3 stars because mostly everyone stays to themselves! And everyone minds their own business. Come around July 4 you’ll see everyone here owns fire arms so no there’s isn’t any trouble. Not 5 stars Aside from a few parents that sadly are addicted to drugs so those kids Have no set schedules no routines are always outside running around night and day in the middle of the damn street. And then these potholes, and do not expect them to clear snow in the winter but the school district is good and the rent is reasonable I do wish that they were a little bit more strict about who they move in here but again everyone who lives here is armedSo ….

Good school districts and peaceful area. Everyone is friendly even the neighborhood cats! This area was a fresh start for me and the grass is literally greener. Yeah it needs updated but mainly elders live here and they can’t do much to their homes. Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is the potholes in the second entry way. They fix them but it ends up going back to its original state. I cannot ride my motorcycle through holes in the ground. 😐😢

Lived here 2 years bought a home remodeled it talked to them about buying a brand new home did everything they said to do in order to get approved got approved sold my house and now it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t met with me to order my new home and now they are telling me I can’t get a 28x60 after saying I could and told me that they don’t have any lots to fit a 28x60 but yet no one has measured any lots and all the lots left are double wide lots told me that my home would be in in the spring in January when I tried ordering it now they are telling me November and I still can’t get a 28x60 with 12k down so now I’m on the verge of being homeless and they really don’t care management is a joke the manager that is in the office isn’t aloud to do anything and the main manager is a liar and tells a different story every time you talk to her place really needs a new owner

Seems to be a pretty nice place to live quiet friendly could use a little better upkeep on the ground and the driveways but other than that seems like it would be a very nice place to live

Loving this place. Its under new management and its getting a face lift. The neighborhood is friendly , lots of kids, and dogs.

Hey 20 year resident down the street from the trailer park ignore the reviews go into the park its trash, they have the cops in there almost every single day, , DO NOT GO HERE if your looking for a safe place to live, you also have a very high chance of seeing hard drugs and obv drug users and might have your trailer get broken into theres several of my friends who have been robbed while not home in this park they dont really backround check everyone in the trailer so alot of people have someone rent it for them and they sell weed and worse out of the park and the people here often use this place to hide or run from cops and crash cars alot

Its not that clean. And did all for more pictures of a trailer and was told he would get them up in a couple days and never did. Went else where

Intentionally dumping over 30,000 gallons a month of raw sewage into a protected waterway to save money...way to go management.
