5 weeks to fix a push mower. 3 stars because they did a great job on my mower, but everything else about the way they do business needs work. Almost little to no communication from them unless you call them every 2 weeks for another setback. Again, THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE MOWER at a fairly reasonable price. But you will wait a long time for those results.

These guys can sharpen chainsaw blades so well that I think they may be sharper than they were brand new! And they open up at 8am which means I dont have to wait until the morning is half over to visit their shop.

They were awesome!! Lester waited on me and took his time explaining everything and answer all my questions on our new snow blower 😁 Definitely recommend 👍👍👍

Excellent professional help, came in knowing about 75% of what I wanted and Lester helped guide me with the rest. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, not pushy at all. Great experience recommend to anyone!

All I can say is; the man named “Lester” in the Bellfontaine store was absolutely “off the hook” great service.I had a bit of a dilemma & he gave a great option, & a fix that we both made out pretty decent.Customer for Life!!!Kudos to Lester!!!!

Lester is a very nice guy, an very knowledgeable. Helped me quite alot this year with parts. Prices a little high but customer service out wieghs price. Will go back.
