to this shop again!!

2022-05-16Purchased a computer 6 months ago in a pinch, needed one for work fast. Bought a tower here for $220, left that job and no longer need the computer. Went to many other shops now, all of them saying the computer isnt worth 5 bucks. I know very little about computers, I had trusted the price.. but multiple other businesses having told me just 6 months later that they wont buy it for $5, clearly $220 was a rip off.

2021-11-23Best store I have yet to have seen in eastern Ohio. We live over an hour away and it is safe to to say that it is worth the drive. A few things I think were overpriced for their condition, but he still had very fair priced used laptops. I will definitely be back sometime in the near future. :)

2022-03-17Knew exactly what the problem was and rush processing for only 20$ saved me a week of waiting impatiently. Pricing isnt exactly stupid low. But if you want sub-par service you can pay sub-par prices elsewhere

2021-10-20Great selection of very reasonably priced refurbished desktops, equipment and parts. Friendly staff that will help you find what you need. Bought a refurbished hp computer for work, it runs great and exceeded the specs I was looking for.

2020-12-29Computer Corner has always met my tech needs. Terri, the owner, is knowledgeable and efficient. I went in needing a laptop to run my Quick Books and he knew exactly what I needed. As far as prices go he is the best in town. The laptop I was looking at online was $1200 and I was able to buy the same one at his store for $350. The software for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome along with AVG/Malware virus guards were already installed making set up and log in very simple and easy. Also, if youre in the market for gaming PCs/modems he has really nice ones that typically sell for $1600 priced at $700. You cant beat that! And he said that if we have any issues to bring it in and he will help with it. Definetly shop with him for all of your computer needs, its absolutely worth it!
